Abstract

Optimization is part of maximizing activities so as to realize the desired or desired profit. That with the optimization efforts can be realized activities and or programs effectively and efficiently. This research is based on the service and performance of the Bandar Rejo Village government in the field of community empowerment in Bandar Rejo Village. This study aims to determine the study of village institutions in carrying out their duties and functions to regulate and manage the interests of the community. The research method used is descriptive method with qualitative analysis, namely data collected from interviews with resource persons to describe the service system and performance in the field of community empowerment, through open interviews with the village head's office as many as 4 (three) people. The results show that leadership in community empowerment has been going quite well, but there are still obstacles given that there are associations of citizens who have opinions and thoughts on their lives so that community participation in empowerment activities is not optimal so that there are several work implementation processes that have not been implemented. optimal.

Abstract

Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for managing vehicle registrations for government service vehicles in Medan City. STNK is a letter issued by the Indonesian National Police as a proof of registration of a motorized vehicle. In the management and extension of the vehicle registration certificate, which is the responsibility of the field for equipment and procurement, the Medan City Government must comply with the existing SOP. This study aims to determine the implementation of standard operating procedures for managing vehicle registrations for the Medan City Government Service in the field of equipment and procurement services for the Medan City Government. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method to help analyze the data and facts obtained. The data obtained in this study used descriptive analysis which was the result of interviews with informants. Based on the results of data analysis, the implementation of standard operating procedures for obtaining STNK for Medan City government official vehicles in the field of equipment and procurement services runs according to the SOP. The success of the SOP implementation can be seen from the answers of the informants in the research both in terms of Bureaucratic Structure, Communication, Human Resources and Disposition or Attitude.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Ketrampilan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja dan (2) Sikap mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja. Populasi yang digunakan adalah 50 responden pada UMKM Saveyoursneakers. Sedangkan metode pengumpulan datanya adalah menggunakan penyebaran kuesioner. Adapun hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa: ketrampilan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja dan sikap mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja.Kata Kunci: ketrampilan, sikap, kinerja

Abstract

Medan Johor District which is one of the areas in the city of Medan.  whose current population consists of various different backgrounds, both economically, educationally, and socio-culturally.  In general, the existence of the community consisting of multi-ethnic groups has fostered a spirit of unity and brotherhood within the framework of diversity.The purpose of this study was to find out how the intercultural communication patterns that exist in the community of Medan Johor sub-district, especially in the VI neighborhood of Pangkalan Mansyur sub-district in different cultural circumstances.  And the focus of the research studied is the communication between Javanese and Batak ethnic groups.  By using a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Based on the results of data analysis that has been carried out, it is said that the pattern of intercultural communication that occurs in the VI Pangkalan Mansyur sub-district is very well established and harmonious.  because the community prioritizes mutual tolerance between each other.  Because they live side by side with each other.  So if there is something that is against them, the two ethnic groups take a stand with mutual respect, always guided by the state foundation of Pancasila and the motto Bhinneka Tunggal Ika.

Abstract

The Disdukcapil of Deli Serdang Regency made a policy based on the Letter of the Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform Number 34 of 2020 concerning Adjustment of the Work System of the State Civil Apparatus in Efforts to Prevent Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) in Government Agencies.  which stated that for Deli Serdang people who wanted to take care of administration at the Population Service office and no longer needed to come to the office.  People simply use email when submitting an administrative application.  So the purpose of this study was to find out how the Public Service at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Deli Serdang Regency was in the Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) Era.  This type of research in this study uses a descriptive method, with a qualitative approach.  And it can be concluded that there is a change in the service system at the Disdukcapil Deli Serdang Regency.  To anticipate the spread of the corona virus-19, the Disdukcapil of Deli Serdang Regency approached the sub-district for the processing of e-KTP and KK (Family Cards), and the Disdukcapil of Deli Serdang Regency had the SADOKO Innovation program (Ready for Population Documents).

Penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif melalui pendekatan deskriptif. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa teknik pengumpulan data melalui: Observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka peneliti mengungkapkan bahwa PPN tahun 2020 berdampak kurang baik terhadap profitabilitas dengan menunjukkan hasil rasio dibawah standar industri. Sedangkan di tahun 2021 rasio profitabilitas berada di atas rata-rata industri sehingga mengalami kenaikan dan dinyatakan kondisi baik, serta peralihan pungutan menyebabkan lonjakan PPN yang berdampak terhadap profitabilitas. Hasil penelitian memberikan kontribusi pendapat mengenai cara meningkatkan profitabilitas melalui pengelolaan atau manajemen perhitungan PPN agen elpiji 3 kg yang dapat diaplikasikan oleh agen elpiji 3 kg, untuk meningkatkan profitabilitas dan mengejar ketertinggalan dari rata-rata rasio industri. Sparkol Videoscribe salah satu media pembelajaran yang dapat mendukung pemenuhan hak belajar anak. Fungsi pengembangan media pembelajaran sebagai wahana atau penyalur pesan , sehingga harus dirancang dengan baik agar dapat membantu siswa dalam menerima, mencerna serta memahami materi yang disampaikan secara optimal. Artikel konseptual ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengembangan media pembelajaran dan kelayakan penggunaan media pembelajaran Sparkol Videoscribe di kelas IV sekolah dasar. pengumpulan informasi, desain produk, revisi desain,ujicoba produk, dan revisi produk. Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk menguji pengaruh Corporate Social Rresponsibility terhadap nilai perusahaan (2) untuk menguji pengaruh kinerja keuangan  terhadap nilai perusahaan, (3) untuk menguji pengaruh Corporate Social Rresponsibility terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan kepemilikan manajerial sebagai variabel moderating, (4) untuk menguji pengaruh kinerja keuangan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan kepemilikan manajerial sebagai variabel moderating. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-2020. Metode yang digunakan untuk menentukan sampel adalah  purposive sampling, dengan sampel sebanyak 27 perusahaan. Metode analisis penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan analisis regresi moderasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Corporate Social Responsibility dan kinerja keuangan berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.. Kepemilikan manajerial mampu memoderasi Corporate Social Responsibility dan kinerja keuangan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Abstract

Developments that have been planned at the sub-district level by sub-district government officials often do not go as expected.  Therefore, what is the potential of the area if the implementing apparatus does not understand the integration of development, automatically the development goals of the sub-district will not be achieved as expected.  Several villages or sub-districts and headed by a Camat, have the main task of implementing regional techniques that have certain work areas and also have functions.  At this writing the research was conducted in Tamiang Hulu District, Aceh Tamiang Regency, about how the role of the sub-district government in the implementation of physical development.  The results of this study explain that the role of the sub-district in physical development in the Tamiang Hulu sub-district begins with the preparation of a program of development activities held at the village level, where each village carries out Musrenbang.  The results of the village development plan deliberation (Musrenbangdes) are submitted to the sub-district government, thus the role of the sub-district is as a facilitator in carrying out development starting from forming meetings and inviting community leaders to participate in the planning
