<![CDATA[Motivation to learn Civics among students is still lacking. The game can be used as a medium to improve student learning motivation. Some studies suggest that the monopoly game can be used as a medium of learning. In this research, analysis, design, and implementation of instructional media courses citizenship in the form of a monopoly game. The method used to establish a medium of learning is a method of Multimedia Development Life Cycle. Based on the results of beta testing has been conducted on 30 respondents can be concluded that this game can be used as a medium of learning subjects Citizenship where the approval rate of the game is to help users in learning the material subject Citizenship by 86%, as well as the level of agreement on the explanation of material subject Citizenship in this game easily understood by 70%. <![CDATA[Clustering is one process of data mining that aims to partition existing data into one or more cluster objects based on the characteristics it has. Data with the same characteristics are grouped in one cluster and data with different characteristics are grouped into another cluster. In this study will perform comparation and analyze the best algorithm for categorize flowers by using iris dataset. Clustering algorithm techniques used include K-means, and K-medoids,. The value of davies bouldin and number of clusters will be investigated using the rapidminer tool. The results show that the K-Means algorithm has the lowest davies bouldin value of 0.167, while K-Medoids yields davies bouldin value of 0.291, but among the three algorithms, the K-Means algorithm is the most dominant and best in the comparative process of grouping iris flowers. <![CDATA[Electric voltage panel monitoring system is a system to monitor the performance of an electric voltage panel. This system is developed to keep track of data in an electric panel, i.e. voltage, current, and frequency. The monitoring process uses multiple sensors in order to read the existing data in the panel. ACS712 sensor is used to read the currents that flow in each phase of the voltage panel. The frequency sensor circuit is used to read actual frequency on one of the phase in the voltage panel. The result of the reading from those sensors will then be processed by microcontrollers so that the final result can be displayed on the computer. Microcontrollers used by this system are Arduino Nano and Arduino Mega, which both can be programmed using Arduino Software (IDE). The software application to show the result on the computer is developed using C#, especially for the user interface, and MySQL as the database management system. <![CDATA[This study aims to create a database on the sale of goods on the Online Shop Book doctor who housed Jl. Salemba Tengah II No.10, RT.5 / RW.8, Paseban, Senen, Central Jakarta. Creation of this database is useful to produce information fast, precise, accurate and relevant in live penjulan transaction on Online Shop Book Doctor. In this study before the database was designed using ERD as a conceptual form, continued the normalization process to eliminate the existence of multiple attributes on the entities, redundancies and anomalies that may occur in the database. Making Database Online Shop This Doctor Book uses MySQL as a DBMS in managing the information in the database. The researcher only makes recording of transaction penjulan on Online Shop Book Doctor with output transaction report and delivery of goods in the absence of financial statement, so this design as saranan owner of Online Shop Book Doctor in monitoring transaction on sale and delivery transaction. <![CDATA[Produk Halal adalah salah satu kebutuhan penting bagi umat Islam. Segala macam bentuk produk bersertifikasi halal Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) kini sudah dapat dengan mudah ditemui. Namun di beberapa tempat, seperti contohnya di Provinsi Bali, produk bersertifikasi halal MUI masih susah ditemui. Data Produk bersertifikasi halal di Bali yang diterbitkan oleh MUI Provinsi Bali sudah disebarluaskan melalui berbagai media, namun data ini tidak dapat memberikan informasi yang jelas karena keterbatasan media yang hanya berupa data daftar tabel saja. Hal ini tentu saja sangat menyulitkan, terutama bagi para pendatang atau pelancong di Bali. Oleh karena itu, pada penelitian ini diusulkan sebuah Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Geografis Sebaran Produk Halal Berbasis Web. Aplikasi ini dibangun dengan mengambil studi kasus di MUI Provinsi Bali. <![CDATA[Pada era pertumbuhan sistem informasi yang sangat cepat saat ini keamanan sebuah informasi merupakan suatu hal yang harus diperhatikan, karena jika sebuah informasi dapat di akses oleh orang yang tidak berhak atau tidak bertanggung jawab, maka keakuratan informasi tersebut akan diragukan, bahkan akan menjadi sebuah informasi yang menyesatkan. Pada dasarnya suatu sistem yang aman akan melindungi data didalamnya seperti identifikasi pemakai (user identification), pembuktian keaslian pemakai (user authentication), otorisasi pemakai (user authorization). Beberapa kemungkinan serangan (Hacking) yang dapat dilakukan, seperti Intrusion , denial of services. joyrider, vandal, hijacking, sniffing, spoofing dan lain-lain. Ancaman terhadap sistem informasi banyak macamnya, antara lain : pencurian data, penggunaan sistem secara ilegal, penghancuran data secara ilegal, modifikasi data secara ilegal, kegagalan pada sistem, kesalahan manusia (SDM-sumber daya manusia), bencana alam. <![CDATA[Karo Batak script is typical and ancestral heritage of Batak tribe to preserve its existence. Currently Batak Karo script already has a standard of Unicode. Therefore, the authors develop models and handwriting recognition software Batak Karo script in real time. Real time or online is the way the introduction of OCR (Optical CharacterRecognize). Batak script used is Batak Karo alphabet has 20 types of characters. Model and software that is built using feature extraction zoning and consider the long strokes. The algorithm used is the Kohonen algorithm neuralnetwork. Kohonen neural network, including unsupervised learning (learning uncontrolled) by studying the distribution of the set of patterns without any class information.]]>

<![CDATA[A person’s body is the most essential of the person’s belonging. However, the body itself is not only one’s private belonging, but it has become a sign system of a culture in a certain society. Not only does the body have specific meaning for himself, but it also has social and even transcendental dimension. For Indonesians, Ethics-related to human bodies nowadays seems to be the highest hierarchy of public morality. One’s body is often accused to be the cause of moral destruction of the nation’s later generation. As a further result, people feel uncertain, even anxious to explore their own body because they ultimately have to deal with the groups who have opposing views. Legger dance as an art that explores the dancer’s body often has to deal with the moral judgments of the society, especially the religious believer groups. The existence of Lengger dance as a traditional art is highly depended on the views of its supporting groups about one’s body. Meanwhile, the construction of public views on one’s body to support Lengger dance is intensively affected by those who have authority to make public opinion about one’ body. Those who have the authority will define and control one’s body in the society and decide the meaning of it according to their point of view and interests. Therefore, one’s body can be personal body that can be trained for the sake of religion, politics and economics. One’s body can enter into negotiation and conflictive battlefield. On the other hand, it does not mean that the discourse about one’s body only has mono- interpretation. It is a fact that art and culture has its own specific autonomy. The Lengger dancers have their point of view about one’s body, and they greatly give specific meaning about one’s body in relation to other persons and to the transcendence. And so, it is important to write down one’s personal experience in the study about one’s body in the Lengger dance. Dealing with the transcendence, Lengger dancers take captive the divine aspects in their own body language. They believe that one’s body is the creation of God, so the hand of the Creator can easily be found in one’s body. This believe becomes a challenge for Lengger artists how to make their own body movement help other persons come to God. The Lengger dancers need to transform their own body, so the body language can make people know one’s body better, and then it comes to recognize God, the Creator, through their body language, instead of thinking about eroticism that makes people lose their mind to believe in God in their own inner body. In addition, it is also important to establish the new meanings and discourses continuously, then there must be a hard attempt to renew the Lengger dance style, so the dance style of Lengger matches to the new meaning and discourse.]]>

<![CDATA[Paperless office merupakan upaya manusia bagi penyelamatan lingkungan dari proses penebangan pohon yang berlebihan. Dengan paperless office seluruh kegiatan di perkantoran yang berhubungan dengan surat menyurat yang menggunakan kertas dialihkan menggunakan sistem informasi. Surat yang sebelum paperless office masih harus dicetak dengan kertas maka saat ini surat hanya perlu menggunakan email atau pesan singkat melalui handphone. Aktivitas manusia dalam penggunaan kertas tiap tahun terus berubah seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi. Tidak hanya dalam kegiatan surat menyurat, dalam aktivitas lain pun manusia sudah beralih dari kegiatan mencetak kertas menggantinya dengan teknologi informasi, seperti surat kabar yang versi cetak sudah berganti dengan epaper, buku yang dahulu harus dicetak berlembar-lembar menggunakan kertas sekarang berubah menjadi ebook yang bisa dibaca hanya menggunakan perangkat tablet-pc atau smartphone. Bahkan beberapa toko buku tiap tahun terus menurun angka penjualannya. Hal ini terjadi juga dengan perpustakaan, banyak perpustakaan yang mulai sepi pengunjung karena orang lebih memilih mencari buku berbasis elektronik atau ebook yang tersebar melimpah di internet baik ebook yang berbayar maupun ebook yang gratis.]]>

<![CDATA[Dari sekian banyak makhluk ciptaan Tuhan yang paling sempurna adalah manusia, ia diberi kelebihan dari makhluk lain diantaranya adalah mengenai kecerdasan dan perasaan sehingga manusia dapat mengembangkan diri dan mempunyai rasa cinta maupun rasa benci terhadap orang lain. Karena kelebihan-kelebihan itulah maka manusia disebut juga makhluk sosial yaitu makhluk yang tidak dapat hidup sendiri, oleh sebab itu dalam mengembangkan diri harus berinteraksi dengan orang lain. Hal ini berarti berarti bahwa hidup bersama, kerja sama, menyesuaikan dengan orang lain, mencocokkan perilaku serta kegiatan-kegiatann sendiri dengan seperti apa yang diperbuat orang lain. Sehingga apa yang dilihat orang dan apa yang dilakukan sendiri dalam situasi –siatuasi nyata akan dapat menciptakan keteraturan, mencegah kekacauan, dan dapat menciptakan ketertiban umum.]]>
