Abstract

Aksara Jawa merupakan ciri khas dan warisan leluhur dari Suku Jawa yang perlu dijaga dan dilestarikan keberadaannya. Penulis mengembangkan perangkat lunak proses segmentasi citra aksara jawa. Tujuan dari dilakukan segmentasi citra adalah mengubah representasi dari suatu citra menjadi sesuatu yang lebih berarti dan mudah untuk dianalisis . Segmentasi citra dengan menggunakan metode clustering dapat digunakan dengan berbagai macam metode, salah satunya adalah Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO). Dalam prosesnya digunakan metode Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) untuk proses segmentasi pada karakter Aksara Jawa. Untuk mengatasi beban komputasi yang cukup berat pada proses segmentasi citra, maka diterapakan metode parallel programing, dan arsitektur komputer yaitu GPU dengan support CUDA dari NVIDIA. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini dapat mengimplementasikan segmentasi citra digital dengan metode Particle Swarm Optimization pada Aksara Jawa. GPU CUDA mempercepat proses segmentasi citra Aksara Jawa.

Abstract

This interesting book is a result of the research conducted by Hollan and Wellenkamp in Toraja, South Celebes, 1982. It is a descriptive, person-centered ethnography of the Toraja that provides the central aspects of Toraja personal experience, including those relating to emotions, cognition, motivation, identity, and self. They also explore how and in what ways shared aspects of Toraja personal experience are related to their culture and society. This book focuses on how Toraja life is viewed and experienced from the individual’s perspective. This book provides a particularly fruitful way of conducting field research in psychocultural anthropology.

Abstract

In this interesting book, Erni describes about the efforts or strategies developed by the Muslims of Pegayaman, North Bali to maintain their religious tradition and identities among the Hindu Balinese people. The minority Muslims of Pegayaman have succeeded in maintaining their own cultural identity amidst the majority of population that has the different socio-religious norms. This book focuses on two areas of her field research, that are 1) the Muslims’ defense mechanisms vis-à-vis external challenges to their collective integrity; and 2) the degree to which the Muslims interact with the Hindu population.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan proses membentuk manusia menjadi semakin manusiawi . Secara hakiki pendidikan adalah suatu perbuatan fundamental dalam bentuk komunikasi antarpribadi. Dalam komunikasi inilah proses pemanusiawian manusia terjadi dan proses ini sering disebut dengan humanisasi. Karena ideologi positivisme Barat dan sistem pendidikan kolonial yang terarah pada profesi teknologis, pendidikan humaniora tidak serta merta dipandang vital. Respek terhadap pendidikan humaniora ternyata juga tidak secara langsung masuk dalam agenda besar pola dasar pendidikan seminari. Terjadi berbagai tarik ulur untuk menjadikan pendidikan humaniora sebagai bagian penting dari keseluruhan pendidikan seminari. Alasannya jelas, hasil-hasil pendidikan humaniora tidak dapat dilihat secara langsung secara numerik. Kesadaran akan arti penting pendidikan humaniora muncul atas dasar asumsi bahwa pendidikan humaniora merupakan sarana yang tepat untuk mengembangkan asp ek kemanusiaan seseorang. Lewat pendidikan humaniora para seminaris diharapkan semakin matang dalam mengusahakan pendidikan sebagai seorang pemimpin rohani, pendoa, pelayan, nabi, dan misionaris. Pendidikan nilai-nilai kemanusiawian menjadi perimbangan yang signifikan sebagai pendidikan integral. Pendidikan humaniora menyentuh sisi integral pribadi manusia, bukan sekedar terbatas pada kemampuan intelektual atau emosional belaka. Pendidikan humaniora memungkinkan pembentukan karakter pribadi yang seimbang, t eratur, matang, dan mendalam.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of speed of service, information assistance, capital aid, and transportation assistance on rice suppliers’ satisfaction and their roles on loyalty. It uses the primary data obtained through questionnaires. The population consists of 50 suppliers; 45 of which were selected randomly as respondents. The analytical tool that used in this study is multiple regressions. The results show that the independent variables have a positive, significant effect on suppliers’ satisfaction and the suppliers’ satisfaction has a positive, significant effect on their loyalty. The coefficient of determination (R²) in the regression of speed of service, information assistance, capital assistance, and transportation assistance on the satisfaction of suppliers is 0.7017, while that of the regression of suppliers’ satisfaction on suppliers’ loyalty is 0.4516. The results imply that suppliers’ satisfaction can be increased if the company is able to improve timely service, continues to provide accurate information, provides capital assistance as needed, and provides transportation assistance; all of which should be done simultaneously. In order to maintain the suppliers’ loyalty, the management should sustain the level of suppliers’ satisfaction from various aspects.

Abstract

Kepuasan pasien menjadi salah satu faktor yang menjadi pertimbangan utama bagi institusi layanan kesehatan, seperti Klinik Sejahtera Purwokerto. Terlebih lagi Klinik Sejahtera merupakan lembaga swasta yang eksistensinya tergantung pada kepercayaan pelanggan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor kemampuan dokter, sikap perawat dan fasilitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pasien Klinik Sejahtera. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah pasien rawat inap dan/atau keluarganya di Klinik Sejahtera. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode survai. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan path analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor kemampuan dokter, sikap perawat dan fasilitas pelayanan secara parsial maupun simultan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien. Faktor kemampuan dokter mempunyai pengaruh paling besar terhadap kepuasan pasien dibandingkan variabel sikap perawat dan fasilitas pelayanan.

Abstract

This design aims to develop the software of self-evaluation computer based for Networking 1 course on Information System department. The methods are used is carried out by the methods of research and development (R & D), that refers to the model of ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Software is developed based on Adobe Flash using ActionScript 2.0 programming language. Self-evaluation computer based has through the test limited by college student with percentage 95,15%. Continues with field trials to extensively college student with achievement of each percentage is 90,15% by college student. At the end of this development, generated self-evaluation computer based for Networking 1 course equipped with random method of the question bank of packages and accompanied with output result from the self-evaluation computer based.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepercayaan terhadap loyalitas nasabah, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepercayaan terhadap kepuasan nasabah, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan nasabah terhadap loyalitas nasabah, dan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan nasabah sebagai variabel intervening dalam memediasi pengaruh kepercayaan terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey. Penelitian dilakukan di PD BPR BKK Purwokerto Cabang HR Bunyamin dengan sasaran nasabah tabungan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling. Analisis data menggunakan path analisis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kepercayaan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah, yang dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung yang lebih besar daripada t tabel (t hitung =6,675 > t tabel 1,98). Kepercayaan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah, yang dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung yang lebih besar daripada t tabel (t hitung = 4,367 > t tabel 1,98). Kepuasan nasabah mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah, yang dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung yang lebih besar daripada t tabel (t hitung = 8,587 > t tabel 1,98). Kepuasan nasabah sebagai variabel intervening dapat memediasi pengaruh kepercayaan terhadap loyalitas nasabah, yang dibuktikan dengan peningkatan pengaruh kepercayaan terhadap loyalitas nasabah, yang semula 55,9 persen menjadi 74 persen setelah adanya kepuasan nasabah sebagai variabel mediasi. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, seluruh hipotesis yang diajukan diterima.

Abstract

Increased competition in the banking world, the soundness of a bank to be a priority for customers in choosing a bank before they put down deposits. Therefore, the bank must increasingly have the creativity of a revolving fund that is managed dihimpunnya to gain advantages, one of them in the form of credit. For that banks are required to maintain public confidence and maintain the liquidity risk, that is not shackled with the issue of problem loans. The quality of the prospective customer a credit note by analyzing the financial condition of prospective customers and prospective customers predicting bankruptcy of credit, The purpose of this research is done because of the growing number of non-performing loans (NPLs) increased net nationally, is expected to use the Altman Z-Score, the banks can detect early clients or potential clients who experienced Financial Disstress¸sehingga credit can be decided in lending as well as policies to monitor customers' business continuity, especially in financial matters. This research uses descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing with a case in PT.Bank UOB Tbk. Branch Purwokerto. The following hypothesis testing first hypothesis is accepted if -rata average Z-Score <1.23 and second hypothesis is accepted if the Z-score> 2.90. Data taken using the method of documentation is to examine and review the records and financial statements of the company. The research result was a conclusion that the conditions of credit customers PT.Bank UOB Tbk Branch Purwokerto whether included in the category Current and Special Mention, the average financial ratios of 2014 and 2015 is quite good; almost all credit customers are included in Special Mention (DPK) experienced Financial Distress, with an average Z-Score is the gray area that is 1.23 <Z <2.90 while credit customers who fall into predictable Fluent quality not experienced Financial distress, with an average value of Z-score> 2.90.

Abstract

Indonesian learning innovations are needed so that learning is not boring. One of them using facebook. Facebook is one of the social media that has features that applications use to communicate with other users, ranging from education, business, and entertainment. Many life activities developed in these social networking sites. With facebook teachers can play an active role by making group that is subjects related to Indonesian. With facebook teacher can also socialize with students on a variety of subject matter Indonesian. In addition, the teacher facebook to share material, either in the form of links, images and videos. This is to augment teaching materials. Consultation room, a summary of the material on the note, can be used as a media workout / evaluation by way of exercise or quiz students answer given by the teacher on facebook
