Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the reward and punishment of employee morale at the office of women's empowerment, child protection, population control and family planning (DP3AP2KB) Bima Regency. Where the sample used was 36 people using purposive sampling, namely only Asn employees. The results of the multiple regression test show that every increase of 1 unit of reward variable will affect work morale by 0.316 and every increase of 1 unit of punishment variable will affect work morale by 0.498. The correlation coefficient value of 0.58 means that the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable has moderate influence. The value of the coefficient of determination is 33.6%. Employee morale (Y) is influenced by Reward (X1) and Punishment (X2). The results of the t and F tests show that there is a significant effect between reward and punishment on work morale. Keywords: reward, punishment, work spirit.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh word of mouthdan digital marketing terhadap keputusan nasabah menggadaikan emas pada Gadai MAS Unit Lenteng baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian merupakan seluruh nasabah Gadai MAS Unit Lenteng sedangkan sampel penelitian sebanyak 130 orang dengan menggunakan teknik sampling accidental dalam jangka waktu selama 1 (satu) bulan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Uji korelasi dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Word of mouth secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan gadai;(2) Digital marketing secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan gadai; (3) Word of mouth dan digital marketing secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan gadai; (4) Word of mouth adalah variabel yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap keputusan gadai; (5) Nilai koefisien determinan dalam penelitian ini sebesar 0.494 atau 49,4%

Abstract

Defense procurement is basically a strategic and sensitive issue. This involves detailed information regarding the national defense capacity and capability that other countries may not know as much as possible. This study aims to describe the business of the main weapon system (alutsista) in defense related to how the defense industry cycles, the character of the defense industry, market structure and company mergers. The approach in this study uses a descriptive approach, while the type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The defense industry, like any industry, undergoes a process of growth to mature. The defense industry has various characteristics that indicate its identification in terms of the defense economy. The market structure related to the practice of the defense industry is more emphasized on the imperfect market structure. In the defense industry, monopoly, oligopoly, and competitive markets are heavily influenced by internal and external factors of the company. In the commercial defense industry, there is an intention to combine two or more companies to minimize costs or maximize profits. Another reason for the merger of the two companies can also be related to the factors of production, and the specific objectives of the company.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk: 1) Untuk mengetahui faktor yang menyebabkan tidak tercapainya target penerimaan retribusi daerah Kabupaten Kupang Tahun Anggaran 2015-2019, 2) Untuk mengetahui upaya-upaya apa saja yang dilakukan pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Kupang dalam mengoptimalisasikan penerimaan retribusi daerah Kabupaten Kupang. Jenis dan sumber data menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara dan dokumentasi di masing-masing Organisasi Perangkatan Daerah (OPD) atau dinas pengelola retribusi daerah yang berada di Kabupaten Kupang.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat 11 faktor yang menyebabkan tidak tercapainya target penerimaan retribusi daerah Kabupaten Kupang Kata Kunci : Penerimaan, Retribusi daerah ABSTRACT The objectives to be achieved in this study are to: 1) To find out the factors that cause the failure to achieve the Kupang Regency regional levy revenue target for the 2015-2019 Fiscal Year, 2) To find out what efforts are being made by the Kupang Regency regional government in optimizing Kupang regency levy receipts. . Data types and sources use a qualitative descriptive approach and data collection is carried out by means of interviews and documentation in eachRegional Device Organization (OPD) or regional levy management office located in Kupang Regency.The results showed that there were 11 factors that caused the non-achievement of the Kupang regency levy receipt target Keywords : Revenue, Regional levy

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan pengaruh literasi keuangan dan sikap keuangan terhadap perilaku pengelolaan keuangan UMKM di Kabupaten Rembang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 responden pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten Rembang. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa variabel literasi keuangan dan variabel sikap keuangan secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap perilaku pengelolaan keuangan UMKM di Kabupaten Rembang. Literasi keuangan dan sikap keuangan mampu menjelaskan variabel perilaku pengelolaan keuangan sebesar 50,8%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 49,2% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian.

Abstract

Work discipline can be defined as the implementation of management to reinforce organizational guidelines. Good discipline can reflect a person's sense of responsibility for the tasks assigned to him. This will encourage work morale and the realization of good work productivity. This study aims to determine the level of work discipline of employees of the Pamong Praja Police and Firefighters Office of Pamekasan Regency on employee performance, especially employees with State Civil Apparatus (ASN) status. The results showed that from the results of calculations using the t test, it can be concluded that the independent variable of work discipline which consists of preventive discipline and corrective discipline partially has a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely the performance of the Pamong Praja Police Unit and Pamekasan Fire Department employees. And the corrective discipline variable is the variable that has the most dominant influence on the performance of the Pamong Praja Police and Fire Department employees, so that the second hypothesis is also accepted.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The stanting problem in North Central Timor Regency has increased. The data shows that the highest number is at the Manumean Health Center at 28.3% and the lowest at the Lurasik Health Center at 19.7%. This is indicated due to weak work commitment. This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of low-cost motivational variables (X1) and leadership variables (X2) on work commitment to the stunting reduction acceleration team in TTU Regency. This study focuses on all teams for the acceleration of stanting reduction and in the field of family health and nutrition at the TTU District Health Office with a total of 40 respondents. The data analysis technique used is inferential analysis. The results of inferential analysis show that the low-cost motivation variable (X1) has a significant influence on work commitment (Y). The leadership variable (X2) has a significant effect on work commitment (Y). Meanwhile, the low cost motivation variable (X1) and the leadership variable (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on work commitment. Abstract

This study aims to provide empirical evidence of the influence of brand image, price and promotion either partially or simultaneously on purchase decision of samsung brand mobile phones among Surakarta Christian University students. The population in this study were all active students while the sample was taken by purposive sampling as many as 100 students. The results showed that brand image was positive but not significant. So that the brand image variable cannot stand alone partially, the price has significant effect and the promotion has positive but not significant. Together or simultaneous brand image, price and promotion variables have a significant effect.

Abstract

There are many Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) that appears in Indonesia. This was related with new adaptation concept that adopted to Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) that different concept with big company. This research purposes to describe about how the management concept adapted and implemented in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) of Tembakau Sepodo Sole Proprietorship. In every business must be need and use human resources management concept. The one that make different of management in many places is how to communicate to implement the concept theory in to their business as suitable as their place and culture. This research uses empirical-explorative approach and analyzed by comparative study with theory that was created and published before. This study was trying to observe, induction, conduction, and evaluation. This was need 25 days to observe the operational process in Tembakau Sepodo Sole Proprietorship so it can be described from Human Resources Management point of view. How the job was plotted not only in the formal communication. It needs more awareness in self position, age, and experience. It’s about social culture there.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of training dan career development on employee performance with employee engagement as an intervening variable for Sinergi Sriwijaya Peduli Office employees. The sampling technique used in this research is non-probability sampling, which is a saturated sample of 40 employees who are the staff level and have a minimum two years of work. The data analysis method in this study used path analysis with the help of SPSS 26 software. The result of this study indicate that 1) training has a effect on employee engagement 2) career development has a effect on employee engagement 3) training and career development has a effect on employee engagement simultaneously 4) training has no effect on employee performance 5) career development has no effect on employee performance 6) training, career development, and employee engagement has a effect on employee performance simultaneously. The Sobel test showed the employee engagement has an indirect effect on each training and career development variable on employee performance.
