The Effect of Product Quality and Price on Purchase Intention for Selancar Rice (Case Study on Housewives in Kota Baru Jalan Kapten Satar RT. 10 RW. 03 Lahat). This research was conducted on housewives located at Jalan Kapten Satar RT 10 RW 03 No. 25 Kelurahan Kota Baru, Lahat District. The research objective was to see the effect of the product and price on buying interest in surfing rice. The regression equation Y = 10.588 + 0.453 X1 + 0.339 X2 + e. Based on statistical data analysis, the indicators in this study are valid and reliable. The individual order of each variable with the most influence is the product quality variable with a regression coefficient of 0.453 then the price variable with a regression coefficient of 0.339. Obtained t count variable product quality (X1) of 2.658> 2.011 and variable price (X2) obtained at 2.905> 2.011. This means that t is greater than t table, then H_0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Obtained an F calculated value of 7.009> 3.20 so that it can be ignored that there is a simultaneous (joint) influence between product quality (X1) and price (X2) on buying interest (Y) of surfing rice. Analysis of the coefficient of determination of 23% means that there is a very weak relationship between the independent variables and the related variables and the rest is 77%. By other factors that are not discussed in this study.

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of job stress and workload to job satisfaction of employees of PT. Thamrin Brother's Lahat. The research sample included 30 employees of PT. Thamrin Brother's Lahat. Test instrument test in this study are validity and reliability test for questionaure. Test requirements analysis include: data normality test, the linearity of the data, multiple linear regression, t test, F test and determination coefficient. The result of this research give the regression model . Based on the results of SPSS, value of correlation (r) is 0.839, it can be concluded that the variable work stress and workload variables have a very strong relationship to employee job satisfaction variable PT. Thamrin Brother's Lahat. The value of coefficient of determination (R2) is 0,704. This means that the influence of employee job satisfaction variable PT. Thamrin Brother's Lahat can be explained by work stress and workload variable with contribution of 70,4%, while the rest of 29,6% can be explained by other variable not included in this research model. Partial t-test show result that job stress and woakload both has the positive significant influence to job satisfaction. Simultant test with F-test show that job stress and workload as a whole have a significant effect on employee work satisfaction PT. Thamrin Brother's Lahat.

This study aims to examine the effect of Incentives and work environment to performance of employees at the Office of the Regional Development Planning Board Lahat Regency. Sampling technique used is the census by distributing questionnaires to all 60 employees of the Office of Regional Development Planning Board Lahat. The data analysis in this research using descriptive analysis, normality test, multiple regression analysis, F test ( ANOVA ), and t-test in order to prove the hypothesis of the study. Multiple regression equation obtained is Y = 2,149 + 0,862X1 + 0,109X2 + e or Job Performance = 2,149 + Incentives 0109 + 0862 Work Environment + error. The results of t-test to each independent variable show the sig. value of constants = 0.116 , incentives = 0.011 and working environment = 0.000. This means that Incentives has a positive and significant effect to employee job performance of Regional Development Planning Board Lahat. Working environment also has positive and significant effect to Job Performance of employees of Regional Development Planning Board Lahat. Based on the significance of Anova test or F -test, obtained the F-count 447 870 with a significance level of 0.000. This means that incentives and working environment together (simultaneously) effect to Job Performance the Office of the Regional Development Planning Board (Bappeda) Lahat regency .

The purpose of this research is to know the Influence of Supervision and Work Environment to Employee Performance of Secretariat Office of Election Commission of Lahat Regency. The respondents were all employees of the secretariat office of Lahat district electoral commission as much as 33 respondents. The analysis used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with hypothesis testing with t-test and F-test. From the value of regression equation obtained value equation Performance = 5.673 + 0.107 Supervision + 0.766 Work Environment + e. Monitoring and work environment variables together affect the performance with the value of determination coefficient of 67.4%. This means that 67.4% of the performance of the Lahat Regency Electoral Commission (KPU) is influenced by supervision and work environment while 32.6% is influenced by other factors outside the model. The result of partial test shows that the control variable has no significant effect on the performance, while the work environment variable has a significant positive effect on the performance.

Telatang Mandiri Cooperative West Merapi Lahat Regency is one of the new cooperatives. In maintaining its business for the welfare of its members, Telatang Mandiri Cooperative West Merapi Lahat Regency has economic rentability problem, where the ratio of economic profitability from 2011 to 2015 always decreases. One of the cause is the inefficient of working capital management. Therefore, the research was conducted with the aim to find out how the effect of working capital efficiency on the achievement of economic profitability in the Cooperative Telatang Mandiri West Merapi Lahat regency. The research method used in this research is simple linear regression analysis. Sources of data used in this study are the financial statements recorded by the Telatang Mandiri Cooperative West Merapi Lahat Regency period 2011-2015. Based on the research results obtained regression equation Y = 0,008 + 0,919X + e. The correlation coefficient obtained r = 0.977 which has a very strong relationship, this is supported by the analysis of coefficient of determination of 95.4% and the rest of 4.6% influenced by other factors. Also supported by t test obtained t calculate 7,861> t table 2,353 which mean working capital efficiency have an effect on signifikan to economic profitability. Based on the research, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant effect of working capital efficiency on economic profitability in Telatang Mandiri Cooperative West Merapi Lahat Regency.

The purpose of this study is to analyze whether there is influence Motivation and Promotion Position on Employee Performance In Regional Financial Agency of Pagar Alam City. This research is a type of explanatory research, because this research intends to explain the variables through hypothesis testing that has been formulated previously. The population of this research is civil servant apparatus with civil servant status and non permanent employee in the regional finance body which amounted to 152 people, with sample used as many as 30 people. Data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, and F-test. From the results of multiple regression analysis got the value of the equation Y = 6.265 + 0.056 X1 + 0.744 X2 + e. The equation shows that the coefficient of Motivation (X1) and Promotion of Position (X2) has a direct influence with Performance (Y). Based on the results of the F test (Anova) obtained Fcount> Ftable is 15.096> 3.17, can be interpreted that Motivation and Promotion Position simultaneously significant and proven effect on employee performance. Then Motivation variable obtained t count <0.295 <2.042, mean motivation does not significant effect on employee performance, but variable of Promotion Position to employee performance is obtained t count> ttable that is 5,144> 2,042, means Promotion Position have significant effect to employee performance.

Nowadays the hospitality business is growing in Indonesia. Hotel Bukut Serelo is a party that also plays an active role in improving the world of hospitality. For that Hotel Bukut Serelo must arrange and implement a strategy in marketing and also improve the weaknesses that exist. If Hotel Bukut Serelo implement marketing strategy then there will be an increase in the number of occupancy. This study aims to determine the best marketing strategy to increase the number of customers of Hotel Bukut Serelo Lahat by conducting SWOT analysis. The results of SWOT analysis produce marketing strategies such as: Social media usage for promotion, Offer tourism package in cooperation with local people, Offer promotions on special days such as Lahat's birthday, Recruit reliable staff to fill the position of marketing manager, Add new menu, Adding new parking area, Improving facilities, Providing training for employees, Cooperating with travel agents and online travel agents, and implementing reward and punishment system for employees.

Newspapers are one source of information for the public that is actual and factual, so that various kinds of information presented in it. Lahat Pos is one of the media companies in the form of community newspapers in Lahat District precisely located in Lahat City which produces the daily newspaper of Lahat Pos circulating every day and distributed throughout the Regency of Lahat, Empat Lawang, and Kota Pagaralam. This study was conducted to determine the Influence of Product Quality and Service to Satisfaction of Daily Consumer of Newspaper Lahat Pos. The sample used is 40 customers. The analysis method is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T-Test, and F-Test. The resulting regression equation is Y = 64.319 + -0.488 X.1 + 0.055X.2 + e. The t-test results suggest that product quality has no significant effect on customer satisfaction, while service has positive significant effect on customer satisfaction. F-test results show that both independent variables do not affect simultaneously to customer satisfaction. The result of determination coefficient analysis (R2) can be obtained Adjusted R Square (R2) of 0.013 which means that variable of Product Quality and Service to Consumer Satisfaction equal to 13%. While the rest of 87% explained by other factors outside of research such as place and facilities, already have a loyal customer, and so forth.

The aim of this study is to determine the effect of communication on the productivity of employees working at PSEKSU Lahat and to determine the relationship of communication with employee productivity in PSEKSU Lahat. This form of research is the analysis of qualitative and quantitative analysis. The sample in this study is an employee at the health center Lahat PSEKSU totaling 30 employees. Because the number of employees at the health center PSEKSU as many as 30 people, then the sample is taken from the total population. So the sampling technique in this study using census method of data collection for the entire population. Data collection techniques in this research is through observation, interviews, and distribution of a list of questions to the respondent and methods used in this research is the method of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis method with a simple formula of linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient terminated and hypothesis t test. Of regression and correlation calculations obtained simple linear regression equation is Y = 7.37 + 0.74 X +e . These values have meaning if the communication variables is increased one unit then the employee productivity will be increased by the value of b is 0.74. From the calculation results obtained r = 0.83 means a correlation coefficient of 0.83. This means of communication has a positive relationship and a very closely to employee productivity. Coefficient calculation known determinant of the value of KD = 0.69 or 69% means that employee productivity is affected by the communication by 69% and the remaining 31% are influenced by other factors such as leadership, incentives, division of tasks and training. From the hypothesis testing calculation obtained value t count = 7.896 and t-table 2, 048. So t-count value is greater than t-table or t count> t table, this shows that Ho is rejected, which means there is a significant relationship between communication to work productivity of employees at the health center PSEKSU Lahat. The calculation can be interpreted that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted then the hypothesis is proven and showed a significant correlation means of communication have a positive effect on employee productivity in PSEKSU Lahat.

The objectives of this research are to analyze the effect of BOPO towards Return On Asset (ROA) of Sumsel Babel Bank in the period of December 2012 – December 2014. This research used data from publication of quarterly financial reports and annual reports of Sumsel Babel Bank in the period of December 2014 – December 2016. Analysis technique in this research is simple linier regression for obtaining overall concept about the relationship between one variable with the other variables. The result of this research show that BOPO influence towards the performance of Sumsel Babel Bank proxied by ROA of 66.4% and the remaining 33.6% is influenced by other factors which is not examined in this research. The results of this research are expected to be used as suggestion, either for Sumsel babel bank to managing the company or for the investor to determine the investment strategy
