Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine, analyze and prove the effect of work quality, work facilities, work motivation and division of tasks on the performance of the employees of the Muara Enim Plantation Service. The sample in the study, namely all employees of the Plantation Service of Muara Enim Regency, totaling 60 employees, will be sampled in this study. A significant value of 0.001 <0.05 then accepts Ha and rejects Ho, which means that there is a significant influence between work quality (X1) on performance (Y). A significant value of 0.016 <0.05 then rejects Ho and accepts Ha, which means that there is a significant influence between work facilities (X2) on performance (Y). A significant value of 0.586> 0.05 then accepts Ho and rejects Ha, which means that there is no significant effect between work motivation (X3) on performance (Y). Value 0.000 <0.05 then accepting Ha and rejecting Ho, which means that there is a significant influence between the division of tasks (X4) on performance (Y). Sig value 0.000 <0.05, then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means that the quality of work (X1), work facilities (X2), work motivation (X3) and the division of tasks (X4) have a significant effect together on the performance variable (Y).

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada puskesmas Merapi Selatan Kabupaten Lahat. Metode pengambilan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka studi lapangan. Metode analissi yang di gunakan dalam metode ini adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis dengan uji t. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dan analisis data yang dilakukan variabel motivasi memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan segnifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai. Hasil yang diperoleh dari analisis regresi linier sederhana di peroleh persamaan Y = 16,49 + 0,53X, koefisien korelasi didapat nilai r positif sebesar 0,48, Dari analisis koefisien determinasi didapat nilai 0,23 yang berarti motivasi memberi kontribusi sebesar 23% dan sisasnya sebesar 77% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Dari hasil pengujian hipotesis uji T tes bahwa t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel ( t hitung 3,467 > t tabel 2,201 ). Dengan demikian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini didapat bahwa ada pengaruh yang segnifikan antara variabel motivasi dan variabel prestasi kerja pegawai. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi sangat berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada Puskesmas Merapi selatan Kabupaten Lahat

Abstract

This study aims to determine the marketing efficiency of fresh fruit bunches on oil palm commodities. South Sumatra Province is the sixth largest producer of palm oil in Indonesia. The data in this study were taken through a case study in the Tanjung Aur village area, Lahat district, South Sumatra province with the calculation of the land area from 2016 to 2020 with oil palm farmers as the main livelihood. Regarding the declining Oil palm fresh fruit bunch (FFB) price, the people of Tanjung Aur Village are restless and become an important problem point. One of the factors determining the price of FFB is the length of the marketing chain, which causes the profits received by farmers to be smaller. The data collection method in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through direct interviews with farmers, traders and consumers using a questionnaire. Secondary data is data taken from related agencies. Currently, the price of FFB for 2021 has increased by Rp. 2,272 per kilogram. In marketing FFB, farmers cannot directly market their harvests to processing factories but must go through collectors so that the margin is quite large. Farmers who want to get a suitable profit, farmers must break the marketing chain and sell their crops directly to the factory and no longer rely on existing marketing channels in the area.

Abstract

The aim of this research is knowing and analyzing the influence of leadership to the employee performance of PT. BNI Syariah KCP Pagar Alam, the influence of education to the employee performance of PT. BNI Syariah KCP Pagar Alam, the influence of motivation to the employee performance of PT. BNI Syariah KCP Pagar Alam, the influence of discipline to the employee performance of PT. BNI Syariah KCP Pagar Alam, the influence of leadership, education, motivation and dicipline to the employee performance of PT. BNI Syariah KCP Pagar Alam. The research is using the primary data and secondary data. Primary data is taken from the questioner which is spread to 58 respondents who is become sample. The technic of data analyzing is using regression linear double from software package of SPSS, this research is using hypothesis. Based on the result of analyzing data, we found that the variables of leadership, education, motivation and discipline have significant relationship to the employee performance of PT. BNI Syariah KCP Pagar Alam.

Abstract

Uji signifikan pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja (X1) terhadap Prestasi Kerja (Y) diperoleh nilai Sig sebesar0,000<0,05, maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Dengan demikian Kepuasan Kerja (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Prestasi Kerja (Y). Uji signifikan pengaruh Komunikasi(X2) terhadap Prestasi Kerja (Y) diperoleh nilai Sig sebesar0,000<0,05, maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Dengan demikian pengaruh Komunikasi (X2) terhadap variabel Prestasi Kerja (Y) dapat dikatakan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan.Uji signifikan pengaruh Semangat Kerja (X3) terhadap variabel Prestasi Kerja (Y) diperoleh nilai Sig sebesar0,006<0,05, maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Dengan demikian pengaruh Semangat Kerja (X3) terhadap variabel Prestasi Kerja (Y) dapat dikatakan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan.Uji signifikanpengaruh Disiplin Kerja (X4) terhadap Prestasi Kerja (Y) diperoleh nilai Sig sebesar 0,026 <0,05, maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Dengan demikian pengaruh Disiplin Kerja (X4) terhadap variabel Prestasi Kerja (Y) dapat dikatakan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan.Nilai Signifikan 0,000 < 0,05, dengan demikian Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima,artinya variabel Kepuasan Kerja (X1), Komunikasi (X2), Semangat Kerja (X3) dan Disiplin Kerja (X4) secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel Prestasi Kerja (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of recruitment and selection on products to determine the effect of recruitment on employee productivity at PT. PLN (Persero) UIWS2JB ULP Lembayung UP3 Lahat RegencyThis study uses a quantitative approach because the data obtained using numbers and statistical analysis using multiple linear regression.The results of the t test show that the significance value of the Recruitment variable (X1) is smaller than the real level (0.000 <0.05), which means that the Recruitment variable has a significant effect on Work Productivity. The value of the t test results shows that the significance value of the Selection variable (X2) is smaller than the real level (0.006 <0.05), which means that the Selection variable has a significant effect on Work Productivity. And the value of the F test results shows that the significance value is smaller than the real level (0.000 < 0.05), which means that the Recruitment (X1) and Selection (X2) variables together have a significant effect on Employee Work Productivity at PT. PLN (Persero) UIWS2JB ULP Lembayung UP3 Lahat Regency.

Abstract

Delay selling is an action to stabilize the price of agricultural commodities by indirectly selling the commodity at harvest (low price) but save first and sell at the time the price is felt stable. Farmers in marketing the results of farming have consideration in deciding to sell directly or postpone selling after harvest. Farmers' decisions are influenced by a number of factors. This study aims to describe the warehouse receipt system at the farm level and analyze the factors that affect the transaction costs at the farm level. The perception of rice farmers in sukarami Village about input indicators is very good category, whereas rice farmer perception about ouput indicator, yield, impact, and benefit are good category. The variables that influence the farmer's decision to apply the postponement system are the number of socialization attendance on the selling delay system and the distance of land to gapoktan. The more often the rice farmers in sukarami Village meghadiri socialization tug sales then farmers will have a chance to decide to do a system delay sale of 3,244 times. While the further distance of land to gapoktan then the farmers will have a chance to decide not to do system delay sale by 0.135 times.

Abstract

Employee performance is an important factor in the company, because it can determine the company’s success. Leadership styles can affect every employee in a company. Good communication can enhance good relations between colleagues. The style of leadership and communication can produce a good performance for the company’s employees. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of communication and leadership styles on the performance of employees at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero)Tbk. Lahat Branch Office partially or simultaneously. 30 out of 30 population were taken as respondents. The research method using multiple regression analysis. The result of this study is the communication and style of leadership have a positive and significant effect either simultaneously or partially on employee performance. PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero)Tbk. Lahat Branch Office should improve the communications process by building good communication network

Abstract

Situs internet di Indonesia banyak pelaku usaha yang mencantumkan disclaimer. Disclaimer yang dicantumkan dalam situs internet di Indonesia seringkali menyatakan pengalihan tanggung jawab dari pelaku usaha kepada konsumen. Banyak konsumen yang tidak menyadari keberadaan disclaimer karena letaknya sulit terlihat. Pencantuman disclaimer tersebut tidak adil bagi konsumen, sehingga sangat penting untuk diadakan penelitian. Terdapat dua permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini yaitu bentuk pengaturan pencantuman disclaimer dalam situs internet di Indonesia dan perlindungan hukum terhadap konsumen berkaitan dengan pencantuman disclaimer dalam situs internet di Indonesia. Saat ini perlindungan hukum secara umum dapat diberikan kepada konsumen secara preventif dengan dibentuknya suatu Lembaga Sertifikasi Keandalan (LSK) dan secara represif melalui jalur litigasi dapat dilakukan dengan pengajuan gugatan perdata dan sanksi pidana berdasarkan Undang-undang No.11 Tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (UU ITE). Dalam Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum normatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan perundang -undangan dan pendekatan analisis konsep hukum. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan terhadap permasalahan tersebut, bentuk pengaturan hukum terhadap pencantuman disclaimer di Indonesia ditinjau dari Undang-undang No.11 Tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik atau UU ITE yang secara khusus ( lex specialis derogate legi generali ) mengatur kegiatan di pelaku usaha digital , masih belum jelas.

Abstract

This study aims to knowing "Is there an incentive effect on employee performance Part Warehousing At PT. Bukit Asam (Persero) Tbk Tanjung Enim ". Discussion of the results obtained value b = 0,467, the value of b is the value of the variable incentive (X). After the value b obtained subsequent search for a value that is the value of work performance variables (Y) employees Part Warehousing At PT. Bukit Asam (Persero) Tbk Tanjung Enim. And obtained the simple linear regression equation is Y = 23.996 + 0.467 X. This value has meaning if incentives (X) increased 0,467 one unit then the job performance (Y) employees Part Warehousing At PT. Bukit Asam (Persero) Tbk Tanjung Enim will increase by 0,467. The results of the analysis obtained correlation coefficient r = 0.600. This means incentives (X) have positive influence and tightly enough on job performance (Y) employees Part Warehousing At PT. Bukit Asam (Persero) Tbk Tanjung Enim. The result of the analysis is terminated unknown coefficient value = 0.36 or 36% means that incentives (X) contribute to job performance (Y) by 36%. This means incentives of contributions or donations have strong enough on employee performance Part Warehousing At PT. Bukit Asam (Persero) Tbk Tanjung Enim and the remaining 64% are influenced by other factors not examined
