Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and prove the effect of a promotion to employees performance in Telaga Biru Restaurant. The benefis of this research to add insight and knowledge about how the amplication compiler accepted theory lectures bench with existing practices in employee Telaga Biru Restaurant Merapi. To discus the formulation of the problem mentioned above, in this study another the sampling method used in this study are saturated sampling is because population is small so all existing populations as samples used a qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis, Regression Analysis, Correlation Coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. From simple linear regression calculation results obtained the equation Y = 4.589 + 0.65 x + e. This shows that the influence of promotion to employee performance is 0,65. And calculating the value of r = 0.60. This value indicates that there is a positive correlation between promotion and job performance and can be seen from the value of r. Coeficient of determination of KD = 0.34 or 34 of performance are influence by promotion and the remaining 66% is influenced by other factors. From the calculation of the value of t-test = 4.741 and t-table 2.023. So the value of t-test bigger than t-table (t count> t-table), this shows that the Hi Ho is rejected and accepted, which means there is a significant relationship between promotion to employees performance in Telaga Biru Restaurant. This means that promotion has a positive effect on Job in Telaga Biru Restaurant.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial incentives on employee performance CV. Sinar Telekom Lahat regency, the influence of financial and non financial incentives on employee motivation CV. Sinar Telekom Lahat regency, the influence of financial and non financial incentives simultaneously to CV. Telekom rays District. The sample in this study amounted to 47 respondents were distributed to employees CV. Sinar Telekom Lahat regency. Data analysis method used is quantitative analysis using validity, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis and test the average difference. The result of financial incentives and significant positive effect on work motivation. It can be seen from the value t count > t table (4.793 > 2.015) and values. Nonfinancial incentives and significant positive effect on employee motivation. It can be seen from the value t count > t table (2.356 > 2.015). Incentives and financial and non-financial incentives simultaneously positive and significant impact on employee motivation. It can be seen from the value of F count> F table (44.227 > 3.23) and the significance value <significance level (α) 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05).

Abstract

This research has purposed to discover the legal protection for a customers which is using ATM card in Indonesia banking systems and to discover the dispute resolution against skimming system in banking sector. This research used normative research method. The conclusion from this study that is the legal protection for customers who is using ATM cards is based Act Number 8 of 1999 concerning Customer Protections and Act Number 21 of 1999 concerning Financial Services Authority especially on The regulation of Financial Services Authority Number 1/POJK.07/2013 concerning Customers Legal Protection on Financial Services. The dispute resolutions for skimming system problems can be resolved by litigation and non litigation.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of work safety on employee performance at the Lahat district BPBD office, indicators for the influence of health on employee performance at the Lahat district BPBD office, and the effect of safety and occupational health simultaneously on employee performance at the Lahat district BPBD office. The approach in this research uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Using a quantitative approach because the data obtained uses numbers and the analysis uses statistics, the quantitative approach used for research is the population or sample. In determining the sample, the authors took data from the questionnaire results of the Lahat Regency BPBD office employees.The value of safety thit (X1) is 2.037 with a significant level of 0.047 (0.05), rejects H0 and receives H1. This shows that there is a significant influence between Safety (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) at the Lahat Regency BPBD Office. And the Health Value (X2) of 4.567 with a significant level of 0.000 (0.05), rejecting H0 and accepting H1. This shows that there is a significant influence between Occupational Health (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) at the Lahat Regency BPBD Office. The results of the F test were obtained 22,175 by taking a significant level of 5% with a significance level of 0.001 (P-Value <0.05), then H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. This means that it can be revealed that there is a significant influence between Safety (X1) and Health (X2) together on Employee Performance at the Lahat Regency BPBD Office.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of conflict and work stress on employee productivity at PT Indomaret Prismatama Data used secondary data. The analysis used is a classic assumption, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination analysis. T test results show that conflict (X1) affects the work productivity of employees and work stress also (X2) affects the work productivity of employees (Y) employees at PT Indomarco Prismatama Baturaja. The F test results found that work conflict and stress jointly affect the work productivity of employees (Y) at PT Indomarco Prismatama Baturaja. The magnitude of the contribution of conflict (X1) and work stress (X2) of 88.5% on the ups and downs of employee work productivity (Y) while the remaining 11.5% is influenced by other variables not included in the research model.

Abstract

The research aim is to influence and prove the impact of the disclosure of corporate social responsibility on the financial performance of plastic and packaging manufacturing sub sector companies are listed on the indonesian stock exchange (IDX) in 2011-2015. Company’s financial performance was measured by return on asset and return on equity. The population used in this study were all manufacturing companies plastic and packaging sub sector are listed on the IDX in 2011-2015. The research samples consist of 6 companies by observing 30 and then selected by using purposive sampling. The method of analysis being use in this research was sample linier regression and statistical tests t. The result showed that there are influence variable the disclosure of CSR to financial performance ( was measured by return on asset), known from the P-Value 0,030 ≤ 0,05 and there are no influence variable the disclosure of CSR to financial performance (was measured by return on equity) known from the P-Value 0,287 ≥ 0,05

Abstract

Work productivity will increase if employees have good work competencies. However, sufficient work competence to produce high work productivity requires the existence of other driving factors. One of the factors driving work competence that can affect work productivity is work motivation. This study aims to determine the effect of competence on work motivation with motivation as a moderate variable in PT PLN (Persero) Electricity Maintenance Center Workshop and Maintenance Unit IV (PUSHARLIS UWP IV). The method used in this research is quantitative method with descriptive research type. Respondents in this study were employees with a population of 45 respondents. Sampling with saturated sampling technique. The results showed that work competence, motivation and work productivity were in the high category. The results of the study have a significant effect on work productivity. The results also show that motivation is a variable that affects the positive relationship between work competence and work productivity. This means that increasing motivation will also increase employee productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the structure consisting of capital, debt and investment on financial performance at PT. Astra agro lestari tbk. Data collection is carried out through financial reports that are available on the Indonesian stock exchange (BEI) for 5 years. Analysis of calculations in research using the help of SPSS 23 program. The sampling technique used is the population method and sampling. The data testing technique uses multiple linear regression, t test or partial, F test or simultaneous. The results of the analysis show that capital has a significant effect on financial performance, debt has a significant effect on financial performance, while investment has no significant effect on financial performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of online system services and promotion on the decision to purchase an economic train ticket at the Lahat train station. The total sample is 100 respondents. Data obtained from questions using a questionnaire. Respondents' answers were then analyzed by multiple linear regression using the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) analysis tool version 22 for 32-bit windows. Based on the analysis conducted, online system services and promotions have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a regression coefficient Y = 22,273 + 0.122 X1 + 0.373 X2, which means that if the online system service and promotion variables do not exist or are equal to zero (0), the purchase decision is 22,273. . In the T test, the results show that the online system service variable has no significant effect on the economic train ticket purchase decision at Lahat train station and promotion has a significant effect on the economic train ticket purchase decision at the Lahat station. for economic train tickets in the South Sumatra region.

This study aims to determine and analyze how the analysis of investment project assessments for bus additions using the Net Present Value at Po. TelagaBiru Putra PagarAlam ". The results of the study were based on a quantitative analysis of Operational Cash flow at Po. TelagaBiru Putra PagarAlam, namely to estimate cash flow, it is necessary to determine the estimated period / time, and this is adjusted to the life of the project for the next 5 years. Outside this period, the project is considered to be no longer profitable. Because the amount of costs will exceed income. It is predicted that in 2009 net cash inflow will be received of Rp. 542,818,018, - increased in 2010 to 569,433,437, - increased in 2011 to 583,852,265, - and increased again in 2012 to 636,454,673, - and in 2013 after determining the residual value to be Rp. 892.836.049, - these values are used in determining the Net Present Value.
