Abstract

This study aims to determine the procedure for settling claims for education fund takaful insurance as well as to determine the factors of obstacles faced and how to overcome the obstacles that occur when submitting claims at PT Asuransi Takaful Keluarga Palembang Branch. In this paper, the author uses field research with qualitative data types using one data source, namely primary data. Data collection techniques are carried out by interviews and documentation that can answer existing problems, and so the data is analyzed in a quantitative descriptive manner. From this study, the procedure for settling claims for Takaful insurance on education funds on family takaful insurance for Palembang branch is quite simple, if the perseta can submit a claim through an agent or agent or come to the office, participants must complete the data from the requirements of the claim document, after the insurance officer documents are complete. will submit a claim to the service office will provide data to the head office and if the data is correct, the head office will verify and the claim can be sent to the participant's account.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the Mudharabah Akad in Education Fund Products (Fulnadi) at PT. Family Takaful Insurance Sako Palembang Branch. In this paper, the author uses field research with qualitative data types using one data source, namely primary data. Data collection techniques are carried out by interviews and documentation that can answer existing problems, and so the data is analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. This result shows the reason why PT. The Sako Palembang Branch Family Takaful Insurance stipulates a mudharabah contract that is used in the Education Fund (Fulnadi) product because the contract does not have a risk on its investment, it is only placed in sharia deposits and Islamic bonds, so there is no risk that causes the participant's education funds to decrease or not be optimal. The application of the mudharabah contract in the Education Fund (Fulnadi) product, must be based on the principle of cooperation between the company and the participants, helping each other if one experiences a disaster, no one gets interest but only gets profit sharing on the investment made by the company, with the Mudharabah agreement. no losses are borne by the participants.

Abstract

The focus of research examined in this final project is the role of full-time product marketing strategy in an effort to increase sales of Palembang family takapul insurance. In this study the authors used qualitative research, which describes the data obtained from the field regarding the research problems above. In answering the above problems, this study uses a qualitative descriptive method which is intended to describe or describe the situation or phenomenon as it was at the time of the research, namely presenting data about the marketing strategy of full-blown products by PT Asuransi Takaful Keluarga Palembang Branch. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews and documentation. This research implies that the marketing strategy for full-blown products by PT Asuransi Takaful Keluarga Palembang Branch uses two strategies, namely: First, a strategy which is a strategy for its implementation within the company itself, in terms of improving the quality of human resources for marketers to become professional marketers by conducting research, motivation, and regional evaluation. Second, regional external strategy. Second, the external strategy in its application is carried out by marketers when selling products, such as how to deal with prospective customers, product presentations, good communication and negotiations. The implementation of this strategy in the field has been very effective, as evidenced by the increasing number of full-time customers by PT Asuransi Takaful Keluarga Palembang Branch.

Abstract

PT. BPRS al-falah banyuasin provides financing for the purchase of motorized vehicles with a murabahah contract, where customers must follow the existing procedures, namely; financing application procedures, financing approval procedures, financing approval procedures, financing binding procedures, financing disbursement procedures, and installment financing procedures as well as guarantees repayment and release procedures. This study aims to determine the financing procedure for purchasing a motorized vehicle with a murabahah contract and the constraints faced and resolved at PT. Al-Falah Islamic people's finance bank is mostly used by using the type of data in the form of qualitative descriptive. This study also uses the interview method with questions about the financing procedure for purchasing motorized vehicles with a murabahah contract at PT. BPRS All-falah banyuasin. Constraints encountered and how to solve them. Results and discussion of financing procedures for purchasing motorized vehicles with a murabahah contract at PT. BPRS Al-Falah banyuasin shows that the financing procedure has been running well and has been implemented in accordance with the policies of the financing committee and financing procedures.

Abstract

The focus of the research examined in this final project is the analysis of the determination of the profit sharing ratio of mudharabah financing at PT. BPRS Al-Falah Banyuasin Palembang. In this study, the authors used qualitative research, which describes the data obtained from the field regarding the research problems above. And answering the above problems, this study uses a qualitative descriptive method which is intended to describe or summarize various conditions, situations or women as they were when the research was carried out, namely summarizing the data on the analysis of the determination of the profit sharing ratio of mudharabah financing at PT. BPRS Al-Falah Banyuasin Palembang. Data collection techniques in this research using interviews (interviews), observation, and the library study method. This research implies that the analysis of the determination of the profit sharing ratio of mudharabah financing at PT. BPRS Al-Falah Banyuasin Palembang, namely: The Banyusin Palembang Al-Falah Sharia Financing Bank does not easily provide loans to customers. This is because the bank does not want the activities to be borne by the bank. In mudharabah financing, the amount of profit is determined based on a mutual agreement between the bank and the customer called profit sharing.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Marketing Mix and to determine the obstacles in implementing the Marketing Mix at P.T Takaful Keluarga Branch of Palembang. In this paper, the author uses field research with qualitative data types using one data source, namely primary data. The technique of data collection was carried out by interviewing and documentation that could answer the existing problems, and so the data were analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. From the results of this study that the Marketing Mix or 7 P which consists of: Product, Price, Place, Promotio, Process, Physical Environment used by PT. The Palembang Branch of the Takaful Family is in accordance with the existing producers, while for application in the field there are several obstacles that arise in terms of People and Promotion, so this Marketing Mix is not going well.

Abstract

This research aims to obtain the results of an analysis of the influence of the marketing mix on the decision to become a customer of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Martapura Sub-Branch Offices partially and simultaneously. The research methods using quantitative and qualitative approaches, field data collection using questionnaire and interview techniques. The population in this study was 138 customers who opened a savings account at BNI KCP Martapura in April 2020 and samples were 138 respondents. Testing the data using the t test, that the product has no significant effect on the decision to become a customer with t count 1.901 < t table 1.978, price does not significantly influence the decision to become a customer with t count -0.507 < t table 1.978, promotion does not significantly influence the decision to become a customer with t count 1.826 < t table 1.978, place has a significant effect on the decision to become a customer with t count 3.790 > t table 1.978, people / bank officer have a significant effect on the decision to become a customer with t count 2.771 > t table 1.978, physical evidence do not have a significant effect on the decision to become a customer with t count 1.276 < t table 1.978 and the process has no significant effect on the decision to become a customer with t count 1.650 < t table 1.978. The F Test Results that the product, price, promotion, place, people / bank officer, physical evidence and process simultaneously have a significant effect on the decision to become a customer with an F count of 35.055 > F table 2.08. The results showed that the marketing mix variable that had the most significant effect on the decision to become a customer was the place variable. Strategies to increase the interest of prospective customers can be done by maintaining and improving strategic locations that are already owned and improving the skills and abilities of service personnel

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of credit distribution determinations of Spread of Interest Rate (SIR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Non Perfoming Loan (NPL) against the profitability of commercial banks. The focus of research is on the banking industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population used in this research is a public bank listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2018. This study uses multiple regression analysis methods with data processing techniques using 8 eviews. The test results proved that: 1) The increase in SIR has no effect on the profitability of the national commercial Bank located in IDX period 2010-2018. ; 2) The increase of LDR negatively affects the profitability of the national commercial Bank located in IDX period 2010-2018; 3) The NPL increase affects the increase in profitability of the national commercial Bank located in the IDX period 2010-2018.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui proses pelaksanaan pelunasan hutang-piutang pupuk dibayar dengan beras di Desa Niur, Kecamatan Muara Pinang, Kabupaten Empat Lawang. Untuk mengetahui pandangan Hukum Islam terhadap pelaksanaan pelunasan utang-piutang pupuk dibayar dengan beras di Desa Niur Kecamatan Muara Pinang Kabupaten Empat Lawang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 50 orang, dalam hal ini yang menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah anggota kelompok tani yang ada di Desa Niur Kecamatan Muara Pinang Kabupaten Empat Lawang, Menurut Suharsimi Arikunto apabila populasi kurang dari 100 maka yang dijadikan sebagai sampel adalah keseluruhan populasi yang ada yang berjumlah 50 orang. Jenis data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data kualitatif. Analisis data yang telah dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini didahului dengan metode deskriptif analisis kualitatif, yaitu bertujuan mendeskripsikan masalah yang ada sekarang dan berlaku berdasarkan data-data tentang praktik hutang barang dibayar setelah panen di Desa Niur Kecamatan Muara Pinang Kabupaten Empat Lawang yang didapat dengan mencatat, menganalisis dan menginterprestasikannya kemudian dianalisis dengan teori untuk selanjutnya ditarik sebuah kesimpulan yang sesuai dengan analisis terhadap hutang pupuk dibayar dengan beras di Desa Niur Kecamatan Muara Pinang Kabupaten Empat Lawang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik perjanjian hutang piutang yang terjadi di Desa Niur Kecamatan Muara Pinang Kabupaten Empat Lawang terjadi ketika seorang debitur atau muqtarid (penerima utang) datang kepada kreditur atau ketua kelompok tani (muqrid/pemberi utang) untuk melakukan pinjaman, kemudian kedua belah pihak tersebut mengadakan ijab qabul secara lisan dan tulisan. Terjadinya perjanjian hutang piutang dikarenakan petani meminjam pupuk kepada ketua kelompok tani, pupuk tersebut akan dibayar dengan beras dengan nominal 1 sak pupuk akan dikembalikan dengan beras sebesar 25 Kg, apabila petani tidak bisa mengembalikan pada saat musim panen tiba maka petani tidak boleh lagi meminjam pupuk dengan ketua kelompok tani tanpa adanya penambahan lainnya dan ini sudah menjadi kesepakan bersama. Jika di lihat dari segi rukun dan syarat sahnya dalam perjanjian ini sudah memenuhi ketentuan hukum Islam yang berlaku. Mulai dari ‘Āqid (orang yang berhutang dan berpiutang) yaitu sudah cakap hukum atau balig. Kemudian Ma’qūd ‘Alaih (objek), yaitu barang yang dijadikan objek hutang baik pupuk atau uang merupakan sudah sah menurut hukum Islam, namun adanya ketidakpastian harga pada periode akan datang sehingga menyebabkan adanya penambahan secara tidak langsung, hal ini menjadikan transaksi tersebut dilarang atau tidak sesuai dengan syariat Islam.

Abstract

Pokok - pokok pemikiran dari salah satu ulama Syaikhul Islam Ibnu Taimiyah yang berkaitan dengan masalah ekonomi, Ibnu Taimiyah memiliki ilmu pengetahuan yang sangat dalam tentang ajaran islam masa depan, pandangan ekonomi yang jernih tentang apa yang kini diharapkan dan bagaimana sesuatu itu bisa dilakukan. Untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut diperlukan kebebasan dalam berusaha dan hak milik, metodologi pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif teknik pengumpulan data melalui buku-buku dan jurnal-jurnal yang berkaitan dengan tokoh ibnu taimiyah dalam harga, pasar dan hak milik, hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemikiran ibnu taimiyah merupakan hasil dialog kritis dengan fenomena sosial, ekonomi dan politik pada zamannya. Ia telah memberikan inspirasi tentang bagaimana sebuah negara berperan dalam pembangunan, khususnya pembangunan ekonomi
