Abstract

Service quality always emphasizes the focus on meeting customer expectations, namely the community. In this study, service quality is the focus of efforts to influence community satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey data collection procedures located at the Polewali Mandar Regency Population and Registry Office. The measurement scale used is the Likert scale, in which the number of samples is determined using the Slovenian formula with a penetration value of 10%, so that 95 samples from 985 populations in the area of ​​the Population and Registry Office, Polewali Mandar Regency, are obtained. This study produced results based on concurrent tests, concluding that of the five variables, consisting of physical evidence (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), guarantee (X4) and empathy (X5), the Community satisfaction. yields 0.867 during the pre-test, which means that the quality of service is largely influenced by the independent variable, which is 86.7% and physical evidence (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), guarantee (X4), and empathy (X5) and the remaining 13.3% are influenced by other variables that were not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine public perception of the policy of regional regulations, Polewali Mandar Regency, regarding non-smoking areas. This research is a descriptive analysis based on quantitative research using language (verbal) to provide general conclusions. The data acquisition techniques used are direct observation of the field and intensive interviews by asking questions that are directly related to the research topic. The data analysis is carried out in a display in which data is presented in the form of a matrix and data is reduced. The results showed that the dominant community spoke well and agreed on the existence of this regulation. Based on the determination of the non-smoking area, the imposition of administrative sanctions and the consent to the determination of the regional regulation (Perda), No. 4 of 2015 in relation to areas without smoking, so that this regulation can be implemented.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness and efficiency financial statements of the district government of Ungaran, Semarang district in 2017-2018. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of a budget realization report. The approach taken is quantitative descriptive, calculated using the ratio of efficiency and effectiveness ratio. The results of the research in the district of Ungaran Semarang regency showed that is the level of effectiveness research Ungaran District Semarang Regency in 2017-2018 seen from the effectiveness ratio experienced different effectiveness levels in 2017 experienced by 107.16% which is in the category of very effective. Whereas in 2018 only 79.06% was included in the less effective category. Where in 2017 the efficiency level of 92.27% was caused by the amount of budget that was realized 90% -100% and in 2018 it was at the level of 94.68%.

Abstract

Leadership Style is one of the important factor to measure employees job satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of the leadership style toward employees job satisfaction at PT. JMS Jakarta. The method of analyze is using descriptive quantitative with the technique sample is saturated sample and 5% error level with 32 respondent as a sample. The test for this research is using correlation coefficient, determination and linear regression. The result of correlation coefficient is 0,876 which means very strong and from determination test, the result is 76,8% and from linear regression test, got the similarity Y= 12,484 + 0,692X. The conclussion of this research ,there is the significant influences of leadership style to the employees job satisfaction.

Abstract

Communication in political marketing plays an important role in political mobilization, building trust both in political actors and the government. Using a phenomenological approach, a total of 19 in depth interviews with voters were conducted to gain rich insight into perceptions of the complexity of political symbolism, and trust among voters. This study conceptualized political communication as a dual approach. The political brand promise is intrinsically linked to cultural references and conveyed through symbolic communication combined with a distinctive brand message. This builds trust, which then affects political participation.

Abstract

Student thinking level influences student achievement. Measurement of students 'level of thinking with polya is expected to gain knowledge of students' ability to solve problems. Respondent data collection is done by purposive sampling and snowball which is then analyzed by polya results of the implementation of polya steps indicate the achievements of each student. The results of this study concluded that the 10th grade science students had reached the fourth stage of the 4 polya steps. However, training is needed to increase flight hours.

Abstract

The competition in the motorcycle industry led the Brand Sole Agent (ATPM) to develop a strategy so that its products could be accepted in the market, including television advertisements. Honda has spent a lot of money to make advertising has decreased market share from year to year. The problem faced is how to design ads that are unusual, creative and can attract the attention of the audience so that these ads can be effective. In this research, we will find out the effect of message quality, attractiveness of advertisements and frequency of views on the effectiveness of television media advertisements on Honda brand motorcycle products (studies on Honda motorcycle product advertisements). This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS Version 24.0. The population used is the Medan City Society with the criteria are Honda motorcycle users and have seen Honda ads. While the samples used were 100 people with accidental sampling method. The results showed that the message quality, ad appeal, and frequency of views had a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of advertisements either partially or simultaneously. As such, Honda must pay attention to these three things to produce effective advertising so that the huge costs that have been spent get the appropriate results.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to know: (1). the role of public relations in improving and strengthening the library's image. (2). The role of higher education libraries in supporting sustainable development. The research object rests on the content discussion of the role of library public relations to improve the image of the library. This research focuses on manifesting the role of libraries in supporting sustainable development. This study uses a historical approach characterized by critical research on shifting thinking. Primary information sources are used for primary data, data collection methods utilize library research. Research analysis uses qualitative descriptive analysis and content analysis to analyze the meaning of the concept of the role of librarians and libraries in substainable development and application of public relations in library organizations. Observations made aimed at supporting theoretical construction. The results of the study are; (1). The role of librarians as Public Relations in enhancing and strengthening the library's image by implementing; (a) internal communication that is moving all employees to provide the best service, work productively and efficiently, (b). External communication is carried out through making prescriptions according to the needs of journalists and providing maximum services. (2). The role of higher education libraries in supporting sutainable development is; (a). The library provides access to quality information in order to improve the quality of life and social welfare (b). Libraries provide excellent information services quickly, precisely, can and cheaply. (c). The library prepares superior, reliable and quality human resources in the mastery of information.

Abstract

Effects of Fraud Indications on Fraudulent Financial Statements in Pentagon Fraud Perspectives on Property and Real Estate Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2016-2018 Period. The time period of the study is 3 years, the period 20162018. The F-Score is used to determine financial statement fraud. The population of this study includes the Property and Real Estate Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2016-2018 period totaling 19 companies. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique. The results showed that in terms of financial stability, the nature of the industry, the number of photos of changes in directors had no effect on financial statement fraud. Abstract

Effects of Fraud Triangle Analysis in Detecting Fraud Financial Statements Using the Fraud Score Model on Property and Real Estate Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The time period of the study is 4 years, namely the 2015-2018 period. This research population includes Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2018 period.
