Abstract

The current regime, is a regime that tries to manage governance as best as possible with various approaches. Good intentions are certainly approached all levels of government administration to the village level. Regional autonomy gives great power to the regions to act and improve. The village law number 6 in 2014 that was present increasingly provided adequate legal facilities for the implementation of these good ideals. On the ethical guidance side, we recognize how the concept of good governance is used as an institutional framework for strengthening village autonomy. The previous fact is that good governance practices in management practice more funds are directed to the central government, not to the public. The purpose of this reflective study is to understand the forms and practices of good governance and practices in managing village funds as seen from the process of transparency, accountability and responsiveness. The author will associate one of the instruments to ensure the three things above go as expected. The instrument is the application of the village financial system. This study uses an interpretive paradigm with a phenomenological approach to explore how the application of the village financial system as a manifestation of the concept of GCG in governance in the management of village funds. This study found that the GCG concept encompasses the intersection between the village financial system and the village information system.

Abstract

The problem raised in this research is whether the Team Assisted Individualized (TAI) cooperative learning model can improve learning outcomes and students' understanding of concept X Class IIS1 Magepanda High School on Composition and Inverse Functions. This study aims to determine the increase in understanding of students of class X IIS1 in Magepanda Public High School in learning mathematics through the cooperative learning model of Assisted Individualized (TAI) learning. This study describes the design and implementation of Team Assisted Individualized (TAI) cooperative learning in improving learning outcomes and conceptual understanding of the Composition Function in Magepanda Public High School. This research is a classroom action research that occurred in two cycles. The research subjects used in this study were students of class X IIS 1 in the even semester of the 2019/2020 school year. There were 36 people consisting of 18 men and 18 women. in the form of learning outcomes and understanding of students' learning concepts. The results of the study show that Team Assisted Individualized (TAI) cooperative learning can improve learning outcomes and understanding mathematical concepts about composition and inverse functions. Student learning outcomes increase from cycle to cycle, as well as participant responses students towards Team Assisted Individualized (TAI) cooperative learning are very positive.

Abstract

This study aims to explain descriptively the practices of human resource management in higher education institutions X in Ambon City which include planning, recruitment and selection, job analysis and job descriptions. This study is a qualitative study with data collection techniques, namely unstructured interviews. The results showed that the practice of human resource management in the higher education institution X in Ambon City had been implemented well according to established procedures (SOP).

Abstract

This study aims to increase motivation to learn basic motion to run in Physical Education learning through play approaches. This research is a classroom action research with the aim of research is the fifth grade students of the Catholic Elementary School 041 Talibura. The study was conducted during the cycle cycle, every 1 cycle 1 meeting. Motivational data obtained from interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis using descriptive qualitative. The results showed that learning with a play approach increased students' basic learning motivation to run, so as to increase the average running speed of 50 m from cycle I by 9.75 (good category) increased to 9.46 (good category) in cycle II. While the number of students who completed in the first cycle were 14 children (58.33, 65%) after the second cycle which finished to 22 children (91.66%), it had exceeded the individual completeness of both categories and classical completeness by 75%.

Abstract

The background of this research is the need for efforts to improve learning outcomes in soccer learning by using mini soccer games for fifth grade students of SD Inpres Iligetang. The problem in this research is: Can implementing mini soccer play improve soccer learning outcomes in fifth grade students of SD Inpres Iligetang? This study aims to improve soccer learning outcomes using mini soccer games for fifth grade students of SD Inpres Iligetang. The population taken was students in grade V of SD Inpres Iligetang, totaling 21 students. In the research, the variables are football and mini soccer games. To obtain suitable data, in this study using the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method. From the observations obtained with the help of the checklist, it can be seen that the percentage of psychomotor, cognitive, and affective aspects of the fifth grade students of Inpres Iligetangs elementary school has been given an increase in learning in cycle I and cycle II, the percentage increased from 23.50% to 80 , 95%. Thus the action of learning soccer by implementing mini soccer games on the fifth grade students of SD Inpres Iligetang can be said to be successful. And it is expected for Physical Education teachers in Elementary Schools to be able to apply mini soccer games to students in Physical Education, Sports and Health learning.

Abstract

This study examines forms, funcions, and meanings of Fe Hadak Belis speech: A Cultural Linguistics Analysis that specifically investigates characteristics of form, funcion, and meaning of Fe Hadak Belis speech. The objective of this study is to describe, to interpret, and to explain characteristics of the form, funcion, and meaning of Fe Hadak Belis speech in Rote community. The researcher conducted this study on February 3rd to 16th 2017. The method used to gain the data is descriptive qualitative with instruments interview, observation, recorder, and field notes. Data resources are Rote Termanu society specially Pukdale, Felakdale, and Tatebudale. In supporting the data, the researcher used main informant and comparison informant with the requirement that they should know the details of Fe Hadak Belis speech. The result of this result shows that the form of this speech is in form of lines in distich. Religion function of this speech is to show the honorary to God. The education of this speech is to give a lesson and a moral tothe society. While, social control function of this speech is to maintain rules of life of the society. The meaning which consisted in the Fe Hadak Belis speech are religious meaning as a faith acknowledgement of God, sociologic maning as a social control to maintain the relationship among the society, and esthetic meaning brings a beauty by the equality of consonant sound and equality of vocal sound.

Abstract

Low speech ability is a problem in learning Indonesian. To overcome this, appropriate techniques are needed, one of them is by applying modeling techniques. The objectives of this study are (i) to improve the process of applying modeling techniques in learning speech skills in grade VI students of Catholic Nita 1 Elementary School; (ii) to improve the speech learning outcomes by applying modeling techniques to grade VI students of the Catholic Nita 1 Elementary School. This study is a qualitative study. The research data was taken from teacher activities and student activities. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by observing the activities of teachers and students in carrying out the learning process using modeling techniques. The resulting data is transcribed in tabular form. This research was conducted in two meetings, I &II. The results showed that (i) The process of applying modeling techniques in speech learning made students more enthusiastic and very enthusiastic. The improvement was seen from student activities and teacher activities in the learning process of giving speeches; (ii) The results of students' speech abilities include linguistic abilities and non-linguistic abilities. The ability of language from the aspect of speech accuracy increased by 18.3. The intonation aspect increased by 24.0. The word choice aspect increased by 13.0. The non-linguistic ability from the aspect of reasonable attitudes increased by 18.3. The view aspect increased by 15.3. The facial aspect increased by 19.0. The loudness aspect increased by 19.0. The aspect of fluency increased by 20.0. At the first meeting, students who are 57% incomplete and 43% complete with an average value of 66.8 students' speech ability with the category of quite capable. At the second meeting, students who had not completed 17% and who completed 83% with an average value of students' speech ability was 84.4 in the able category. Overall, the student's speech ability through modeling techniques increased by 17.6 from 66.8 at the first meeting to 84.4 at the second meeting. From the results of this class action research it can be concluded that the application of modeling techniques can improve the speech skills of Grade VI Catholic Nita 1 Elementary School students

Abstract

The low learning outcomes of students in SMA Negeri 1 Maumere because students have not reached the mastery of learning that has been set (KKM). In addition, many students do not understand what is conveyed by the teacher due to lack of management and learning that is still teacher-centered. These problems are expected to be overcome through mentoring to teachers through supervision carried out by the principal with an individual approach from planning, implementing teaching and learning processes, to evaluating. The purpose of this study is an increase in teacher performance which will have implications for an increase in student learning outcomes. This research is through action research conducted in two cycles. Based on the results of the action research above, it can be concluded that the academic supervision of school principals with an individual approach gives an influence on improving the performance of teachers of Maumere 1 High School in terms of learning planning, learning implementation and evaluation components.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the most effective treatment of fertilizing doses on the results of quality tests of sprouts and growth of chilli seeds (Capsicum annuum) between bulk seeds, seeds in packaging, and direct extraction results seeds. The experimental method used was a factorial randomized block design. The first factor is the type of seeds, namely: bulk seeds (A), in packages (B), and direct extraction results (C). The second factor is the fertilizer dosage using NPK "Mutiara" (16:16:16), namely: 5 gr / l (X), 10 gr / l (Y), 15 gr / l (Z). The parameters observed included the number of live plants and the number of leaves. The results showed that the bulk seed germination power was 91.25%, the seeds were packaged and the results of direct extraction were 95.5%. After breeding and given fertilization treatment, it was found that fertilization with a dose of 5 gr / l showed the highest average growth compared to other treatments. So it can be concluded that fertilization with a dose of 5 gr / l is most effectively given to the seedling stage. Therefore fertilization with a dose of 5 gr / l is most recommended for seed producers so that the capital spent can be reduced.

Abstract

The objectives of this CAR are: (a) To increase the interest in learning geography in the Pedosphere concept, (b) To increase the learning outcomes of Geography in the Pedosphere concept through cooperative learning models of Group investigation in Class X IPS 2 of SMA N 1 Maumere in 2018/2019. PTK is done through 2 cycles. Data collected in this study consisted of quantitative data and qualitative data. Quantitative data obtained from test results were processed using percentage descriptions. The scores obtained by students were averaged to find the level of understanding of the pedosphere concept of students in learning Geography. Qualitative data obtained from students' observations and questionnaires were classified based on aspects that were the focus of the analysis. These quantitative and qualitative data are then linked as a basis for describing the successful implementation of the group investigation learning model which is characterized by an increase in student interest and learning outcomes in the learning of pedospheric geography in classical geographical learning. The results showed that the cooperative learning model of group investigation type applied to the learning of the pedosphere concept geography proved to be able to increase student learning interest both individually and classically, foster the ability to cooperate, think critically, and at the same time also increase student learning outcomes significantly that is, from the average score of 59 students in pre-cycle, to 67.5 in cycle 1 and increased to 79 in cycle 2. So that the learning of the pedosphere concept Geography with the cooperative learning model of group investigation is proven to be able to improve the cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects of students .
