Abstract

Banyaknya anak jalanan, anak terlantar dan anak yang hidup tanpa tempat tinggal, menjadi tugas yang berat bagi seluruh kalangan masyrakat, hal ini sangat memprihatinkan karena mereka tidak pernah mendapatkan kelayakan dalam segala sisi, terutama di bidang pendidikan, keseharian mereka dihabiskan untuk hidup mencari sesuap nasi dan mengais makanan demi menyambung hidupnya, sehingga untuk merasakan apa itu pendidikan mereka tidak sempat mendapatkannya. Tulisan ini membahas problematika tersebut, yang mana penulis menyimpulkan bahwa, lembaga pendidikan harus mengambil peran dan andil dalam pembentukan karakter serta basic pendidikan bagi anak-anak jalanan, mereka sudah selayaknya mendapatkan hak yang sama sebagai warga negara Indonesia. Pada dasarnya keluarga adalah lahan utama untuk mendidik mereka, dikarenakan beberapa bagian dari mereka telah kehilangan keluarga, maka lembaga pendidikan seyogyanya turun kelapangan dalam memberika edukasi agar mereka bisa ditempa dan diarahkan kepada hal yang lebih baik lagi. Pendidikan Islam adalah lahan utama dalam membina kemauan dan kesingguhan serta kemampuan mereka agar tidak terjerumus kepada hal-hal yang salah.

Abstract

Tulisan ini ingin memberikan sebuah wawasan inteletual tentang bagaimana konsep manusia dan pengaruhnya terhadap pendidikan Islam dari sudut pandang filsafat pendidikan Islam Syed Muhammad Naquib Al-Attas. Al-Attas mencoba mendeskripsikan manusia untuk menelaah lebih dalam bagaimana konsep yang sesuai untuk pendidikannya. Berangkat dari konsep manusia tersebut, Al-Attas melakukan kritik terhadap konsep pendidikan Barat yang hanya mengedepankan aspek jasmaniah sebagai tolak ukur kesuksesan. Al-Attas menegaskan bahawa manusia adalah mahluk mulia yang terdiri dari ruh (ruh), jiwa (nafs), hati (qalb), dan intelek (?aql). Oleh sebab itu maka pendidikan Islam harus menyentuh aspek-aspek tersebut secara mendalam untuk menciptkan mansuia sempurna. Proses menciptakan manusia sempurna itu, menurut Al-Attas harus diproses melui konsep pendidikan Islam yang disebut dengan Ta?dîb.   Kata Kunci: Syed Muhammad Naquib Al-Attas, Filsafat, Pendidikan, Manusia, Ta?dib.

Abstract

purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Inventory Intensity, Corporate Image and Intangible Asset to Economic Performance in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 4-year period 2015-2018. This study population includes all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2018 period. The sampling technique was using purposive sampling technique. Based on the predetermined criteria, 17 companies were obtained. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The analysis method used is linear regression analysis of panel data.The results showed that Inventory Intensity and Corporate had a significant effect on Economic Performance. while Enterprise Risk Management and Intangible Asset has no effect on intellectual capital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pendampingan yang dilakukan oleh pemangku kepentingan dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia pelaku industri kuliner rendang di Kota Padang serta menganalisis aspek-aspek keberhasilan SDM pelaku industri kuliner rendang di Kota Padang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif. Proses analisis data kualitatif menggunakan analisis data lapangan Model Miles dan Huberman. Miles dan Huberman (1984) dalam Sugiyono (2012: 246). Pemangku kepentingan meliputi unsur pemerintah, swasta dan perguruan tinggi di Kota Padang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pendampingan yang dilakukan oleh pemangku kepentingan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Namun, proses pendampingan tidak berjalan secara optimal, hal ini dikarenakan adanya keterbatasan anggaran, dan SDM dari pemangku kepentingan. Sedangkan pada aspek keberhasilan SDM pelaku industri kuliner rendang meliputi aspek kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik. Terdapat perubahan pada aspek kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik. Pada aspek kognitif terjadi perubahan pengetahuan meliputi penentuan harga produk, jenis kemasan, masa kadarluasa dan strategi pemasaran. Namun pada aspek afektif dan psikomotorik sebagian pelaku industri kuliner rendang mengalami perubahan secara baik. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa SDM pelaku industri kuliner rendang mengalami peningkatan dalam berwirausaha rendang.

Abstract

Abstract

This development aims to produce a product in the form of learning materials for e-learning of Educational Research Methodology Course. The developed learning materials refer to the needs of the course and semester learning design that has been developed for the course, to facilitate learner in making more flexible and directed learning process. Development is carried out by Integrative Learning Design Framework Model with its three steps, they are, exploration information, enactment, and evaluation. The learning materials have gone through evaluation phase involving media experts, subject matter expert, instructional design expert, and users. Evaluation was carried out using open questionnaires to obtain descriptive data in the form of suggestions and input for product improvement. The follow up of the evaluation phase is some revisions of the product which include: color an text readability of the entire course site, changes in material display mode, formulation of learning objectives, concept map somponents, and learning object components.

Abstract

The problem of this research is how the PAN traces at the phonological, morphological, and syntactic levels on the Gunung Tua Inscription (Lokanātha). The purpose of this study was to determine the PAN traces at the phonological, morphological, and syntactic levels of the inscription. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. Based on the analysis carried out on that inscription, it is known that at the phonological level there are two words, namely /juru/ 'clever person' and /pāṇḍai/ 'clever, skilled’. The word /juru/ 'clever person' is a loan word from Sanskrit while the word /pāṇḍai/ 'clever, skilled' has the form PAN */paṇḍai/ 'clever, skilled'. Based on the morphological level, there are two words, namely {barbwat} 'making' and {tatkāla} 'when'. The word {barbwat} is formed from the free morpheme {bwat} 'make' and the second {bar-} bound morpheme is a PAN derivative. Meanwhile {tatkāla} 'when' is not a derivative of PAN but a loan word from Sanskrit which consists of two morphemes, namely {tāt} 'so' and {kālá} 'time' so that it becomes {tātkālá}. Based on the syntactic level, it can be concluded that BMK has a grammatical structure consisting of FAdv as adverb of time, FN as subject and object, and FV as predicate that are transitive in form.

Abstract

The recent study aimed to find out the correlation between self-efficacy and writing achievement of undergraduate students of English education study program at PGRI university of Palembang. In this study, 24 students of seventh semester were chosen as sample through purposive sampling. This study applied correlation research design. The data were collected by using questionnaires and tests, and they were analyzed by using Pearson product moment correlation coefficient, simple and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the sig value of correlation between self-efficacy and writing achievement was 0.00 which was lower than 0.05, with 59.8% contribution of self-efficacy. It indicated that there was significant correlation between self-efficacy and writing achievement. Since the Pearson Correlation value was 0.773, it indicated strong correlation between self-efficacy and writing achievement.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out the correlations among parental involvement, reading motivation and reading achievement.This research used correlation method. Total number of populations were 153 and sample were 60 students taken by simple random sampling technique. The instruments for collecting the data were questionnaire and test and analyzed by normality and linearity test. The result of the investigation described that (1) the correlationscoefficient between parental involvement and reading achievement rx1y=0.505 with r2= 0.255. r product moment shows that there was correlation between X and Y. Sig value was obtained sug 0.000 < 0.05, it shows that there was a significant correlation between parental involvement and reading achievement, (2) The result of rx2y = 0.514 with r2=0.265. The significant level was 0.000 < 0.05 it meant there was a significant correlation between reading motivation and reading achievement, (3) The result of rx2y = 0.604 with r2=0.365. The significant level was 0.000 < 0.05 it meant there was a significant correlation between parental involvement and reading motivation (4) the result of correlation among parental involvement, reading motivation and reading achievement were ryx1x2=0.569 with r2=324. It can be concluded that there are high correlations amongparental involvement, reading motivation toward reading achievement.

Abstract

This study is limited to the investigation of the correlation between students’ learning strategy, and reading comprehensionof the ninth grade students at State Junior High School 01 Buay Rawan, OKU Selatan. There were 85 students who has been selected as the sample of the research. The writer used correlational study and formula to see the correlation between two variable stated. Correlation about Students’ Learning Strategies (X2) and Reading Comprehension (Y) for 0.028. Sig. Value 0.797 was higher than Alpha value 0.05 (0.797 >0,2146), Ho was accepted and Ha was rejected. In other words, there was no a positive correlation between Students’ Learning Strategies (X2) and Reading Comprehension(Y). It can be stated that Students Learning Strategies (X) simultaneously have no significant correlated the reading comprehension(Y).
