The research and development model used is model by ADDIE stages (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). This study was conducted at MTs Muhammadiyah 1 Ciputat with the research subjects consisting of seventh-grade students and a mathematics teacher. The results show that the learning media assisted by Filmora is valid for use based on expert validation results, with an average score of 90.71% from media experts, 93.06% from material experts, and 92.72% from language experts. The small-group trial indicated that the Filmora-assisted learning media is highly practical, with student responses averaging 85.81% and teacher responses averaging 86.11%. Meanwhile, in the large-group trial, the students' response score averaged 88.87%, categorized as very practical. The effectiveness level was 80% in both the small-group and large-group trials. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the Filmora-assisted learning media is valid, practical, and effective for teaching algebraic forms in mathematics. The results of this research are expected to benefit teachers, students, future researchers, and other related parties.

Abstract

Article 21 of Law Number 5 of 1960 concerning Basic Agrarian Regulations (UUPA) also states that those entitled to Property Rights are Indonesian Citizens and Legal Entities appointed by the Government. However, in fact, there are still many practices of Nominee agreements based on absolute power of attorney to avoid these legal restrictions in order to disguise ownership of land. The urgency of this research is the importance of studying the legal certainty of nominee agreements based on absolute power of attorney. In this legal research, the normative and prescriptive legal research methods are used. In this legal research, the author uses a statutory regulatory approach, a conceptual approach and a case approach. The author utilizes primary and secondary legal materials. Data collection techniques in this research are carried out through literature studies. In this legal research, the Legal Material Analysis Technique is used with the Syllogism Method, which is a deductive way of thinking that applies logical principles to reach conclusions based on general and specific premises. Nominee agreements based on absolute power of attorney, based on the valid conditions of the agreement in Article 1320 of the Civil Code, have violated the lawful purpose because they disguise the original ownership of the land object and constitute legal smuggling. Instruction of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 14 of 1982 concerning the Prohibition of the Use of Absolute Power of Attorney as a Transfer of Land Rights expressly prohibits the use of absolute power of attorney to transfer or disguise ownership of land rights. In this case, a name borrowing agreement in the transfer of land ownership rights based on an absolute power of attorney, which does not comply with the rules or laws, does not provide legal certainty for the holder of the letter.

Abstract

Trademark protection in Indonesia is regulated under the first to file system, in which rights to a trademark are granted to the party who first registers it at the Directorate General of Intellectual Property (DJKI). Although this system provides legal certainty, its application often leads to injustice, especially in the case of trademark squatting, where a party who is not in good faith registers a mark that has been recognized by another party with the aim of obtaining profits. This research aims to analyze the application of the first to file principle in trademark registration in Indonesia from the perspective of justice, as well as evaluate the legal measures that can be applied to prevent abuse of this system. This research uses the normative juridical method with the analysis of primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials, as well as John Rawls' theory of justice approach as the basis for policy evaluation. The results show that weaknesses in the definition of good faith, the criteria for famous marks, and the limitation of similarities in essence cause legal uncertainty and open loopholes for abuse. Policy reform is needed through improving the legal substance, strengthening the institutional structure of the DJKI, and simplifying the dispute resolution mechanism through mediation and arbitration. The research conclusions emphasize the importance of more inclusive and equitable legal reforms to protect the rights of legitimate trademark owners, especially small and medium enterprises. With proper legal reform, it is expected that the trademark protection system in Indonesia can become more transparent, effective, and contribute to fair business competition.

Abstract

The digital era has brought significant changes to commercial activities, including the rise of e-commerce as a key pillar of the digital economy in Indonesia. However, this development also poses various challenges in consumer protection, such as data security, information transparency, and dispute resolution. This article aims to analyze the dynamics of consumer protection law in the context of e-commerce in Indonesia through a case study approach. The study examines relevant regulations, such as the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Information and Transactions Act, and their implementation in safeguarding consumer rights. The findings reveal a disparity between the rapid growth of e-commerce and the readiness of regulations to adapt to technological advancements. Furthermore, gaps remain in law enforcement, particularly in monitoring digital platforms and effectively resolving disputes. This article recommends strengthening responsive regulations, enhancing public digital literacy, and fostering collaboration between the government, businesses, and consumers to create a secure and equitable e-commerce ecosystem.

In depth interview, questionnaire survey and non-participant observation methods were used to collect primary data, and documentary review was used to collect secondary data. Likert scale was used to measure gender equality adherence. Content analysis was used to analyse qualitative data according to key themes and research objectives. Data were presented in frequency tables and bar charts. Major findings show that gender equality is adhered to in school practices and a gender responsive pedagogy is adequately adhered to in the teaching and learning process. Three quarter of the respondents show that the curriculum addresses gender equality in school practice including teaching and learning in the classroom. Abstract

The study was about the effect of computer simulation on students’ achievement in Probability based on their attitude towards mathematics. Data were collected from 198 Form 3 students from four (4) public secondary schools who were purposefully chosen to participate in the study. To obtain qualitative and quantitative data, the researcher used students' questionnaires. The study used Post Hoc Tukey's (HSD) test and an ANOVA, and the results showed that the strategy's use had a greater impact on the experimental groups than the control groups. Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) software was typically used to quantitatively examine the data that was obtained. Depending on the research hypothesis, either a one-way ANOVA or a two-way ANOVA was used to test the hypothesis at a 95% level of significance. Additional tests were based on factor analysis, post hoc analysis, and t-tests. The main finding is that CBS's teaching approach is better than traditional approaches to teaching probability.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the instructional leadership of the principal and to identify the determining factors of such leadership at SMP Kristen Eben Haezer 1 in Manado City. Employing a qualitative approach with a case study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observations within the school environment, and document analysis. The data were analyzed thematically using an inductive approach. The findings reveal that the principal exercises instructional leadership in a proactive and participative manner. Beyond administrative duties, the principal is actively involved in lesson planning, classroom observation, and professional development of teachers through supervision, training, and mentoring. Christian values serve as the foundation for decision-making and the development of school culture, fostering strong character among all school members. Several factors contribute to the effectiveness of the principal’s instructional leadership, including a clear school vision and mission, strong support from the management team and teachers, open and communicative relationships, and leadership based on personal example. Organizational stability and systematic role distribution also contribute to creating a conducive and high-quality learning environment. This study provides a concrete example of how value-based instructional leadership can be effectively implemented in schools. The findings are significant for school leaders seeking to strengthen their instructional leadership practices and enhance the overall quality of education through collaborative, value-driven approaches.
