Abstract

Objectives – The purpose of this study was to analyze the direct effect of work environment and workload on job satisfaction and work discipline and the indirect effect of work environment and workload on work discipline through job satisfaction.Design/Methodology/Approach – The research respondents were 35 employees of the Ward District Office of Mojokerto Regency. This study used a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire with the SEM-PLS test and processed using the WARP PLS 8 program.Findings - The results showed that there was a direct effect of the work environment and workload on job satisfaction and work discipline. Job satisfaction has a direct effect on work discipline. The work environment is not proven to have a significant effect on work discipline through job satisfaction and workload is proven to have a significant effect on work discipline through job satisfaction.

Abstract

Objectives – This study aims to describe and analyze the influence of relationship-oriented leadership, promotion, and work environment on the performance of civil servants at the Agricultural Quarantine Center in Surabaya.Design/Methodology/Approach – The type of research used is explanatory research. The number of samples in this study was 100 employees of the Surabaya Agricultural Quarantine Center. The data analysis used is the analysis of the outer model, inner model, and hypothesis testing using SmartPLS 4.0.Findings - Research results show that; relationship-oriented leadership behavior has a significant effect on employee performance; promotion has a partially significant and positive effect on employee performance; the work environment has a partial effect on employee performance; and relationship-oriented leadership behavior, promotion, and work environment have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance.leadership

Abstract

Objective - Identifying the internal and external environment through SWOT analysis on Kenya Klaten Herbal SMEs to formulate alternative business development strategies. Design/Methodology/Approach - The research method utilized is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques consist of observation, interviews, and life history documentation. Research Findings - The SWOT analysis results indicate that the strengths and opportunities are more dominant compared to weaknesses and threats, thus the policy direction of Kenya Klaten's Herbal SMEs is in a growth strategy condition. Originality/Value - This research plays a role in business development by providing explanations about strategies that the company needs to implement to maximize opportunities and minimize threats.

Abstract

Objectives – This study aims to determine the influence of celebrity endorsers andthe brand image on the interest in purchasing Scarlett Whitening products for EconomicEducation students at Bhinneka PGRI University in the Shopee marketplace.Design/Methodology/Approach – The method used in this research is descriptivequantitative with analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS). This study uses primarydata sources derived from questionnaires related to celebrity endorsers, brandimage, and purchase intention. This study determines the target population, namelythe Economic Education students of Bhinneka PGRI University, prospectiveconsumers, and consumers of Scarlett Whitening Products totaling 364 students witha sample of 91 students.Findings – The results showed that (1) Celebrity endorser (X1) has no significanteffect on purchase intention (Y) on Scarlett Whitening products, the P-Values valueis 0.203> 0.05 so that H1 is rejected; (2) Brand image has a positive and significanteffect on purchase intention (Y) on Scarlett Whitening products with a P-Valuesvalue of 0.000 <0.05, so H2 is accepted; (3) Celebrity endorser and brand imagesimultaneously do not affect purchase intention (Y) for Scarlett Whitening products

Abstract

Objectives – This study aims to determine the effect of organizational support on teachers' adaptive performance with innovative work behavior as a mediating variable.Design/Methodology/Approach – The research method used in this research is descriptive statistics using a quantitative approach. The collected data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The software used was SmartPLS 3.Findings – The results showed that: the role of innovative work behavior was able to fully mediate the effect of organizational support on adaptive performance, organizational support had no significant positive effect on adaptive performance, organizational support has a significant positive effect on innovative work behavior, and innovative behavior has a significant positive effect on the adaptive performance for teacher of high school in the zoning of Palangka Raya-1.

Abstract

Objectives – The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of multiple role conflicts and workload on work motivation and employee performance and to analyze the effect of multiple role conflicts and workload on employee performance through work motivation. Design/Methodology/Approach – The research respondents were female employees (ASN and NON-ASN) at the Regional Secretariat Office of Mojokerto Regency, totaling 70 people. The research instrument was a questionnaire which was then analyzed with a path test Findings – The results of the study show that multiple role conflicts and workload have proven to influence employee motivation. Multiple role conflicts and workloads are proven to affect employee performance. Motivation is proven to influence employee performance. Multiple role conflict is not proven to indirectly affect employee performance through motivation and workload is proven to indirectly affect employee performance through motivation
