Retirement is something that every working individual will experience. Retirement according to the Big Indonesian Dictionary (KBBI) is not working anymore because the term of office has finished. A person who has retired usually has the right to a pension fund. After retirement, the individual's income will decrease, but the necessities of life can increase. In order to still be able to meet the needs of life after retirement, it is necessary to have financial planning after retirement. There are several factors that influence financial planning after retirement, including income, attitude and culture. Income is an important issue in financial planning. One thing to consider carefully when planning for retirement and setting aside funds for that purpose is the estimate of the amount of money needed to have the expected quality of life in retirement. Attitude towards retirement planning is an internal psychological condition that is influenced by positive or negative assessments related to retirement planning. Cultural differences will result in different financial plans between individuals. In this study, the Structural Equation Model will be used to analyze the factors that influence financial planning after retirement for teachers in several schools in Tanah Datar Regency, West Sumatra. This study uses quantitative methods using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. Based on the collected questionnaires, simulations were carried out to obtain 170 data randomly. To facilitate data analysis, the AMOS application will be used. The results showed that these three factors had a significant effect on financial planning after retirement. The most influential factor on financial planning after retirement is culture with a parameter value of 0.639.

The agricultural sector is one attempt most vulnerable to the negative effects of climate change. Behavior extreme climate led not deficient or damage to the irrigation network, the farming, and agricultural infrastructure. To minimize risk losses from a threat that happened on agriculture. One alternative instrument risk management worth considering is the presence of agricultural insurance. The purpose of this research is to study a sort of descriptive program, identify, analyze, and describe a characteristic response of farmers on the insurance program rice farming (AUTP) in the Kramatwatu district. The methodology used in research is the method survey; the location of research is purposive on the basis that Kramatwatu district is a district that members of the farmer's group have an interest in the participation of the highest AUTP program. An analysis of the data used was analysis descriptive is used to give the percentage identification elements communication and the effectiveness of communication. While relations communication element to analyze the effectiveness of communication producers and farmers in the activities of the barns using analysis inferential through correlation test rank spearman. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that the cognitive response category agreed (46%), effective response category agreed (26%), conative response categories agreed (23%), and The results of this study indicate that of all factors associated with the level of farmer participation the AUTP program in Kramatwatu sub-district has an average valuation that includes the income and education factors have a weak but relative relationship, then the age factor and the area of land do not give any relation to the farmer's participation in the AUTP program.

As a country with the second-highest unemployment rate, Indonesian policymakers should worry about this condition. Based on the macroeconomic perspective, unemployment is affected by the firms' labour demand. It highlights that the firm's profit or loss highly determines the labour force demand. Using the Fixed Effect Model, this study results show that the labour force significantly affects industrial output, and the changes of industrial output highly increase the labour demand in the market. However, foreign and domestic capital neither significantly reduce unemployment rate in Indonesia nor stimulate the large and medium industries to absorb labour in the market. The Government should utilize foreign and domestic capital efficiently as possible to reduce unemployment rate.

Medicinal plants are very beneficial for health. Medicinal plants can be used as an alternative to cheap and efficient medicine, but not everyone knows what plants can be used as medicine and how to process them. Students are expected to be more familiar with the types of medicinal plants, both local and scientific names, uses, parts used, processing methods, and rules for use. To be able to introduce medicinal plants more interactively, then one solution that can be applied is through application-based games. Educational games are expected to stimulate students to be more active in studying medicinal plants. The game technique used is endless run. Game "Endless Run" is categorized as an action game, has a linear design without ending, without stopping and no stages or changing levels. "Endless Run" is a game where the main character in the game continues to run the game that will not stop. The results of the usability trials shown to teachers, lecturers and students showed good respondents so that people who want to learn the introduction of medicinal plants can obtain information and benefits so that they can increase students' learning desires and the application is easy to operate and the survey results from the percentage (effect 80 %, control 90%, efficiency 70%, helpfulness 80%, learnability 90%). The Endless Run-Based Medicinal Plant Educational Game Development Application can be used by students, college students, millennials and the general public. By utilizing the Unity 3D application, this software includes a game engine capable of handling three-dimensional graphics. A Latin square arrangement is an arrangement of r symbols in r rows and c columns, such that every symbol occurs once in each row and each column. When two Latin squares of same order are superimposed on one another, in the resultant array if every ordered pair of symbols occurs exactly once, then the two Latin squares are said to be orthogonal. If in a set of Latin squares, any two Latin squares are orthogonal then the set is called Mutually Orthogonal Latin Squares of order r. Methods of constructing when p is prime or prime power are discussed here. A finite projective plane of order n exists if n is a prime or power of a prime number and it has been assumed that this is the only one that exists, reminiscent of the conjecture about the existence of  Latin squares n x n orthogonal to each other, so that these two existence problems are equivalent.

The buying and selling transaction system that many people use today is the online buying and selling system. In this system, there is a process of goods delivery by one branch of a freight forwarder in Indonesia, namely SiCepat Express Baleendah. In the process of shipping goods, a delivery route with the shortest path is needed in order to minimize of the goods delivery process. The problem of the route of goods delivery can be solved by one of the algorithms in the Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP), namely the Cheapest Insertion Heuristic (CIH) Algorithm. This study aims to determine the shortest route and distance for goods delivery using the CIH Algorithm by the Asymmetric TSP CIH application, as well as knowing its efficiency compared to the route that used by SiCepat Express Baleendah. The result shows that the use of the CIH Algorithm is proven to produce a more efficient delivery route than the route created by SiCepat Express Baleendah. Based on the goods delivery route from SiCepat Express Baleendah, the result of the total distance is 18.55 km. On the other hand, based on the CIH Algorithm, the delivery route obtained result is 13.45 km. The efficiency of using the CIH Algorithm is 27.48% better than the result from SiCepat Express Baleendah route.
