The competitive era of Industrial Revolution 4.0 is characterized by the development of progress in all fields of activity, with companies and authorities competing to keep up with the changes through the use of information technology. One of the most popular information technology implementations in enterprises is the employee information system for vacation. A manual leave application system is still used to apply for leave at the East Java provincial government office. An employee who wants to apply for leave must first print the leave form, fill out the leave form, and then give the leave form to the employee for manager approval. The manual process slows down the process of requesting time off. The purpose of this research is to address the shortcomings of the current manual system and create a web-based leave request information system aimed at simplifying and speeding up the employee leave request process. The research method used by researchers in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. This web-based leave request information system can be used to assist employees in requesting leave and make it easier for companies to process and manage leave data.

Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) is the most basic level of formal education in Indonesia and corresponds to primary schools administered by the Ministry of Religious Affairs. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah's education lasts for six years, from grades 1 to 6. Graduates of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah can continue their education at Madrasah Tsanawiyah or middle school. The purpose of this study is to create an interactive Islamic learning application consisting of several materials provided by researchers. There are also some quizzes to find students' benchmarks in collecting material using this model. Researchers used a research design based on the educational development methodology known as R&D (Research and Development). This study created the "SINAU" application, an interactive Islamic learning application consisting of several materials provided by the manufacturer. There are also some quizzes to find a student's benchmark in collecting material.

The village information system is a system that supports the implementation of activities at the village office. Technological developments are having a positive impact on how researchers and governments develop software that makes human jobs (in this case, citizens) easier. Village Information System breakthroughs continue to evolve from web-based applications to applications running on instant messaging platforms. Automated answering telegrams, bots and robots are also constantly being developed so that they can be used to support human work. Telegram Bot and Webhook were developed as part of an autoresponder. The task of this automated answering machine is to replace administrative tasks normally performed by humans. Telegram bot and webhook development using Google Script as the language for building APIs tries to find programming solutions outside of the popular programming languages among application developers. The results of this research will benefit users, especially integrated village communities and village organizations.

This research was carried out in the context of implementing the K-NN algorithm so that a source of information can be produced as a basis for supporting decisions on initial credit applications by customers so that they can help cooperative managers more as knowledge of the progress of credit proposals that are carried out at the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise Cooperative Service Office ( SMEs) South Sulawesi Province. The K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm is used to classify objects based on attributes and training samples. Among them, from k objects, the k-Nearest Neighbor algorithm uses neighbor classification as the predicted value. The results show that the algorithm produces a classification with a faster calculation time based on the prediction of customer data resulting from the calculation.

Nutritional status is a measure of nutritional status that affects human growth and development, so nutritional status data collection is necessary. Data on nutritional status in Rawalele Village was collected by village midwives, who were assisted by posyandu cadres in recording child weighing data and then submitting it to the puskesmas and entering it into the ePPGBM system. Due to difficulties with existing applications, data collection on nutritional status at the Rawalele village posyandu is still done on paper, so the process takes a long time and data can be lost or damaged. The purpose of this study is to design and build a web-based application to facilitate data collection on nutritional status in toddlers. A software model is obtained using the prototype development method. The prototype development method is used to create a software model, which aids in the development of a system that matches the facts of toddler growth and development data. The findings revealed that posyandu cadres could use the nutritional status data collection application for toddlers, making it easier for puskesmas to collect data from each posyandu.

The spread of the Covid-19 virus is of more concern to various parties. A referral hospital in Surabaya City noted that from March 2020 to July 2021 the recovery rate was 85% of patients exposed to the Covid-19 virus. More than 425 people are members of TNI soldiers, TNI civil servants, retired officers, and family members exposed to the virus. The handling and prevention of the spread of the Covid-19 virus are still being carried out. This study aims to develop respiratory rate improvement therapy media based on audiovisual media. The method to be used is based on ISO 9241-210:2019 Human-centered design as well as several other methods such as persona and expert validation. This research was conducted by conducting pre-production, production, and then editing scenarios. The results of this study were validated by testing the audio-visual media carried out by informatic validation and physiotherapy experts. The results of the expert validation prove that audiovisual media has succeeded because that has met the needs of the users and has a significant effect on improving the respiratory rate.

A university website is a website dedicated to providing information services to the academic community at large and to the general public. The importance of the university website as an information provider should be assessed and adjusted to ensure that the website offers many benefits. The evaluation process uses the WebQual 4.0 model with three dimensions as independent variables: website quality, usability, information quality, and service interaction quality, and user satisfaction as the dependent variable. The subject of this research is the Putra Bangsa University website. The sampling technique used a simple random sampling technique. This study used questionnaire-based primary data with 29 question items and 95 respondents. It received a 78.82% rating in user testing for usability. In terms of information quality, it received a rating of 79.36%. The quality of service interactions received a rating of 78.38%. It has a user satisfaction rating of 79.55%. This put the Putra Bangsa University website in the very user-friendly system category. The results of the hypothesis building analysis as a whole are accepted. The independent variables usability, information quality, and service interaction quality are correlated and closely related to user satisfaction as the dependent variable.

The extension assessment process of the tenure’s school principal at Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Musi Rawas runs manually, so it takes more than 1 (one) month to get the results. This study aims to model a classification based on Machine Learning technique using the C4.5 Decission Tree algorithm to make it easier for supervisors to provide recommendations whether the principal’s position has Extended or Not Extended status. The research design uses the CRISP-DM concept which is adopted to the needs of the research objectives. The resulting model has 15 rules which are used as the basis for forming a Decision Tree. Model validation measurement was tested using the Confusion Matrix method and it provides an accuracy of 83,3%.

The purpose of this research conducted at the information section at Sentani airport is to be able to design and build an application system for converting text to voice using the FSA method, so that later this application system can help inform information at Sentani airport. The results of this study are a text to voice conversion application system built to assist in informing Sentani airport, by implementing the FSA method at Delphi, the research obtained a text to voice conversion application with input and output in Indonesian and English, and contains an information report; the method used to break words into syllables in the text-to-speech conversion application program is the FSA method, the results of the broken syllables are then voiced so that the program produces a sound that matches the expected results; as well as in applying the algorithm method to Delphi programming utilizing several operating functions including insert, save, delete, clear, print, and play sound so that the program can run

Client is an application that is used to send and receive e-mails through your computer without a browser. Simply by running the e-mail client application, the e-mail will automatically be downloaded to your computer. The more varied operating systems used by Users also sometimes make Users have to change email clients when moving operating systems, for example Windows Users who are used to Outlook have to use evolution on Linux, whereas when using Mac OS they have to use the Mail program. This is of course inconvenient for the User. Not to mention the security of the clinet email itself. In this research, software has been created to reduce existing problems. The method used in the design and manufacture of this software is the Guidelines for Rapid Application Engineering (Grapple) method. This software was created using Netbeans 7.0. This multi-platform email client application program with base64 encoding on a desktop base can run on three operating systems, namely Windows, Linux and Macinthos. This application can also encode with the base64 algorithm the contents of the message so as to maintain the confidentiality of the contents of the message in the email client itself.
