Kankung is a type of plant that is classified as a vegetable and is grown as food. The Mandiri Jaya Flowering Farmers Group in Cikupa Village, Karangnunggal has 9 blocks of farmland that are planted with kankung plants as one of the incomes of the farmers. The distribution of water to water spinach plants should be even and regular. For watering water spinach, 20 liters of water is needed, which is done manually by carrying water on the back and then watering the water spinach repeatedly. It is important to water kangkung plants regularly, once in the morning and once in the evening. Watering kangkung (a type of water spinach) is an important part of maintaining the plant, as it needs a sufficient supply of water to carry out photosynthesis and obtain the nutrients it needs to grow and develop. To support the automation process so that production factors can be achieved, a control system is required. One type of controller that is well-suited for use is a microcontroller. The researcher designed a Kangkung Plant Irrigation System Based on the Internet of Things to address the issues mentioned above. Farmers control the irrigation of watercress using smartphones, which makes their work easier and more efficient.

The closure of the TPA, which had been operating since 1990, forced Gunaksa Village to have its own TPST or Local Waste Processing Site (TOSS) as a waste processing site. The Klungkung regency government also requires each village to process household waste independently. This policy obliges Gunaksa Village to have its own (TOSS) as a waste processing site. According to Law No. 18 of 2008 concerning waste management, it is necessary to change the pattern of waste management which is based on reducing and handling waste. The output of this research is in the form of a local waste management application that can help TOSS in Gunaksa Village, Klungkung Regency which is expected to be able to integrate the management of each division and level so that it runs effectively and efficiently. This application is intended as a recording system in the management of waste banks. Research will be conducted using the methodextreme programming. The system will be designed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). System testing will use the Black Box method. The results of the black box test state that the input and output of the Gunaksa Bank Garbage Application (GUNABANGSA) are appropriate.

The industrial revolution and the current era of information technology have touched various fields, including health. Competency development of health human resources is something that must be done to be able to adapt in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. In an effort to develop the competence of Health Human Resources, training is a form that is commonly carried out today. Post-training evaluation is a form of training evaluation to determine the effectiveness of a training so that training can be continuously modified to achieve the best effectiveness. Evaluation of post-health training is currently still done manually, which causes not all health training to be evaluated because it requires a lot of resources and budget. The use of information technology in conducting post-training evaluations can be a solution to existing problems. The post-health training evaluation is carried out by developing an information system for the post-health training evaluation that can be carried out quickly, precisely and massively. The purpose of this research is to design an evaluation information system after health training to the system design stage. The development method uses the System Development Life Cyle (SDLC) with the waterfall model until the system design stage. System design is done by making context diagrams, ERD, TRD, Data Dictionary, Flow Chart and DFD. The design of this information system is expected to be the basis for the development of a more comprehensive health EPP information system in the future.

Evaluation is carried out to determine the effectiveness of the training. Evaluations that are still carried out manually/conventionally by collecting data through filling in instruments, have constraints including; Speed of submission of evaluation results report; delay in submitting the issuance of a certificate because the results of the report are used as a requirement for filing; limited storage space for files/report archives; risk of damage, loss of data either caused by viruses, dysfunction of device operations or accidental factors in deleting files. For this reason, a system is needed that can help and facilitate the evaluation process starting from recording, storing and reporting. System development was carried out using qualitative research methods and input-process-output system development methods using the steps of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method of the prototype model. The PIECES Framework is used to analyze system requirements to produce user satisfaction levels. The results of the research are the design of a system consisting of Context Diagrams, Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), Table Relational Diagrams (TRD), Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) Flow Diagrams and Data Flow Diagrams (DFD). Users of this system are Admin (program person in charge), Assessors, Organizers and Leaders. This information system is able to facilitate the process of implementing and reporting the results of evaluation implementation, ease of accessing and presenting reports, providing data storage space and better data management compared to conventional methods.

The distribution of information in the form of online news is so massive in the wider community, that it is difficult to distinguish between haox news and positive news. So that a classification is needed regarding public sentiment about the implementation of elections using mainstream media news article data using 1064 dataset test data. The methods used in this study are the naive Bayes algorithm, the random forest algorithm, and the support vector machine algorithm. The test model uses smote where the performance results are carried out by the algorithm used using smote and not using smote, where random forest produces an accuracy of 91.88%, while without using a smote support vector machine it produces an accuracy of 92.05%.

Social media is a platform that is able to connect its users with other users online. One of the most widely used social media is Instagram. Instagram is a social media platform capable of displaying videos and photos that aim to inform and attract the attention of Instagram users in giving judgments. Instagram has ads that display various platforms that collaborate with Instagram. One platform that collaborates with Instagram is Netflix. Netflix is a streaming service platform that contains movies, television shows and series that have a marketing strategy to attract the attention of various platform users, companies and others. Netflix is working with Instagram to be able to attract the attention of Instagram users so they have the desire to use the streaming service provided by Netflix. However, every ad that has high quality and value, such as Netflix, does not necessarily have an impact on Instagram users. Therefore, this study aims to examine the impact of Netflix ads on Instagram users. This type of research is a quantitative research, namely by using a survey of Indonesian Education University students. This study found that Neflix has an influence on Instagram users with indicators from the results of the Neflix ad survey providing an attraction to subscribe. The implications of this research can be a reference for further research and a theoretical reference about the impact of Netflix ads on Instagram users.

Indonesia is one of the countries that are often affected by natural disasters because it is located on the Asia Pacific Ring of Fire. West Sumatra province is one of the most frequently hit by natural disasters including earthquakes. According to the Central Bureau of Statistics of West Sumatra from 2018-2021, there were 1,148 earthquake cases and 1,503 flood cases. The objective of this study is to reveal areas prone to natural disasters in West Sumatra province using K-Means algorithm and GeoPandas visualization. After doing data processing for the optimal K value, 3 clusters were obtained, namely, cluster 1 is not prone to natural disasters, cluster 2 is prone to natural disasters and cluster 3 is very prone to natural disasters. From this research, it is found that cluster 1 has 7 members of the region, cluster 2 has 11 members of the region, and cluster 3 has 1 member of the region.

Teacher Performance Assessment guarantees a quality learning process at all levels of education. Educational supervision will be carried out with the aim to improve the quality of teaching / teacher so that the competitiveness of students studying at the school will increase towards a better direction. Supervision assessment is a class visit technique to obtain data about the actual situation regarding the ability and skills of teachers in teaching and mastery of class. To determine the teacher's performance, one approach can be done using the Balanced Scorecard approach and Naïve Bayes classification. The determination of teacher performance is then processed using Analytic Network Process-based modeling to improve teacher evaluation criteria that are still low. With the help of Super Decision software, a decision support system was created in determining teacher performance. The results of this study are the recommendations of permanent teachers in Junior High Schools, High Schools, and Vocational Schools Yadika 12 Depok based on performance to be objective and make more efficient decisions.

The rapid development of information technology has a significant impact on the way companies operate. Companies can utilize technology to simplify and accelerate their business processes, including recording and managing transactional data. PT XYZ is one of the largest retail companies, with a vast amount of data and requiring various types of different HTML forms. Therefore, standardization in program code writing is necessary to minimize errors and facilitate application maintenance. This research aims to build a Compiler Domain Specific Language (DSL) as a web-based HTML form generator for PT XYZ. The study uses the Python SLY library, passing the Lexer and Parser processes in DSL development. The result of this research is a web-based HTML form generator that facilitates developers in creating standardized and automatic HTML forms. The use of DSL can speed up the program code writing process, minimize errors, and create structured and easily understood code by developers.

Environmental health inspection is part of the environmental health services carried out by the Public Health Center. Environmental health inspections are carried out by observing environmental media using the health center's sanitarian kit to measure the quality of water, air and food. The District/City Health Office is expected to assist the Public Health Center in providing a sanitarian kit as a tool to support environmental health inspections. The Public Health Center that already have a sanitarian kit, need to carry out item management which includes monitoring and evaluating the use of the equipment. Based on this, the design of a monitoring and evaluation information system for the health center sanitarian kit using the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with a prototype approach was created. System design stages start from planning, analysis, to design. The end result of this information system is to obtain information related to the utilization of the kit, the condition of the equipment, the obstacles encountered, to the maintenance of the equipment (calibration, availability of reagents and spare parts) which can then be utilized by the District/City Health Office and the Ministry of Health.
