Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is an investment for companies for the company's growth and sustainability (sustainability) and is no longer seen from the cost center but as a profit center. The purpose of this study was to determine the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in Timika Papua. This study uses a quantitative approach. Research data sources are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used were documentation, questionnaire and observation. The population and research sample used were 100 respondents. Analysis of the data used is by using multiple linear analysis. The results showed that Corporate Social Responsibility in the fields of education, health and social capital had a positive and significant effect on Timika Papua. In the field of education PTFI provides assistance such as scholarships, construction of educational facilities and infrastructure, teacher assistance and education campaigns. In the health sector PTFI provides health services for the community and conducts community health programs. In the field of social capital, PTFI conducts infrastructure development and provides facilities for places of worship.

Abstract

Human resources is an organization whose resources are the most important and can only be obtained through recruitment efforts. The purpose of this study was to determine the strategy of developing human resources in improving the performance of the apparatus in the Bone regional inspectorate. Research conducted with a qualitative approach with survey methods. Data collection techniques used were interviews and surveyors. The data analysis technique is data analysis in the research process is a very urgent factor because it is a stage that presents a series of information; objectively and rationally about the data or facts found in the field. The results showed that the strategy for developing human resources in the Regional Inspectorate of Bone Regency was through formal education. Where employees are given the opportunity to take part in education freely. The next strategy is employee training but training is not carried out periodically due to limited budget which causes limited training time as well.

Abstract

Tourism in Indonesia is experiencing growth but it still has to get the full attention of various parties. Research Objectives to determine the development of tourism in Burake tourism objects and to find out how the level of tourist visit to Burake tourism objects. The results showed that the development of tourist attractions can increase tourist visits seen from the tourist anthesis where there is a main attraction of tourist attraction to come to visit the statue of Jesus as the main object besides that there is also the statue of the Virgin Mary, the glass adrenaling bridge which is the only item in Toraja, photo spots and natural scenery that are cool and beautiful to attract tourists. Marketing and Promotion that attracts tourist visits.

Abstract

This study aims understandof the System of Bank Guarantee issuance with Back –to-Back Form at PT Bank Sulselbar main Branch Makassar and the obstacle faced in the issuance of bank guarantee. The research used is descriptive qualitative which write describe the observation and the result of direct interview. The result showed that system of Bank Guarantee Issuance at PT bank Sulselbar main branch Makassar is Based on theory and government’ts regulation. But it needs additional officer at bank Guarantee section, so that the data entry is not late and the insuence of bank guarantee would be on time.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the potential acceptance of market retribution on regional revenue (PAD) in Poso district case studies on the Tentena siwagilemba market.The research method used is a qualitative method by collecting budget data and realization of market retribution income to determine the effectiveness of the potential market potential for local revenue.The results showed that the potential for market retribution still had effectiveness in the category that was quite effective with a 68 percent percentage in the management of Tentena Siwagilemba market retribution.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the positive relationship and the influence of education and training to work productivity of employees at Pamona Puselemba sub-district of Poso. This type of research is done is quantitative research with descriptive statistics to process the data.The result of this research show that there was a significant relationship between education and training to work productivity, it is obtained from the calculation using the Pearson product moment correlation where the value of rhitung> rtable value or 0.560> 0.497 and there are positive influence where the value thitung> ttable or (2.700> 2.131.
