Abstract

There are still many out there who still use manual height and weight measuring tools that seem complicated, and I have also asked several people about manual height and weight measuring tools, and they said it was a bit complicated, because they had to go first to certain places such as health centers etc. and if you have your own, you have to buy two tools at once, and it cannot be used by one person but must get help from others, so here I want to make a height and weight tool in one tool to make it easier for people to check their height and weight using the Arduino Uno microcontroller prototype method and several other components. Such as Load Cell sensors, HX711, Ultrasonic, I2C 16x2 LCD and Bluetooth modules to check height and weight data on mobile phones or laptops. The existence of this tools is expected to make it easier for people to check their height and weight.

Abstract

Pengelolaan sampah merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam mewujudkan lingkungan yang bersih, sehat, dan berkelanjutan. Namun, di banyak daerah, termasuk Kota Kasongan, pengelolaan sampah masih menghadapi berbagai kendala baik secara teknis maupun kelembagaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kinerja pengelolaan sampah di Kota Kasongan sehingga dapat dirumuskan langkah-langkah perbaikan yang lebih tepat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah observasi, dan wawancara. Teknik  analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pengelolaan sampah di Kota Kasongan secara umum masih dinilai belum optimal oleh masyarakat. Aspek teknik operasional yang mencakup pewadahan, pengumpulan, dan pengangkutan sampah berada pada kategori sedang, sedangkan aspek kelembagaan, pembiayaan, partisipasi masyarakat, dan regulasi dinilai belum sesuai dengan harapan. Hasil wawancara mendalam mengungkapkan adanya kendala struktural dan fungsional dalam sistem pengelolaan sampah, seperti kelembagaan yang belum terstruktur dengan baik, kurangnya transparansi dalam pembiayaan, rendahnya kesadaran dan partisipasi masyarakat, serta lemahnya regulasi dan pengawasan yang ada. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan perlunya intervensi komprehensif melalui penguatan tata kelola kelembagaan dengan struktur organisasi yang jelas dan sistem koordinasi antarinstansi yang terintegrasi, peningkatan transparansi dan akuntabilitas pembiayaan melalui sosialisasi sistem retribusi yang terstruktur, intensifikasi program edukasi dan pemberdayaan masyarakat untuk meningkatkan partisipasi aktif dalam pengelolaan sampah, serta penguatan regulasi dan mekanisme pengawasan yang konsisten.

Abstract

This study analyzes the interpersonal communication strategies implemented by Two Motor Sport's customer service team to improve customer satisfaction. The main focus of this study is interpersonal communication conducted online (via digital media) and offline (in-person). Using a descriptive qualitative approach with a constructivist paradigm, which views interaction as a process of building relationships between companies and customers. Data were collected through interviews with the owner, customer service, and company customers, and direct observation at the company. The results of the study indicate that customer service implements interpersonal communication strategies including openness, empathy, support, positive attitudes, and equality in interactions. Facial expressions, eye contact, voice intonation, and body gestures are symbols of offline (in-person) interactions, while online interactions focus on response speed, information accuracy, and the use of emojis, images, stickers, and friendly language as forms of symbolic interaction. Integration between offline and online interactions is an effective strategy in improving customer satisfaction. Customers feel valued, heard, and well-served, thus encouraging loyalty and potential repeat purchases. In addition, the role of customer service as a bridge between the company and customers successfully creates a positive image of the company. This study concludes that a well-executed interpersonal communication strategy can create a pleasant experience and increase a company's competitive value in the competitive automotive repair business.

Abstract

Transformasi sistem logistik nasional memerlukan pendekatan strategis berbasis konektivitas multimoda yang terintegrasi, adaptif, dan berkelanjutan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis arah kebijakan pengembangan konektivitas dan layanan transportasi multimoda di Indonesia sebagai upaya memperkuat efisiensi logistik nasional dan integrasi rantai pasok. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi deskriptif kualitatif dengan analisis kebijakan berbasis literatur dan praktik terbaik internasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan konektivitas multimoda diarahkan pada optimalisasi aksesibilitas wilayah, integrasi antar moda darat, laut, dan udara, serta penguatan layanan transportasi di kawasan industri dan ekonomi khusus. Negara berperan aktif sebagai fasilitator utama dalam penyediaan infrastruktur dasar dan investasi strategis guna mendukung efisiensi distribusi barang dan jasa. Studi ini juga menyoroti praktik Tiongkok dan Singapura sebagai model keberhasilan pembangunan ekosistem logistik terpadu yang dapat diadaptasi dalam konteks Indonesia. Kesimpulannya, penguatan konektivitas multimoda bukan sekadar pembangunan fisik, tetapi transformasi sistemik menuju ekosistem logistik nasional yang efisien, berdaya saing, dan inklusif.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi metaverse telah membuka paradigma baru dalam dunia bisnis yang menuntut adaptasi prinsip tata kelola perusahaan yang baik (Good Corporate Governance/GCG) dalam lingkungan virtual. Meskipun prinsip GCG telah lama diterapkan pada perusahaan konvensional, implementasinya dalam konteks perusahaan berbasis metaverse masih memerlukan kajian mendalam, khususnya dari perspektif hukum profetik dan akuntansi yang menawarkan dimensi etis-spiritual dan teknis-operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengidentifikasi prinsip-prinsip GCG dalam perspektif hukum profetik pada perusahaan berbasis metaverse, (2) menganalisis prinsip-prinsip GCG dalam perspektif akuntansi, dan (3) menemukan titik persamaan prinsip GCG antara kedua perspektif tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode hukum normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan (statute approach), pendekatan konseptual (conceptual approach), dan pendekatan kasus (case statutory). Bahan hukum dikumpulkan melalui studi kepustakaan dan dianalisis secara preskriptif dengan teknik content analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prinsip GCG dalam perspektif hukum profetik mencakup transparansi, akuntabilitas, efektivitas dan efisiensi yang berakar pada nilai-nilai kenabian seperti keadilan, kejujuran, dan kebijaksanaan. Sementara itu, perspektif akuntansi menekankan lima prinsip utama: transparansi, akuntabilitas, tanggung jawab, independensi, dan kewajaran dalam pelaporan keuangan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat titik persamaan signifikan antara kedua perspektif pada prinsip transparansi, akuntabilitas, keadilan, dan keberlanjutan (sustainability), yang dapat diintegrasikan untuk menciptakan kerangka GCG yang komprehensif bagi perusahaan berbasis metaverse. Implikasi praktis penelitian ini adalah memberikan panduan normatif bagi perusahaan metaverse dalam mengembangkan sistem tata kelola yang tidak hanya memenuhi standar teknis-operasional tetapi juga nilai-nilai etis-spiritual, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan investor dan konsumen dalam ekosistem bisnis virtual yang kompleks.

Abstract

Interactive PowerPoint is one of the audio-visual media whose preparation refers to learning materials. Interactive PowerPoint media can encourage students to know the material taught more deeply. The objectives of this study are: (1) to describe the learning tools for the application of basic technical sewing interactive powerpoint in fashion design courses, (2) to describe student learning outcomes after applying interactive powerpoint. The methodology in this study is one shot case study and is quantitative. Validation sheets are used to determine the level of accuracy of the learning tools created, as well as psychomotor tests are used to collect information about learning outcomes. The data analysis techniques obtained are described descriptively. The results obtained from this study are (1) validation of learning tools for the application of interactive powerpoint basic technic sewing in fashion design courses conducted by material experts who got the very good category, with an average RPS score of 3.78. As for the interactive power point validation, it was carried out by media experts who were in the very good category, with an average score of 3.63; (2) Student learning outcomes are completed by 94% with the category of very good.

Abstract

The participation of universities in the development of Green Buildings through the implementation of the Green Campus program. One of the benchmarks for Green Campus development is the UI GreenMetric ranking. This research examines one of its assessment indicators, the Use of Energy-Efficient Equipment (EC1). This research evaluates the implementation of energy efficiency through stages ranging from data collection on existing conditions, recommendations for feasible energy efficiencies, comparison of existing energy consumption with the recommendations, and analysis of investment costs to determine the payback period.

Abstract

This research explores the role of IKN development in fostering development and progress in the economic, development and human resources sectors. The development of the sector must be supported by strong policy regulations and adequate budgets, development in all sectors and implemented equally in the country based on the principles of justice and wisdom. In this study, the three sectors are the key to building a new IKN in achieving a Golden Indonesia in 2045. This research uses a literacy-based qualitative method, which is a research approach that uses written sources, such as books, scientific articles, online and print news, documents, and other literature, as the main data source in analyzing the pillars of IKN development. This method is often used to understand social, cultural, or historical phenomena through the interpretation of the text and its context. This research results that the foundation of development and equity interpreted by the implementation of IKN development shows the suitability of the planned development system, first, the government has made and ratified administrative regulations for infrastructure and human resource development as a legal basis in planning and implementing development, second, the government's efforts in implementing budget efficiency and effectiveness strategies to be allocated on development funding and priority programs. Third, government programs to reduce poverty rates and low human resource development have helped more community needs as well as an answer to the government's role and responsibility in alleviating poverty and increasing the human development index.

Abstract

Erosion is one of the major environmental issues causing land degradation, reduced soil productivity, and ecosystem damage due to sedimentation. Effective erosion mitigation requires appropriate technology, one of which is the application of retaining structures such as Interlocking stones. This study aims to compare the performance of Interlocking stones as a soil retaining structure with and without vegetation protection in reducing erosion rates. The research method employed a field experiment approach on sloping land with variations in slope gradient and types of productive vegetation cover. The results indicate that Interlocking stones combined with vegetation protection significantly reduces erosion rates compared to non-vegetated conditions. Vegetation contributes to soil stabilization by decreasing surface runoff and enhancing soil cohesion through root systems. In conclusion, the combination of Interlocking stones and productive vegetation is more effective and sustainable for erosion control compared to Interlocking stones without vegetation. Comparison of the two treatments shows that vegetation is able to significantly increase the effectiveness of Interlocking stones, namely the amount of runoff volume and the amount of sediment volume are smaller, namely producing 5.85 Lt/m² of runoff and 2.64 kg/m² of sediment. In the structure without vegetation shows a larger amount of runoff volume and the amount of sediment volume, namely the runoff volume of 10.97 Lt/m² and the sediment transported 4.75 kg/m² of runoff volume of 10.97 Lt/m² and the sediment transported 4.75 kg/m².

Abstract

This study has several objectives: to examine the effect of tax socialization on individual taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Kediri, to analyze the effect of modernization of the tax administration system on individual taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Kediri, and to investigate the combined effect of tax socialization and modernization of the tax administration system on individual taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Kediri. This research uses a quantitative method. The population consists of taxpayers’ data at KPP Pratama Kediri in 2024. The sampling technique is purposive sampling to select individual taxpayers according to criteria, with a sample size of 100 taxpayers calculated using the Slovin formula. Data collection is done by questionnaire, then instrument testing and data analysis are conducted using SPSS software. The results conclude that tax socialization can increase individual taxpayer compliance, modernization of the tax administration system can increase compliance, and both variables together also improve taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Kediri.
