Abstract

The global environmental crisis, marked by escalating plastic waste and climate instability, demands a transition from linear consumption to a restorative circular economy. This paper analyzes the "Green Innovation: Literasi Creative Art" program—a collaborative community development initiative led by MNC University and IPMI Institute. By integrating the "Sustainability Mindset" framework with practical upcycling literacy, the project transformed household waste into high-value creative products. This research employs a participatory workshop methodology to bridge the gap between environmental awareness and actionable "Green Behavior." Findings indicate that creative art serves as a powerful mediator for Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) 12 (Responsible Consumption) and SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth). The study concludes that fostering a Sustainability Mindset through tactile creative literacy is essential for empowering Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and ensuring long-term ecological stewardship.

Abstract

This study argues that teachers’ positive attitudes toward lifelong learning and professional development are crucial predictors of their actual engagement in such initiatives. It investigated the relationship between these attitudes and teachers' participation in lifelong learning and professional development initiatives at a private elementary school in Quezon City. Using a descriptive-correlational research design, the study surveyed 42 teacher respondents through a researcher-designed Likert-scale questionnaire covering three dimensions of lifelong learning initiatives—workshops and seminars, continuing professional education, and reflective practice—and three dimensions of professional development programs—peer mentoring/coaching, classroom observation, and focus group discussions/collaboration. Results indicated that the majority of respondents were female, 29 years old or younger, held a bachelor’s degree, and had five years or less of teaching experience. Statistical analysis revealed a significant positive relationship between teachers’ attitudes and their extent of practice in both lifelong learning (r = 0.632, p < .001) and professional development (r = 0.701, p < .001). Teachers who valued seminars, workshops, continuing education, and reflective practices actively engaged in these activities, applied new strategies in the classroom, and sought opportunities for professional growth. Similarly, teachers with positive attitudes toward mentoring, coaching, classroom observation, and collaborative discussions demonstrated higher participation and commitment to professional development. These findings highlight the critical role of teachers’ attitudes in promoting engagement with lifelong learning and professional development programs, emphasizing the need for school administrators to foster supportive, collaborative, and reflective environments that enhance instructional competence and continuous professional growth.

Abstract

Marketing innovation is commonly regarded as a key driver of competitiveness; however, its effectiveness may vary across different market settings. In industrial SME ecosystems, where long-term collaboration and interdependence are central, relational capabilities may play a more decisive role than innovation-driven differentiation. This research focuses on how Strategic Marketing Innovation, Service Quality, and SME Empowerment influence Brand Equity and Customer Loyalty. Drawing on the Resource-Based View and Relationship Marketing Theory, it explores whether relational capabilities provide a stronger foundation for brand development than innovation-oriented strategies. Data were collected from 200 SME customers within the industrial flour supply chain in Java, Indonesia, and analyzed using PLS-SEM. The results show that Strategic Marketing Innovation does not significantly affect Brand Equity, whereas SME Empowerment and Service Quality have significant positive effects. Brand Equity, in turn, strongly influences Customer Loyalty. These results imply that relational qualities, rather than just innovation intensity, are more important in determining brand success and customer loyalty in partnership-oriented industrial marketplaces. They also emphasize how crucial relational techniques are to bolstering community-based industrial ecosystems and SME sustainability.

Abstract

Indonesia’s Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) program, or Free Nutritius Meals (FNM), which was introduced by President Prabowo Subianto in 2025, basically sits as a huge public welfare effort meant to give free nutritious meals to about 82–83 million people, mostly school age children, pregnant women, and breastfeeding mothers. The program is not only about tackling malnutrition and child stunting, it is a strategic national policy tool meant to push economic growth, modernize the food supply chain, and form stronger human capital. In this paper, a qualitative case study approach is used so MBG is looked at like an operational, plus public sector management problem, by reviewing policy documents, program records, and what international school feeding practices usually look like. The results show that even though the program has huge potential to improve national nutrition and to strengthen local economies, its implementation still gets slowed down by systemic risks. Those risks include food safety weak points, budget inefficiencies, governance breakdowns, and distribution obstacles across Indonesia’s archipelago, which is not a small thing at all. The study then concludes that for MBG to stay viable in the long run, it needs to move away from fully universal coverage toward a semi-targeted fiscal allocation model, plus it has to create strict multi-layer governance and run integrated digital monitoring. MBG is really a complicated national systems matter, so it needs centralized standards while local areas carry out execution in a more decentralized way in order to push inclusive development that actually reaches everyone.

Abstract

Abstract

This study evaluates an international community development initiative titled "Literature Review Workshop," conducted through a strategic partnership between IPMI International Business School (Indonesia) and UST Angelicum College (Manila, Philippines). The initiative aimed to enhance the research competencies and pedagogical capacities of 42 educators in Manila. Operating within 21st-century educational demands, secondary and higher education teachers face the critical task of mentoring students in academic writing while advancing their own postgraduate credentials. The workshop utilized instructional scaffolding alongside hands-on digital training to instruct participants in referencing tools, synthesis matrices, and conceptual structuring via the "Funnel Approach". Evaluation indicated substantial improvements in participant competency, marked by high engagement and an immediate ability to discern research gaps. Discrepancies in baseline research knowledge were mitigated using personalized, one-on-one instructional consultations. This cross-border intervention provides a practical, scalable model for international academic institutions to drive continuous professional development (CPD) in emerging academic landscapes.
