Abstract

In terms of producing quality products, a quality production process is needed starting from the material to becoming a product, but problems and constraints can arise in the production process or from the tools to support the production process. For this reason, maintenance of production equipment and production support must be carried out frequently to prevent damage that will hinder the production process. FMEA is a structured procedure to identify and prevent as many failure modes as possible. Referring to the results of rounding the average weighted value of severity, occurrence, and detection, data processing is carried out by calculating the Risk Priority Number value in FMEA and from these results to indicate the criticality level of each failure mode. By looking at the results of calculations using the FMEA method, oil filter leaks due to broken rings are resulting in a Risk Priority Number (RPN) of 90, to deal with the problem of oil filter leaks due to broken rings is to carry out preventive maintenance with a period of 5000 hours.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the form and function of directive speech acts on the Tik Tok account @vmulian and their relevance as a preparation of material handouts for writing job application letters in class XII. This research is motivated by the Tik Tok application which is currently loved by social media users, both children and adults. In addition, this research is motivated by the problems faced in the digital era 4.0 that one of the requirements for applying for a job is to attach a curriculum vitae to a job application letter. However, students' knowledge and ability to write a job application letter accompanied by a curriculum vitae is still very low. Because in learning Indonesian at school, they don't deepen the learning. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The data collection technique in this study is the documentation technique in the form of video. The research subject is in the form of videos on the Tik Tok account @vmuliana, one of the Tik Tok accounts as one of the educational content. Then the results of the analysis of this study, found 48 data. The results of the speech act analysis were used as handout teaching materials for writing job application letters in class XII. The selection of the type of handout teaching materials aims to convey job application letter material more easily.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how important evangelism training is for congregation members so that the congregation has an understanding of what evangelism is. The method used in this article is a library method with a descriptive approach. The results of the study indicate that the role of the pastor or servant of God is not enough just to prepare sermons, pray and worship, but there must be things done outside of that in growing and motivating the congregation to worship. Training for church members has many benefits. Church members will increase in terms of knowledge, abilities and skills, which will have positive implications for the growth of the congregation spiritually and in terms of the number of members.

Abstract

Students who have taken thesis courses for more than one semester, there are obstacles the obstacles experienced while compiling thesis, these obstacles that make students procrastinate academically, what if students do not manage their time well, they will often experience academic procrastination. Academic procrastination is the behavior of avoiding academic assignments, procrastinating academic assignments in a way that causes failure, academic unhappiness and stress. Time management is the behavior of managing time as effectively as possible by using planning, scheduling, controlling time, making the most urgent priorities and organizing what is done, such as setting up a place to study and not delaying assignments. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between time management and academic procrastination in students who are preparing their thesis at Bhayangkara University, Jakarta Raya. Respondents taken amounted to 114 students, sampling using purposive sampling technique. The data collection method uses a time management scale and an academic procrastination scale. The results show that there is a significant negative relationship between time management and academic procrastination, namely (r) = -0.781 with a significance of 0.000 (p <0.05). Then the hypothesis proposed by the researcher is accepted, namely the higher the time management, the lower the academic procrastination and vice versa.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the feasibility of cayenne pepper farming and the factors that influence the income of cayenne pepper farming in Folarora Village, Tidore Islands City. Data analysis method used is the analysis of production costs, receipts and income and multiple linear regression analysis. The source of data in this study is primary data, obtained from distributing questionnaires to 61 respondents. The results of the study prove that cayenne pepper farming is feasible, because cayenne pepper farming is profitable. In addition, the variables of seed costs, fertilizer costs, pesticide costs, and labor costs, both partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on the income of cayenne pepper farming in Folarora Village, Tidore Islands City.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low learning outcomes of students in the Creative Products and Entrepreneurship Subject during the Covid-19 Pandemic through the application of an inquiry learning model through the google classroom application for Class XI Culinary Planning Students at SMK Negeri 1 Dumai in 2021. The subjects in this study were class students The XI Culinary Administration of SMK Negeri 1 Dumai in 2021 has a total of 35 students. The tools to be used to collect data are observation sheets and tests. Observations were made to observe the activities of teachers and students in learning and tests were given to see the level of success of students from a teaching material delivered. Based on the results of the pretest student learning outcomes are still low. From the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) set by the school, namely 75. Based on the results of the study, the following data were obtained: 1) The number of students' completeness before the action was 15 people or 37.5%, an increase in cycle I was 23 people or 65.71%. In cycle II there was also an increase of 29 people or 91.43%, 2) Student activity during the learning process also increased. In the first cycle of the first meeting, the average student activity was only 63.54%. At the second meeting it increased to 77.43%. In cycle II there was another increase, namely at the first meeting 88.89% increased at the second meeting to 94.09% with a very good category. So that the average student activity for the first cycle of 70.48% increased in the second cycle to 93.10% with a very good category, 3) Teacher activity during the learning process also increased. At the first meeting of cycle I, the total score of teacher activity was 39 (65%) increasing to 46 (76.67%) at the second meeting. Then it increased again to 53 (88.3%) at the first meeting and finally 60 (100%) at the second meeting. The results of the research generally show that the Application of the Inquiry Learning Model Through the Google Classroom Application can improve Learning Outcomes in the Subject of Creative Products and Entrepreneurship During the Covid-19 Pandemic for Class XI Culinary Planning Students at SMK Negeri 1 Dumai in 2021.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student accounting learning outcomes at SMK Negeri 1 Dumai. This type of research is Classroom Action Research. The subjects in this study were students of class X Accounting. 2 Dumai State Vocational School 1 for the 2021/2022 academic year with a total of 36 students. The tools to be used to collect data are observation sheets and tests. Based on the results of the study, the following data were obtained: 1) The average value of student accounting learning outcomes showed an increase. Before the action as many as 16 people or 44.44% increased in cycle I as many as 24 people or 66.67%. In cycle II there was also an increase of 34 people or 94.44%. 2) Student learning activities are increasing. In the first cycle of the first meeting, the average student activity was only 64.81%. At the second meeting it increased to 77.47%. In cycle II there was another increase, namely to 90.12% with a very good category. So that the average student learning activity becomes 77.47% in the good category. 3) Teacher activity can also improve for the better by applying the Team Accelerated Instruction cooperative learning model. At the first meeting of cycle I, the total score of teacher activity was 37 (67.27%) increasing to 41 (74.54%) at the second meeting. So that the average in cycle I became 70.9%. Then it increased again to 50 (90.9%) in cycle II. The general results of the research show that the implementation of the team accelerated instruction cooperative learning model can improve accounting learning outcomes in basic competencies explaining the stages of the process of recording student service company transactions Class X AK.2 SMK Negeri 1 Dumai Academic Year 2021/2022

Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of students' difficulties in solving two-variable systems of linear equations problems in terms of metacognition awareness and the factors that influence students' difficulties in solving two-variable systems of linear equations problems. This research is a qualitative research using a descriptive approach. Subject collection was carried out by giving metacognitive awareness questionnaires to class VII students of SMP Negeri 4 North Halmahera. From these results, 3 subjects were purposively selected based on categories, namely subjects with high metacognitive awareness, subjects with moderate metacognitive awareness and subjects with low metacognitive awareness. The instruments used were the Metacognitive Awareness Inventory (MAI) questionnaire developed by Scraw & Dennison which contained 30 statement items, a diagnostic test for the difficulty of solving a two-variable linear equation system problem which contained 2 item description questions and an interview guide. Problem solving difficulties were analyzed based on Polya's problem solving steps, namely difficulty understanding the problem, difficulty thinking of plans, difficulty implementing plans and difficulty reviewing. The results showed: 1) Subjects with high metacognitive awareness only found it difficult to understand the problems in word problems. 2) Subjects with metacognitive awareness are experiencing three difficulties in solving real problems related to the two-variable linear equation system material, namely difficulty thinking of plans, difficulty implementing plans and difficulty reviewing. 3) Subjects with low metacognitive awareness experience the most difficulty in solving problems of systems of two-variable linear equations. Subjects experienced four types of difficulties, namely difficulty understanding the problem, difficulty thinking of plans, difficulty implementing plans and difficulty reviewing.

Abstract

The skill of listening to short stories for class XI students of SMK Negeri 1 East Halmahera is still low. This is because students are less interested in learning to listen to short stories and do not understand the intrinsic elements of short stories in depth so that students have difficulty determining the intrinsic elements of short stories. The use of learning models and learning media is less interesting and boring to make students bored. In addition, the teacher has not been intensively guiding students in learning to listen to short stories. The formulation of the research problem is: (1) how is the quality of the learning process of short story listening skills through the Cooperative Script learning model in class XI students of SMK Negeri 1 East Halmahera; (2) how to improve the short story listening skills of class XI students of SMK Negeri 1 East Halmahera after listening to listening through the Cooperative Script learning model; and (3) what are the changes in the learning behavior of class XISMK Negeri 1 East Halmahera in learning short story listening skills through the Cooperative Script learning model. The objectives of this classroom action research were: (1) to describe the quality of the process of learning short story listening skills through the Cooperative Script learning model for class XI students of SMK Negeri 1 East Halmahera; (2) describe the improvement of short story listening skills for class XI SMK Negeri 1 East Halmahera after listening to learning through the Cooperative Script learning model; and (3) describe changes in the learning behavior of class XI students of SMK Negeri 1 East Halmahera in learning listening skills through the Cooperative Script learning model. This study uses a class action research design. This classroom action research was carried out in two cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II. Each cycle consists of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subject of this study was the skill of listening to short stories for class XI at SMK Negeri 1 Halmahera Timur.

Abstract

Environmental problems arise because of the interaction between economic activity and the existence of natural resources. The greater the amount and intensity of natural resource exploitation, the impact on environmental degradation tends to increase. Impacts or side effects (side effects / externalities) include space and time. In addition, environmental impacts not only have local, regional and global impacts, but also have short, medium and long term impacts on the environment. The problems in this study are as follows: (1) Economic and environmental perspectives in the utilization of natural resources (2) Environmental problems (3) The impact of environmental damage on the economy and society (4) Implications of environmental quality control policies. The objectives of this study are as follows: (1) To find out how the economic and environmental perspectives are in the utilization of natural resources. (2) Examining environmental problems (3) Assessing the impact of environmental damage on the economy and society (4) Knowing and studying the necessary policies in controlling environmental quality. Attention to environmental problems is still not much. Policy formulation and implementation still need to be further developed and perfected. Therefore, it is necessary to support various elements in society so that environmentally sound development efforts can be realized. The role and political will of the government is the main key to its success, in addition to the support and participation of other institutions such as economic actors, especially producers in the industrial and agricultural sectors, non-governmental organizations, the mass media, which together with the support and participation of the community.
