Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . This research is motivated by the main problem related to the supervision of the Indonesian immigration authorities which is inadequate when compared to immigration control with other countries. In many cases, Indonesian immigration authorities often fail to face immigration violations committed by foreign nationals, therefore improvements in supervision by Indonesian immigration authorities need to be carried out to minimize the negative impact of immigration violations committed by foreign nationals. The results of this study found immigration problems that should have been fixed by collaborating with other agencies, one of which was the navy or improving the system or internal rules of the Directorate General of Immigration itself so that the optimization of supervision related to entrances and exits can run as expected.

The Betawi tribe is an ethnic group in Indonesia whose residents generally occupy the DKI Jakarta area. DKI Jakarta has a cultural tourism destination that is famous for its unique Betawi culture, namely, Setu Babakan Betawi Cultural Village. The Setu Babakan Betawi Cultural Village has a variety of tourist attractions that can become an educational tourist destination by traveling while learning about Betawi culture. In addition, it is expected to have an impact on the development of educational tourism that should be preserved from the uniqueness of Betawi culture to visitors, especially students, as a form of educative cultural preservation in Setu Babakan Betawi Cultural Village. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the impact of developing an educational tourist attraction which is expected to increase visitors, especially students and students. Thus, students can recognize the educational uniqueness of Betawi culture, and can preserve Betawi culture in a sustainable manner now and in the future. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method. The data taken is primary data using primary data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation conducted with the manager of the tourist destination of Setu Babakan Betawi Cultural Village.

The Covid-19 pandemic has brought changes to various aspects of the world of education, including learning activities and evaluation. This research aims to; 1) Describe the implementation of assessments in learning mathematics during the Covid-19 pandemic, 2) Knowing the effectiveness of implementing assessments of student mathematics learning outcomes during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted at Al-Ikhlas Rum Private Islamic Elementary School (MIS), North Tidore District, Tidore City, North Maluku Province, Academic Year 2020/2021. The subjects of the study were fifth grade students, teachers and principals of the MIS Al-Ikhlas Rum Madrasah. This research is an evaluation research with a quantitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques using tests, interviews and documentation. Data were analyzed quantitatively and descriptively. Quantitative analysis includes the normality test and paired test, while the description of the data is carried out based on the results of interviews and documentation. The results of the study showed that learning during the pandemic at Al-Ikhlas Rum Private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah was carried out using the online method, dividing the classes into two classes, and offline learning by visiting students to their homes. The results of the paired simple test show that the sig (2-tailed) value is 0.000 or less than 0.005. Thus it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the results of learning mathematics in the pre-test and post-test data

Welding is commonly used in manufacturing, one of the processes in welding is the cooling process. The cooling process is carried out against the results of welding steel ST 37 using air, water and oil cooling media. This process aims to fixing the tensile strength value of the welding result ST 37, without changing the composition chemistry. This process includes welding and cooling at a certain speed to obtain the desired properties as well as varying tensile strength values With experimental research methods, the purpose of this study is to find out how the influence of variations in cooling media on the tensile strength of ST37 steel. From some of the cooling media used, it can be seen that a good cooling media is an oil cooling medium, because the average tensile strength is 53,415 kg / mm2. As for the cooling media what produces the greatest tensile strength is the air conditioning media with the average tensile test was 49,764 kg/mm2.

One independent variable, namely financial performance, is used in this study, as well as one dependent variable (firm value) and two moderating variables (and good corporate governance. The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the effect of financial performance on firm value with dividend policy as a moderating variable.This study took a sample of 10 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019 to 2020 using the purposive sampling method.The research hypothesis was tested using multiple analysis techniques and moderated regression analysis, with the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions The results of the study show that: 1) liquidity has no significant effect on firm value, 2) dividend policy is not able to significantly moderate the effect of liquidity on firm value, 3) leverage has no significant negative effect n on firm value, 4) dividend policy is not able to significantly moderate the effect of leverage on firm value, 5) Profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value, 6) dividend policy is not able to significantly moderate the effect of profitability on firm value.

The thing that is most needed in a lecture is the use of language style. In lectures, language style has an implementation in conveying the contents of religious teachings. The style of language in lectures can be used as a reflection of the character of the preacher and is a characteristic of the speaker's activity. The purpose of this study is to describe the style of language in the Shihab-Shihab talk show. This study uses a qualitative approach and analytic descriptive method. Data collection techniques used listening techniques, note-taking techniques, and proficient free engagement techniques. Data collection techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of the analysis show that there are 15 Euphemisms, 4 Antonomasia, 4 Erotesis, 5 Parallelisms, 2 Anaphora, 1 Parable, 4 Personification, 2 Antithesis, 1 Alliteration, and 1 Anadiplosis. Based on these findings, it shows that the speaker has a variety of language styles.

Indonesian society has stereotypes that differentiate between men and women. Women are required to behave in a feminine manner, and men are required to behave in a masculine manner. Even though there have been stereotypes in society, in reality there are still men who have more dominant feminine traits or are referred to as feminine men. The existence of a feminine male is of course not in accordance with the behavior expected by society. The existence of this discrepancy resulted in a stigma as social control in society. The purpose of this study was to determine the views of feminine men on masculinity stereotypes and stereotypes as feminine men. This research method is qualitative with a case study approach with a multi-case design, data collection techniques with in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study are feminine men view that the concept of masculinity which has been used as a standard to define a person as an ideal man and to conform to society's expectations, is still very rigid and still based on the values of masculinity and strength and the view that This suggests that feminine men have a more fluid view when explaining the concept of masculinity. In choosing himself to be a feminine man, the feminine man in the results of this study still applies some existing masculinity values, but once again does not have to depend on or rely on the stereotypes that have been set by society

This research aims to determine whether or not there is an influence and to find out how much influence the quality of administrative services for the issuance of the Republic of Indonesia Travel Documents on Public Satisfaction at the Class I Immigration Office of TPI Cilacap. This study uses quantitative methods. The sample used is the applicant for Travel Documents of the Republic of Indonesia at the Immigration Office Class I TPI Cilacap a total of 95 people using a questionnaire. The results of the study explain that there is a significant and positive influence between service quality and community satisfaction. This is indicated by the results of simple regression analysis with a significance obtained of 0.000 <0.05 and a regression coefficient of X, namely the quality of service of 0.441. The magnitude of the influence of service quality on community satisfaction can be seen from the coefficient of determination of 67.5%. So that the quality of service can affect community satisfaction by 67.5% and the remaining 32.5% by other factors. For the future the Class I Immigration Office of TPI Cilacap must always improve the quality of service consistently because if the quality of service is good it will give satisfaction to the community. It is expected that the quality of service at the Class I Immigration Office of TPI Cilacap will be better so that organizational goals can be achieved optimally.

In providing the best service to the community, the Pekanbaru City government realizes good public services with the concept of a smart city civil so that the government is required to create innovations in the field of public services in order to provide services that are transparent, accountable and accessible to the entire community. Especially at the sub-district level which is in direct contact with the community, this requires an easy transition of services in order to achieve the goals of public services. One of the public services is the Mobile Community Okay Service (LOMAK). The OK Mobile Community Service (LOMAK) is a service for managing various kinds of administration. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of public services in the District of West Rumbai, as well as the inhibiting factors in their implementation. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The results in this study are the effectiveness of public services has not run optimally because the service has not worked effectively and efficiently, because it has obstacles in its implementation in the form of the Covid-19 Pandemic disaster, Lack of Awareness and Changes in Names and District Areas
