Abstract

This research discusses the existentialism views of Sartre in the main character of the comic One Piece by Oda Eichiro. Existentialism is a philosophical movement that focuses on the individual consciousness and freedom of choice of human beings. In this research, a qualitative descriptive research method is used to analyze the character structure of the main character in the One Piece series. This research includes an analysis of the background, motivation, personality, behavior, and dialogue of the character. The principles of Sartre's existentialism found in the main character of One Piece are subjectivity, responsibility, and freedom. This research shows that the main characters in the One Piece comic reflect Sartre's existentialism views through the actions and decisions he takes.

Abstract

This study discusses how an animated character presents a concept of optimism that usually exists in humans. This research is descriptive qualitative research, in which the researcher examines the attitude of Arrietty's character which is in accordance with the concept of optimism. The data source for this research comes from an animated film made by Studio Ghibli entitled "The Secret World of Arrietty". The technique used for data collection in this study is the note-taking technique. Then for data processing it is grouped based on the dimensions of optimism proposed by Seligman. And the result is that Arrietty has all three dimensions of optimism but leans more towards the dimension of permanence.

Abstract

Muhamad Hanafi Comparison of Hollow Sprint and Repetition Exercises in Athletics Learning on the 100 Meter Sprint Speed of High School Students. The background of the problem in making this thesis is an inappropriate method so that it will hinder the delivery of material to students. Thus, it is necessary to pay attention to the mastery of the material, the mastery of the material, the management of students and the selection of appropriate learning methods so that a learning takes place properly and effectively. Is there a significant effect between Hollow Sprint training and Repitition Training 100 meter sprint running on students at SMA Negeri 1 Cikarang Utara. To answer the formulation of the research problem that has been formulated, the author uses a quantitative approach method. The population in this study were students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Cikarang Utara, Cikarang which opened 20 students. The sample used, according to Arikunto (2006:107) is just a precursor, so if the subject is less than 100, it is better to take all the researchers who are population studies. If the number of subjects is large it can be taken 10-15% or 20-25% or more. In accordance with the title of the study, the research design used was posttest-only control design, namely an experimental design consisting of two groups, with the first group being treated as an experimental group and the second group being treated as a group. (Sugiyono, 2003:85). Sampling in this researcher uses a random sampling technique, that is, it is done by taking the subject at random. Because the number of samples was 360, the researchers set a sample size of 20% of 360 students, namely 60 students who were divided into two groups, namely 30 groups who received sprint training using the hollow sprint method and 30 groups who received sprint training using the sprint method. repetition practice

Based on the situation in the CV. Muara Nusantara, it is important to study the production flow chart on CV. Archipelago. The flowchart that is in production at CV. Muara Nusantara is useful for making the production flow easier and faster so that the production process is not too long and in accordance with the desired target. Abstract

Post-pandemic changes behavior and actions in all fields, especially the field of education. The digitization of education at this time is something that must be mastered by teachers. If teachers do not master Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), it will be outdated. The learning that is currently carried out must be integrated into technology. One that can be used is ICT-based interactive teaching materials even though there are still problems in writing learning. Writing learning on an independent curriculum must contain a learner profile. This research reviews the importance of ICT-based interactive teaching materials in writing learning. The results of the analysis of several articles show that ICT-based interactive teaching materials are one way to implement learning today. In addition, interactive teaching materials need to be loaded with Pancasila student profiles in accordance with the Kurikulum Merdeka.

Abstract

In the era of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia, teaching and learning activities were carried out online or face to face. Online learning has significantly changed the learning process for educators and students, resulting in a learning crisis. To overcome this crisis, the government is trying to introduce a new curriculum, namely the independent curriculum or previously the prototype curriculum, introduced from the ministry of education, culture, research and technology (kemendikbudristek). . The way a good independent curriculum works is translating observations into views. Then use the syllabus slowly, after which it is evaluated when problems occur. Therefore, new advances will have an impact on teachers and related agencies. Independent learning is an idea that frees teachers & students to choose learning systems. The goal is based on independent learning, which is to form a fun education for students and teachers because so far education in Indonesia has emphasized aspects of knowledge rather than aspects of skills. Merdekalearning also emphasizes the aspect of character development that is in sync with the values of the Indonesian nation. In the 21st century there are three major competencies, namely the ability to think, act and live in the world. Thinking skills include critical thinking, creative thinking and problem solving. Action skills include communication, collaboration, digital literacy, and technology literacy. Living in the world involves initiative, self-determination, global understanding and social responsibility. These skills must be applied to 21st century learning, a time when innovative and creative people need to adapt quickly. It is important for the government of the Republic of Indonesia to provide adequate facilities and infrastructure as quickly as possible to provide justice for global development. In implementing the independent curriculum, students are required to create or carry out a project. With these project activities, students can develop their skills and potential through various fields. The project activities in this independent curriculum are the only ones using P5 activities. P5 activity is a project activity to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students

Abstract

This research was conducted at Karang Taruna Grogol RW 07 Blotongan Salatiga with a population of 53 adolescents consisting of 28 boys and 25 girls, and was the total sample. This study aims to determine the significance of the relationship between parenting parents and the social interaction of adolescent Grogol cadets RW 07 Blotongan Salatiga and to determine the significance of interpersonal communication relationships with the social interaction of adolescent Grogol cadets RW 07 Blotongan Salatiga. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire (questionnaire). The data analysis technique used in this study is the Contingency Coefficient and Kendall tau-b. The results of this study are that there is a significant relationship between parenting style and social interaction with a correlation coefficient of 0.957 and a significance value of 0.049 <0.05 and there is also a significant relationship between interpersonal communication and social interaction with the findings of the correlation coefficient. of 0.562* * and a significance value of 0.000 <0.01.

Abstract

Financing is implemented to make it easier for customers in Islamic banks. With the existence of various types of financing, it can certainly affect the level of profitability to assess the company's profitability. Based on the data that has been obtained, Bank BNI Syariah has a level of profitability in the form of a fluctuating ROA per quarter starting from 2016-2020. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to see whether or not there is an influence of the relationship between mudharabah financing, musyarakah financing, and murabahah receivables on ROA (Return on Assets) at Bank BNI Syariah in 2016 – 2020. The position of the financial statements (balance sheet) in Bank BNI Syariah for the period 2016 – 2020 is used as the population while taking samples using a saturated sample technique. The data used is secondary data taken through the OJK website in 2016-2020. To test this research, SPSS Version 25 software was used. Data processing began with the classic assumption test and then continued with the T test and also the F test. The results showed that mudharabah financing and murabahah collection did have an effect on ROA at Bank BNI Syariah. Meanwhile, for musyarakah financing, there is no effect on ROA at Bank BNI Syariah

Abstract

According to the phenomena that occurred, namely the decrease in interest rates and inflation during the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia, this study aims to determine the effect of BI-7DRR and inflation on murabahah financing. The method used is a quantitative method with secondary data obtained from monthly reports on the financial reports of Islamic banks registered with the Financial Services Authority, statistical reports on Islamic banking, the website of Bank Indonesia, and the Central Bureau of Statistics for the 2018–2021 period. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample technique, and 12 commercial samples are obtained. Data analysts use multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the study prove that in the F test, simultaneously, the variables BI7DRR and inflation have a positive and significant effect on murabahah financing. Meanwhile, the individual t-test illustrates that the interest rate, or BI-7DRR, has a significant negative effect on murabahah financing and inflation has a significant positive effect on murabahah financing.

Abstract

This research showed at finding out that the use of mind mapping technique reading comprehension. The research applied pre-experiment research design to the second year students of SMPN 1 Jombang. The sample was the VIII-C chosen by cluster sumpling technique. The data were collected through observation, and test. The data from observation were analyzed descriptively, whereas the data of the test were analyed stastistically. Based on the results of statistical calculations, the results show that there is a significant increase between pretest and posttest scores, the researcher knows that t count is greater than t table (13.140>2,060). By applying 0,05 level of significance with 32 samples. This means that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) i accepted and the hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. So there is a defference in grades VIII-C of SMPN 1 Jombang. It means mind mapping technique was effective.
