Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Jurnal ini terbit 4 bulanan, yaitu bulan April, Agustus dan Desember. *Ruang Lingkup* Memuat hal kajian, analisis, dan penelitian tentang perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi, dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kinerja dan memfasilitasi belajar di lembaga pendidikan formal, non-formal dan informal serta lembaga-lembaga pelatihan. *Deskripsi* Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan merupakan media komunikasi ilmiah bagi dosen, guru, widyaiswara, mentor, mahasiswa, dan praktisi pendidikan lainnya serta pemerhati kependidikan. Jurnal ini dimaksudkan sebagai wadah untuk menyebarluaskan hasil kajian, pemikiran, penelitian, dan evaluasi yang relevan dengan kawasan pendidikan yakni perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan, pembelajaran dan evaluasi. Abstract

Cililin Village, Cililin District, West Bandung Regency offers many opportunities for research and development as a tourist destination. One of them is the famous Cililin Wajit. Wajit Cililin has been produced and sold in its product form for a long time. However, there is one interesting aspect that has not been well developed, namely the production process. The purpose of this research is to demonstrate the potential of Cililin properties for tourism development. The research method used is qualitative method. Primary data collection is done through observation and in-depth interviews. In addition, a literature search was carried out. Data analysis uses an interactive model with three simultaneous functions: data reduction, data representation and reasoning. The results of the study show that the process of making cili wajit can become a gastronomic tourism object and an educational tour because of its interesting uniqueness. This attraction can only be shown to tourists by local residents who have experience in processing and manufacturing it, so that the local community must be involved in its development

Abstract

In order to analyze news and the media, this study looks into the field of journalism. As a result, the purpose of this study was to determine how each media presented an event. The information gathered in this study is analyzed and described using a quantitative descriptive method. Additionally, the news article "Kebaya Registration Debate as Intangible Heritage to UNESCO" served as the research object, and the news websites Kompas.com and Beritasatu.com served as the subjects of this study. Then, this study uses Zhongdang Pan and Gerald M. Koscki's framing theory to collect and analyze data using their framing research scheme, which includes four components: syntax, script, thematic, and rhetoric. The findings of the research can be used as a reference to help readers learn more about Zhongdan Pan and Gerald M. Kosicki's theory of framing analysis and the differences in framing used by different media outlets to report on a research event.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of effectiveness of collecting land and building taxes, local taxes and regional levies in increasing regional income. The research method used for this research is quantitative with a time series analysis model. Which uses data in the form of secondary reports on the budget analysis of the Batam Regional Revenue Agency (BAPENDA) for the 2017-2021 period. This study shows the results that land and building taxes are partially has a significant and positive effect on local revenue (t count 22.992 > 1.6725 t table), hotel taxes has a significant effect on local revenue (t count 16.904 > 1.6725 t table). Meanwhile, parking fees have a negative value of -7.296 <0.16725, while parking fees do not have a positive effect on local revenue. Simultaneously building and land taxes, hotel taxes and user charges have an effect on local revenue with an F count of 234.500 > 2.77 F table.

Abstract

Metaverse is a virtual world that is currently very helpful for people to experience things that can't be done in person. The main purpose of this research is to find out the benefits of the metaverse that has been used so far in the tourism and hotel industries, find out what changes will occur in the future, and find out the opportunities and shortcomings of the metaverse in the tourism and hotel industries. The method used in this study is a qualitative method by collecting a number of books and magazines related to research. Metaverse has an impact on people's social life, but it will be very useful in the future

Abstract

The problem of this research is is there the influence of the application of traditional games in physical education on the learning motivation of high school students? The research objective was to determine the effect of implementing traditional games in physical education on high school students' learning motivation. Experiment is the method used in this study and uses a quantitative approach. The samples used were 32 students using a sampling technique using cluster random sampling. The data collection technique used in this research is to use an experimental technique, using a motivational questionnaire by means of pretest-posttest. From the results of this study it is known that the significance value (2-tailed) of this case example is 0.000 (p <0.05) so that the results of the pre-test and post-test have significant changes (meaning). Based on the descriptive statistics of the pre-test and post-test, it is proven that the final test is higher. It can be concluded that the use of traditional game methods in physical education learning has an influence on student learning motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether the Kecak dance performed at the Garuda Wisnu Kencana destination is one of the attractions for tourists to visit Bali. The research method used is qualitative which is literature study which is a data collection method directed at searching data and information through documents, both written documents, photographs, images, and electronic documents that can support the writing process. Based on the research results conducted by the author, the performance of the Kecak dance as a tourist attraction at Garuda Wisnu Kencana has a significant effect on increasing tourist visits by almost 50%. Art performances that have a major influence on the level of tourist visits at Garuda Wisnu Kencana are the Garuda Wisnu Kecak Dance because the story staged is the story of Garuda Wisnu Kencana and is only staged at Garuda Wisnu Kencana. to attract both domestic and foreign tourists to visit the city of Bali and attract tourists to come visit while preserving Indonesian culture.

Abstract

A birth certificate is proof of the birth of a child from a married couple that is legal in the eyes of the law. With a birth certificate, it will be easier for children to carry out activities in the community. It contains information regarding the identity of the child born, such as name, date of birth, names of parents, as well as the signature of the authorized official issued by the Population and Civil Registry Service, which is regulated in Article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 23 of 2006 concerning Population Administration. The name itself is an important thing that proves a person’s status as a legal subject. From this name, it can be seen whose ancestry the person concerned is. Article 52 of Law Number 23 of 2006 concerning Population Administration stipulates that the change of name is carried out based on the applicant’s request to the local District Court. Then the name change must be registered with the civil registry that issues the civil registration certificate no later than 30 days after receiving a copy of the stipulating District Court decision. In this study, the authors used normative-empirical legal research methods. Where is the normative research method is the source of the data is a literature study conducted by the author. And the empirical research method is data obtained from attorneys related to unique cases of changing names based on interviews with the author, namely with Mrs. Risdalina SH, MH. Then what if the case is about a name and sex change? The position of a transsexual or transgender person in the eyes of the law is certain to change according to the Population Administration Act, which states that a person who has changed his gender must change his new identityon the condition that after receiving a court decision regarding the change in status to his new gender, Based on an interview with Mrs. Risdalina SH., MH., who is the legal representative on behalf of Suradi, he has a male gender and has submitted an application for a change of gender and a change of name. So based on the Court’s Decision by the Panel of Judges at the Rantau Prapat District Court No. 121/Pid.B/2013/PN-Rap, which decided on the determination of the gender application, in the eyes of the law, Sister Suratini, who was previously known by the name Suradi, was a woman.

Abstract

Chocolate monggo has a tourist attraction in the form of a gastronomic destination located in Kota Gede, Yogyakarta. Monggo chocolate is a processed chocolate product that is produced and marketed centrally in Yogyakarta for souvenirs. The purpose of this research is to find out the Gastronomic Potential as a Tourist Attraction in Chocolate Monggo Yogyakarta. This research design uses data collection in the form of a literature study with a qualitative descriptive method through observation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the factors that influence tourists visiting Chocolate Monggo are caused by tourist attractions by exploring the chocolate factory, knowing the history of its establishment, how to make praline chocolate and tasting the various types of chocolate available.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Christian Middle School 2 Salatiga grades VIII A and B with a total of 60 students and was the total sample. This study aims to determine the significance of the Influence of Providing School Counseling Services on the Discipline Behavior of Class VIII Students at Christian Middle School 2 Salatiga. The measuring tool used in this study is Disciplinary Behavior which is compiled based on Arikunto's theory (2013) and School Counseling Services which is compiled based on Prayitno's theory (2012). The analysis technique used is linear regression which is processed with the help of the SPSS version 26.0 for Windows program. There is a RSquare value: 0.280 indicating the coefficient of determination (R2). This means that the contribution of the BK Service variable to the Disciplinary Behavior variable is 28%, the rest (72%). The regression results obtained from the counseling services variable have a Sig value. 0.000, because sig. 0.000 <0.050, meaning that there is a significant effect of the School Counseling Service on the Disciplinary Behavior of Grade VIII Students at Christian Middle School 2 Salatiga

Abstract

This study aims to examine the views of Islamic law on the advocate profession. As it is known that advocates are a noble profession that are expected to help with existing legal problems. qualitative.. The results of this study indicate that advocates/wakalah in Islam are highly recommended because the profession is the same as an act of please help. However, regarding help, Islam only recommends helping someone in good deeds, not actions that lead to sin.
