Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Jurnal ini terbit 4 bulanan, yaitu bulan April, Agustus dan Desember. *Ruang Lingkup* Memuat hal kajian, analisis, dan penelitian tentang perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi, dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kinerja dan memfasilitasi belajar di lembaga pendidikan formal, non-formal dan informal serta lembaga-lembaga pelatihan. *Deskripsi* Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan merupakan media komunikasi ilmiah bagi dosen, guru, widyaiswara, mentor, mahasiswa, dan praktisi pendidikan lainnya serta pemerhati kependidikan. Abstract

One of the supporting factors for automatic motorcycle to get good performance is the roller. Many users do not know about the influence of the roller on torque and power. In this final project aims to determine the effect of roller weight variations on motorcycle torque and determine the effect of roller weight variations on motorcycle power. This final project research uses automatic transmission motorcycles, namely Honda All New Vario 149cc motorcycles in 2018. In this test using three types of roller weight variations aims to determine the effect of using the CVT on the power and torque of the Honda All New Vario 149cc motorcycles, namely roller weight 15 grams, roller weight 10 grams and roller weight 8 grams using the dynotest method and using a tool called a dynamometer. From the test results of the dynamometer tool on the 15 gram roller test it produces a maximum power of 10.11 HP at 8000 RPM and produces a maximum torque of 31.5 N.m at 2000 RPM, on the 10 gram roller test it produces a maximum power of 10.9 HP at 8000 RPM and produces a maximum torque of 31.9 N.m at 2000 RPM and in the 8 gram roller test produces a maximum power of 11.22 HP at 8000 RPM and produces a torque of 22.9 N.m. The results of this study resulted in a comparison of the three rollers by showing the effect on the weight of the roller used on the automatic motorcycle CVT

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the teacher's code of ethics in improving the quality of education through strategies and principles of professionalism in Islamic educational institutions. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the implementation of the teacher's code of ethics in Islamic education institutions has been carried out well, but there are still some obstacles in its implementation. These obstacles include the lack of socialization regarding the teacher's code of ethics to teachers, the teacher's lack of understanding of the teacher's code of ethics, and the lack of sanctions given to teachers who violate the code of ethics. To improve the quality of education, Islamic educational institutions implement strategies and principles of professionalism, namely increasing teacher competence through training and seminars, applying innovative learning methods, and developing a quality evaluation system. From the results of this study, it is suggested to Islamic education institutions to further increase socialization regarding the teacher's code of ethics, increase teachers' understanding of the code of ethics, and provide strict sanctions to teachers who violate the code of ethics. In addition, Islamic educational institutions must also continue to improve strategies and principles of professionalism to improve the quality of education.

Abstract

The free school program is one of the policies issued by the Central Government which aims to help students who are unable to continue their studies and improve the quality of education index in West Java. This study aims to analyze the success of the program, the research method used is qualitative descriptive, with data collection techniques through interviews and literature studies. Based on the research results, the province of West Java experienced an average increase in the school duration index (RSL) compared to the previous year, which means that this free school program has been successfully implemented.

Abstract

Marriage will achieve peace, tranquility, happiness and serenity both physically and mentally, known as sakinah, mawaddah warohmah, it needs to be well planned and mature. The thing that must be planned is someone who is chosen to be used as a life partner, that person must meet the criteria set both in Islam and other rules. The purpose of this study is to reveal the concept of sekufu in determining companions according to Islamic teachings. This type of research is library research, namely research that focuses on literature by analyzing the content of some related literature. Results of the discussion Choosing a mate is part of the sunnah recommended by the Prophet Muhammad, he said "Women are married in general on the basis of four factors: wealth, social status (rank), beauty, and strength of religion; choose a woman who is strong in her religion, you must be lucky.” Of the 4 recommendations of the Prophet SAW above, in fact it is part of a person in choosing a mate that must be equal or sekufu'. In choosing a mate, the Prophet Muhammad emphasized to find someone who has good religious practices. Islam emphasizes that in marriage not only see worldly elements, pleasure alone, but there is a way to foster a life that is prosperous, eternal and of course morals to teach offspring to become successors of Islamic teachings.

Abstract

Humans are social creatures who communicate every day. In the process, each individual has their own goals by communicating. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to learn how to communicate effectively. Psychology is a science that studies human psychology, with a communication psychology approach, the communicator will better recognize the characteristics of effective communication. In this journal it is explained that there are 5 characteristics of effective communication, namely 1) understanding, 2) pleasure, 3) influence on attitude, 4) better relationship, 5) action. This journal was created to explain how the science of communication psychology can help increase the effectiveness of communication so that the goals of communication carried out by individuals can be achieved. Achieving the purpose of a communication is a value that is often underestimated and considered easy but is actually difficult.

Abstract

A company needs to pay attention to control and encourage good performance of its employees because it will become one of the main driving factors for the continuity of operations in the company. When employees are given the right tools, good working conditions, and good working motivation, it can create a more conducive working atmosphere and make work more effective. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the positive influence, significance of the facilities, and work motivation of employees at PT. Indocitra Pacific. This research is using saturated sampling method and questionnaire data collection using a five-point Likert scale as a measurement. The population and sample used in this study involving 32 respondents which are all permanent employees of PT. Indocitra Pacific and is using Partial Least Square (PLS) as analysis method. Based on the results of the research, it was found that a good work facility and a good motivation of working has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Indocitra Pacific.

Abstract

Revitalization as a series of efforts to revive the National Monument area in the process is not an easy thing. In carrying out revitalization there are steps that must be considered so that the revitalization process can be successful. This study aims to determine the effect of revitalization on interest in visiting the National Monument. This research was conducted using descriptive data analysis method with a qualitative approach. From the results of the analysis conducted, it shows that revitalization can affect the interest of tourists to visit tourist attractions.

Abstract

This research is entitled “Quantitative Descriptive Study of the Behavior Phenomenon of Korean Drama Audience Among North Sumatra University Students”. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics and behavioral phenomena of Korean drama audience among students Universitas Sumatera Utara. The theory used in this research is Theory of Reasoned and Action. This study uses a descriptive study, which only describes situations and events, does not test hypotheses or make predictions. The population in this study were active students at the University of North Sumatra, amounting to 41,962 people. The sample was determined using the Taro Yamane formula and a sample of 100 people was obtained. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling. Data collection technique using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used was single table analysis using Statistical Product and System Solution (SPSS) version 26.0. Based on the results of the study, the characteristics of the respondents in this study were mostly female with a total of 87 respondents with a percentage of 87%. The results showed as many as 77% of Korean drama audience students stated that they strongly agreed to watch Korean dramas because of the varied genres but as many as 63% of viewers chose not to follow Korean trends after watching Korean drama(s). The results of the cross table research between the frequency of watching Korean dramas in a week with the Korean drama genre being more varied compared to other dramas obtained the most results at a frequency of 2x a week with a total of 25 respondents.

Abstract

Technological developments continue to occur very rapidly. Ease of access to information has a positive impact on society. The Internet has developed a business model where previously conventional trading has become electronic. This development created the emergence of marketplaces in Indonesia. In this study discusses the influence of brand image and flash sales on purchasing decisions. This study discusses the Tokopedia’s marketplace where the object of research is Tik tok Tokopedia's followers. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS and Excel tools. The results of the study show that there is a partial or simultaneous influence between brand image and flash sale variables on purchasing decision variables.

Abstract

Libraries in increasing their usefulness after the pandemic need to update the methods used to attract users' attention. Changes were made either through regulatory changes, adding programs and services or improving communication strategies with users. One of the tools for communication is social media. Including the USU library using social media in increasing the attractiveness of service utilization by users. However, on the other hand, there has been a change in the communication strategy adopted by the library in the post-pandemic period. From this, the author is interested in studying USU's library communication strategy in increasing the attractiveness of users to visit the library and take advantage of library services in the post-pandemic period. This study asks about the form of communication strategies used by the USU library in reaching out to users. Given that there has been a change in student communication patterns in obtaining information before the pandemic and post-pandemic. Library marketing is one of the keys to the sustainability and use of the library by users. One of the tools used by libraries to disseminate their activities and information is social media.
