Abstract

This paper aims to remind and see the role of church servants, especially the daily executor of the GERMITA synod to carry out the obligations instilled by the Lord Jesus Christ regarding prayer. Prayer is a spiritual relationship with the creator where we communicate with God. Prayer is a must that must be done to strengthen our faith, both in any situation. Because people who live without praying are like living without God, and in the end relying on their own strength, and will look like unbelievers who do not believe in God. The GERMITA congregation is a congregation that grows based on religious culture, so praying is a serious thing to remind the congregation to strengthen each other's faith.

Abstract

The aims of this study are (1) to analyze the views of the Germita Jamaat Ayalon Pangeran regarding the Syahattu Engget Ritual. (2) To find out the values ​​of the Syahattu Engget Rite in the Germita Congregation of Ayalon Pangeran. (3) To find out the involvement of the members of the Germita Ayalon Pangeran congregation in the practice of the Syahattu Engget Ritual. This research approach is qualitative by using data collection procedures and techniques: (1) observation, (2) in-depth interviews, (3) documentation. Data analysis used the following steps: (1) data reduction, (2) data display, (3) checking the validity of the data. Based on the analysis of the data, it was concluded: (1) Germita Jemaat Ayalon Pangeran believes that the Syahattu Engget Ritual is a ritual that must be preserved and must not be removed and has certain values ​​for the Germita Congregation of Ayalon Pangeran (2) The Syahattu Engget traditional event has certain values. the rite values ​​contained therein are sacred values, social values, psychological values, religious phenomenological values, and Christian theology values ​​(3) The involvement of the Germita Ayalon Pangeran Jama'at on the rite is very high and even followed by the entire congregation. Based on these conclusions, it is recommended (1) to be more enthusiastic in carrying out service tasks, especially to preserve the culture that has been passed down by the ancestors so that it can be implied in everyday life for the Germita of the Ayalon Pangeran congregation (2) Be more consistent in maintaining the customs inherited from the ancestors in this case the Syahattu Engget rite, reactivates other cultures that are starting to be lost or eroded over the development of this era of globalization (3) The results of this study can be used as a reference or reference for conducting further relevant research as an effort to preserve the nation's culture (4) As for The weaknesses of the results of this study can be used as study material for further research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the Church Stewardship Strategy for Congregational Growth. Also to classify supporting factors, analyze inhibiting factors, and how to overcome obstacles to church stewardship strategies for the growth of their congregations, as well as describe developments and innovations carried out in Church Stewardship Strategies for Congregational Growth. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study show that human resources, accountable financial management, accompanied by accurate data administration as well as the cohesiveness of the service team greatly affect the growth of the congregation and this is a stewardship strategy. It is hoped that this research will provide benefits and a wider understanding for church organization leaders, pastors / pastors, deacons / church workers to serve in order to reach souls for the kingdom of God.

Abstract

The process of washing the motor cylinder block is done by manual method, namely by cleaning it using gasoline and then drying it using a dirty cloth. This conventional method has long been used in the washing process of motor cylinder block. So we need a tool that can perform the process of washing motor cylinder block automatically to make it more practical. This study aims to design and design tools that can realize the process of automating the method of washing cylinder block motors. First of all, the concept and workings of the Automatic Washing and Drying System (ADS) tool are determined, then the initial design is made, then determines the materials and components to be used, finally the final design of the tool is designed in detail by placing the components. Differences in the size between the design and the finished product often occur, the biggest difference being 1cm. Testing of several components used was also carried out including a reed switch sensor, a water level float sensor, and a digital thermostat. Reed switches can provide voltage at a maximum distance of 0.6 cm of workpiece. water level float sensor provides voltage at a maximum distance of 0.6 cm of workpiece. The digital thermostat was tested by comparing it to the htc-2 thermometer and there was the largest temperature difference, namely 0.5 ℃.

Abstract

Games have become a means of entertainment that are most in demand by people from the young to the old. An example of the technology used at this time is Multimedia Game Education. This technology offers a fun and efficient learning experience, by displaying 2D and 3D image objects. This study aims to introduce the material about Mathematics in the second grade elementary school subjects by incorporating Interactive Educational Games in the learning system at SD Abdi Negara 2 Cibarusah. The educational side of this game is in the form of fun counting lessons and there are material questions to learn for second graders. The research methods used in this study include the Research and Development method, namely by using preliminary study techniques or exploratory studies to examine, investigate, and collect information by collecting data through observation and interviews. The result of this research is the implementation of making an Android-based educational game application: "Learning Mathematics" using Unity 3D. This Android-based educational game "Learning Mathematics" is expected to provide a new experience in the world of learning and is expected to increase students' interest in learning, especially learning mathematics.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which the Jailolo Class III Port Operator Office Unit manages the port facilities that have been built by the government in order to improve services that can contribute to the State treasury as well as convenience for service users using qualitative research methods. improve facilities and services at the port. To improve the optimization of facilities and improvements, it is necessary to repair and add supporting facilities. From the results of this study, it is known that in carrying out the duties and functions of the Jailolo Class III Port Management Unit Office in accordance with the regulations of Law Number 17 of 2008 concerning Shipping, it is clear that one task of the port office is to provide crossing facilities and provide a sense of security and comfort for users of transportation services. in this case sea transportation. These facilities are financed by the central government using APBN funds which are distributed to each regional satker every fiscal year. The port facilities in question are port supporting facilities, all of which are built and maintained by the Port Office as a mandate from the Central Government. All the facilities built are expected to provide an increase in revenue for the government in the form of PNBP (Non-Tax State Income) which can later be reused for port needs, both in developing existing facilities or for the construction of new facilities to increase port productivity.

Abstract

The results revealed that the efficiency ratio analysis results showed an average efficiency in managing the Morotai Island Regional Disaster Management Agency's budget management from 2017 to 2019 of 1.16%. Thus, it can be concluded that efficient budget management has been implemented. Abstract

Background: Osteoarthritis (OA) is a chronic and progressive joint disorder that is usually found in middle to old age, which is characterized by damage to cartilages located in the joints of the bones. Its presence is often followed by muscle weakness, limitation in movement and local pain—ultimately decreases the quality of life for patients suffering from it. Purpose: This study aims to analyse the effect of contrast bath therapy and rheumatic exercise on changes of pain and movement range in older people with osteoarthritis. Methods: This research used a quantitative method, i.e., Quasi-Experiment with One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Based on the design, intervention was only conductedtowards one group without comparison. The effectiveness of the treatment was assessed by comparing the scores pre-test and post-test of 35 elderly respondents, whose inclusion criteria were: elderly residents of the Padu Wau Waipare Social Care Center, Kangae District, Sikka Regency; age> 60 years; having a medical history of knee osteoarthritis and complaints of joint pain (scale 1-9);and not currently experiencing inflammation with uncontrolled severe joint pain scale (scale 10) whichrequires elderlies to have bedrest then analysed using wilcoxon test statistical. Results : The result of Wilcoxon test statistical test indicates that there is an effect of rheumatic exercise and contrast bath therapy on changes in pain levels and range of motion before and after rheumatic exercise therapy in which from the total of 35 respondents who were observed, the z value = -3.357b<z table value and p value = 0.001 (p <0.05). Conclusion: that there is a significant effect caused by rheumatic exercise and contrast bath therapy on changes in pain levels and range of motion. Abstract

The purpose of the study this is to examine the crisis of ecology that occurred in Tagulandang and analyze the things that lead to the problem of ecology in Tagulandang. This is a qualitative research with descriptive-comparative method, held in Tagulandang, Siau Tagulandang Biaro Regency, in the year of 2021. Data were collected through activities of observations and interviews as well as the literature research. From the results of data analysis and interpretation, it was found that (1). There was an ecological crisis in Tagulandang; (2). The paradigm of anthropocentrism affect the treatment of the Tagulandang society towards the environment, which resulted the relationship of man and nature become damaged. Humans are seen as subjects and nature becomes objects that are exploited , damaged and there is no action for nature care and preservation ; (3). Local Wisdom, Muliku Wanua is the heritage of culture that can raise communities awareness of ecologica lin Tagulandang to develop harmony with nature. From the results of the findings, then the people of Tagulandang need to fix the thinking paradigm over the nature of the universe which is the creation of God . The relation between man and nature is a relation which emphasizes the understanding of the integrity of creation so the relation of nature and humans becomes harmonious. Local wisdom ,muliku wanua is the value of the cultural of the Tagulandang community that can build ecological awareness so it can improve the paradigm and treatment of the people Tagulandang towards nature in order to be better.
