Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology globally makes internet users not surprised about marketing on social media sites. Marketing power carried out with internet media is often referred to as digital marketing. The trend of digital marketing through social media, one of which is Instagram, makes it easy for companies to promote goods and services they want to trade. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of service quality, customer satisfaction and promotions on Instagram on customer loyalty by mediating trust. Sampling was carried out using a non-probability method with a purposive sampling technique. The number of samples was determined by the method of (Hair et al., (2010) obtained 100 respondents. Data analysis used PLS-SEM as a measurement tool. Researchers obtain research results that can be used as the purpose of this study. This research hypothesis can prove that service quality, customer satisfaction, and promotions on Instagram have a direct, positive influence on trust. Next is the service quality variable, trust has a direct positive effect on customer loyalty, while customer satisfaction and promotions on Instagram do not answer the direct hypothesis on customer loyalty. The role of trust as an intervening variable can mediate the indirect effect of service quality, customer satisfaction and promotion on Instagram on customer loyalty.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendapatan asli daerah, dana transfer ke daerah, dan belanja modal terhadap kinerja keuangan pemerintah kabupaten di wilayah Flores Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur. Ukuran kinerja keuangan yang digunakan adalah rasio kemandirian keuangan daerah. Penelitian dilakukan di 9 Kabupaten yang ada di wilayah Flores Provinsi NTT. Desain penelitian dalam penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa Data Realisasi APBD di 9 Kabupaten dalam wilayah Flores tahun anggaran 2017-2020 dengan jumlah pengamatan sebanyak 36 sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa pendapatan asli daerah tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan pemerintah kabupaten di wilayah Flores. Dana transfer ke daerah berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan pemerintah kabupaten di wilayah Flores. Belanja Modal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan pemerintah kabupaten di wilayah Flores

Abstract

The Boarding School Program is considered as one of the factors that affect student achievement results in the classroom. Therefore, this study was conducted with the aim of knowing whether or not there is an effect of the boarding school program on students' tahfidz learning achievement in class. This study uses quantitative research. The sample selected was 56 students of Al Hadi Mojolaban Islamic Junior High School who lived in the boarding school. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires to boarding program students and documentation. The analysis technique used is a statistical technique to describe the results of the research conducted. To test the validity of the data, validity test and linearity test were used. The results showed that: 1) The Boarding School Program is categorized as good with a percentage of 67.85%. 2) The results of research on tahfidz learning achievement at Al Hadi Islamic Junior High School Mojolaban Sukoharjo are classified as sufficient with a percentage of 60.714%. 3) There is an influence between the boarding school program on Tahfidz learning achievement at Al Hadi Islamic Junior High School Mojolaban Sukoharjo as evidenced by hypothesis testing using the product moment correlation formula with a result of -0.141 but the correlation is very weak or very low so that this correlation is ignored or considered no correlation between variable X and variable Y. If rxy is compared with rtable at the 95% significance level of 0.266, then the alternative hypothesis is rejected and hypothesis 0 is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of leadership in increasing work motivation and then to determine the constraints of leadership in increasing the work motivation of construction project workers in the Green Florencia housing development project PT. Megatopmas Prima in the city of Sidoarjo. The method used in this research is to use a qualitative descriptive research type with a case study approach, while the population in this study is a construction project worker leader, totaling 1 person and 6 construction project workers. The results of data collection in the field show that the role of leadership in increasing work motivation is that leaders ask workers to create various kinds of ideas once a week, always respect workers, provide inspiration for development, involve workers in making decisions, provide opportunities to lead, and provide achievement bonuses. The obstacles faced by leaders in increasing work motivation are that leaders find it difficult to determine the right tools to increase motivation, it is difficult to know the level of worker needs, weaknesses in anticipating the development of worker needs, and miscommunication often occurs.

Abstract

Civic education is a means of forming the character of citizens in accordance with the soul of the Indonesian nation. One of the characters that is formed is politeness that will be reflected in many things, one of which is communication. This study aims to determine effectiveness of the role of Civic Education in communication among students in the Marine Science Department at Universitas Maritim Raja Ali Haji. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The data collection process uses literature study, observation, interviews, and offline questionnaire filling methods. The research population is 53 active Marine Science students from the 2022 class and the sample consists of 50 students. The results of this study show that the role of Civic Education in shaping polite communication character is not effective. This study shows normalization of using rude language when talking with peers because the politeness value that should be the foundation for communication is not implemented by these student.

Abstract

PT XYZ is a consulting, training, and certification services company. Historically, the company has measured its performance using traditional methods, focusing solely on financial aspects. This has resulted in poor company performance, evident through declining revenue due to decreased customer retention rates and operational inefficiencies. PT XYZ has also frequently received complaints from training participants regarding the company's operational processes. The most common complaint is the delayed issuance of certificates to participants. Furthermore, the employees at PT XYZ have a low level of technological proficiency because the company has not provided them with technology training. Based on these issues, there is a need for a comprehensive performance measurement method that can provide an in-depth assessment of the company's performance, allowing PT XYZ's management to make informed decisions to improve performance. Through the research conducted, it was found that the total performance scores, from a financial perspective, are 15.28; from a customer perspective, 23.19; from an internal business process perspective, 18.34; and from a growth and learning perspective, 15.15. Therefore, the overall company performance score is 71.10, indicating that it falls within the criteria of being reasonably healthy. Abstract

The increasing divorce rate in Surabaya is one of the problems that must be addressed immediately. So, there needs to be an effort to anticipate and solve problems in the family, the first step that can be done is to provide insight and education through the family development program by the Surabaya City Family Learning Center (PUSPAGA). Various services are provided by the Surabaya City Family Learning Center (PUSPAGA) as an effort to help strengthen family resilience. The purpose of this study is to describe the role of the Family Learning Center (PUSPAGA) and analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with two data collection techniques, namely interviews and documentation. The results showed that the Surabaya City Family Learning Center (PUSPAGA) can provide the role of family development through strengthening the components of family resilience and the main priority program of PUSPAGA is counseling activities. The psychological resilience of a family is given more attention by PUSPAGA, because it affects the improvement of a person's skills in running his life which is then related to mental health. If the family's psychological resilience goes well, then the other components of family resilience also receive a positive impact, because the components of physical, social and psychological resilience are interrelated with each other. However, in its implementation, there are still obstacles such as the lack of enthusiasm from the community and the lack of optimal socialization of the service program.

Abstract

Saving Behaviour is very influential thing in economic development in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the influence between financial literacy, socialization of parents, and friends of student in economics and business at state university in Surabaya. This type of research is quantitative research with a total sample of 412 respondents. The object of this research is student in economics and business at state university in Surabaya. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and uses IBM SPSS version 25. The results of the study are that partially financial literacy, parental socialization, and peers have a positive effect on student saving behaviour. The results of the study are that there is an influence between financial literacy on saving behaviour, this is because students understand personal financial knowledge, savings and savings knowledge, insurance knowledge, and investment knowledge so that students are able to make priorities regarding financial management. There is an influence of parental socialization on saving behaviour, this is because students grow by following directions from their families, especially their parents, so that students get used to following their parents' teachings. There is peer influence on student saving behaviour, this is because in the world of lectures, students tend to spend time with friends so that the intensity of meetings and communication with peers tends to be greater.

Abstract

This study focuses on four aspects of social intelligence, namely communication, respecting differences of opinion, problem solving and empathy based on Goleman's theory. All four are related to social studies learning which trains students to be able to communicate, appreciate, interact and socialize with the community. This research was conducted because there is still a lack of respect for differences of opinion in students and a lack of ability to build closeness with peers other than close friends. The purpose of this research was to find out the role of peers in developing students' social intelligence. In order to achieve this goal, this research was conducted using a qualitative approach and descriptive method, so the data collected came from research results by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the role of peers is to provide assistance in developing communication skills so that students are able to build social relationships, students are able to appreciate differences of opinion so that they are able to accept criticism and suggestions, an increase in problem solving skills is seen when students help each other in doing a difficult task, the attitude of empathy that students have increases is reflected in students having sensitivity to the feelings of others. In addition, there is a link between social intelligence and social studies learning objectives, namely to equip students to become good and responsible citizens so that students have the provisions to enter social life.

Abstract

Natural rubber is one of the non-oil and non-gas export commodities or plantation crops that plays a crucial role in Indonesia's economy and can also enhance Indonesia's reputation in international trade. This commodity significantly contributes to the country's foreign exchange reserves. Indonesia is one of the largest rubber producers. The objectives of this research are 1) To analyze the simultaneous and partial effects of Indonesia's natural rubber production, international natural rubber prices, and the US Dollar exchange rate on Indonesia's natural rubber export volume from 1991 to 2022. 2) To analyze the sequence of the impact of variables, including the amount of Indonesia's natural rubber production, international natural rubber prices, and the US Dollar exchange rate on Indonesia's natural rubber export volume from 1991 to 2022. The data used are secondary data with observations from 1991 to 2022. To achieve the research objectives, descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis are employed. Based on the analysis results, it is found that 1) Simultaneously, Indonesia's natural rubber production, international natural rubber prices, and the US Dollar exchange rate have a significant influence on Indonesia's natural rubber export volume from 1991 to 2022; 2) Partially, Indonesia's natural rubber production has a significant positive impact on the export volume of Indonesian natural rubber. International natural rubber prices and the US Dollar exchange rate have positive but not significant effects on Indonesia's natural rubber export volume; 3) The sequence of the influential variables on Indonesia's natural rubber export volume is the amount of Indonesia's natural rubber production, international natural rubber prices, and the US Dollar exchange rate. The empirical implications of these findings are that changes in international prices and the US Dollar exchange rate do not directly affect Indonesia's natural rubber export volume. Other factors such as Indonesia's natural rubber production have a more significant influence on the export volume.
