Jurnal ini dimaksudkan sebagai wadah untuk menyebarluaskan hasil kajian, pemikiran, penelitian, dan evaluasi yang relevan dengan kawasan pendidikan yakni perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan, pembelajaran dan evaluasi. Abstract

Hotel is a form of building, symbol, company or accommodation business entity that provides lodging services, food and beverage providers and other service facilities where all of these services are intended for the general public, both those who spend the night at the hotel or those who only use certain facilities. owned by the hotel. This study examines the role of the Purchasing Department in Operational In Hotels. The purpose of this study is to determine the important role of Purchasing between hotels and suppliers. Goods ordered from suppliers will receive several terms and conditions according to the information in the Purchase Order (PO). Purchasing will oversee the ongoing process of procurement of goods until the goods ordered arrive at the hotel. This research is presented qualitatively. The techniques used for data collection were observation, interviews, document studies, literature studies, internet searching. Based on the results obtained, the role of a Purchasing in In Hotel is very important, because everything relates to hotel needs. The results of the research show the steps or methods that are carried out by the purchasing party. How does the purchasing party meet the needs of goods from each department. Barriers experienced by Purchasing are related to the Daily Market List which causes delays in placing orders with suppliers. Abstract

This research investigates factors that have an important impact on organizations such as work conflict and work stress. We analyzed five international journals that are relevant to understanding work conflict and work stress in various organizational contexts. The results of the analysis show that the perceived work stress, it is stated that employees experience psychological disorders and really threaten their health when they are busy working. Employees with high levels of stress in the face of excessive workloads can experience burnout and intend to stop working. Employees who experience job insecurity cannot show their true performance and cannot obtain the desired efficiency from employees because they do not see themselves permanently in their organization. However, the expected efficiency cannot be achieved because employees who have role conflicts have to fulfill more than one workload. Employees who are satisfied with their organization are able to adopt the organizational culture and develop their organizational skills such as planning and problem solving.

Abstract

Camping is one of the activities that is the goal of everyone who wants to relieve fatigue by enjoying the beautiful natural scenery while staying in that place. One of these tourist destinations is Greengrass located in Lembang, Bandung. A camping site that offers a cool natural atmosphere and various facilities needed by visitors. This study aims to find out what facilities are located in Greengrass Cikole and what facility planning will be carried out. The research method used is by descriptive research method through direct observation and observation of the object of research. The results obtained from this study where the management has plans for facilities and accessibility ranging from toilets to road repairs which are still a shortcoming for Greengrass Cikole tourist destinations.

Abstract

Padepokan Ciliwung Condet is located on Jl. H. Mursali, RT. 008/001, Balekambang, Kramat Jati, East Jakarta. Which is one of the Betawi Culture preservation villages where you can carry out various activities such as activities regarding the preservation of Betawi culture, river rafting along the Ciliwung river, painting, batik, and farming. The research method used is descriptive qualitative through interviews and observations with informants as well as research from previous journals to obtain the data and information needed to compile this research. This study aims to determine the condition and development of the tourism potential of the Ciliwung Condet Padepokan, with the holding of tourism development it will have an impact on the increasing number of people who will get a positive impact. The Ciliwung Condet Padepokan is also a Community Based Tourism (CBT) because it involves the local community to preserve Betawi culture and increase the effectiveness of river management, with an emphasis on planning and development in the management of the Condet Ciliwung hermitage.

Abstract

This research was conducted to get empirical evidence. Explaining the phenomena, and making conclusions about the influence of work environment variables and work motivation on employee performance at PT. TIKI Jalan Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) KCU Karawang. This study was conducted using descriptive and verification namely, knowing, explaining and analyzing. In this study, a sample of 206 where respondents were selected using random sampling. The research variables include independent variables, namely work environment (X1) and work motivation (X2), as well as employee performance variables as the dependent variable. Data analysis techniques used the Likert scale technique and path analysis using Microsoft Office tools and SPSS for Windows version 25. The results of this study prove that there is a correlation between Environment and Motivation 0.688. This means that the work environment and work motivation have a relationship with strong criteria. The partial results of hypothesis testing work environment variables do not significantly influence employee performance variables. There is a simultaneous influence between work environment and work motivation on employee performance at PT. TIKI NUgraha Ekakurir Route (JNE) KCU Karawang by 15.6%, while 27.9% is influenced by variables that have not been studied.

Abstract

The aims of this study were to find out: Islamic guidance and counseling at MTs Al-Fathimiyah, student learning outcomes at MTs Al-Fathimiyah, the effect of Islamic guidance and counseling on student learning outcomes in class VIII MTs Al-Fathimiyah. The approach used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The type of research used is correlational. Data collection techniques used by researchers are observation, interviews, questionnaires (questionnaire) and documentation. The data analysis technique used by researchers is the pearson product moment correlation and the coefficient of determination. The results of the study: Islamic guidance and counseling services at MTs Al-Fathimiyah, namely 46 or at intervals of 41-60 are sufficient categories, the learning outcomes of class VIII MTs Al-Fathimiyah are in good category with the highest average score being 94 and the lowest average being 80, Islamic guidance and counseling services have an influence on learning outcomes because the rcount value is greater than the rtable, namely 0.610 > 0.374 at 5% significance by calculating R square = r2 = 0.372. These results indicate that there is a significant influence of Islamic guidance and counseling services on student learning outcomes of 37.2% and the remaining 62.8% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Inovasi dari pengembangan dari teknologi-teknologi pembelajaran yang semakin canggih terus bermunculan dan di manfaatkan menjadi sebuah sarana yang penting untuk menghasilkan capaian pembelajaran secara efektif dan efesien. Dengan memanfaatkan media teknologi pembelajaran yang menjadi media atau perantara dalam menyalurkan informasi di dalam kelas melalui penyerapan dengan indera pendengaran dan penglihatan sehingga setiap mahasiswa mampu memperoleh pengetahuan sesuai dengan capaian tujuan pembelajaran. Namun dibalik itu menjadi hal yang perlu diperhatikan bagi para dosen yang dituntut perlu mengembangkan diri lebih lagi dalam berinovasi dalam mata kuliah yang diajarkan. Peranan media pembelajaran dalam suatu proses belajar penting dilaksanakan karena menjadi alat untuk menyalurkan informasi kepada penerima informasi yakni mahasiswa melalui media pembelajaran yang sekaligus juga membantu peserta didiknya menyerap materi yang diberikan. Tuntutan ini juga guna mengurangi tingkat kejenuhan dalam kelas terjadi dan proses belajar mengajar ini akan menciptakan juga sebuah hubungan yang baik dengan mahasiswa serta untuk meningkatkan minat belajar mahasiswa dimana saat ini fenomena yang sering terjadi peserta didik sudah menurun minat belajar apabila pembelajaran tersebut tidak menarik. Sehingga diperlukan sebuah inovasi belajar yang dilakukan terhadap pembelajaran dalam kelas yang dilakukan oleh setiap pengajar. Jadi media pembelajaran secara audio visual ini merupakan salah satu metode dalam mengatasi masalah dalam mengajar dan menjadi jembatan terhadap pemberi pembelajaran untuk berbagai informasi yang koprehensif kepada peserata didiknya di dalam kelas yang dilakukan.

Abstract

Perkembangan dunia usaha di Indonesia semakin pesat dan intensif, salah satunya adalah bisnis kecantikan atau skincare. Kondisi ini ditandai dengan ketatnya persaingan bisnis di bidang kecantikan. Melihat semakin meningkatnya kebutuhan masyarakat yang ingin selalu tampil sempurna dalam berbagai keadaan. Hal inilah yang mendorong bisnis skincare terus berkembang pesat, hal ini dikarenakan permintaan dari pelanggan kecantikan terus meningkat. Di era globalisasi ini banyak sekali perkembangan dunia bisnis, hal ini menuntut perusahaan untuk lebih kreatif dan inovatif dalam melayani konsumennya, salah satunya dalam menawarkan produk atau jasa dengan memberikan pelayanan yang baik. Laporan ini membahas tentang strategi pengembangan pemasaran untuk meningkatkan penjualan produk kosmetik yang nyaman. Dalam pembahasan laporan ini penulis menggunakan metode penulisan deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam penulisan ini penulis menjelaskan data-data yang ada dan menganalisisnya dengan menggunakan beberapa teori, seperti ekonomi industri, perekonomian Indonesia, segmentasi pasar, target pasar, penempatan produk dan SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). Hasil dari penulisan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan penjualan produk kosmetik yang baik, perusahaan harus mampu mengembangkan dan meningkatkan strategi pemasaran digitalnya secara konsisten. Untuk meningkatkan penjualan produk, perusahaan harus mampu melakukan strategi pemasaran atau promosi secara masif kepada masyarakat atau calon konsumen. Strategi yang digunakan adalah perusahaan harus melakukan promosi melalui media sosial yang ada seperti Facebook, Instagram dan website perusahaan. Selain itu, penerapan terkait segmentasi pasar, penentuan target pasar dan penempatan produk juga mempengaruhi perkembangan pemasaran produk kosmetik skincare yang nyaman. Dengan konsisten melakukan promosi melalui media sosial, kemungkinan besar penjualan produk skincare Cozy Cosmetic akan semakin meningkat.

Abstract

Interpersonal communication is the interaction of two or more people that generates feedback. There are still many students who do not have interpersonal communication skills. One of the factors that influence interpersonal communication is the self-concept. The self-concept is an individual view of himself. A negative self-concept can cause individuals to withdraw from social relationships. It affects interpersonal communication. This research aims to determine the effect of self-concept on students' interpersonal communication. The participants in the study consisted of 204 students in Jakarta aged 18-25 years. The measurement used in this study is the Tennessee Self Concept Scale and the interpersonal communication scale. Data fetching using purposive sampling with a type of quantitative research. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis using SPSS. This research indicates that self-concept affects the student's interpersonal communication by 37,1%. Research shows a significant positive relationship between self-concepts and students' interpersonal communication, so it's concluded that a more positive self-concept of students will increase their interpersonal communication capabilities.

Abstract

Parental examples have an important role in shaping a child's character. This research aims to examine the formation of children's character through parental examples. The method in this research uses literature study. The literature used is 10 scientific journals that have been published and 10 books related to the formation of children's character and parental example. The results of this research are that children are great imitators, so parental examples are important in forming children's character. Children are great imitators, they do what they see. Children are greatly influenced not only by their parents' words but also their actions. In their lives, children see and experience life with their parents directly. This research complements previous research, by examining the basic characters and characteristics of children.
