Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of drill practice and discovery learning models on basketball shooting learning outcomes. The study used a quasi-experimental method with a research design using a nonequivalent control group design of 2x2 with a factorial design which was carried out in all majors in class XI of SMK Negeri 1 Kramatwatu. Learning outcomes data were obtained through pretest and posttest activities. The research sample was 80 students who were taken randomly by adjusting the conditions and research objectives. The results showed a significant difference between the posttest group A and group Bl. Evidenced by the value of FO is 5.225 and Sig. is 0.025 < 0.05. Thus, it shows that Ho is rejected, and H1 is accepted. This indicates that there is a significant difference in the interaction effect of drill practice and discovery learning models on students' basketball shooting learning outcomes.

Abstract

Based on Law Number 31 of 1999, corruption is the act of any person who unlawfully commits an act of enriching himself or another person or a corporation that can harm the country's finances or the country's economy. Corruption is also defined as the action of any person with the aim of benefiting himself or another person or a corporation. Corruption cases are now more focused on prevention rather than prosecution. The reason is that the actions that have been carried out so far are considered to only have a shocking effect and have not minimized corruption. The public is also waiting for the strategy and effectiveness of preventing corruption. The same thing happened in the Bansos corruption case in 2020. This article contains an analysis of the corruption case in the perspective of government ethics using qualitative research methods and descriptive research types.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of method of storytelling local legends to improve students' narrative writing skills in Indonesian. This research design is a true experimental research with Pretest-Posttest Group Design. The learning outcomes data are obtained through pretest and posttest activities. That The sample is 80 students who are taken randomly by adjusting conditions and research objectives. There's something significant the difference in the results of the experimental class posttest and control class this is evidenced by the value of Fo. For value is 5.225 and Sig is 0.025 < 0.05. It means there the difference in the interaction effect using method of storytelling local legends to improve students' narrative text writing skills. Abstract

Diversity is a necessity for the Indonesian people, the diversity of the Indonesian people is natural and has been a source of wealth for the Indonesian nation since the nation's ancestors. As a multicultural and multi-religious nation, Indonesia is known as a country full of tolerance. The lives of citizens in society, nation and state have a harmonious relationship. From previous studies, it is known that the recipe for harmony is the plurality of people who have walked the trail, and the existence of local wisdom and interfaith forums, such as the Religious Harmony Forum (FKUB). This study deepens the role of religious groups that support the conditions of social harmony. This is intended to determine the role of religious groups in maintaining social harmony and diversity in the Karawang and Sukabumi districts. By reviewing literature, interviews, and field observations, this study identifies the role of religious groups, namely the Nahdhatul Ulama (PCNU) Branch Manager in Karawang Regency and the Vihara Nam Hai Kwan Se Im Pu Sa in Sukabumi Regency by holding meetings in open forums and collaborating in activities everyday life among people can effectively manage various problems and maintain harmony.

Abstract

In the practice of education and learning, communication not only supports the creation of more effective and efficient learning but also contributes to solving various problems that occur in learning, such as in Purwakarta Pharmacy Vocational School there is a misunderstanding of communication between school environments, lack of openness between teachers and leaders, and suspicion arising from misinformation. The purpose of this study was to describe the role of principal communication in improving the quality of learning. This research was carried out using a qualitative approach because the problems discussed were intended to describe, describe, and describe the role of the principal's communication. The method used in providing the data obtained is in the form of a qualitative descriptive method in the form of a description. The results of this study are that the principal of Pharmacy Vocational School is able to apply vertical downward communication regarding tasks and maintenance, able to communicate vertically upwards, which is about integration and willing to accept renewal, communicate horizontally, namely providing information to each other in planning and various activities, and the role of the principal in Informal communication, namely brushing off/straightening negative issues that develop in the school environment. The implication is that the principal of Pharmacy Vocational School is able to regulate, direct, guide, evaluate each member of the school in achieving the quality of learning in schools.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of digital literacy and youtube media on chemistry learning outcomes. This research method is quantitative, the instrument used is a questionnaire. Population and sample of students of SMKN 1 Pulo Ampel class X all majors in the academic year 2021/2022 Odd, 80 students selected randomly as a sample. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and questionnaires. Data analysis with descriptive statistical methods, and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there was an influence of digital literacy (X1) and youtube media (X2) on the learning outcomes of Chemistry (Y), this is evidenced by the regression calculation which shows the calculated F value > F table or 35.208 > 3.11 with the regression equation = -1.028 +0.597X1 +0.643X2. Furthermore, digital literacy variables and youtube media together can determine student learning outcomes 47.8% and are significant. Abstract

This study aims to identify and examine the role of local governments in alleviating extreme poverty zones in Karawang Regency. The theory used in this study is the role of government according to Siagian in Kuncoro (2004) which has four dimensional variables, including entrepreneurship, facilities, stimulus and coordinator. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection obtained through three ways or triangulation Sugiyono (2017), including interviews, observations and documentation studies, then the data is analyzed through the concept of Milles and Huberman (1982), which includes reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. The results and discussion show that the role of the Karawang local government in alleviating extreme poverty which is reviewed through four dimensions is not optimal, where from the variable the role of entrepreneurs is still minimal work for the indigenous people of Karawang, the variable role of the coordinator is that there is no seriousness of the Karawang Regional Government in building good tourist destinations, the variable role of government facilities is also not considered optimal considering that there is still estrangement between the private sector and the community and the apathy shown by the local government of Karawang over the disintegrity problem, then the last variable of the role of the stimulus of the local government of Karawang only provides Karawang people who are in extreme poverty zones in the form of assistance. which is temporary and creates community dependence, not like assistance that can actually make the extreme poor of Karawang develop more advanced, such as communication training and entrepreneurship

Abstract

The Manufacturing Industry is currently growing very rapidly, starting from systems, machines and other supporting equipment that make the current manufacturing industry very effective and efficient. maintenance plays an important role in maintaining the performance of the machines used in order to remain in optimal conditions, and there is no decrease in the quality of production results. The purpose of this study was to analyze the damage that occurred on the al pin 350 lathe at the Pusat Teknologi dan Keselamatan Reaktor Nuklir (PTKRN) workshop, the method to be used was Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). During the inspection of all components from the spindle to the chuck, it was found that the Tailstock, Carriage, Toolpost, lighting and several components had problems. It is hoped that the data can be used as evaluation material for the company when it will carry out the maintenance process

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the correlation between social media marketing and destination image in Samudera Baru Beach, Karawang Regency, to find out and analyze how much social media marketing and destination image partial influence on Samudera Baru Beach, Karawang Regency, to find out and analyze how much Simultaneous influence of social media marketing and destination image on Samudera Baru Beach, Karawang Regency. The approach used in this study is a descriptive and verification approach. The results show that 1) There is a correlation between social media marketing variables and destination image, 2) There is a partial influence of social media marketing on visiting decisions and destination image on visiting decisions, 3) There is a simultaneous influence of social media marketing and destination image on decisions. visit. This can show that social media marketing and destination image together have an influence on the decision to visit Samudera Baru Beach.

Abstract

Mangrove is a term for tropical coastal communities which are dominated by several types of mangroves. One of the eco-mangroves in Indonesia is the Nusliko Mangrove Forest. This study aims to determine the type, diversity and environmental parameters that affect the existence of gastropod tourism in mangrove forest ecotourism. The research took place from April to May 2021, the object of research was gastropods in the mangrove forest ecotourism in Nusliko Village, Weda District, Central Halmahera. The method used in this research is quantitative. The study used a 1x1 m plot that was placed uniformly. The gastropods contained in the observation plots were determined by species and the number of individuals of each species was counted. The data were analyzed using the Shannon-Wiener diversity index. The results showed that there were 3 families and 5 species of gastropods on transect I, while on transect II there were 3 families and 3 species. The diversity of gastropod species on transect I is H' = 1.121 medium category, while the diversity of species on transect II is H' = 0.65 low category. Environmental parameters on transect 1 air temperature 310C normal category, air salinity 30%o brackish category, water pH 8.2 alkaline category and the substrate is mud, while at station II air temperature 300C normal category, water salinity 30%o brackish category, pH 8 ,5 categorize the base and the substrate is sandy mud.
