Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Abstract

UKM Semprong Amoundy yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Karawang merupakan usaha yang bergerak dalam bidang makanan khsusunya adalah pembuatan kue tradisional yaitu kue semprong yang sudah beroperasi selama 15 tahun. UKM Semprong Amoundy belum pernah menggunakan metode apapun dalam pengendalian persediaan bahan baku sebelumnya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bahan mana yang memiliki nilai serapan modal yang tinggi dan bahan yang termasuk dalam golongan A, B, dan C. Selanjutnya menentukan bahan yang memiliki nilai ekonomis melalui suatu metode yaitu Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). Hasil dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan didapatkan hasil dari klasifikasi menurut metode klasifikasi ABC yaitu pada kelompok A adalah telur, golongan B yaitu tepung beras, dan terdapat 4 bahan yang termasuk golongan C adalah gula pasir, tapioka, garam, dan bahan vanili. Hasil dari metode EOQ menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode ini lebih ekonomis dibandingkan dengan pengelolaan persediaan bahan baku seperti telur, tepung beras, gula, tapioka, garam, dan vanili.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the variabel follow the bible, prayer band, and worship on students' moral. This study uses a quantitative method with an explanatory approach. Technique collection data is used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used simple regression analysis to see the effect partially and multiple regression analysis to see the effect simultaneously. There are four variables, namely follow the bible, prayer band, worship and students’ morals. The subjects used in this study were grade 12 students at SMA UNKLAB Airmadidi, district of Minahasa Utara, province of Sulawesi Utara. The results found that partially it is proven that there is an effect of the follow the bible (X1) and prayer band (X2) variabels on the students' moral variabel (Y). While the variabel worship (X3) have no effect on students’ moral. Other than, that all variabels, are follow the bible, prayer band, and worship simultaneously affect the students' moral. The conclusion is, Follow the Bible activities that are carried out consistently contribute to the morals of students. Furthermore, prayer bands activities carried out at school regularly also contribute to the morals of students. As for worship activities, even though they are carried out regularly, they do not make a significant contribution to the morals of students. For all variables, namely follow the bible, prayer, and worship which are carried out consistently, together they contribute to the morals of students.

Abstract

Sub-Department of Highways as part of the Office of Highways where the Sub-Department is the Office Work Unit in the implementation of Highways Department affairs in the City of Administration of East Jakarta. In carrying out these official affairs, the principle of good service must be carried out. One of the roles of the Bina Marga Sub-Department is that the Sub-Department has the task of carrying out the regulation, guidance, planning, management, development, maintenance, care, control, monitoring, evaluation, research, improvement, development and security of roads, bridges and road complementary buildings and road equipment. It is important for the East Jakarta area to highlight a face that looks good and neat. The Sub-Department of Highways has been stated in the Decree of the Governor of the Special Capital Region of Jakarta Number 111 of 2001 concerning the Organization and Work Procedure of the Public Street Lighting Service and Utility Network Facilities for the Special Capital Region of Jakarta. Where it has been regulated is the position and functions and duties of Bina Marga for the East Jakarta Region.

Abstract

Teacher performance cannot develop without the support of various parties or the efforts of the principal. Support from family and support from the community is needed by a teacher to improve his performance at school. The principal plays an important role in managing an educational institution so that the process of developing teacher performance can increase to become a professional teacher in the field of science. Based on observations made by researchers that at Matap State Junior High School located in Wolwal Barat Village, Alor Barat Daya Subdistrict, Alor Regency, there are 13 educators consisting of 2 CPNS and 11 Non Civil Servants who have different abilities or talents. in various fields of study and has 4 teaching staff. Researchers found several problems in the principal's management of teacher performance, namely the principal has not motivated teachers well, the principal has not disciplined and supervised the teachers properly, most teachers are late for school, teachers and principals are less involved in realizing the vision and mission or goals of the school so that it greatly affects the performance of teachers in schools and there are teachers who have not prepared learning tools properly when applying learning materials in class. The limitation of the problem in this research is the Influence of Principal Leadership on Teacher Performance at SMP Negeri Matap. The formulation of the problem is whether there is an influence of Principal Leadership on Teacher Performance at SMP Negeri Matap. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of principal's leadership on teacher performance at SMP Negeri Matap. The population and sample are all 13 teachers. The data analysis technique used instrument test, validity test and instrument reliability test. The result of the research is that there is a significant influence of principal's leadership on teacher performance at SMP Negeri Matap, namely Fcount = 9.981 Ftable = 4.96 at a significant level of 0.05 or 5%. Then reject H0, accepted Ha.

Abstract

To achieve the success and sustainability of development programs, community participation is an important aspect. Because participation is the participation of a person or group of people in an activity that is carried out consciously. The sustainability of the results of development and development itself will not succeed if it is not supported by the participation of the community. In an empowerment program, community participation must cover the entire process from the initial stage to the final stage. Slamet (2003:8) states that Valderama's participation in Arsito notes that there are three traditions of the concept of participation, especially when it is associated with the development of a democratic society, namely 1). Political participation 2). Social participation (social participation) 3). Citizen participation (citizen participation/citizenship). This concept has the meaning under the community and also the government or any party can be involved in the implementation of policies so that it can be easier to achieve the desired goals, especially in this concept the power and influence of the community has a big role in the success of a policy. The attitude of the community is very important in providing participation in development programs, although there are several possible responses in the field. In principle, every empowerment carried out by the community must always be improved in quality according to the wishes of the client (community) under it, but in reality this is not the case. One way to improve the quality of empowerment is to fulfill public complaints.

Abstract

To achieve the success of a development, community participation is an important aspect. Because participation is the participation of a person or group of people in an activity that is carried out consciously. Sustainability of development results will not succeed if it is not supported by the role of the community. In an empowerment program, community participation must cover the entire process from the initial stage to the final stage. Sastropoetro said that the process of participation or participation describes personal involvement in the form of: (1) the decision-making process; (2) determine the desired needs; and (3) directing and realizing the goals and priorities to be achieved. In this concept it means that the needs and desires of the community to be achieved can be the encouragement or willingness of the community to participate in an empowerment program. In principle, every empowerment carried out by the community must always be improved in quality according to the wishes of the client (community) under it, but in reality this is not the case. One way to improve the quality of empowerment is to fulfill public complaints.

Abstract

Abstract: Public policy is the setting of goals and suggestions as well as decisions that are marked by choices or actions that have an impact on the government's decision to or not to do something that aims to achieve goals so that it can be useful for society. One of the policies made by the government as an alternative solution to problems that arise in the world of education during the COVID-19 pandemic is to prevent learning loss. SMP Negeri 2 Telukjambe Timur Karawang is a school that has met the requirements for implementing PTM in the period September-January 2022. An evaluation of the PTM policy organized by SMP Negeri 2 Telukjambe Timur needs to be done considering the urgency of face-to-face learning for students, although now Limited PTM is being abolished because the presence of a new variant of the virus which is claimed to be more dangerous. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research design which in this study aims to elaborate policy implementation by using William N Dunn's policy evaluation which consists of six indicators, namely; effectiveness, efficiency, assessment, equity, responsiveness, and accuracy.

Abstract

The State Intelligence Agency (BIN) as one of the organizers of public safety is considered not to have the power to be involved in handling the Covid-19 pandemic. The various exercises carried out are considered to have the potential to abuse their authority and are counter-beneficial for inter-agency cooperation in limiting the spread of Covid-19. Through an illustrative subjective methodology, this exploration will describe the oddities through disclosing and describing accounts of suspicious information and exercises carried out by BIN in dealing with Covid-19. Given the four main components provided by Law no. 17/2011, in particular (1) the existence of insight data; (2) important investigations; (3) the existence of an expected hazard; and (4) there is a shield against the public interest and security, the assumption that BIN's contribution will be dissected and thoroughly examined. The consequence of this research shows that there are complexities and changes in hazards that place more emphasis on human security, thus enabling BIN to control the dangers that interfere with the welfare of citizens.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze how the performance of employees in providing administrative services at the Majalaya District office, Karawang Regency and it is hoped that the results of this study can be a suggestion for Majalaya District, Karawang Regency in an effort to improve the performance of quality, responsive sub-district employees, and meet the needs and aspirations public. The research method in this study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative research approach, namely a study that aims to provide an overview of how the performance of sub-district employees in administrative services in Majalaya District is. The results of research from field observations show that administrative services related to employee performance in serving the community are good but need to carry out operational procedures optimally. The effectiveness of the performance at the Majalaya District Office is said to have not been maximized. In the process of administrative services carried out by the Public Service section itself, in reality it has not been maximized, this can be seen from the service process that is not completed on time. Then, the use of resources as a support in achieving goals is less than optimal.

Abstract

Optimal public service in government administration is a concrete manifestation of creating good governance.. Based on Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, that forming a village government that is professional, efficient, and effective, open and accountable is inseparable from optimal public services in the implementation of village governance. This study aims to describe the effectiveness of the village government in improving the quality of public services to the community in Pasirtalaga Village. This research was studied using descriptive research and qualitative methods with data collection techniques using the interview method, and obtaining data by direct observation of the symptoms studied. The research results reveal that the effectiveness of the village government in improving the quality of public services in Pasirtalaga Village is quite effective, seen from 3 (three) indicators of measuring the effectiveness of Duncan quoted by Richard M. Steers (1985: 53), namely goal achievement, integration, and adaptation. However, there are still several obstacles, including the socialization process that has not been conveyed properly, the village government has not been able to utilize technology, and the facilities and infrastructure are still inadequate
