Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Abstract

Sebuah perusahaan tentunya membutuhkan sumber daya manusia dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan nilai perusahaan dan melalui kemakmuran pemilik dan pemegang saham. Untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan maka diperlukan manajemen sumber daya manusia yang baik. Dalam rangka persaingan antar perusahaan, perusahaan dituntut untuk memiliki sumber daya yang Tangguh. Sumber daya tidak hanya dilihat sebagai bagian yang berdiri sendiri melainkan secara menyeluruh atau satu kesatuan yang Tangguh dalam membentuk suatu sinergi. Oleh karena itu, peneliti berminat untuk melakukan penelitian tentang manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai PT. Riken Engineering Perkasa dikarenakan pentingnya mengetahui seberapa besar faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai PT. Riken Engineering Perkasa. Sehingga didapati hasil penelitian ini didapati variable disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan dalam peningkatan kinerja pegawai dia PT. Riken Engineering Perkasa berbeda dengan variabel kompensasi yang mana berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai di PT. Riken Engineering Perkasa.

Abstract

This research aims to generate the quality of realistic mathematics learning devices and describe realistic mathematics learning effectiveness the concept of fractions in the third grade of elementary school. This research was conducted in elementary schools YPK Ebenhaezer Timika the subjects were students in grade three A and B in the academic year 2014/2015. This type of research is descriptive research which was preceded by the development of PMR. Shape design of this study is one group pretest - posttest design and one group posttest design. The trial results showed that, PMR device produced has met the criteria of good learning, that is declared "invalid" by the validator with an average of 3.7 means that PMR devices are in good category, " Practical " , which is expressed by the average teacher's ability to manage learning are in the good category with an average of 3.8 , and student activity during learning are at the limits of effective criteria , because the time spent on each activity in accordance with the ideal time planned with a tolerance of 10 % . So that the overall activity of the students declared active . Furthermore, PMR device meets the criteria of " effective " expressed by the average of students' responses to all components of the learning is 96.11 % . This means that each component of the learning received a positive response from the students . Subsequently obtained THB students completed the classical . While the implementation of PMR devices found that the ability of teachers to manage learning are in both categories with an average value of 3.80 , declared inactive student activity , student response against all tested positive for the learning component with an average of 98.44 % , and 96.67 % are students thoroughly studied in the classical style . It can be concluded that , realistic mathematics learning devices developed good quality, and realistic mathematics learning on the concept of fractional effective

Abstract

The global COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on various sectors, especially the economic sector. This economic impact is not only felt globally but also domestically. In Indonesia, this of course also has a significant impact, such as in the tourism sector, trade sector, industry including Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM). Not a few companies have suffered losses due to being affected by this pandemic, which has an impact on the laying off of employees and even termination of employment. The Central Government in order to overcome the Covid-19 Pandemic in March 2020 issued PP Number 21 of 2020 concerning Large-Scale Social Restrictions(PSBB) with the aim of limiting the movement of people and goods and requiring the public if there is no urgent need to stay at home. This will of course have an impact on the limited number of MSME actors with fewer consumers who shop directly compared to normal days, especially for MSME actors around the Tuparev area, Pasar Baru Karawang, and around the Karawang Square Area.

Abstract

This research is intended for English language education students who are doing bold learning during the covid-19 pandemic. Learning that should be done face-to-face must now be oriented to distance learning. Circumstances that require students to use internet network technology, namely the use of SPADA MOODLE E-learning, SPADA MOODLE E-learning is a site that has been provided for students to take bold learning. In this study, the researcher used a descriptive qualitative method by distributing a questionnaire in the form of a google form to make it more accessible to students. This study aims to determine student motivation in participating in bold learning during the covid-19 pandemic. This research is expected to provide evaluations from various organizers who are brave in higher education, especially those involving increasing the learning motivation of English education students.

Abstract

This study discusses the design of multifunctional plastik wardrobe products based on consumer demand and a business feasibility study for multifunctional plastik wardrobe products to be run in Cikarang. The method used is quantitative by using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) as well as business feasibility aspects. The data required includes product dimensions, while a business feasibility study requires data on the cost of capital, demand and supply for the years 2021-2023. The results of QFD processing show that there are 3 factors and 2 dimensions of the product whose importance is owned by high quality attributes, while the results of the calculation of the business feasibility study show that this business is feasible / feasible to run on this basis based on the feasibility aspect of the business.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether using the Discovery Method could increase student participation in social studies subjects at SMP Negeri 2 Tondano. Data collection techniques using data collection techniques consisting of interviews and also observation. Data collected from interviews and observations on student activities and also educator activities. The use of the Discovery method to increase student participation in SMP Negeri 2 Tondano is marked by an increase in the percentage of both students answering questions, completing assignments and tests and taking notes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation on intensive English listening skills in class XI students of SMAN 15 Bekasi. Abstract and keywords are written in English. The number of respondents was 76 students. The method used is a quantitative method. The data will be tested for validity, reliability, motivation to contribute to intensive listening skills of 22.09% and the remaining contribution of 77.91% is the contribution of other factors not examined, secondly there is a strong positive relationship between the variables of Learning Motivation on intensive listening skills on the eye. Abstract

The quality of a product is one of the most important factors in the industrial world in order to obtain high profits for the company. P, but the reality is that in the field, defective products are found in every production. So the company must find the cause of the defective product and find a solution by using SPC. The method used in this study uses statistical process control methods with data processing tools, namely flowcharts, check sheets, Pareto charts, control charts, and fishbones. The data needed in the study is the number of production and defective products in October 2020 - March 2021. The percentage of defective products experiencing the highest number of defects in December and March with a total defect of 30 with a percentage of 20%. The results found that in December and March experienced a high proportion of defects and exceeded the upper control limit (UCL). the control limit p with CL is 0.0059, the lower control limit is 0.00446, and the upper control limit is 0.00734. it was found that in December and March experienced a high proportion of defects and exceeded the upper control limit (UCL). several factors that affect product quality consisting of 5 (five) factors including: human factors, machines, method factors, raw material factors, and environmental factors

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of capital on interest in entrepreneurship, influence of family environment on interest in entrepreneurship, influence of technological ability on interest in entrepreneurship and the influence of capital, family environment, technological ability on interest in entrepreneurship in vocational students in Bekasi Regency. The sample was 127 students from 2 vocational schools in Bekasi Regency. The methodology used was a quantitative method using SPSS 21. The data is taken through a questionnaire and test assumptions. The assumption test included validity and reliability tests. Based on data processing, it showed that capital had an effect on interest in entrepreneurship, family environment on interest in entrepreneurship, technological ability affected interest in entrepreneurship and the influenced of capital, and capital, family environment, technological ability affected interest in entrepreneurship in vocational students in Bekasi Regency

Abstract

Occupational safety and health (K3) is one of the important factors in the smooth running of the product so that the K3 program must be implemented in the company and not just a discourse. Work accidents are accidents that occur in the work environment which can occur due to unsafe working conditions or due to human error. This type of research is a qualitative research with an observational approach and in-depth interviews. The company is also still negligent in terms of fulfilling security facilities, such as providing good, correct and easy-to-reach signs. PPE that is still not fully met. So the company must immediately complete all of them in order to achieve zero accident. The application of K3 at PT. XYZ is still not considered optimal. To achieve zero accident, PT. XYZ must carry out good K3 planning and implementation in accordance with proper procedures.
