Abstract

Research on the innovation model of free school governance which is the initiation of educational institutions has never been carried out by researchers, especially from the perspective of public administration. Previous research was only on the issue of the implementation of a policy product. This free school innovation governance model research is important, especially if it is associated with the following two facts. First, based on the results of previous research studies that there is no research that describes the implementation of free schools at the SMK/SMA education level which is an innovation from these educational institutions. However, there have been many results of research on the implementation of public policies in the field of education with the research locus being schools or regions only based on the policy umbrella it is implementing. Second, the education gap in Indonesia is very large. The education gap is the gap between the size of the education budget that has been provided by the state and the limited access to education related to school financing. Researchers in this study to achieve research objectives using qualitative methods with the research locus at a private vocational education institution, namely SMK NU Tenggarang. The aims of this study are: (1) to analyze the governance model for institutional development at SMK NU Tenggarang; (2) analyzing the governance model of free school administration at SMK NU Tenggarang; and (3) designing an innovation model for the administration of free schools at SMK NU Tenggarang. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation and documentation. The researcher determined key information sources (Key Informants), namely the principal and supporting information sources (supportive informants) consisting of the head of the foundation, supervisors of the SMK Branch of the Bondowoso Regional Education Office, school committees, teachers, students, employees, parents of students. Data analysis consists of three flow of activities that occur simultaneously, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The data validity technique uses source triangulation techniques, method triangulation, key informant reviews, and data base preparation. The results of the study conclude that: First, transformational leadership based on the strength of the doctrine is the main dimension of strengthening governance for the development of SMK NU Tenggarang institutions. Second, transparency, openness, and internal commitment strengthen the principles of education governance and encourage the birth of free school innovation. Third, the SI RETA free school governance innovation model was born from transformational leadership based on the strength of the doctrine by prioritizing the principles of transparency, openness, and internal commitment.

Abstract

The purpose of this action research is to 1) Find out the principal's efforts in improving the ability of teachers to plan learning during the Covid 19 pandemic at SMK Negeri 1 Klabang 2). Knowing the efforts of the principal in improving the ability of teachers to carry out learning during the COVID-19 pandemic at SMK Negeri 1 Klabang 3). Knowing the efforts of school principals in improving the ability of teachers to evaluate learning during the COVID-19 pandemic at SMK Negeri 1 Klabang. The type of research used in this study is a type of qualitative research. This qualitative research is descriptive in the form of speech and writing that can be observed from the subject itself (Arif Furchan, 1992). While the approach in this research is a case study. Case study research is technically a research conducted intensively, in detail, and in depth on a particular symptom or phenomenon in an organization, institution (Suharsimi Arikunto. 2002). The presence of researchers, In qualitative research, the presence of researchers themselves is the main data collection tool (Suharsimi Arikunto, 2002) So that the presence of researchers themselves in the field is needed in achieving optimal research. Therefore, in this study, researchers must directly conduct research in the field This research was carried out at SMK Negeri 1 Klabang Bondowoso which is located at Jalan Blimbing NO. 12, Klabang District, Bondowoso Regency, for 3 months, from September to November 2021. The sources of data in this study are: 1). Primary Data and 2) Secondary Data Data collection techniques Data collection techniques are very important in ensuring the credibility of information in conducting research. In qualitative research, data collection is very important in supporting the success of researchers. The data collection techniques of this research consist of 1). Observation, 2). Interviews, and 3). Documentation Studies. While the data analysis techniques used in this research are 1). Data Reduction, 2). Data Presentation and 3). Withdrawal of Conclusion Conclusions, 1). The principal's efforts to improve teacher performance in making lesson plans are principals using efforts to control and supervise teacher performance so that the control of educational activities in schools is in line with the goals that have been set. 2). The principal's efforts to improve teacher performance in the implementation of learning are by sending teachers to attend training, upgrading, workshops, workshops, and seminars so that the implementation of distance learning can take place optimally according to ongoing conditions. 3). Abstract

The objectives of this research are 1). To find out the principal's management program in improving teacher performance during Covid 19 learning at SMA Negeri 1 Pujer 2). To find out the application of principal management in improving teacher performance during Covid 19 at SMA Negeri 1 Pujer 3). To find out the results and evaluations faced by teachers during the learning process on Covid 19 at SMA Negeri 1 Pujer. This type of research is a qualitative research that describes as well as examines the real condition of the object of research based on the data concluded. Thus, this study seeks to collect objective data or information in the field regarding the application of teacher performance management during the covid 19 period at SMA Negeri 1 Pujer. Meanwhile, the approach used in this research is through a pedagogical and educative approach. The pedagogic approach is used to determine the principal's ability to improve teacher performance, while the educative approach is the approach taken by teachers to students both online and offline. This research was carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Pujer which is located at Raya Bondowoso No. 01 Pujer, Kejayan, Pujer District, Bondowoso Regency for 3 months, from September to November 2021. The subjects of the study were teachers of SMA Negeri 1 Pujer in the 2020/2021 academic year, totaling 25 people as objects and subjects in school action research. Data collection techniques used in this study are 1) Observation Techniques 2) Interview Techniques 3) Documentation Techniques. Data Analysis Techniques, Based on the components in data analysis, in this study data analysis was carried out including 1). Data Collection (data collection and 2). Data Reduction In the problems obtained from this research, the researchers can conclude 1) Principal Management Program In Improving Teacher Performance During the Covid 19 Period, the next program is carried out by the school to provide convenience to students who do not have technological equipment such as android phones or networks. This program is carried out during the Pandami period so that the learning process continues to run well 2). Implementation of Principal Management in Improving teacher performance During Covid 19, the management process carried out by school principals went through several stages as follows: a) implementation. b) planning and c) monitoring. Implementation From the results of the research that the program carried out by the principal, especially the management of the principal, is related to the implementation of the covid 19 learning, the principal makes a learning program both online and offline 3). Results and evaluations faced by teachers during the learning process In Covid 19, results and evaluations faced by teachers during the learning process during covid 19, the principal gave an assessment to teachers by looking at pedagogy, personality, social and professional.

Abstract

By taking into account the formulation of the problem above, the objectives of this study are 1). Want to know the improvement of teacher performance after the implementation of the Group Investigation model of cooperative learning at SDN Inpres Mandok, North Bulagi District, Banggai Islands Regency 2). Want to know the effect of student learning motivation after applying the Group Investigation model of cooperative learning at SDN Inpres Mandok, North Bulagi District, Banggai Islands Regency The type of research used by the author in this research is school action research. According to Arikunto (Suyadi, 2012), PTS is a combination of understanding from the words "research, action and school". Research is the activity of observing an object, using certain methodological rules to obtain useful data for researchers and other people for the common good. Furthermore, action is a treatment that is intentionally applied to objects with certain objectives which in their application are arranged into several periods or cycles. And school is a place where a group of students learn together from the same teacher in the same period. The method used in this PTS is using the method developed by Riel (2007) which divides the action research process from each cycle into stages. : (1) planning; (2) implementation of actions; (3) data collection and analysis or in other methods known as the observation stage; and (4) reflection This school action research was carried out at SDN Inpres Mandok, North Bulagi District, Banggai Islands Regency for three months, from January to March 2021. In this study, the subjects of the study were the fifth and sixth grade teachers of SDN Inpres Mandok, North Bulagi District, Banggai Islands Regency. even semester of the 2020/2021 school year This school action research instrument consists of 1) Syllabus, 2), lesson plan (RPP), 3). Student Activity Sheet (LKS) 4). Teaching and Learning Activity Observation Sheet. 5). Formative Test. The method of gathering power in this research is through the observation of processing cooperative learning methods with the Group Investigation model, observing student and teacher activities, student motivation questionnaires, and formative tests. Data analysis techniques In this study using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques, which are research methods that describe reality or facts in accordance with the data obtained with the aim of knowing the teacher's performance achieved by students as well as to obtain student responses to learning activities and student activities during the learning process. . From the results of the learning activities that have been carried out, and based on all the discussions and analyzes that have been carried out, it can be concluded as follows 1). Cooperative learning with the Group Investigation model has a positive impact on improving teacher performance at SDN Inpres Mandok, North Bulagi District, Banggai Islands Regency 2). The application of the Group Investigation model of cooperative learning has a positive influence, namely it can increase student motivation at SDN Inpres Mandok, North Bulagi District, Banggai Islands Regency.

Abstract

This study aims 1). Knowing student learning outcomes in the theme of 3 characters and findings before using the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) method 2). Knowing student learning outcomes in the theme of 3 characters and findings after using the Team Assisted Individualization method This type of research uses classroom action research (CAR). Classroom action research is research conducted by teachers in their own classrooms through self-reflection, with the aim of improving their performance as teachers, so that student learning outcomes increase (Wardani, 2011). This research was conducted in Class VI MIN Tataba, Buko District, Banggai Regency, Central Sulawesi Archipelago. The reasons for choosing the research location in class VI MIN Tataba are 1). the researcher is a class VI teacher at MIN Tataba so as to facilitate the process of carrying out research 2.). Class VI students of MIN Tataba have homogeneous abilities and it is hoped that the results of the research are truly in accordance with the conditions in the field This research was carried out in the Odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year for 2 months, namely in August-September 2021. The source of the data for this research was the Class VI students of MIN Tataba in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year, totaling 27 students. In this study, data collection was carried out by direct observation of learning activities in the classroom, then there was also documentation covering aspects of real classroom activities, then learning outcomes tests to determine the learning outcomes of students in class VI MIN Tataba The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data analyzed at this meeting included data obtained through observation and documentation. Data obtained from observations are reduced by selecting important data and discarding useless information. This classroom follow-up study is said to be successful if the results of this study are student absorption of 76.00% and completeness of learning outcomes 76.00% Based on the data from the classroom action research, starting from the pre-cycle, Cycle I and Cycle II, it can be concluded that the use of the Team Assisted Individualization Model can increase the learning outcomes of the sixth grade students of MIN Tataba.

Abstract

Problems in the implementation of teaching in schools will always be faced with various kinds of teacher abilities, both new teachers, juniors and seniors. As a principal, you should look for alternatives in an effort to improve teacher professionalism. In order for us to better understand the personal duties of the school, be it principals, teachers or administrative staff, we should pay attention to: Professional duties, human duties, and social duties of the personnel, considering that teachers are directly involved in teaching and learning activities and have a great influence on the teaching and learning activities. school success. The research was carried out at SD Negeri Leme-leme, Buko District, Banggai Islands, Odd Semester for the 2021/2022 Academic Year. In this study, it was concluded that: (a) School Based Inset at SD Negeri Leme-Leme, Buko District, Banggai Islands Regency became a very important instrument to advance the teaching system in the classroom. (b) School Based Inset has an important role in efforts to improve the professionalism of teachers in teaching and learning activities, because it makes teachers more advanced, insightful in science and technology that is more modern.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there is a relationship between teaching discipline in the classroom and improving the quality of self-competence for teachers at SMPN 3 Bulagi Selatan, Banggai Islands, Odd Semesters for the 2021/2022 Academic Year. The type of research used in this study is a type of qualitative research. This qualitative research is descriptive in the form of speech and writing that can be observed from the subject itself (Arif Furchan. 1992). While the approach used in this research is a case study. This research was carried out at SMPN 3 Bulagi Selatan, Banggai Islands Regency for 3 months, from September to November 2021. The subjects in this study were teachers at SMPN 3 Bulagi Selatan, Banggai Islands Regency, totaling 18 teachers. Based on the results of the discussion that has been described, it can be concluded. Based on data analysis, from this research it can be concluded that the implementation of inspections and official visits by educational supervision is very helpful for teachers at SMPN 3 Bulagi Selatan Banggai Islands Odd Semester Academic Year 2021/2022 Sulawesi Province In the midst of the disciplined attitude of the teacher, the discipline of the teacher will greatly affect the results of teaching work in the classroom.

Abstract

The presence of the Covid-19 pandemic has caused serious problems in the world of education. This phenomenon forces the world of education to conduct distance learning. One of the efforts to fulfill these conditions can be done by utilizing Google Sites online-based services. This service allows a teacher to continuously monitor and improve skill of students This research is based on the following problems: (a) How is the implementation of Google Sites in improving student learning outcomes? (b) What is the form of improving student learning outcomes after using Google Sites? While the objectives of this research are: (a) Knowing the application of Google Sites in improving student learning outcomes, (b) Knowing the form of improving student learning outcomes after using Google Sites. This study uses the type of action research. The Action as much as 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely: design, observation, reflection, and revision. The target of this research is students of class 7C UPTD SPF SMPN 1 Bondowoso for the 2019/2020 academic year. The data obtained in the form of numbers assigned to students. From the results of the study, it was found that the learning outcomes of students in class 7C UPTD SPF SMPN 1 Bondowoso in 2019/2020 using Google Sites on the area and circumference of flat shapes increased.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the ability of teachers to apply online learning during the Covid 19 pandemic at SDN Impres Kinandal. The type of research used by the author in this research is school action research. According to Arikunto (Suyadi, 2012), PTS is a combination of meanings from the words "research, action and school". The method used in this PTS is to use the method developed by Riel (2007) which divides the action research process from each cycle into stages. -stages: (1) planning; (2) implementation of actions; (3) data collection and analysis or in other methods known as the observation stage; and (4) reflection This school action research was carried out at SDN Imppres Kinandal, Liang District, Banggai Islands Regency for three months, from September to November 2021. In this study, the subject of the research was the teacher of SDN Impres Kinandal, Liang District, Banggai Islands Regency in the odd semester of the 2021 academic year 2022 This research was carried out for 2 cycles (Arikunto, 2006) namely Cycle I and II. In Cycle I, online learning activities were carried out and in the second cycle, online learning activities were carried out from the results of improvements in cycle I. Analysis of the data used by researchers using comparative descriptive analysis, namely by comparing the implementation of online learning The teacher's understanding in online learning that was carried out during the learning process at SDN Impres Kinandal in Cycle I was 1,260. The average value is 37, with a percentage of 77.20%. Thus the understanding of the teachers at SDN Impres Kinandal is in the Good Enough category. Then it increased after the implementation of Cycle II of Online Learning which was carried out during the learning process at SDN Impres Kinandal, the total was 1,339. The average value is 39, with a percentage of 82.04%. Thus the understanding of the teachers at SDN Imppres Kinandal is in the Good category. The results showed that the teacher's understanding of online learning at SDN Impres Kinandal was in the good category

Abstract

This classroom action research is motivated by the existence of student learning difficulties on the subject of identifying the constitution that has ever been in force in Indonesia. It is known from the results of the classical assessment that pre-action learning completeness only reached 40%. This study aims to improve the learning achievement of class VIII students on the subject of identifying the constitution. The research was conducted in the form of class 2 cycle action, involving 25 students of class VIIIB SMP Negeri 2 Pakem. The success indicator set is that 85% of students complete the KKM score of 75. The data is obtained through tests as the main data, and the distribution of questionnaires at the end of the cycle as supporting data. The results showed a significant increase in learning achievement in cycle II, namely 92% of students completed. This shows an increase of 20% from the previous cycle which reached 72% completeness. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the use of problem based learning learning model is able to improve student achievement in Civics learning, the subject of identifying the constitution.
