Abstract

To achieve the high KKM determined by the school, students are required to improve an obtaining information both at school and at home (Wardani et al, 2009:4.15). A high KKM is also determined by schools in science and social studies subjects according to the demands of school accreditation. The ability to read and write is needed to achieve the KKM target set by the school. Education units are also required 75% of students to be able to access learning resources such as internet libraries and others. . Based on the results of observations and interviews with third grade teachers, it is known that the level of reading comprehension of students at SDN Jambearum 02 Jember were still low. The students' ability to reading aloud at SDN Jambearum 02 has not reached KKM, which is 6.5 and the indicator of success is 75% of the number of students reaching the KKM. The research to improve reading ability using scramble technique through the play method is a class action research, which is commonly called CAR. The procedure of this research class consists of two cycles with the stages of planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. Each cycle is made changes to be achieved to determine the improvement of students' abilities. The purpose of this classroom action research is to improve the implementation of learning and improve student learning outcomes. The subjects of the study were third-class students in the Even Semester of SDN Jambearum 02, Sumberjambe sub-district, Jember Regency, for the 2019/2021 academic year, which consisted of 6 male students and 6 female students in learning Indonesian basic competence in reading. Action research in each cycle consists of planning, action, observation, and reflection. In the activity of reading fluently a few simple sentences firs cycle , it can be seen that the students' ability to read fluently a few simple sentences before meeting the specified target is with a value of 70. The average value of fluent reading ability in the pre-cycle has only reached 51.5 and in the first cycle it has reached 62.31. after the second cycle of action to 70 or increased by 38.78%. The average value of the loudness aspect in the pre-cycle is 60, after the second cycle of action it becomes 69 or increases by 22.50%. The average value of the aspect of pronunciation accuracy in the pre-cycle is 55, after the second cycle of actions it becomes 70 or an increase of 33.33%. It can be concluded that there were an increasing abilty after the implementation of class action research using scramble technique for class III students at SDN Jambearum 02.

Abstract

In this pandemic Online learning conducted as an alternative teaching and learning process, Teachers and students cannot meet face to face and it is hoped that learning can still run effectively. There are many problems faced by teachers and students in implementing online or distance learning, including problems of learning motivation costs, networks or services, feedback, lack of experience and so on. Whatsapp media is the most downloaded and used social media in Indonesia by both educators and student s. So Teachers must not explain too much how the using this application. This is reinforced by the results of interviews between teachers and students as reason why they have choosen WhatsApp as a medium for implementing distance learning or PBJJ. Whatsapp media also has many supporting features, including Whatsapp groups, voice notes, sharing photos, video calls (video calls), voice messages, and so on. They can make easier for teachers and students to carry out online learning or PBJJ. And usually the WhatsApp group feature is the teacher's choice to send messages for group members to carry out learning In this research, the researcher used classroom action research by using qualitative approach. This method was chosen because the researcher did not focus on the research results process but prioritized to the conducting research process . Classroom action research can be interpreted as action research in the field of education carried out in the classroom area, From the observations and results of the first cycle of performance, the level of student activity in collecting assignments was 86 percent and the completeness of learning to read the Qur'an only reached 67 percent or below the KKM which was set at 75 percent for Islamic studies. Observations and results of second cyrcle activity students were active levels. 86 percent of students in collecting task and reading Al Quran reached 86 percent or over the KKM which set at 75 percent for Islamic studies. So the research can be summarized that complete.

Abstract

Learning to read the Qur'an must be conducted from an early childhood age so that children are well kown with the life guidelines, but Now as digital technology effect children have begun difficult to read the Qur'an. So that children are not able to read the Qur’an well and fluently. The problems which occurs because many students have difficulty reading hijaiyah well. Teachers and researchers found various problems that occurred in grade I SD from early observation. The research of increasing the Qur'an reading skill using the Iqra card media is an classroom action research which is commonly called CAR. the research implementation have held for 6 months starting from January to June 2017 while.The subjects were students of first grade SDN Plalangan 03 Kalisat Jember which was sum 27 students, consisting of 10 female students, and 17 male students. The object is the using the Iqra cards media to increase Qur’an reading skill. It was consisted of two cycles and each cycle included 4 stages, planning, action, observation and reflection. The first cycle reflection was used as a standard reference for conducting the the second cycle, so that there were improvements from the previous cycle. The findings research concluded that the students skill using the Iqro Card media was effective. It can be seen in the data observation activities carried out by researchers, the average achievement of the first cycle was 66.67%, and the average achievement of the second cyclewas 73.33%. Student activities run smoothly and very well, with an average achievement of first Cycle was 73.18 and the average achievement second cycle was 78.52. The formative test result , first cycle achievement average was 66.48. While the second cycle increased as 73.15. Based explanation above, indicating it was said that the research has been completed as determined by the Elementary School, which is an average of 70.00%. From these data, class action through the using Iqro Card media to increase the g first students Qur’an reading skill at SDN Plalangan 03 Kalisat was successful and achieved the learning objectives which had been set.

Abstract

The objectives that can be conveyed in this study are whether the application of the Discovery Learning learning model can increase student motivation in accounting lessons for the Petty Cash Balance Examination material in Class XI Accounting.1 SMK Negeri 1 Suboh.This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). CAR is an observation of learning activities in the form of an action, which is deliberately raised and occurs in a class together. Wina Sanjaya (2011) defines CAR as a process of studying learning problems in the classroom through self-reflection in an effort to solve these problems by carrying out various planned actions in real situations and analyzing any effects of the treatment. Suharsimi Arikunto (2007) explains that in collaborative research, the party who takes the action is the class teacher himself, while the researcher who observes the ongoing process of action is the researcher. The classroom action research used in this study refers to the Kemmis & McTaggrat Model which consists of four components, namely planning, acting, observing and reflecting.This research was carried out in the odd semester of the 2019/2020 academic year for 3 months, namely from October to November 2019 at SMK Negeri 1 Suboh which is located at Jl. Raya No. 3 Suboh, Buduan Village, Suboh District, Situbondo Regency Postal code 68354. The subjects in this class action research were students of class XI Accounting 1 SMK Negeri 1 Suboh in the odd semester of the 2019/2020 academic year with a total of 32 studentsIn this study, there are two types of data, namely qualitative data in the form of learning situations during the learning process using the discovery learning model and quantitative data in the form of daily test results.Based on the type of research data above, the data collection techniques were carried out in two ways, namely: 1) The test method, namely this method was used to obtain data on student learning outcomes. 2). Observation method, this method is used to obtain data about the situation of the implementation of learning with an activity-based approachData Analysis Method All data obtained from this study were analyzed qualitatively descriptively and quantitatively. Descriptive qualitative data in the form of sentences that provide descriptions of the learning process and discovery learning learning model. Quantitative data includes statistical data which includes average, maximum or minimum value, standard deviation according to success indicators.From the results of the research starting from the first cycle and second cycle, it can be concluded that the use of discovery learning learning models can improve learning outcomes of accounting for checking petty cash balances in class XI students of SMK Negeri 1 Suboh, this can be seen from the following research data: 1 ). Learning completeness, in the first cycle the amount of learning mastery is 62.50%, in the second cycle it increases to 84.38%. 2). The absorption of students in the first cycle was 69.06%, while in the second cycle it increased to 74.06%

Abstract

Writing skill is an important language aspect which students need to learn and master them. Writing skills can be realized in writing literary works in the essays. Writing is an effective communication activity to express ideas or ideas in writing attend to the words, shapes, properly and so on. Grade VI students at SDN Jambearum 02 faced same writing problems. Writing students activities were very difficult to increase because students have difficulty getting ideas, students lazy to write, especially essay when they have writing assignments by teacher. This research uses the type of classroom action research (CAR) or also called classroom action research. This CAR consists four stages, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. This research was conducted at SDN Jambearum 02 . The subjects of the study were Grade VI SDN Jambearum 02 students , a total of 24 students. Meanwhile, research object is the writing skills of the sixth grade students of SDN Jambearum 02 in this classroom action research. This action research was carried out in two cycles. Each cycle was carried out in 2 meetings. There were increase in the content aspects from first cycle to second cycle of 0.71. Organizational aspect there is an increase of 0.18. The increase in the vocabulary aspect is 0.36. An increase in the language use aspect is 0.25. The increase in the Mechanical aspect is 0.3. Overall, from first cycle to second cycle the writing aspect increase was 1.89. In this study, the researchers focused on (1) the students ability in writing description before using Mural Art media (2) increasing students' writing skills using Mural Art media, and (3) improving the writing skills of Class VI students. SDN Jambearum 02 using Mural Art media.

Abstract

The use of the Javanese language among students at this time is not paying attention to uploading. They talk to their peers and to those who are older in age, they do not differentiate, namely the use of the ngoko variety. Several things are the cause of the decline in students' Javanese speaking abilities, among others; (1) the influence of modernization; (2) demands for the use of national and international languages; (3) the social environment of students both in the family, school, and community is less supportive; (4) language learning in schools that have not been maximized. Various efforts have been made to improve students' Javanese language skills, especially in learning Javanese in class 9A of SMPN 3 Pule, Trenggalek Regency. one of them is to improve students' Javanese language skills through the role play method. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that: (1) students are very enthusiastic about learning by playing a role (2) students' ability to apply upload-ungguh Javanese language with role playing techniques increases.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to first determine the performance of school supervisors in SMA Negeri 1 Suboh, second, to know the role of school supervisors to improve the quality of education in SMA Negeri 1 Suboh.This research was carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Suboh which is located at Jalan Pawiyatan No. 04 Buduan, Suboh District, Situbondo Regency for 3 months, from September to November 2020The population or the whole research subject, if someone wants to examine all the elements that exist in the research area (Suharsimi Arikunto .2002) and the sample or part or representative of the population studied (Suharsini Arikunto.2002) in this study all the teachers of SMA Negeri 1 Suboh, amounting to 37 teachersTo get this data and information, the writer uses several data collection techniques, namely: 1). Observation; Observations were made by observing the condition of schools, facilities and infrastructure as well as other supporting data at SMA Negeri 1 Suboh. 2). Questionnaire; namely data collection techniques by asking questions accompanied by the answer choices that have been provided. The form of the questionnaire used is a direct closed questionnaire in the form of multiple choice, and respondents are asked to choose one of the available answers. 3) Interview; namely the technique of collecting data by holding questions and answers between researchers and the supervisor of the principal of SMA Negeri 1 Suboh related to the problems discussed and researched.Based on the results of research that has been carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Suboh and the discussion in previous chapters, the conclusions that can be obtained from this research are: 1) The supervision system at SMA Negeri 1 Suboh by the school supervisor is going well, this can be seen from the percentage results positive in distributing questionnaires to teachers. 2. School supervisors carry out supervision using supervisory techniques so that supervision runs effectively. 3. The supervisory function is very helpful for teachers in improving teaching methods, so that the ideals of achieving quality educational goals can be realized.

Abstract

The aims of this study are to (1) describe the innovation governance of the SIB-SAE movement innovation in SMA Negeri 1 Sumber; (2) describe the strategy for implementing the innovation of the SIB-SAE movement at SMA Negeri 1 Sumber. This study uses a qualitative research approach, namely research that requires a depth of appreciation of the interaction between concepts or an in-depth analysis of the relationships of concepts studied empirically. In this study, data collection used several methods such as; (a) observation, (b) documentation, and (c) in-depth interviews. The data analysis technique in this study uses three flow of activities that occur simultaneously, namely; data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that; (1) The high rate of early marriage has a negative impact on high maternal and infant mortality rates, increased stunting rates, high divorce rates, high potential for student drop out, and low school participation rates. The key to the success of the SIB Movement innovation is the ability of the principal of SMAN 1 Sumber to build the synergy of the three pillars of good governance which is strengthened by the principles of good education governance through the role of the school's organizational structure based on its main functions. (2) The principles of education governance 4K1T (Open, Cooperative, Collaborative, Coordination, and Transparency) strengthen the sustainability of the innovation of the SIB-SAE Movement at SMAN 1 Sumber, (3) The governance strategy for implementing the innovation of the SIB-SAE Movement at SMN 1 Sumber is carried out by strengthening system innovation. Strengthening the system with the principles of good education governance makes all school members move to the success of innovation as an urgent need and will benefit all school members and the wider community. The development of innovation is carried out by implementing activities supporting the innovation program effectively and efficiently without disturbing school finances, both from BOS and BPOPP.

Abstract

Mathematics as one of the subjects in school that is important in shaping students to be qualified, because mathematics is a means of thinking to examine everything logically and systematically. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the quality of education in the field of mathematics. It is very important to give students the breadth to gain experience and understanding of the information obtained from the problems around them. The learning model in question is a problem-based learning model which is a learning model based on constructivist understanding that accommodates student involvement in authentic learning and problem solving. This research is devoted to the class VIII A of SMP Negeri 3 Kampak, totaling 22 students in mathematics with basic competencies explaining a system of two-variable linear equations and their solutions associated with contextual problems. The results of this study are the implementation of the Problem-Based Learning model runs smoothly and in accordance with the syntax even though there are several obstacles as follows, 1) students are not familiar with the form of problem-based questions, 2) students need to add experience solving problems, especially those related to everyday life. them, 3) need to get used to discussing and solving problems

Abstract

Monitoring and evaluation is a process of monitoring and assessing the progress and success of an educational activity, especially in improving the performance of teachers who can support a good learning process. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of monitoring and evaluation of teacher performance and online learning using the Quipper School Learning Management System (LMS) at SMAN 1 Panji Situbondo, and to find out what obstacles were encountered in implementing online learning at SMAN 1 Panji Situbondo. . The approach used in this research is to use a quantitative and qualitative descriptive approach. Subjects in this study were subject teachers. The data collection technique is using the results of statistical analysis using the Quipper School application, interviews, observations and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the process of implementing the monitoring and evaluation of teacher performance runs effectively and efficiently using Quipper School's LMS and various implementation techniques and compares the results, evaluates learning programs, to find out how far online learning has gone well and optimally, and reduce the impact of losses from its implementation and improve teacher performance. Constraints faced during the implementation process A small number of teachers, especially those approaching retirement, have difficulty using the QS LMS, and there are a number of students who have difficulty accessing online learning because they do not have quotas and poor internet signals.
