Abstract

This study aims to improve students' abilities in learning to know the attributes of God. This study used two rounds of classroom action research. Each round consists of four stages: design, activity, observation, and reflection. The research targets were class VIIA students. The data obtained are in the form of test results and observation sheets of teaching and learning activities. Learning in this study applies the Tadrij Method, which is a continuous and gradual training learning model. The results of the study can be concluded that: (1) The application of the tadrij method can improve the ability to recognize God's attributes in class VIIA students of SMP Negeri 2 Pakem in the 2019/2020 academic year. (2) Learning completeness reaches 88%.

Abstract

The success of student learning in completing studies at the educational level that has occurred so far has not been as expected by all parties. Especially Indonesian subjects are important especially for low grade students. Therefore, as educators and teachers, teachers must be able to realize the expectations of education and schools. In essence the teaching and learning process is a communication process that must be created or realized through the activity of delivering and exchanging messages or information by each teacher and student. Messages or information can be in the form of knowledge, expertise, skills, ideas, experiences, and so on. In the teaching and learning process, the media used to facilitate teaching and learning communication is called Learning Media. Online Indonesian Learning Media Based on Google Sites as a learning medium is a medium inspired by websites and blogs. The subjects in this study were class VIII students of SMPN 1 Curahdami for the 2021/2022 academic year. This research was conducted in class VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Curahdami in 2 cycles in October 2021-November 2021. The conclusion from this study is that using Google Sites media, teacher strategies and various methods can make students active, creative and fun.

Abstract

The effects of a prolonged pandemic have made students rarely interact with each other so that students are more inclined to learn and find information individually. For this reason, a learning model is needed to overcome these conditions. SMKN 1 Pujer with class conditions without tables and chairs makes the teacher really have to choose a learning model that allows for a comfortable and conducive learning atmosphere. The chosen learning model is Focus Group Discussion. The choice of this learning model was due to the very supportive classroom conditions and student conditions. Besides that, the topic to be taken is also very supportive, namely the popularity of Bjorka in social media and television news. The type of research conducted is classroom action research using a qualitative approach with one learning cycle which includes, (1) planning, (2) implementation of action, (3) observation, and (4) reflection. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of Focus Group Discussions in mathematics with the theme Bjorka and Hackers can increase students' interest in learning mathematics, this is because news about Bjorka attracts students' interest in learning hacking techniques so that it can become the basis for motivation to learn mathematics.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the success rate of student learning outcomes using the Guess Word method for class 3 MI Al-Falah Kajar Tenggarang Bondowoso for the 2019/2020 academic year. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which aims to improve the quality of learning and improve student learning outcomes. The independent variable is the Guess Word method (guess the word) while the dependent variable is to increase students' learning motivation. This research was carried out in two cycles each cycle through four stages, namely; (1) planning, (2) action, (3) observation, (4) reflection. Data collection techniques using; (1) a test carried out at the end of each cycle. (2) observation or observation, is used to determine the learning activities of students in learning activities, and the implementation of learning scenarios by the teacher. Data were obtained during teaching and learning activities. (3) questionnaire. The results of the learning achievement test in cycle 2 showed 23 students completed, and 3 students did not complete with a percentage of completeness reaching 88%. When compared with learning completeness in cycle 1 which reached 69% in cycle 2, there was an increase in mastery of 19%. Thus, it can be concluded that the increase in student learning activities in thematic learning using the Guess Word method has an impact on increasing learning outcomes.

Abstract

Inquiry learning is a series of learning activities that maximally involve all students’ abilities, to systematically search and investigate, critical, logical, analytical so students can formulate their own findings with confidence. This research aims to describe implementation of inquiry methods to improve in fiqh lessons at MI Misbahul Jadid school year 2019-2020. Special purpose 1.) to find out the steps of the inquiry methid to improve student learning outcomes lessons fiqh in MI Misbahul Jadid. 2) to find out the results of applying inquiry methods to improve learning outcomes on fiqh lessons in MI Misbahul Jadid Sumpilan Lumutan Botolinggo Bondowoso. The research method used with a qualitative approach that produces naturalistic data in the form of explanations that are natural. Data collection methods use observation, interviews, and documentation. While the analytical method use the interactive method. While the presentation of data by drawing a conclusion. And to obtain data validity using triangulation with sources. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the inquiry method to improve student learning outcomes on fiqh lessons in MI Misbahul Jadid Sumpilan Lumutan Botolinggo Bondowoso school year 2019-2020 can be said to be well implemented and in accordance with existing procedures. Jurisprudence learning in students through experienced inquiry methods. Because the ratio of teachers and students are balanced and adequate learning infrastructure.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the relationship between motivation and organizational climate on teacher performance at SMK 1 Suboh Situbondo. This study used a quantitative approach to the type of correlational research. The study population was all teachers from SMK Negeri 1 Suboh Situbondo which consisted of 100 research samples selected by proportional random sampling technique. The technique used in collecting data was using a questionnaire via Google Form, the questionnaire consists of 3 parts, namely: contains motivation, organizational climate and teacher performance. All tests in this study used the SPSS application. The results of this study can be concluded that Between Teacher Motivation and Performance there is a weak relationship, then Between Organizational Climate and Teacher Performance there is a strong relationship then If the organizational climate is good, then Teacher performance is also good. And conversely, if the organizational climate is bad, then the teacher's performance is also bad.

Abstract

This classroom action research aims to 1). Knowing the effect of using the Everyone Is A Teacher Here Strategy in improving learning outcomes in writing drama scripts 2). Knowing the factors that make the Everyone Is A Teacher Here strategy can improve learning outcomes in writing drama scripts. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. It is said to be qualitative because the data was obtained through observation, questionnaires and documentation of student learning outcomes using the Everyone Is A Teacher Here learning strategy. This type of research is classroom action research. Classroom action research is a type of research conducted by teachers to solve learning problems in their classes. According to Suharsimi in Daryanto (2018) that PTK is a combined explanation of the definitions of three words: research, action, and class. Research is an activity of observing an object, using certain methodological rules to obtain data or information that is useful for researchers or other interested people in the framework of quality improvement in various fields. There are two research focuses in this study, namely 1). Application of the Everyone Is A Teacher Here learning strategy to student activity in class. 2). The results of learning to write drama scripts This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Situbondo which is located at Jalan Baluran No.17, Kotakan Utara, Kotakan, Kec. Situbondo, Situbondo Regency, East Java 68313. This research was conducted for 3 months, from February 2020 to April 2020. The data source for this research were students of class XI Motorcycle Engineering and Business (TBSM). 1 SMK Negeri 1 Situbondo in even semester 2019/2020 academic year. The instruments that researchers use in this study are 1). Questionnaire 2). study result test 3). observation, and 4). Documentation. Data collection techniques used include 1). Observation, 2). Interest Questionnaire and 3) Documentation. Data analysis techniques. To analyze the data obtained, researchers will use qualitative data obtained from student activity data. In this case, the qualitative data used the focus group discussion method. This classroom action research is declared successful if there is an increase in learning outcomes in each cycle. It is declared successful if student learning outcomes in student mastery have reached 75% of the KKM score of 75 and the average student score has reached 75 classically in learning to write drama scripts. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that using the Everyone Is A Teacher Here Strategy can improve the learning outcomes of writing drama scripts for class XI TBSM.1 students of SMK Negeri 1 Situbondo, this can be seen from the increase in learning completeness and absorption of students from pre-cycle, Cycle I and Cycle II of this classroom action research.

Abstract

This classroom action research aims to improve the learning outcomes of class XII ATPH.1 students of SMK Negeri 2 Situbondo by utilizing green houses in ATPH productive learning on vegetable agribusiness material This researcher used a qualitative approach because in taking action on research subjects, what was prioritized was expressing meaning; namely the meaning and process of learning as an effort to increase motivation, enthusiasm and learning achievement through actions taken (Wahid Murni et al. 2010). The type of research used was school action research (PTK). This school action research was carried out at SMK Negeri 2 Situbondo which is located at Jl. Talkandang No.1, Talkandang East, Talkandang, Kec. Situbondo, Situbondo Regency, East Java postal code 68315. This research was conducted for 3 months, namely in January 2020 in March 2020. The research subjects were students of class XII ATPH-1 SMK Negeri 2 Situbondo in the even semester of the 20198/2020 academic year, with a total students as many as 32 students Sources of data in this study are 1). Learners 2). List of Daily Deuteronomy Values ​​3). Student Response Questionnaire and, 4). Observation Result Sheet. The data collection technique used in this study was carried out through 1). documentation, 2). observation, 3). questionnaire, 4. written and 5). document analysis. Analysis of the data used in this class action research using descriptive analysis includes 1). qualitative descriptive analysis and, 2). comparative descriptive analysis. An indicator of the success of classroom action research in this class is said to be successful if at least 75% of students have reached the completion limit, namely a score of 78 with a minimum class average score of 78 on daily tests on vegetable agribusiness material Based on the description in the discussion, it can be concluded that the use of Green House in learning Vegetable Agribusiness can improve student learning outcomes. From the research it was revealed that there was an increase in student learning outcomes through the use of Green Houses in learning Vegetative Plant Breeding. The increase in student learning outcomes in cycle 1 and cycle 2 was 68 and 70. The percentage increase in the number of students who achieved KKM in the initial conditions, cycle 1 and cycle 2 were respectively: 64%, 69%, and 78%.

The type of research used was school action research (PTK). This school action research was carried out at SMK Negeri 1 Situbondo which is located at Jalan. Based on the results of classroom action research that has been done, it can be concluded that 1). By carrying out individual practicums in the subject of electric lighting installation, it turns out that it can increase the learning competence of class XI students of Electrical Power Installation Engineering at SMK Negeri 1 Situbondo. 2). Carrying out practicum individually can provide an opportunity for each student to carry out practical activities installing electric lighting installations, so that each student can improve their learning competence
