Abstract

This research was carried out based on the following problems: those that emerged during the learning of integer arithmetic operations in class VII students of SMP Negeri 2 Pakem in the 2019/2020 school year. The purpose of this study was to improve student learning outcomes and motivation in integer arithmetic operations. This research is an action research with two rounds. The target of this research is class VIIA students. The data obtained in the form of formative test results, achieving completeness of 88%, the results of observation of learning activities of 90% of active students. The conclusion of this research is that the teaching aids on the bilpotif board have a positive effect on learning outcomes and are very motivating for seventh grade students in learning integer arithmetic operations.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the efforts made by the principal in improving the pedagogic competence of teachers during the pandemic at SMAN 1 Asembagus. This research is a type of field research with a qualitative approach, which is a study that intends to understand the phenomena experienced by research subjects such as behavior, perception, motivation, action, holistically, and by way of description in the form of words and language, in a special natural context and by utilizing various natural methods (Moleong Lexy J..2017) This research has been carried out at SMAN 1 Asembagus which is located at Jalan Awar-Awar No.999, Awar-awar Village, Asembagus District, Situbondo Regency, and the time for the research is 3 months, starting from February 8, 2021 to April 29, 2021. This research is a teacher of SMAN 1 Asembagus which is 59 teachers In collecting data the researchers used three kinds of techniques, namely: 1) Interview, 2). Observation and 3). Documentation. While the data analysis techniques used in this study are 1). Data Reduction 2) Data Display 3). Conclusion Drawing. Efforts made by school principals in improving pedagogical competence have been maximized, where school principals have provided educational facilities for teachers in the application of online learning processes, involving teachers to participate in various seminars and ICT training activities to improve teacher competence during the teaching and learning process during the pandemic. but there are still obstacles faced in improving pedagogic competence during the pandemic, therefore there are several obstacles faced by teachers during the teaching and learning process during the pandemic such as the difficulty of the internet network, students do not have gadgets, parents who do not understand technology.

Abstract

Numbered Heads Together is a learning method with a numbering system that prioritizes interaction patterns between students who are formed in groups of students and always work cooperatively in answering questions given by the teacher. understanding NHT is a type of structural approach cooperative learning that provides opportunities for students to share ideas and consider the most appropriate answers. In addition, Numbered Heads Together also encourages students to increase their cooperation. This model can be used for all subjects and all levels of learners. This research is entitled "Implementation of the Numbered Heads Together Learning Model in Class VI Students of SDN Jeruk Soksok 1 Even Semester for the 2021/2022 Academic Year". This research is classroom action research and is included in the scope of applied research which combines knowledge, research, and action. This research was held for 2 months, from October to November 2022. The results of this research show that the Numbered Head Together model of cooperative learning has a positive impact on improving student achievement and learning outcomes as well as mastery of the subject matter that has been received so far, which can be shown by the increase in the average value of students in each activity that continues to increase.

Abstract

School supervisors are tasked with supervising two important things in education in schools, namely the educational process and school management. The educational process is closely related to the activities of developing students' cognitive, affective and psychomotor potential. Meanwhile, school management is concerned with regulating the use of school resources effectively and efficiently. Principals and supervisors are responsible for fostering and supervising the course of the education process. Due to the important role of school supervisors and principals, information and communication media are needed that make it easier for supervisors and principals to collaborate. One of the most popular media today is Whatsapp. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. With this method, the researcher seeks to describe the phenomenon of supervision using Whatapps Group as a medium of information and communication to coordinate between supervisors and principals of the fostered kindergarten schools in Maesan sub-district. With the "WhatsApp Group Forum", the process of supervision and collaboration between supervisors and principals of fostered kindergartens in Maesan sub-district can be carried out properly and efficiently so that problems that arise can be minimized and the principal's performance can be helped. In addition, supervisors can always monitor complaints or difficulties faced by the target schools.

This study was conducted on students in class XIPA-BSMA Negeri 1 Singosari in the even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. Abstract

In learning English there are 4 competencies that students must learn in English, namely Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing. Many methods can be chosen by a teacher in teaching and learning activities. Therefore, every teacher who will teach is expected to choose a good method. Because whether or not a method will be used in the teaching and learning process lies in the accuracy of choosing a method according to the demands of the teaching and learning process. Learning game method is a way of delivering knowledge to students which is done by playing while learning. With the aim of making students more comfortable, learning material will be quickly mastered by students and learning objectives are achieved as expected. This research is devoted to students of class XIPS-A SMA Negeri 1 Singosari in the even semester of the academic year 2021/2022 in English subjects. This research was conducted in April - May 2022. The conclusion in this study is the use of the Game Method in learning English can increase the activeness and learning outcomes of students of SMA Negeri 1 Singosari Malang Class X IPS-A, this can be seen from the results of classroom action research. the following, (1) the level of student activity in learning is 66.67%, (2) student learning completeness is 80.00%, (3) student absorption is 74.43%

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has disrupted the conventional learning process. Then a solution is needed to answer these problems. Online learning is one alternative that can overcome these problems. The purpose of the study was to obtain an overview of the implementation of online learning for Class X Physics at SMA Negeri 3 Bondowoso as an effort to suppress the spread of COVID-19 in the school environment. The research subjects were students of Class X MIPA 1. Data were collected by interview via zoom cloud meeting. The research was conducted by first conducting a survey to students regarding the application of online learning. By using google form Data analysis was carried out using the Miles & Huberman interactive analysis technique. The results showed that: (1) students already had the basic facilities needed to participate in online learning; (2) online learning has flexibility in its implementation and is able to encourage the emergence of independent learning and motivation to be more active in learning and (3) distance learning encourages the emergence of social distancing behavior and minimizes the emergence of student crowds so that it is considered to reduce the potential for the spread of Covid-19 in the environment. schools. Weak supervision of students, lack of strong signal in remote areas, and high quota fees are challenges in online learning. Increasing learning independence, interest and motivation, courage to express ideas and questions are other advantages of online learning.

In order to elimanate the spread of the corona virus, the government has made a social distancing policy as known as social distancing. This policy also applies to the of education. In this case, the education never guess the COVID-19 would have a very significant impact on teaching and learning activities. So there were no special designs of models or applications for distance learning. However, The schools suddenly stops konvensional teaching and learning process in Indonesia. The solution, students will learn learning from home or known as distance learning SDN Ajung 02 Kalisat which is located at Jalan PB Thamrin 02 Ajung Kalisat which has students from the Ajung, Kalisat and surrounding areas, almost all of students parents are familiar with Android so that it is possible to conduct online learning for teachers and students, such as Google forms, Google Docs , Youtube, and Zoom and Whatsapp. Distance learning is carried out using WhatsApp social media because the institution considers that internet access and students facilities are not the same. This social media was chosen so that students, parents, and educators feel comfortable or not too much cost and spend data quota The purpose of the study was to obtain an overview of the effectiveness of online learning for Third grade of SDN Ajung 02 Kalisat Jember as an effort to eliminate the spread of COVID-19 in the school environment. The research subjects were third grade students. Data were collected by interview via video conference on whatsapps . Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve teacher competence in the manufacture and use of instructional media at SDN Pancuran 1 Bondowoso. The benefit is that it can develop knowledge and skills in making learning media, helping teachers find alternatives for making learning media that can increase student learning motivation. Helping teachers to increase commitment, willingness, and motivation in carrying out their duties. The implementation of training and assistance for the creation and use of instructional media is very effective. This can be seen in the increase in the activity of each cycle. The results achieved increased from cycle 1 to get a value of 73.61 in cycle 2 to get a value of 86.11. Thus in the second cycle the teacher was able to create and use learning media.
