Abstract

Landslide hazard mapping on the road infrastructure has 2 (two) main sources. The first is through a landslide inventory survey, and the second is through recording data on past landslide events. Each of the methods above has advantages and disadvantages. The most appropriate moment in making a landslide hazard map is when a certain disaster strikes an area with a certain measured impact. The Unpredictable variables that have been hidden and difficult to predict will be eliminated. Disaster events in disaster-prone mapping become a key variable as well as a validator. The characteristic of the landslide on road is also very specific, depends on the nature of the vehicle's spatial movement, and the scope of the affected area which is narrow but extends along the slopes coincide with the road. The most appropriate disaster mapping in measuring the level of hazard, vulnerability, and risk on the road is based on landslide record data. That is because the variables used to predict landslide events are extremely varied and too many are unknown. Assessing a map using a landslide disaster occurrence on the road is easier than making a map through the calculation method of certain variables that are overlapped. Based on the calculation of frequency analysis for 12 years, the daily rainfall value of 126.2 mm per day is the threshold of rain which has a probability of a landslide of 95% on the road infrastructure in East Java Province.

Abstract

Jombang sub-district is the most densely populated sub-district because it is located in the middle of Jombang district and is also the center of government. Because it is a densely populated area, resulting in many changes in land use, green land for absorption has turned into a watertight area. The results of the analysis from this aspect indicate that several channels in Jombang District are not able to accommodate the design flood discharge. The calculation of the height of rain design in this study used the Log Person type III method with a return period of 5 years, which resulted in the design rainfall of 157 mm. The results of the analysis show that there are 8 channels out of 74 that are unable to accommodate the design flood discharge. After planning the infiltration wells, a different number was obtained for each road. For Jalan Sentot Prawirodirjo, there are 8 infiltration wells with a reduction power of 51.62%.

Abstract

Sidoarjo Regency is one of the megapolitan Gerbang Kertosusilo. The planted area during the rainy season and dry season reaches 30,000 ha. The area of paddy fields continues to decline, namely 26,334 ha (2002), 22,460 ha (2010), and an estimated 13,544 ha (2009–2029). Sidoarjo Regency Irrigation Service as executor of irrigation management is of course inseparable from construction project activities. In the implementation of the construction of new irrigation networks as well as in rehabilitation and maintenance, it is necessary to implement project management. Before the project is implemented, it must first be submitted through proposals from the village level. In following up the proposal the writer used the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) analysis method. With four aspects that affect the determination of the proposal: The results of the analysis obtained the weight of each criterion as follows: Service Area (ha) 0.3179, Cost 0.3159, Benefits 0.3217, and Network Conditions 0.0445. The results of the above analysis obtained priority ranking from the first to the last sequence as follows: Plengsengan Gedangrowo Channel, Normalization of Reform Channels, Installation of floodgates, Plengsengan ChannelsDs. Suwaluh, Rehabilitation of Ketawang Canal Kec. Sukodono, Rehabilitation of Candi Subdistrict Channel, Plengsengan Channel Ds. Suwaluh, Plengsengan Channels Purboyo II Ds. Popoh, Plengsengan Irrigation Channels Dsn. Kesimbuk, Plengsengan Channel Mangetan Kanal.

Abstract

Landungsari Market is one of the traditional markets built by the local village government to accelerate the village economy. Previously, Landungsari Market was a temporary market but with an increase in sellers who were moved from the original Merjosari market so that the local government made the Landungsari market a permanent market today. With the increasing number of seller stalls in the Landungsari market, the parking lot in the Landungsari market has decreased so that it demands the possibility of illegal parking occurs in some areas of the market. The research objective was to determine the characteristics of parking, parking feasibility, and parking solutions. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The results obtained in this study are the number of parking spaces is still less than the number of parking vehicles, namely for two-wheeled parking lots, the parking needs exceed the normal capacity, while the average motorbike parking space unit is 129 parking spaces and the average The car park space unit is 11 parking spaces, so with this condition, it is deemed inappropriate parking facilities and additional parking lots to increase the parking capacity of vehicles, especially for two-wheeled vehicles

Abstract

The Road Traffic and Transportation Forum (FLLAJ) is a prerequisite for the Regional Road Grant Program to increase community involvement and transparency of the quality of road maintenance work, through cooperation and participation of all stakeholders. FLLAJ's duties include receiving input or complaints from the public regarding roads, traffic and road transport. The purpose of writing this paper is to determine the number of community complaints that have been submitted through the FLLAJ website and whether the problems with these complaints can be resolved. The problem limitation in this study is the Provincial FLLAJ, namely the Bangka Belitung Islands Province, West Nusa Tenggara Province, and East Java Provinces. Complaints that are entered through the respective FLLAJ's website, not through other social media which cannot be accessed by the public freely. The method used in this analysis is descriptive method. The result of this analysis is that the most complaints came from West Nusa Tenggara Province with a total of 81 complaints. As stated on the website, no one has uploaded any follow-up on these complaints, so for the second problem, it cannot be analyzed whether the problem has been can be resolved or not, because there is no detailed information regarding the resolution of the complaint. In conclusion, the FLLAJ plays a role in the Regional Road Grant Program, with many complaints being made on the FLLAJ websites of each province.

Abstract

The level of society’s awareness on education is very high. The society’s enthusiasm to take a higher education is enormous. Every year the society’s interest in joining Hasyim Asy'ari University of Tebuireng Jombang is increasing. For this reason, Hasyim Asy'ari University of Tebuireng Jombang plans to add the classes by constructing new buildings that can accommodate more students each year. Every construction certainly has a risk. To anticipate this, a feasibility study is carried out at the early stages of construction planning so that later the construction runs well. There are three methods used to analyze investment feasibility, namely, Net Present Value (NPV) method, Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) method and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) method. Besides using those methods, the payback period for the building construction project of Hasyim Asy'ari University of Tebuireng Jombang is also calculated. Based on the results of the analysis conducted, it was found that the construction of Hasyim Asy'ari University of Tebuireng Jombang was feasible to be carried out referring to the NPV and B/C values which were higher than one and the IRR value was higher than MARR and the payback period was for 7 years and 5 months. Thus, the investment project is declared feasible to proceed.
