INFORMATIKA TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI is an academic open access journal which aims to promote the integration of science and technology published by Faculty of Creative Industry Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Kalbis. The focus of this journal is to publish papers of science and technology implementation. Abstract

This article writes about making a lecturer performance questionnaire application which is made to make it easier to convey the aspirations of students to the maximum with access that can be done anywhere. Apart from being used as a means of aspiration for students, this application is also useful for monitoring lecturer performance, lecture material, and managing relevant data for admins. This application consists of one page for the user and one page for the admin. The user page only has questionnaire questions, while the admin page can manipulate data such as changing, adding, and deleting questions. On the admin page there is also a menu to view graphs and questionnaire results from users. The results of this application are very useful for improving the performance of the teaching and learning process at the STTI NIIT, Jakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the direct and indirect effect of leadership style and work motivation variables on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at Plaza Toyota Citereup Branch. The independent variables in this study are leadership style (X1) and work motivation (X2), the intervening variable is job satisfaction, and the dependent variable is employee performance. The population used was 42 respondents using the saturated sample method. The data analysis techniques used in this research are instrument feasibility test, path requirements test, path analysis, coefficient of determination, T test and Sobel test. The application used is SPSS version 24. The results of the T test prove that the independent variable affects the intervening variable and the dependent variable, this is evidenced by the value of t count > table. The results of the Sobel test prove that the variables of leadership style and work motivation affect employee performance through job satisfaction, as evidenced by the p-value <0.05.

Abstract

The digital era, provides opportunities for B2B companies to market their products through social media. Social media is one of the digital marketing strategies that are most chosen by business people because it is effective enough to connect with customers so that it can create brand awareness, generate leads, audience conversions, and more. This is the goal of PT. VFirst Communications Indonesia or commonly called VFirst, to implement digital marketing strategies. However, VFirst does not yet have a strong marketing team in doing digital marketing because all marketing activities are still being taken over and regulated by the central marketing team in India. VFirst in Indonesia entrusts Lead Generation to carry out digital marketing strategies by using LinkedIn to build brand awareness. This study was conducted to determine the use of LinkedIn as VFirst digital marketing in building brand awareness. The research method used is qualitative with in-depth interview data collection techniques. The results showed that the implementation of digital marketing through LinkedIn in building brand awareness in accordance with the main concepts used, with the selection of appropriate channels and interesting content as well as an approach to prospective customers carried out by the Lead Generation division succeeded in creating brand awareness from VFirst at the stage of recognition as a digital communication solution company.

Abstract

Batak Toba is one of the largest tribes in Indonesia. Batak Toba is known by many family names or clans, one of which is the Samosir. One of the characteristics of Batak Toba is nomaden and form a community in overseas places so that they remain connected to one another. This community can represent clans, regional origins, religions, and others like Samosir community in JABODETABEK area. This community consists of a number of members live in JABODETABEK, including Bogor, East Jakarta, South Jakarta, West Bekasi, East Bekasi, Depok, South Tangerang, and others. The existence of this very large membership requires effective management of membership data to make it easier for the coordinator to operate their activities, formulate a strategic plan, and helping decisions making. Specifically for Batak Toba tribe, there are two special supporting data. This special data is not shared by other ethnic communities. This special data is the serial number in the family tree and the ompu name. Specific data will affect the procedure for summoning and the position of a person in every traditional culture activity, both joy and sorrow. Media proposed in this study is the website. Based on data collected through the website, it shows that out of 600 members of the Samosir clan throughout JABODETABEK, around 450 data or around 75% have been identified during the data collection process in two months.

Abstract

Abstract:Needs Analysis and Design of Educational Games must be done before an educational game application program is used because Educational Games are currently not only an alternative in the learning process, but many have made it a part of the learning process. The system design is carried out using the GDLC model and the modeling language using UML (United Modeling Language). The implementation of this research is planned to produce a Learning Game application that is useful for elementary school students and also useful as a fun learning medium and also useful for elementary school teachers as a teaching aid. In accordance with the current situation and conditions coupled with the age of 1st grade elementary school children, where at that age children will prefer to learn while playing, then the analysis and design of this educational game is made with the hope that the resulting educational game will produce an educational game. games that support the learning process. Abstract

PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero) is a state-owned company engaged in agrochemicals, petrochemicals and agrotechnology. Like other companies, PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero) was also affected by several major events that have occurred in the world recently, one of which is the Covid-19 Pandemic, whose effects can be felt to this day. This study aims to determine the level of company bankruptcy after running a business under pandemic conditions such as in 2020. This research uses an analytical tool in the form of the Altman Z-Score, Springate & Zmijewski Model.

Abstract

Orphanage of the Maria Immculatta Children's Community Foundationis an orphanage that still uses conventional methods of managing data for foster children and caretakers who need a long time in the process. This study aims to build a data management system for foster children, orphanage administrators and desktop-based donor data, using the waterfall method which consists of system analysis using cross functional flowchart, system design using the Unified Modeling Language (UML), system development and programming using Java programming language, database with My Structure Query Language (MySQL) and system testing using blackbox testing. The results of this study are systems that can be used to manage data on foster children, orphanages, and donors.

Abstract

H&S Machine Shop is a service company that handles the repair of motorcycle, diesel, and automobile engines. The implementation of administrative activities still applies a manual system ranging from notes, cash books, inventory of goods, to reports still carried out by handwriting.In addition to being inefficient because it increases the use of paper, in the process of recording and processing data there is often human error, inaccurate reports made, and delays in finding certain data when needed, so it requires more time and energy. Therefore, the right solution is needed to overcome these problems, namely by designing a computerized system. The data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and literature studies. The software development method used is the waterfall method. The result of this study is to help administrative work become more effective and efficient in supporting activities in the H & S Machine Workshop

Abstract

CV. WASKAT KARYA METAL is a company engaged in the procurement and installation of garage components, room dividers with sliding and folding push systems. This company manages a lot of sales data. However, the data was never processed at all. For this problem, the researcher proposes to perform data processing by presenting data in the form of data visualization. Methods of data collection using the method of observation and interviews. The data analysis tool used is Microsoft Power BI by utilizing barchart, piechart, and card charts. The data analysis method uses the Bussiness Intelligence Roadmap. The result of this research is a dashboard that contains information related to sales so that it can help the company in making future decisions.

Abstract

The New Palapa Elektronik store is a shop engaged in the marketing of electronic goods whose main activity is selling various kinds of electronic devices for household needs. Currently at the New Palapa Elektronik Store the process that runs on the sales and inventory process is still manual, namely in the process of making sales invoices, adding up the profits from selling goods in making sales reports, in checking inventory inventory it is necessary to check one by one the items available in the warehouse and it takes a lot of time. For this reason, this research is to design the sales module and inventory module using the Odoo application version 15.0 and system design using the ASAP method. The results of research on sales and inventory system design, can be used to display stored information, automate and provide information on the amount of profits from the sales report process and stock inventory reports.
