INFORMATIKA TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI is an academic open access journal which aims to promote the integration of science and technology published by Faculty of Creative Industry Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Kalbis. The focus of this journal is to publish papers of science and technology implementation. Submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical, and will be peer-reviewed. Abstract

A library is an institution that professionally manages collections of written, printed, and recorded works with a standardized system to meet the users’ needs for education, research, preservation, information and recreation. To manage library collections effectively, a system that can support an inventory of book collections in the library is needed. One of the libraries that requires such a system is the Strada Nawar Middle School Library. By using an inventory system, librarians can record and store related data in the library more easily, such as borrowing data, book collection data, incoming book data, and outgoing book data. This study uses a qualitative method with the system development method using the prototype method and collects data through observation, interviews, documentation and literature review. The results of this study are library inventory applications that are compatible with the existing business processes in the Strada Nawar Middle School Library.

Abstract

The process of ordering office uniforms on CV. Rahayu Berkah Mandiri uses conventional methods, namely coming directly the location, contacting by telephone or Whatsapp. Customers have difficulty finding information on the availability of goods. This study aims to build a system that provides uniform information with description of its quality. System development carried out using the Unified Modeling Language can certainly be solution. The results of this study are in the form website that is used to make the process of ordering office uniforms. This website can be an alternative for customers in placing orders so that customers do not need to come to the company or contact the company and the owner can also process a more structured order process. Based on the results of research testing and evaluation, the system built can help customers to order goods and be received by the owner quickly.

Abstract

This research explains how to create and design a website application for order management and goods transactions at “PT. Elang Perkasa” reinforcing bar trading using the Laravel framework. The purpose of this research is to facilitate the recording of order and transaction data, find out the total load weight in each sales transaction, and make it easier for buyers to find out the latest information about their purchases. The research method used is Waterfall, where each stage is done sequentially and moves to the next stage when the previous stage has been completed. Therefore, the Waterfall method is recursive where each stage can be repeated continuously until it is perfect. This application can be used properly, can help users in knowing and managing information, and can reduce the occurrence of human error due to company employee errors.

Abstract

This research aims to create an application that can help supervise smoking activities using a deep learning algorithm, namely YOLOv3. Using 2 methods for development, the incremental for software development life cycle and black box testing. The dataset used image that collected from the internet sites and camera footage depicting of cigarette objects and smoking activities. The dataset was trained and tested using a split test application by separating the data into two datasets, for a separation is 85% for test and 15% for training. The model produces a mAP accuracy rate of 69.54% and averange loss of 0.189, with a cigarette detection percentage rate of 60% to 71% and 40% to 90% for smoking activities. For distances that can be detected in the range of 3 to 4 meters.

Abstract

This research presents the process and development of an autonomous vehicle prototype using Udacity Simulator with the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method. This research uses NVIDIA CNN Architecture for its convolutional neural network architecture. The objective of this research is to design and generate a machine learning model to run the Udacity simulator in autonomous mode, which allowing car objects on the simulator to move autonomously. The proposed approach involves training a CNN model using a labeled dataset of tracks images captured through training mode. The output of the CNN model is then used to control the steering and acceleration commands of the vehicle. The performance of the machine learning model is evaluated using MSE, RMSE, and MAE parameters. In addition, it is also evaluated on its ability to navigate one of the tracks in the simulator.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan aplikasi pengambilan keputusan pemberian Surat Keterangan Tidak Mampu berbasis website di Kelurahan Rawaterate dikarenakan pemberian SKTM secara manual menghadapi beberapa masalah, seperti proses yang lambat, potensi kesalahan pendataan, kurangnya transparansi, kesulitan akses dan pencarian data, serta kurangnya efisiensi dan efektivitas. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembangunan aplikasi ini adalah metode Rational Unified Process (RUP) dengan pemodelan Unified Modelling Language (UML), serta menggunakan bahasa pemrograman HTML, CSS, PHP, dan database MySQL. Hasil dari pengujian aplikasi dengan menggunakan metode blackbox testing dengan skenario yang telah ditetapkan adalah berhasil secara keseluruhan dan hasil pengujian user experinece testing menyatakan bahwa pengguna setuju bahwa aplikasi ini mempermudah dan telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna untuk saat ini.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at PT Srikandi Diamond Motors Cakung. PT Srikandi Diamond Motors Cakung is a company engaged in the automotive industry for four-wheeled vehicles and is an authorized dealer of Mitsubishi. This study uses a questionnaire method. Meanwhile, the sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling technique on 70 respondents who had performed general services at PT Srikandi Diamond Motors Cakung. Data analysis in this study used the path analysis method with the help of SPSS software as a data processing application. The research results show that: (1) The service quality variable directly has a significant influence on customer satisfaction and has a t count of 4.596 > 1.995. (2) The service quality variable directly has a significant influence on customer loyalty and has a t count of 2.130 > 1.995. (3) The customer satisfaction variable directly has a significant influence on customer loyalty and has a t count of 4.310 > 1.995. (4) There is an indirect and significant effect on the service quality variable on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction, which has a t count of 3.099 > 1.995.

Abstract

Proficiency in foreign languages offers numerous benefits, with vocabulary mastery being a key aspect. In today's digital era, learning foreign language vocabulary is not limited to physical dictionaries but also extends to online platforms. This study developed a foreign language vocabulary learning website using gamification methods, focusing on Japanese and German languages. The gamification approach was implemented using the Octalysis framework, particularly emphasizing the core drives of Development & Accomplishment and Empowerment of Creativity & Feedback, incorporating game elements such as rewards, leaderboards, and timers. The website was evaluated using the Hedonic-Motivation System Adoption Model (HMSAM) to assess user interest (behavioral intention to use) and immersion levels. The results indicated a user interest level of 82.29% and an immersion level of 80.53%, demonstrating the website's effectiveness in foreign language vocabulary learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop an educational game that help elementary school children learn English vocabulary. The materials applied to the game are limited to nouns and verbs with matching card game types. The method used is Game Development Life Cycle (GDLC) with five stages: initiation, pre-production, production, game testing, beta testing, and release. The programming languages used are HTML, CSS, and Javascript. The final result of this research is an educational game "Pintar Kosakata" that can be played on the website. The results of black box testing state that all components run well. From the results of device testing, stated that the minimum width of the required device screen dimensions is 320 pixels. Based on the results of user experience testing, 7 out of 10 respondents stated that they understood the material of English nouns and verbs through the "Pintar Kosakata" educational game learning method.

Abstract

PT Delima Usaha Bersama is a service provider company in the field of Information Technology (IT Consultant). The work planning system at PT Delima Usaha Bersama uses Microsoft Excel, in result the work planning becomes non-effective. Furthermore, employees are inefficiently controlled caused by not having sufficient system for employee monitoring within all projects. Therefore, SOPlanning is used for implementing ERP system for project management to create a more effective and systematic employee work planning and performance control. The system implementation method uses the ASAP method and the type of research used is a case study. The result is an application for work planning and employee activity monitoring accessible through web with online connection.
