INFORMATIKA TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI is an academic open access journal which aims to promote the integration of science and technology published by Faculty of Creative Industry Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Kalbis. The focus of this journal is to publish papers of science and technology implementation. Submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical, and will be peer-reviewed. Abstract

The purpose of the research conducted is to develop a software application for learning media to introduce computer hardware based on Android, this learning media is very suitable for people who do not understand about computer hardware. The method for conducting research and designing the software uses the MDLC method or stands for Multimedia Development Life Cycle, this method is very appropriate and suitable to support the research. The Android-based application is designed with the Java programming language, because the basic programming language of the application is made. The expected result of this research is that the application will be useful for the general public or students who want to learn about computer hardware.

Abstract

The policy for using the MyPertamina application in purchasing subsidized fuel oil begins on July 1, 2022. Until August 17, 2022, the enormous demand for fuel in the community made this policy concern. Application developers can update applications according to user complaints and reviews. This study aims to map the problems in the MyPertamina application that many users complain about using topic modeling with the LDA algorithm. The study's results divided the comments into 7 with a perplexity value of -8.08844 and a topic coherence of 0.49860. These topics are related to user anxiety about the MyPertamina application usage policy, problems in the registration process, problems in the authentication process, and problems in the smooth use of applications related to bugs and signals. There are 5341 comments considered spam that does not correlate with the MyPertamina application.

Abstract

The rapid development of the game industry has made games a part of today's life. Games that were used only as entertainment have penetrated into the field of sports, which is called e-sport. E-sport has also begun to develop in Indonesia, as evidenced by the presence of several e-sport teams and professional competitions in Indonesia. In this proposal, the development of an e-sport curriculum is proposed. The goal is for an organization/industry body/school that views e-sports as a new sports culture and is ready to support and whenever possible participate in developing prospective e-sport athletes to be more skilled, focused, and disciplined, as well as sportive. Training and development are systematically designed so that prospective e-sport athletes can obtain the right learning outcomes. The result of this program is the design of an e-sport curriculum that can educate people to become e-sport athletes who are disciplined, agile, responsible, trained, and purposeful.

Abstract

The process of ordering goods at PT. AXC Tanah Tinggi still uses conventional method, which is coming directly to store, contacting by phone or Whatsapp. Customers have difficulty finding information on availability of goods. This study aims to build a system that provides information on availability of goods in real–time. System development method with System Development Life Cycle using prototyping model and Unified Modeling Language as a system model. The results of this study is an Android-based applications to manage the process of ordering goods. This application can be an intermediary between officers and customers in the process of ordering goods, so customers don’t need to come to company or contact officer. Based on the results of testing and evaluation, system can help customers to order goods and can be accessed by the officer quickly.

Abstract

This study aims to provide information obtained from new customer data, which can then develop into knowledge and even wisdom in order to improve sales performance at an Educational Institution XYZ. This research used descriptive analysis method with frequency analysis technique and comparative method. The research results show the following information: (1) the conversion rate of prospects to become students is only 0.44%; (2) 94% of new students are girls; (3) 89% of new students are between 18 – 21 years old which is the normal age for high school graduates; (4) 78% of new students come from outside the region; and (5) 61% of new students have lead scores between 50 – 100. From this information, knowledge is obtained that the student profiles of these institutions are women aged 18 – 21 years and come from outside the region, who have participated in several marketing events by institutions. It is hoped that this knowledge can be utilized by institutional management to make wise decisions (wisdom).

Abstract

In this research, the problem is formulated on how to design an information system for a Logistics expedition company PT XYZ which can provide convenience in carrying out transaction entry processes (Receipts) and also designing dashboards. While the purpose of this research is to find out how to create and design a courier & cargo management system, to find out the number of sales and transactions of PT XYZ through the sales dashboard. The design of this information system uses the Agile Method, which uses a short development cycle, and also does not require large resources and also by using agile methods the manufacturing process becomes more focused and focused. The design of the PT XYZ web-based logistics expedition company information system application can help the company to carry out the process of making receipts and user management and helping the company to see data that has been processed and has been sorted into information through the dashboard, and also the latest historical status of receipts.

Abstract

The development of information technology in various aspects of human life makes information technology an important thing in a company or institution that is used in many ways. Private University in West Jakarta is a private educational institution that uses information technology in its operational activities. Especially during a pandemic where lectures are held online, students learn through the student academic portal website which manages all class schedules, attendance and exams. In this study, researchers will audit the system on the academic portal of private university students in West Jakarta using the COBIT 4.1 framework in the ME (Monitoring and Evaluation) domain, whether the system processes that have been running so far are going well and effectively, so that all audit analysis is carried out. carried out in accordance with the existing standards in the framework.

Abstract

Tridewi store is a self-managed business without any assistance from government funds which is engaged in imported lamps and paintings. This self-started business located in Kebon Bawang, North Jakarta. The problem that exist at the Tridewi Store is the billing process and recording sales transactions, which are still done conventionally or the store is still using the manual method where payment notes and notebooks are still used. so that the conventional method used is still less effective because the data in the book could potentially lost due to human error and environmental factors. This study aims to create a billing and sales recording system could simplify the Tridewi Store business process. The results of this research will be carried out by implementing an ERP system using the Odoo application with the Invoicing module using the Waterfall method, which will support the ERP system running.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a web-based employee training and certification application at the Education and Training Center of Bank X. Currently, the Education and Training Center of Bank X are having problems managing data and information for employee training and certification. The application is expected to help collect data, training, and certification and convey accurate information. The software development life cycle used is Rational Unified Process (RUP). It has several processes during the development, namely Business Modelling, Requirements, Analysis and Design, Implementation, Testing, and Development. The application uses PHP programming language with CodeIgniter and MySQL database. All software functionality can run well based on the Black Box Testing results. The User Acceptance Test (UAT) results on users, both admin and participants, show that the application is easy to understand and can help provide information related to employee training at the Education and Training Center of Bank X.

Abstract

Suatu perusahaan perlu didukung dengan aplikasi yang menunjang proses bisnis perusahaan. Terkadang aplikasi yang dibuat tidak sesuai dengan proses bisnis, atau aplikasi yang dibuat tidak tepat waktu dalam menyelesaikan aplikasi oleh developer. Aplikasi yang dibuat oleh developer terkadang tidak menerapkan suatu metodologi, sehingga tidak tercipta kolaborasi antara pengguna dan pengembang aplikasi. Hal ini tentu memberikan dampak pada pengembangan aplikasi. Pemilihan metodologi sangat penting, mengingat metodologi merupakan sebuah framework yang dapat memberikan panduan selama proses pengembangan aplikasi. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan kerangka kerja Scrum dalam proses pengembangan aplikasi sehingga mencapai optimasi selama pengembangan aplikasi. Dengan tercapai optimasi pengembangan aplikasi selama proses pengembangan akan memberikan dampak yang signifikan dalam kemajuan suatu pengembangan aplikasi. Dalam hal ini Scrum mengadopsi konsep Agile yang memberikan kedinamisan antara pengembang dan pengguna aplikasi untuk melakukan perubahan selama pengembangan aplikasi. Dengan memilih kerangka kerja pengembangan aplikasi yang tepat, maka berdampak pada peningkatan optimasi selama proses pengembangan aplikasi.
