INFORMATIKA TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI is an academic open access journal which aims to promote the integration of science and technology published by Faculty of Creative Industry Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Kalbis. The focus of this journal is to publish papers of science and technology implementation. Submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical, and will be peer-reviewed. Abstract

PT XYZ has not evaluated the workload received by employees in the fan grille part in the assembly department and the management of PT XYZ does not yet know the effectiveness of the work of employees in the fan grille part in the assembly department after carrying out labor efficiency. From the results of workload calculations using the FTE method after labor efficiency, there is 1 operator who has ineffective work effectiveness because the operator's FTE value is overloaded (> 1.28), including operator 1 with an FTE value of 1.36 while 5 other operators have effective work effectiveness because the FTE value of the five operators is <1.28, including operator 2 has an FTE value of 1.17, operator 3 has an FTE value of 1.11, operator 4 has an FTE value of 1.23, operator 5 has an FTE value of 1.18 and operator 6 has an FTE value of 1.22.

Abstract

The development of technology is inseparable from modernization. Modernization positions itself as a continuous form of globalization. Indonesia is very heterogeneous, and all aspects of society, culture, and life are becoming increasingly diverse along with globalization. The development of technology is the material for modernizing diversity, in order to adjust it in the context of dependence on new technologies, one of which is social computing. Crowdsourcing is part of social computing and is becoming an increasingly popular method among institutions and businesses in all sectors by utilizing community support. This research uses one type of crowdsourcing, namely crowdfunding, which is applied in the dhuafa wallet application. The purpose of this research is to improve the sustainability of social service organizations through the support of the utilization of the wallet dhuafa crowdfunding platform. The method in this research is to use UML and Use Case Diagram to design a system that will display the automatic donation menu and allow users to select the automatic donation category, set the donation time, and view the available balance. The results of this study, by integrating the automatic donation function into the Dompet Dhuafa application, the feature is able to expand its positive impact in helping those in need.

Abstract

Sentiment analysis was explored to understand social media users' opinions towards the Indonesian Capital City (IKN) through the X platform with machine learning and lexicon-based algorithms. This research uses three algorithms: Naïve Bayes, Support Vector Machine (SVM), and Random Forest. The aim of this research is to test and compare the performance of the three algorithms to determine the best in classifying sentiment data from the X platform. The data consists of 10,000 tweets collected using the crawling method with the Python Harvest Library and Node.js, using keywords related to IKN. Based on the algorithm performance test, it was concluded that SVM had the highest performance compared to Naïve Bayes and Random Forest, producing an accuracy of 87%, precision 87%, recall 87%, and f-1 score 87%. This research uses the CRISP-DM Data Mining framework to ensure a structured and systematic approach to the analysis process.

Abstract

This research aims to make an application that recognizes and predicts handwritings of alphabets and numbers using Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). This application uses an incremental model with 2 steps for its development. The data used is EMNIST dataset, images of handwritten letters consists of Roman capital letters, Roman small letters, and Arabic numerals (0-9) that are split into 47 different classes. The model and application successfully predicted handwritings of alphabets and numbers with an average precision percentage of 76,24%.

Abstract

Don Bosco 1 senior high school Kelapa Gading is a school that still uses conventional cup registration system in processing participants data, so it takes a long time to process it. This study aims to build a web-based cup registration information system that includes the processing of cup data and cup registration with prototype system development methods that included system anaylysis using cross functional diagram, system design using Unified Modeling Language (UML), system development and programming using Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language and My Structure Query Language (MySQL) database and system testing using black box with alpha testing. The result of this study is a system that can be used to manage committee data, cup data and cup registration data.

Abstract

The figure of a mother is very special within the family. A good relationship between a mother and her child can shape the child's behavior, character, and mentality. The strong bond between a mother and her child is portrayed in the Lifebuoy advertisement titled “Akar Kuat di Bulan Suci” ('Strong Roots in the Holy Month'). The aim of this study is to explore the depiction of the mother-child relationship in the Lifebuoy advertisement “Akar Kuat di Bulan Suci”. This research applies the Theory of Social Construction of Reality in Mass Media through three social processes: externalization, objectification, and internalization. It adopts a constructivist paradigm with a qualitative approach, utilizing Content Analysis Method with Charles S. Peirce's semiotic analysis technique of Sign, Object, Interpretant. The findings reveal that the portrayal of the mother-child relationship in the Lifebuoy advertisement 'Akar Kuat di Bulan Suci' depicts an emotional connection, characterized by gestures shown between the mother and child. These gestures by the mother towards her child signify both physical and emotional affection.

Abstract

Fathers have a role as head of the household and are involved un childcare. The presence of fathers for their children has closeness that is not only physical but emotional. Especially for girls. This study aims to determine the reception of adolsecent girls in Jakarta regarding the role of fathers in the video clip entitled “Saat Kau Telah Mengerti”. This research uses the contrutivism paradigm with qualitative approach. The research method used reception analysis, and Stuart Hall’s encoding decoding theory to see three audience positions of dominat hegemony, negotiation and oppotition. The result showed that three informants were in the dominant hegemony position regarding the role of the father because they had an attachment to the informant’s experience, while two informants were in the negotiation position because of the informant's experience of being abandoned by his father.

Abstract

The reason behind this research is to develop an education game for student in SMA and SMK level to teach them about a concept in programming, that is data types. The researcher used Unity Game Engine and a game development framework called Game Development Life Cycle (GDLC) that comprised of 6 stages: Initiation, Pre-Production, Production, Testing, Beta, and Release. Development of the game only use assets that is free and/or made by researcher. The output of this research is a game called “Mari Berdata” that can be played for free on Desktop platform like PC or laptop. Respondents of Beta phase has also mentioned that they learn something new about data types after playing “Mari Berdata”.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of user-friendly user interface features on the level of customer loyalty in the Tokopedia application. In an increasingly advanced digital era, user experience is a crucial factor in maintaining and increasing customer loyalty. Tokopedia, as one of the largest market place platforms in Indonesia, continues to develop UI features that make navigation easier, increase interaction and enrich the shopping experience. This research uses a survey method involving 50 active Tokopedia users to collect data regarding their perceptions of the application's UI features. Data analysis was carried out using simple quantitative descriptive processing techniques to identify the relationship between user-friendly UI and customer loyalty. The research results show that there is a significant positive correlation between intuitive and easy-to-use UI features and the level of customer loyalty. Users who feel comfortable and satisfied with the application interface tend to make repeat transactions more often and recommend Tokopedia to others. These findings emphasize the importance of investing in user-friendly UI development as a strategy to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty in the competitive e-commerce market.Keywords: user interface, loyalty, application, market place

Abstract

Moodle is an E-Learning media that is open source or can be further developed as needed. PT GML Performance Consulting used Moodle for training or workshops for its partner companies. Based on the current use of Moodle, there are features that need to be added to support the training or workshop activities. This research aims to develop data analysis and information visualization features in Moodle as additional features. The addition of features to Moodle will be formatted as a plug-in using the prototyping method. The data analysis technique used for the addition of features is a clustering technique using the K-Means algorithm. Testing on the development of the Moodle E-Learning system using the black box testing methodology.
