Abstract

Research on adventure education learning was carried out because this method was considered effective in improving student learning outcomes, both in terms of academic ability and personality development. Apart from that, this method is also believed to be able to improve social relations between students, as well as improve physical and mental health. This type of research uses True Experimental Design research. The sample collection technique is carried out using purposive sampling. The independent variable (X1) in this research is adventure education, while the dependent variable is kinesthetic intelligence (Y). Data collection techniques through observation and tests. Data analysis techniques are descriptive statistical analysis, normality test, homogeneity test, hypothesis test. The results of research related to the influence of adventure education-based physical education learning on kinesthetic intelligence in class X students at SMAN 9 Semarang for the 2024/2025 academic year, namely the adventure education learning model, show that there is a significant influence on kinesthetic intelligence in physical education learning for class X students at SMAN 9 Semarang.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the implementation of the Kahoot application in learning volley ball in class X at SMAN 9 Semarang. The method applied is descriptive qualitative, this is done to find out phenomena directly in the field, so that researchers know the situation and conditions in reality. Sources of research data are tests, interviews, observations and documentation. The results of this research are that the factors underlying the use of the Kahoot application are technological disruption, the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum at SMAN 9 Semarang, and the degradation of learning activities. The steps in using Kahoot are that the teacher sets up a Kahoot account and shares the Kahoot link, then students answer questions according to the instructions, view the results, and discuss the learning outcomes listed in the Kahoot application. Furthermore, the benefits of using the Kahoot application in learning volly ball are that it fosters interactive, creative and innovative learning, provides learning that focuses on students, and gives the impression of learning that is integrated with technology.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the values of character education present in the traditional game Bentengan within basketball material at SMKN 4 Semarang. The research method used is qualitative. Data collection techniques include interviews, documentation, and observation. Data analysis was conducted through data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The subjects of this research are 36 students from class XI, majoring in mechanical engineering 1, divided into 2 groups for the traditional game Bentengan. The study results indicate the implementation of character values through the Bentengan game among class XI students of Mechanical Engineering 1 at SMKN 4 Semarang, including good communication, honesty, sportsmanship, risk-taking courage, leadership, adherence to rules, and fairness. From this research, it can be concluded that the traditional game Bentengan can be used to form and develop students' character within basketball material.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of theoretical and practical studies to determine students' mental toughness in physical education at school. A literature search was carried out using Google Scholar, then the article would be further analyzed using the PRISMA method and then identified using the Narrative Literature Review method. The results showed that the mental toughness of men was higher than that of women, while the leadership role of the PJOK teacher had on the mental toughness of students in participating in middle-class sports competitions with a percentage of 72%. It can be concluded that the higher a person's mental resilience, the level of anxiety they tend to have low.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen tes keterampilan dasar kriket, termasuk Tes Pukulan Lurus (Straight Drive Shot), Tes Pukulan Potong (Cut Shot), Tes Pukulan Tarik (Pull Shot), Tes Bowling, Tes Melempar Bola, dan Tes Menangkap Bola. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis validitas dan reliabilitas tes-retest dengan koefisien korelasi. Partisipan terdiri dari 20 siswa sekolah dasar yang menyelesaikan serangkaian penilaian keterampilan dasar kriket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua instrumen tes menunjukkan koefisien validitas yang sangat tinggi, berkisar antara 0,833 hingga 0,900. Tes Pukulan Lurus, Tes Pukulan Potong, dan Tes Pukulan Tarik memperoleh koefisien 0,866, Tes Bowling memperoleh 0,833, sedangkan Tes Melempar Bola dan Tes Menangkap Bola masing-masing memperoleh 0,900. Reliabilitas diperiksa menggunakan Alpha Cronbach dan Koefisien Korelasi Intrakelas (ICC) melalui metode tes-retest. Uji normalitas mengkonfirmasi bahwa data terdistribusi normal, sehingga memungkinkan penggunaan analisis parametrik. Nilai Alpha Cronbach untuk semua pengujian melebihi 0,95, menunjukkan konsistensi internal yang sangat tinggi. Selanjutnya, nilai ICC untuk pengukuran tunggal berada di atas 0,90 dan untuk pengukuran rata-rata di atas 0,95, dengan nilai signifikansi di bawah 0,05, menunjukkan stabilitas temporal yang kuat. Oleh karena itu, instrumen pengujian keterampilan dasar kriket terbukti valid dan sangat andal untuk mengevaluasi teknik dasar kriket di lingkungan sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan metode modifikasi gawang dan knee tuck jump terhadap keterampilan shooting futsal pada siswa academy Joati Kecamatan Munjungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, jenis penelitian bersifat eksperimen dengan desain two group pretest posttest group design.Pengambilan sampling pada penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah tes keteramilan shooting second penalty. Analisis data menggunakan uji t (independent sample t tes) pada taraf signifikasi 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh: 1) hasil uji regresi linear kelompok 1 menunjukkan nilai sig 0,078<0,05, yang berarti latihan metode modifikasi gawang memberikan pengaruh yang cukup signifikan. 2) Hasil uji regresi kelompok 2, nilai sig 0,005<0,05 menunjukkan latihan knee tuck jump memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan. Selanjutnya, 3) Hasil uji t independent sample t-test menunjukkan nilai signifikasi 2-tailed 0,788>0,05, artinya tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara kedua metode latihan tersebut. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa latihan metode modifikasi gawang dan knee tuck jump tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikasn terhadap keterampilan shooting pada siswa futsal academy Joati.

Abstract

Related to the research objectives in this case want to know the level of gross motor skills of students, and the type of quantitative descriptive research to describe the events that occur currently in the field, the population of this study is 78 lower grade SDIT students with purposive sampling technique in students aged between 7-9 years so that this study includes population research, data measurement with the TGMD-2 test component instrument. The results of locomotor movements of SDIT students fall into the category above the average of 19.23%, for manipulative movements of students with the average category there are 35.90%, and for gross motor shows the average category with the number (47.44%). This conclusion shows that the gross motor level of integrated Islamic elementary school students in the gross motor is in the average category.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penyusunan tinjaun literatur ini untuk mengetahui model latihan kelentukan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan smash bolavoli dari 10 artikel yang dilakukan tinjauan literatur, untuk mengetahui model latihan daya ledak otot lengan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan smash bolavoli dari 10 artikel yang dilakukan tinjauan literatur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode tinjauan literatur. Tinjauan literatur adalah metode yang sistematis, eksplisit, dan dapat direproduksi untuk mengidentifikasi, mengevaluasi, dan menyintesis karya penelitian serta pemikiran yang telah dihasilkan oleh peneliti dan praktisi. Berdasarkan Tinjauan literatur, disimpulkan bahwa hasil latihan kelentukan dan daya ledak otot lengan sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kemampuan smash bola voli. Latihan yang terfokus pada kelentukan pergelangan tangan membantu pemain dalam mengontrol arah dan kecepatan bola, memungkinkan pengaturan arah dan penambahan efek spin bola yang membuat bola sulit diantisipasi lawan. Dari penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa latihan kelentukan dan daya ledak otot lengan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan smash. Latihan kelentukan membantu meningkatkan fleksibilitas dan jangkauan gerak, yang sangat penting dalam mencapai posisi optimal saat melakukan smash. Sementara itu, daya ledak otot lengan mendukung kekuatan pukulan agar lebih kuat dan akurat. Kombinasi dari kedua aspek ini memungkinkan seorang atlet untuk melakukan smash dengan kecepatan dan ketepatan yang lebih baik, sehingga berpotensi meningkatkan performa dalam permainan bolavoli secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between the Relationship Between the Effectiveness of Learning Physical Education Sports and Health Towards Physical Fitness of Students Aged 10-12 Years, this study is a correlational study that uses survey methods. The results of the study for learning effectiveness showed a sufficient category of 32 students (41.02%), for physical fitness 32 students (41.02%) in the moderate category, for the correlation test showed the sig value between physical fitness and the effectiveness of PJOK learning was 0.045 <0.05 which means there is a significant correlation or relationship between variables. The conclusion based on the results of the relationship between the effectiveness of PJOK learning and the physical fitness of students aged 10-12 years, so it needs to be understood when learning is effective and students do movement activities will have a positive impact on students' physical fitness.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara Pendidikan sepakbola futsal terhadap kecerdasan sosial dan emosional siswa SMP Negeri 1 Tanjung Raja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Tanjung Raja yang berjumlah sebanyak 226 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling dengan tiga kriteria; (1) bersedia menjadi sampel penelitian, (2) siswa kelas VIII berjenis kelamin laki-laki, (3) aktif dalam berlatih atau bermain permainan futsal. Sampel yang terdapat pada penelitian ini sebanyak 111 siswa laki-laki. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji Paired Sample T Test terhadap nilai angket pretest dan posttest dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05 atau 5% dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 25.0. Berdasarkan hasil analisa dan pengolahan data pada pengaruh pembelajaran PJOK terhadap kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan sosial diperoleh nilai Sig (2-tailed) <0,05 yaitu sebesar 0,000, yang menandakan H1 pada penelitian ini diterima, dan hasil ini menyatakan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Pendidikan sepakbola futsal terhadap kecerdasan sosial dan emosional siswa SMP Negeri 1 Tanjung Raja.
