Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the level of creativity of teachers to overcome the limitations of infrastructure in the learning process of Physical Education, Sports and Health in junior high schools in Matesih Subdistrict, Karanganyar Regency. This research is descriptive research. Deskrptif research is research conducted to find out the value of independent variables, either one or more variables without making comparisons, or connecting with other variables that are researched and analyzed so as to produce conclusions. The subject of this study was pjok teachers from Matesih sub-district, Karanganyar regency with 10 people. Data collection techniques are by statement questionnaires. Data analysis using descriptive statistics. The results showed that the level of creativity of teachers to overcome the limitations of infrastructure in the learning process of Physical Education, Sports and Health in junior high schools in Matesih Subdistrict, Karanganyar Regency, for the category of "very high" as many as 2 teachers Penjasorkes or by 20%, category "high" as much as 1 teacher Penjasorkes or by 10%, category "medium" as much as 3 teachers Penjasorkes or by 30%, category "low" as many as 4 teachers Penjasorkes or as much as 4% , and the category "very low" as much as 0 teachers Penjasorkes or by 0%.

Abstract

Tes ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan kondisi fisik atlet porprov kota surakarta. Tes yang digunakan adalah tes kemampuan kondisi fisik secara umum yang meliputi kekuatan, daya tahan, kecepatan, kelentukan dan daya ledak.Untuk mengetahui kekuatan otot atlet yang digunakan adalah tes kekuatan peras tangan/Grip strength. Untuk mengetahui daya tahan otot dipergunakan tes daya tahan otot lengan dan bahu dengan menggunakan push up, daya tahan otot perut dengan menggunakan sit up dan daya tahan kardiorespiratori dengan menggunakan tes lari multi tahap (Multi-Stage Fitness Test). Tes kecepatan menggunakan lari sprint 40 m. Tes pengukuran yang di pakai untuk mengetahui daya ledak otot tungkai atlet adalah vertikal jump. Dan tes yang dipakai untuk mengetahui kelentukan otot punggung dengan menggunakan sit and reach test.Dari 41 cabor yang ada data yang diambil dari hasil tes yang telah diselenggarakan. Data yang terkumpul merupakan data deskriptif yang kemudian dikonversi menjadi data kuantitatif dengan indeks penilaian yang telah ditentukan sesuai dengan pencapaian indikator dan sub indikator pada tiap item

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to improve the study result of basic movement in kippers on students in class 4B Bratan 1 State Elementary School No.71 Surakarta school year 2016/2017.This research was a Class Action Research. This research was done in two cycles, with each cycle contains planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this research were 36 students in class 4B Bratan 1 State Elementary School No.71 Surakarta. The sources of data were from teachers, students, and researchers. The techniques of collecting data were observation, test. The validity of the data used data triangle technique. The technique of analyzing the data used descriptive technique which based on the quantitative analysis with percentage.From the analysis, the result obtained from pre-cycle to cycle I and from cycle I to cycle II. This was observed from the study result of the students on pre-cycle. From 36 students, it was only 12 students who passed and 24 students who failed or with percentage 33,3% of students who pass and 66,7% of students who failed. Then the study result which was shown by students from cycle I showed the improvement of 20 students or 55,6% who passed and 16 students or 44,4% who failed. In cycle II, the improvement of the study result was 86,1% or 31 students who passed and 13,9% or 5 students who failed.The conclusion of this research was using the modification of education tool could improve the study result of basic movement in kippers game on students in class 4B Bratan 1 State Elementary School No.71 Surakarta school year 2016/2017.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve learning outcomes in the long jump squat style class VII B SMP Negeri 8 Surakarta in academic year 2017/2018.This study is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles, and each cycle consists of 2 meetings. Research subjects of students of class VII B, amounting to 32 students. The data source comes from students, teachers, andresearchers. Data collection techniques use tests and observations. Data validityis by using data triangulation technique. Data analysis used qualitative descriptive analysis technique using percentage technique.The results of data analysis showed an increase learning outcomes long jump squat style as follows. The percentage of completeness in the pre-cycles is 31.25%or 10 students, unfinished 68.75% or 22 students. The percentage of completeness in the first cycle is 46.88% or 15 students, untargets 53.12% or 17 students. While on the percentage of completeness in the second cycle is 81.25% or 26 students, untargets 18.75% or 6 students. Learning outcomes long jump squat style has reached a target attainment of 80%.Based on the analysis above it can be concluded; that the application of the method of approach play can improve learning outcomes in the long jump squat style class VII B SMP Negeri 8 Surakarta in academic year 2017/2018.

Abstract

The learning and teaching process of adaptive physical education subject in SLB A or special school A in Surakarta (SLB Negeri Surakarta and SLB A YKAB Surakarta) have faced several obstacles such as the education background of the physical education teachers which are special education background not the physical education background, teachers are still unable to pay attention to the students entirely and to the aspects included in learning implementation, the lack of learning facilities and infrastructure, adaptive physical education learning that generalizes various types of disabilities, and the inactivity of students in participating in the learning process. Therefore, this study aims to discover the implementation of adaptive physical education learning process in SLB A in Surakarta. This study used quantitative method. The approach used in this study was descriptive approach and the research method used was survey method with data collecting technique of observation, questionnaire, and document study. The collecting technique used by the author was by including all of the study’s subjects as the respondents. The collected data was analyzed and tested its validity using triangulation data and triangulation method. The result of this study shows that the Implementation of Adaptive Physical Education Learning in SLB A in Surakarta in the Academic Year of 2019/2020 is lacking based on its influenced factors. Therefore, it is necessary to review and improve the policies in the adaptive physical education learning for visual impaired students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve the learning results of basic motion run and jump through the traditional game in learning pemas on third grade students MIN SROYO Jaten Karanganyar teaching 2016/2017. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR). This study was conducted in two cycles, consisting of four stages in each cycle consisting of planning, action implementation, observation and reflection. Subjects in Action Research This class is the third grade students MIN SROYO Jaten Karanganyar, amounting to 31 students consisting of 16 students and 15 female students. Sources of data in this study come from students, researchers and teachers who act as collaborators. Techniques of collecting data using tests and observations. Data validity using data triangulation technique. Data analysis using qualitative descriptive technique based on qualitative analysis percentage. Result of research on prasiklus only 11 complete student (35.49%) and 20 students unfinished (64,51%). In the first cycle obtained the results of student learning that has been completed as many as 18 students (58.07%) and 13 students are not complete (41.93%). With the acquisition of affective averages (77.42%), psychomotor (35.49%) and cognitive (83.87%). In the second cycle obtained the results of student learning that has been completed as many as 26 students (83.87%) and 5 students is not complete (16.13%). With the acquisition of affective averages (96.77%), psychomotor (74.19%) and cognitive (83.87%) Based on the analysis results from cycle I and cycle II showed a significant increase and target achievement. Based on the results of the research obtained the conclusion that: The use of simple aids in learning can improve the learning results of basic motion run and jump on the students of class III MIN SROYO Jaten Karanganyar academic year 2016/2017.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve the basic motion of runing on  6 grade students SD N Laweyan No.54 Surakarta academic year 2017/2018.              This research is classroom action research (CAR). This research was conducted in two cycle and every cycle consist of plan, implementation, observation and reflection. The subject of this research is student in grade 6 of SD N Laweyan No.54 Surakarta that totaling 43 students, consist of 19 male students and 24 female students. Source of data derived from teachers, students and researcher. The validity of data use descriptive technique that based on qualitative analysis by percentage.              From the result of this research, the analysis obtained from initial condition of students who completed test only 18 students or 41,86% and not complete test is 25 students or 58,14 %, in the firt cycle students who completed to 32 students or 74,42% and not complete test is 11 students or 25,58 % , and in the second cycle students who completed to 36 students or 83,72% then 7 other students or 16,28%  have not completed with KKM is 75.              The conclution of this research is learning through play approach can improve learning result of basic motion run in 6 grade student of SD N Laweyan No.54 Surakarta academic year 2017/2018.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of playing football in class XII Social Sciences 4 Surakarta Senior High School 6 of 2017/2018 Academic Year. This study uses the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method. This research was conducted in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were students of class XII Social Sciences 4 of SMA N 6 Surakarta in the 2017/2018 Academic Year, which numbered 25 students with details of 10 male students 15 female students. Sources of data in this study come from teachers and students. The technique of collecting data is by testing and observing during the learning activities. The data analysis technique used in this study was descriptive based on qualitative analysis with percentages. From the analysis of the data obtained the following results: In the pre-cycle, the results of learning to play football students who completed reached 44% or as many as 11 students and students who have not completed 56% or as many as 14 students. In the first cycle, the results of learning to play football students who completed reached 68% or as many as 17 students and students who have not finished 22% or as many as 8 students. In the second cycle the learning outcomes of playing football students were completed 88% or 22 students and students who had not finished 12% or as many as 3 students. The implementation of actions in cycle I and cycle II lead to an active, effective, efficient and enjoyable learning process so that it can support the occurrence of quality learning. Based on the results of the study obtained conclusions that: learning through a tactical approach, can improve learning outcomes of playing football in class XIISos 4 Surakarta N SMA 6 2018/2019 Academic Year.

Abstract

Nutritional status is a component that affects the level of health and fitness. The level of nutritional status is very important to monitor the condition. Nutritional status monitoring can be carried out during physical education learning because one of the learning objectives is to improve physical fitness and the level of nutritional status plays a role in it. Objective: Assessing the level of nutritional status of IAIN Salatiga students in physical education lectures. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach and is analyzed descriptively quantitatively. The population of this study was 127 students of IAIN Salatiga who attended physical education lectures. The sampling technique used is the Non Probability Sampling Technique with a census. The results were 10 severely underweight students, 22 underweight students, 75 normal students, 11 overweight students, and 9 obese students. Eight male students have normal status, 1 person is underweight, and 3 people are obese. Meanwhile, female students with normal status are 67 people, underweight are 21 people, severely underweight are 10 people, overweight are 11 people, and obese are 6 people. This study concludes that students of IAIN Salatiga who take physical education lectures generally have a normal nutritional status, but there are still some students who are severely underweight and obese who are at risk of disease.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve learning outcomes passing under football using learning aids on students of class XI Automotive 2 SMK PGRI 1 Surakarta academic year 2017/2018.This research is a classroom action research (PTK). Implemented in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of 2 meetings. The subjects of the study were students of class XI Automotive 2 SMK PGRI 1 Surakarta, amounting to 19 students consisting of 19 students son. Data source came from teachers, students and researchers. Data collection techniques are by observation and documentation or archive. Data validity test using triangulation valuation technique. Data analysis using quantitative descriptive technique using percentage technique to see trends that occur in learning activities.The results of data analysis can be submitted as follows: learning outcomes passing under the soccer of students on Cycle I of 19 students the percentage completeness 68.42% or as many as 13 students have entered the criteria complete and in Cycle II increased to 84.21% or as many as 16 students while 3 other students have not completed with KKM 75, while the target of completeness set by the researcher is 80%.The conclusion of this research is with the application of learning aids can improve learning outcomes passing under football in students of class XI Automotive 2 SMK PGRI 1 Surakarta.
