Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan gerak dasar lompat melalui pendekatan bermain pada siswa Kelas IV SD N Pajang IV Surakarta Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017.Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dua siklus, dengan tiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa Kelas IV SD N Pajang IV Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017 yang berjumlah 27 siswa terdiri dari 12 siswa laki-laki dan 15 siswa perempuan. Sumber data berasal dari guru, peserta didik, dan peneliti. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, penilaian dan dokumentasi. Validitas data menggunakan teknik triangulasi data. Analisis data menggunakan teknik deskriptif yang di dasarkan pada analisis kualitatif dengan prosentase.Dari analisis yang diperoleh hasil dari kondisi awal siswa yang tuntas hanya 11 siswa atau 40,75%, di siklus pertama siswa yang tuntas menjadi 17 siswa atau 62,96%, dan di siklus kedua siswa yang tuntas menjadi 22 siswa atau 81,48%, sedangkan 5 siswa lainnya yang belum tuntas.Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan pendekatan bermain dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar gerak dasar lompat pada siswa Kelas IV SD N Pajang IV Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017.

Abstract

Terbatasnya jumlah pemain kategori pemula sebagai pelapis pemain kategori kadet dan senior perlu segera diatasi dengan menambah kuantitas calon pemain yang potensial dan sesuai dengan keberadaannya. Pemain kategori pemula diperlukan penyiapan sedini mungkin dengan menggunakan pendekatan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi keolahragaan. Penyiapan pemain secara tepat masih banyak kendala yang dihadapi utamanya adalah belum tersedianya baterai tes di cabang tenis meja untuk kategori pemula.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan pengukuran fisik pemain tenis meja tingkat pemula. Tes dan pengukuran meliputi: a). Tes antropometrik, yaitu: (1) tinggi badan, (2) rentang lengan, (3) panjang tungkai. b). Tes kemampuan fisik, terdiri: (1) Koordinasi mata tangan, (2) Hand reaction test, (3) Kelentukan: flexcion of thrunk, (5 ) sit and reast, (6) kecepatan lari: 20 m, (7) kelincahan: shuttle run, (8) keseimbangan: stok stand test, power otot tungkai: (9) standing broad jumps, (10) vertical power jumps, (11) power otot lengan: lempar bola medicen, (12) kekuatan: sit-up, (13) daya tahan kardiovaskuler: lari 1200 m. Subyek penelitian: peserta tenis meja kategori pemula (usia 10 – 12 tahun) yang tercatat sebagai pemain pada klub tenis meja di Kota Surakarta dan telah mengikuti latihan di masing-masing klub sekurangnya 2 tahun.Hasil penelitian tes dan pengukuran fisik tenis meja kategori pemula dari sejumlah 15 item tes memiliki rata-rata reliabilitas tes tinggi yaitu 0,87 dan validitas tes 0,89 untuk peserta kategori putra. Sedangkan untuk peserta kategori putri diperoleh rata-rata reliabilita tes 0, 85 dan validitas tes 0,88. Baterai tes fisik pemain tenis meja kelompok pemula untuk putra maupun putri urutan tesnya meliputi: Kecepatan reaksi tangan; Tes lempar tangkap bola tenis; Shuttle run; Kecepatan lari 20 m; Lari 1200 m.

Abstract

category which includes Anthropometic, Physiological, Biomotor and Technical. This research refers to the developmental research conveyed by Borg and Gall. From the instrument process, then it trials and applys into a small and a big sample. The result of experiment was made as the base of making Software which can be made as a model in conducting a test of talent identification especially on sport branch of Pencak Silat for age of 12-14. In the Model of this Test, there are 15 series of test consisting of Anthropometric of 4 test forms, Physiological of 3 test forms, Biomotor of 4 test forms and Tehnic 4 test forms. The results from 15 items of the test are then put in the software, a reference in the form of recommendation that the athlete candidate Has Talent of Pencak Silat, Has Enough Talent of Pencak Silat and Has Less Talent of Pencak Silat is obtained.After obtaining the validity and the reliability of the test instrument and obtaining the norm of all test instruments and the weight of each test instrument, a software of talent test of pencak silat named “RS Silat Tallent Test”. It could be concluded that the result of this research was the arrangement of a model of tallent test especially for the sport branch of Pencak Silat for the athletes of the age of 12 up to 14 had been conducted named “RS Silat Tallent Test”.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah “untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar Gerak Dasar Lari pada peserta didik kelas V SD Negeri 02 Karangmojo tahun pelajaran 2016/2017”.Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dengan setiap siklus terdiri dari dua pertemuan. Subjek Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) ini adalah peserta didik Kelas V SD Negeri 02 Karangmojo tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. Yang berjumlah 22 peserta didik, terdiri dari 9 peserta didik putra dan 13 peserta didik putri. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan observasi, tes dan hasil belajar. Validitas data menggunakan teknik triangulasi data. Analisis data menggunakan kuantitatif.Hasil analisis yang diperoleh terdapat peningkatan pada siklus I dan siklus II yaitu hasil belajar gerak dasar lari. Hasil belajar gerak dasar lari pada siklus I diperoleh hasil nilai psikomotor yang tuntas adalah 36,35% atau 8 peserta didik, dari nilai afektif yang tuntas adalah 45,45% atau 10 peserta didik, dari nilai kognitif yang tuntas adalah 68,2% atau 15 peserta didik, dan yang tergolong dalam kategori tuntas adalah 40,9% dengan jumlah peserta didik yang tuntas adalah 9 peserta didik. Pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan presentase hasil belajar gerak dasar lari peserta didik dalam kategori tuntas sebesar 90,9% dengan jumlah peserta didik yang tuntas adalah 20 peserta didik, dari nilai psikomotor yang tuntas adalah 72,7% atau 16 peserta didik, dari nilai afektif yang tuntas adalah 90,9% atau 20 peserta didik, dan dari nilai kognitif yang tuntas adalah 100% atau 22 peserta didik tuntas semua.Simpulan penelitian ini adalah penggunaan pendekatan bermain dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar gerak dasar lari pada peserta didik kelas V SD Negeri 02 Karangmojo Kec. Tasikmadu Kab. Karanganyar tahun pelajaran 2016/2017.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to improve the learning results of bump pass basic motion of mini volleyball game toward the fifth grade students of SD Djamaatul Ichwan Surakarta in the academic year of 2017/2018.This research was a classroom action research (CAR). It was conducted in two cycles where each cycle consists of four stages namely as planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. There were 29 students from the fifth grade of SD Djama’atul Ichwan as the subject of the research. The sources of the research were taken from the students, the researcher, and the teacher as a collaborator. In collecting the data, the researcher conducted tests and observation. Triangulation data was used to check the validity of the test. The data analysis used in this research was descriptive qualitative technique based on the analysis of the qualitative percantage.According to the pre-cycle result, it was found that only 9 students who were completed or only about 31.03% and there were 20 students who were not completed or about 68.97%. In the cycle I, it was obtained that the learning results of the students who were completed as many of 14 students (48,28%) and there were 15 students who were not completed (51,72%) where the affective average was (75,86%), the psychomotor was (31,03%), and the cognitive was (79,31%). In the cycle II, it was found that the learning results of students who were completed as many of 23 students or about 79.31% and there were 6 students who were not complete or about 20,69% where the affective average was (93.10%), the psychomotor was (72.41%) and the cognitive was (79.31%). According to the analysis of cycle I and cycle II, it showed the significant improvement and in accordance to the target achievements.Based on the results, it could be concluded that: modified ball in learning process could increase the learning results of bump pass basic motion in mini volleyball game toward the fifth grade students of SD Djamaatul Ichwan Surakarta in the academic year of 2017/2018.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the organizational, recruitment, and training management of pencak silat coaching in IPSI Klaten Regency. This study was carried out at the pencak silat hermitage, Klaten Regency, using qualitative-descriptive method. The analysis unit was IPSI Klaten Regency. Data collection techniques included documentation, in-depth interview, and observation. The data were obtained from the management, coaches, and athletes of pencak silat coaching in IPSI Klaten Regency. It was found that (1) in the organizational management of pencak silat coaching in Klaten Regency, fairly good cooperation between the management and the coaches and athletes have been established; (2) the recruitment implementation has been good enough with the invitation of participants from each pencak silat school by giving a circular letter for the IPSI management to participate in several stages of selection; (3) the training management is carried out by providing a training program planning with the coordination of the management and the coach according to the athlete's needs; the planned training program can be developed according to circumstances and needs of the athlete. Therefore, based on the data analysis, it is concluded that the management of pencak silat coaching in IPSI Klaten Regency has been running quite well, but there is still a weakness. In athlete recruitment, some IPSI schools have not sent their athletes to take part in the selection yet. This needs to be solved, and IPSI Klaten Regency should always make improvements in their management for a better performance.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the short service learning outcomes badminton grip backhand  by using the application of audio visual media.               This research is a Classroom Action Research (PTK). The study was conducted in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning, action execution, observation, and reflection. The subjects of the study were students which amounted to 34 students consisting of 11 boys and 23 girls. Sources of data is by observation assessment of learning outcomes short serve badminton grip backhand. Data analysis using descriptive technique based on qualitative analysis with percentage.               The result of the allasis obtained from Chapter IV shows a gradual increase from the pre-cycle of cycle I and from cycle I of cycle II. This can be seen from the result of short service learning handles backhand show from 34 students there are 11 students or 32.35% complete and Not complete as many as 23 students or equal to 67.65%. Then the short service learning results of backhand handles shown in cycle I showed an increase of sebasar 38.24%, 24 students or 70.59% included in the category Completed and the remaining 10 Learners or 29.41% fall into the Unfinished category. In the second cycle improvement of learning outcomes of students better is equal to 20.59% of the cycle I or 58.83% of prasiklus. A total of 31 learners or equal to 91.18% enter the Taskas category and 3 students or equal to 8.82% into the Unfinished category               The conclusion of this research is the application of audio visual media can improve the learning result short service badminton handle backhand .

Abstract

This research was based on the unked development of sports in Sambi Subdistrict, Boyolali Regency, which was reviewed from the Sport Development Index (SDI). In SDI itself there are 4 indicators that are used as a tool to help how sports development in Sambi District Boyolali Regency. The purpose of this research is to find out: (1) the availability of open space in Sambi Subdistrict (2) the availability of human resources in Sambi Subdistrict (3) the level of community participation in exercising in Sambi Subdistrict (4) the physical fitness level of the community of Sambi Subdistrict so that later known sports development index (SDI) in Sambi Subdistrict. This research is a descriptive quantitative research. The approach used in this research is survey. The sample of this study amounted to 90 people who were distinguished into 3 age categories, namely children 7-12 years old, teenagers 13-17 years old, and young 18-40 years taken from 3 different villages in the district of Sambi which is representative of Catur Village, Sambi Village, and Canden Village. The collection of areas from cluster 3 villages is based on SDI guidelines where the 3 villages represent low, medium, advanced categories. Instrument test used in the form of questionnaires and Multi Stage Fitness Test (MFT). The results of this study are (1) the availability of open space in the district of Sambi Sudan is quite good and in the index of open space 0.726, (2) The availability of human resources in Sambi sub-district is relatively low with an index of 0.0024, (3) the index of community participation in exercising is quite good in view of the participation index of 0.522, (4) physical fitness of the community wilaah Sambi district gets an index of 0.292 which is in the low category. The conclusion of this study is the SDI index which includes Physical Fitness, Human Resources, Open Space Sports, Sports Participation in Sambi District of 0.385, and if seen from the norms of SDI, Sambi district is still classified in the low category.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the implementation of assessments by teachers of students during the Covid-19 era PJOK learning at MTs Negeri 1 Boyolali in the 2020/2021 school year; (2) constraints faced by teachers in learning PJOK in the Covid-19 Era at MTs Negeri 1 Boyolali in the 2020/2021 school year; (3) the level of student interest in learning in the Covid-19 era PJOK at MTs Negeri 1 Boyolali in the 2020/2021 school year; (4) the obstacles faced by students in learning PJOK in the Covid-19 Era at MTs Negeri 1 Boyolali in the 2020/2021 school year. This research uses qualitative research methods with survey techniques. The research samples were teachers and students of MTs Negeri 1 Boyolali who were domiciled. The subjects of this study included 5 PJOK teachers and 105 students out of 1041 people based on the Stratified Random Sampling. Data collection techniques with questionnaire techniques (questionnaire). The results of this study are as follows: (1) The implementation of an assessment by the teacher of students during the Covid-19 era PJOK learning at MTs Negeri 1 Boyolali, which is carried out well in terms of attitudes, aspects of skills and aspects of knowledge because the teacher has a strategy in implementing the assessment at each aspect as well as the teacher's awareness that these three aspects are equally important in learning PJOK; (2) The constraints faced by the teacher in learning PJOK in the Covid-19 Era at MTs Negeri 1 Boyolali, in the learning preparation stage in the form of difficulties in making various materials and planning learning equipment, for the learning process stage the teacher experienced dissatisfaction and discomfort in delivering learning PJOK online, teachers find it difficult to monitor and provide direction for each participant; (3) The level of interest in students' learning towards Covid-19 Covid-19 PJOK Learning at MTs Negeri 1 Boyolali, from the indicators of happy feelings driven by sincerity and enthusiasm when participating in learning, from indicators of interest driven by the desire to achieve achievement in learning outcomes, awareness of the importance of health, hobbies , and can increase self-confidence, and for indicators of student involvement attentively and material can be accessed before and after learning; (4) The constraints faced by students in learning PJOK in the Covid-19 Era at MTs Negeri 1 Boyolali, in the learning opening process is the difficulty of finding learning resources, when the core process of students is less interacting with teachers and friends, and when learning closes participants students cannot overcome difficulties even though the teacher has provided solutions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the effects of applications using playing approach to the ability of passing along the ground on the football school AD Batik Surakarta age group 13-14 years old, and a better approach effect between playing approach and technique approach to the ability of passing along the ground on the football school AD Batik Surakarta age 13-14 years old.The research subjects in this research are students of the football school AD Batik Surakarta age group 13-14 years old with the number of 30 students. The method which is used is Quasi Experimental Research (QER) conducted with pretest-posttest design Matching Comparrison Control Group Design. The technique of data collection in this research is testing and measurement capabilities passing along the ground. The data analysis technique used is inferential statistical analysis.The results of this research are as follows, first, the playing approach application gives an effect on the ability of passing along the ground on the football school AD Batik Surakarta age group 13-14 years whichcan be seen from the comparison inferentially increases from 30.5% (without variable covariates ) to 76.2% (with variable covariate). Second, the playing approach application has a better effect than a technical approach to the ability of passing along the ground on a football school AD Batik Surakarta age group 13-14 years old. Based on the percentage of the increasing of the ability of passing along the ground shows that the experimental group (the group treated with the playing approach ) is 72.7% greater than the control group (the group which treated with technique approach) is 31.1%.The conclusion of the research is the application using playing approach gives the effect to ability of the passing along the ground and the application using playing approach has a better efect than the technique approach to the ability of passing along the ground on the football school AD Batik Surakarta age 13-14 years old.
