Abstract

This study aims to discover: (1) the training of taekwondo at dojang Great Pioneer of The Dragon (GPD) Salatiga in the year of 2015-2019. (2) The training program at dojang Great Pioneer of The Dragon (GPD) Salatiga in the year of 2015-2019. (3) The condition of facilities and infrastructures in supporting the achievement development of dojang Great Pioneer of The Dragon (GPD) Salatiga in 2015 – 2019. (4) The development of taekwondo achievement of dojang Great Pioneer of The Dragoon (GPD) Salatiga in 2015 – 2019. This study uses descriptive qualitative method. The data collecting method in this study is obtained through interview, observation, and document archive. The interview is conducted with the administrator and the coach. The observation is conducted directly regarding the condition of facilities and infrastructures owned by dojang Great Pioneer of The Dragon (GPD) in the year of 2015-2019. The collecting data is obtained from the document archive related with the sport achievement development of dojang Great Pioneer of The Dragon in 2015-2019. The sample collecting technique selected is by purposive and snowball sample. To find the validity of the data, it uses triangulation technique. The analysis technique used in this study is descriptive qualitative. The data obtained will be compiled and analyzed based on the variables analyzed so that obtained the overview of the taekwondo achievement development of dojang Great Pioneer of The Dragon (GPD) Salatiga in the year of 2015-2019. Based on the study results, it can be concluded that: (1) the training of taekwondo at dojang Great Pioneer of The Dragon (GPD) Salatiga year 2015-2019 has the criteria of moderate. (2) The training program at dojang Great Pioneer of The Dragon (GPD) Salatiga year 2015-2019 has the moderate criteria. (3) Dojang Great Pioneer of The dragon (GPD) Salatiga year 2015-20119 has inadequate facilities and infrastructures. (4) The achievements of dojang Great Pioneer of The Dragon (GPD) Salatiga in 2015-2019 are not always similar in every competition. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar renang gaya punggung pada mahasiswa penjaskesrek dengan menggunakan media video modeling dan pemberian feed-back training.Metode penelitian ini, menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas. Prosedur penelitian berbentuk siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap meliputi: perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpalan data melalui lembar observasi dan tes. Pengumpulan data ini menggunakan instrumen berupa lembar observasi penelitian sedangkan untuk mengetahui kualitas hasil belajar mahasiswa digunakan tes praktek dan teori tes renang gaya punggug.Peneltian ini dilakukan sebanyak dua siklus. Masing-masing siklus terdiri dari empat pertemuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penggunaan video modeling dan pemberian video feedback training dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar renang gaya punggung pada mahasiswa penjaskesrek.

Abstract

This research aims at improving the learning outcome of the basketball shooting basis technique on the VIII-A grade students of SMP Negeri 14 Surakarta in the Academic Year of 2016/2017.This research is conducted in two cycles in which each cycle consists of two meetings. The subjects of this research are 30 VIII-A grade students of SMP Negeri 14 Surakarta with 16 female students and 14 male students. The data collection technique uses observation, test, and documentation. The data validity uses data triangulation technique. The data are analyzed using qualitative and quantitative.The research finding in the pre-cycle was that there were only 12 students who passed (40%) and the other 18 students had not passed (60%). In the cycle I, there were 19 students passed (63.3%) and 11 students still had not passed (36.67%) with the average score of affective (60%), psychomotor (76.67%), and cognitive (66.67%). In the cycle II it is obtained that there were 25 passed-students (83.33%) and 5 students still had not passed (16.67%). With the average score of affective (80%), psychomotor (83.33%), and cognitive (86.67%). Based on the analysis result on the cycle I & II, it shows an increase in learning outcome of basketball shooting.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes long jump style bouncy on grade VIII students SMP Negeri 1 Kebakkramat karanganyar academic year 2016/2017.This research is a quasi experiment research (PEK). This research uses Pretest-postest Non Equivalent Control Group Design. The subjects of this study are Class VIII E and VIII F SMP Negeri 1 Kebakkramat Karanganyar academic year 2016/2017 which amounted to 64. Class VIII E consists of 32 students using the conventional strategy (Direct Instruction), while class VIII F consists of 32 students using Contextual Teaching and Learning strategy. Techniques used to collect test and observation data.The result of the research is as follows. There is influence of learning long jump learning with bouncy style using Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) strategy compared with conventional direct instruction learning in grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Kebakkramat Karanganyar academic year 2016/2017. In the descriptive analysis of the mean mean total long jump results, the force style using Pretest Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) strategy 64.31 with 9 students (28.13%) reached KKM while 23 students (71.88%) did not achieve KKM and increased to 79,31 at posttest value with 7 students (21,88%) did not reach KKM and 25 students (78,13%) can reach KKM while with conventional learning is from pretest 62,41 with 8 students (25% ) Students can reach KKM while 24 (75%) students do not reach KKM and increase to 76,16 in posttest value with 9 student (28,13%) not reach KKM and 23 student (71,88%) student can reach completeness criterion Minimal. In the inferential analysis, it was concluded that, students studying with Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) strategy, the better result of learning 3.156 (without covariate) and 2.686 (with covariate).

Abstract

This research uses descriptive and comparative research methods. The sampling technique in this study was stratified random sampling with cluster sampling. The samples taken in this study were Wonogiri District as a district with high population density, Slogohimo sub-district as a district with medium population density and Pracimantoro District as a sub-district with low population density and divided into age group and gender, totaling 270 people. The data collection technique in this study was a questionnaire technique. The reliability test in this study is guided by the SDI instrument as an instrument for measuring the results of sports development which has been trusted because it has been patented in the book Sport Development Index 2007 by Cholik and Maksum. The validity test of the measuring instrument used is the standard set in the Sport Development Index (SDI). The data analysis technique in this research is the stage of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are: (1) the sports participation index in Wonogiri Regency is 0.388. The index was obtained by combining the sports participation index in Wonogiri District of 0.588, the sports participation index in Slogohimo District of 0.488, and the participation index of the Pracimantoro District of 0.477. The sports participation index of Wonogiri Regency shows that the level of sports participation is included in the low category, (2) The comparison of sports participation in Wonogiri Regency in 2017 and 2020 is sports participation in 2017 of 0.237 while sports participation in 2020 is 0.388 which means sports participation in Wonogiri Regency 2020 has increased and is better than in 2017, (3) The sports development of Wonogiri Regency in terms of sports participation is still far from being good or advanced, there are many things that need to be considered and addressed by the Wonogiri Regency government.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan hasil belajar guling belakang peserta didik kelas XI-IPS 2 SMA N 2 Surakarta tahun ajaran 2016/2017.Penelitian inimerupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian dilaksanakan dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari dua pertemuan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI-IPS 2 SMA N 2 Surakarta tahun ajaran 2016/2017 yang berjumlas 25 peserta didik. Sumber data adalah peserta didik, guru, dan peneliti. teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan   observasi dan tes. Validitas data dengan  menggunakan  teknik trianggulasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik persentase untuk melihat kecenderungan yang terjadi dalam proses pembelajaran.Pelaksanaan tindakan pada   siklus I dan siklus II terjadi proses pembelajaran yang aktif, efektif, efisien, dan menyenangkan sehingga dapat  mendukung terjadinya pembelajaran yang berkualitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan  dari kondisi awal ke siklus I dan dari siklus I ke siklus II terjadi peningkatan persentase ketuntasan. Ketercapaian ketuntasan hasil belajar guling belakang siklus I sebesar 40% atau 10 dari 25 peserta didik dan pada siklus II ketercapaian ketuntasan hasil belajar mencapai 80% atau 20 dari 25 peserta didik, sedangkan 5 peserta didik tidak tuntas sehingga hasil belajar sudah melampaui target capaian yang ditetapkan dalam penelitian ini yaitu 80%. Simpulan  penelitian ini adalah melalui model pembelajarana cooperative learning tipe group investigation dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar guling belakang pada peserta didik kelas XI-IPS 2 SMA N 2 Surakarta tahun ajaran 2016/2107.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve the student’s achievement in gymnastic floor of crooked legs forward rolling in X-4 Senior High School Kebakkramat in academic year 2016/2017.This research is classroom action research that was done in two cycles, each cycles consist of two meetings. Subject of this research is the students of X-4 grade that consisted of 36 students. The data’s source collecting from the students, teachers, and the researcher. Techniques of data’s collection used test and observation. Data validity using data triangulation technique. Data analysis using qualitative descriptive analysis technique with percentage technique. The result of data analysis showed there is improvement of student’s learning outcomes in gymnastic floor of crooked legs forward rolling. In pracycles the precentage of the completness is 41,67% or 15 students, not completed yet 58,33% or 21 students. In first cycles the precentage of the completness is 63,88% or 23 students, not completed yet 36,11% or 13 students. In second cycles the percentage of the completness is 83,33% or 30 students, not completed yet 16,66% or 6 students. The learning result of gymnastic floor crooked legs of forward rolling has been reached according the expectation in second cycles with minimum criteria 75 Based on result analysis above we get the conclusion that the implementation of example non example improved the result learning of forward rolling of crooked legs in students of Senior High School Kebakkramat academic year 2016/2017.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the relationship between leg mucle power, stomach muscle strength, body flexibility and ankle’s coordination on side kick’s speed in perguruan pencak silat kembang setaman wonosobo year 2020. This study is a corelation researcher, it needs one meeting to collect the data. The subject of this research is 14 athletes of Kembang Setaman Wonosobo. Source of data of this research is from the athletes and the researcher. Methods of collecting data that the researcher uses are test and observation. The researcher uses SPSS to test the data. Method of data analysis that the researcher chooses is descriptive quantitative. The study used 5 variables, namely variable x with leg muscle power, abdominal muscle strength, body flexibility and ankle coordination and variable Y with side kick speed / T. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be explained that (1) leg muscle power has a significant relationship to the side kick speed / right T indicated by the sig value. 0.008 <0.05 with a contribution value of 50.5% for the right leg and a sig. 0.004 <0.05 with a contribution value of 4.1% for the left leg and a relationship between leg muscle power and the left side kick speed / T indicated by the sig value. 0.003 <0.05 with a contribution value of 2.7% for the right leg and a sig value. 0.000 <0.05, the contribution value is 66.7% for the left leg (2) the strength of the abdominal muscles is indicated by the value of sig. 0.012 and 0.047 <0.05 with a contribution value of 2% and 2.1% (3) body flexibility has no significant relationship as indicated by the sig value. 0.541 and 0.073> 0.005 (4) eye-foot coordination does not have a significant relationship as indicated by the sig value. 0.374 and0.472> 0.05. From the value of the contribution above, the contribution value is the leg muscle power compared to the abdominal muscle strength from the total value of the contribution, namely 55.6% for the side kick speed / T right and 71,1% for the contibution value for the side kick speed / T left. Based on the data above, it can be concluded from this study that there is a relationship between leg muscle power and abdominal muscle strength to side kick speed / T in the Kembang Setaman Wonosobo martial arts college in 2020 and there is no relationship between body flexibility and ankle coordination on side kick speed / T in Setaman Wonosobo Kembang Silat College 2020.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the sporting talent in male students of class VII SMP Negeri 2 Jaten the academic year 2019/2020. This research uses a descriptive method. This study wanted to describe giftedness in male students of class VII SMP Negeri 2 Jaten. The population and sample in this study were male students of class VII SMP Negeri 2 Jaten in the academic year 2019/2020. The subjects in this study were male students of grade VII SMP Negeri 2 Jaten in the academic year 2019/2020 as many as 100 students. Data collection techniques in this study used tests and measurements of the sports search model which consisted of 10 test items, namely: height, sitting height, body weight, length of the two arms, throwing a tennis ball, throwing basketball, jumping upright, running agility. , sprint 40 meters and run multi-stage. The data analysis technique used computer software "sport search" and modified sport search. The results of this study show that the sports talents possessed by male students in grade VII of SMP Negeri 2 Jaten for the 2019/2020 academic year which consisted of several sports groups, namely, 37 students (37.00%) of sprint, long running, 5 students (5.00%), throwing a javelin as much as 1 student (1.00%), throwing bullets by 1 student (1.00%), pole jumping by 1 student (1.00%), long jump and multiply 7 students (7.00%), high jumping as many as 31 students (31.00%), archery by 2 students (2.00%), gymnastics as many as 15 students (15.00%). Team / Ball: soccer as many as 32 students (32.00%), futsal as many as 1 student (1.00%), volleyball as many as 44 students (44.00%), handball as many as 23 students (23.00%) . Combative: karate as many as 26 students (26.00%), taekwondo as many as 23 students (23.00%), pencak silat as many as 51 students (51.00%). Racket / Stick: The conclusion of this study is that from a total of 100 students who took the giftedness test sport search, the classification of giftedness level was determined. There were 2 students who were talented to become athletes, 16 students were talented enough to become athletes, 44 students were less talented to become athletes and 38 students were not gifted as athletes.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to improve the service learning outcomes of the volleyball through aids such as hula hoop, javelin, raffia cord, net, cone, plastic ball, sponsors ball in the learning process of students of SMA N 4 Surakarta.            This research is a classroom action research (CAR). This research was conducted in two cycles which each cycle consists of planning, implementation of the action, observation, reflection. The subjects of the research are the students of class X IIS 4 SMA N 4 Surakarta academic year 2016/2017, with the number of 30 students, 13 students and 17 students. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Technique of collecting data with test and observation. Data validity using method triangulation. Data analysis using percentage technique, where from the data that has been obtained, then analyzed by percentage to see the learning result in volleyball game on learning in school.         The results showed that learning with the optimization of the use of tools can improve the learning outcomes of service on volleyball in students of class X IIS 4 SMA N 4 Surakarta 2016/2017 academic year. In the first cycle, the results of service learning on the volleyball students reached 63.33% or 19 students of 30 students have entered the criteria thoroughly while 11 students or 36.67% in the category has not been completed. In the second cycle there is an increase in the percentage of student learning outcomes in the category of completion of 83.33% or a number of 25 students. Until the end of the meeting there are 5 students or 16.67% that have not been completed.Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that the learning with the optimization of the use of the tools can improve the learning outcomes of service on the volleyball in the students of class X IIS 4 SMA N 4 Surakarta in the academic year 2016/2017.
