Abstract

Abstrak: Produksi bawang merah dapat ditingkatkan melalui perbaikan teknis budidaya, antara lain dengan cara aplikasi variasi isolate bakteri pada pupuk cair limbah pasar ikan. Pupuk cair limbah pasar ikan dengan variasi isolate bakteri tertentu menunjukkan pengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi bawang merah yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji respon pertumbuhan dan produksi bawang merah terhadap pemberian pupuk organik cair dari limbah pasar ikan dengan variasi isolate bakteri dan mendapatkan variasi isolate bakteri pada pupuk cair limbah pasar ikan terbaik pengaruhnya terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi bawang merah. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 8 minggu (56 hari) setelah tanam, dan jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 perlakuan dan 1 kontrol serta 5 kali ulangan. Parameter yang digunakan meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah helai daun, dan jumlah umbi tanaman bawang merah. Data utama ditabulasikan dan dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 26.0 dengan uji Analisis Varians (ANOVA) Satu Arah atau One Way Anova. Disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi pupuk cair limbah pasar ikan variasi P4 dengan jumlah 12 isolat bakteri (komposisi 100% limbah cair pasar ikan) memberikan pengaruh paling optimal terhadap pertumbuhan ( tinggi, jumlah helai daun, dan jumlah umbi ) pada tanaman bawang merah (Allium ascalonicum L) Abstrack. The production of shallots can be increased through technical improvements in cultivation, among others by the application of various bacterial isolates in fish market waste liquid fertilizer. Liquid organic fertilizer from fish market waste with a certain variety of bacterial isolates showed a better effect on growth and production of shallots. This study aims to examine the response of growth and production of shallots to the application of liquid organic fertilizer from fish market waste with a variety of bacterial isolates and to obtain variations of bacterial isolates in liquid fertilizer from fish market waste which have the best effect on the growth and production of shallots. This research was conducted for 8 weeks (56 days) after planting, and the type of this research was an experimental study using a completely randomized design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 1 control and 5 replications. Parameters used include plant height, number of leaves, and number of bulbs of shallot plants. The main data were tabulated and analyzed using the SPSS 16.0 application with the One Way ANOVA test. It was concluded that the application of liquid fertilizer from fish market waste variation P4 with a total of 12 bacterial isolates (composition of 100% fish market wastewater) gave the most optimal effect on growth (height, number of leaves, and number of bulbs) on shallot (Allium ascalonicum L) plants.

Abstract

Abstrak: Proses pembelajaran tidak terbatas hanya bertempat disekolah, bertemu dan berinteraksi dengan guru secara langsung, pembelajaran bisa dilakukan dimana saja dan kapan saja sesuai dengan kondisi. Adanya virus pandemi covid-19 membuat peserta didik belajar secara mandiri, untuk memfasilitasi peserta didik maka perlu adanya bahan ajar berupa LKPD yang dapat membimbing peserta didik belajar secara mandiri. Tujuan pengembangan LKPD dengan model inkuiri terbimbing berbasis e-learning dapat memberikan inovasi baru dalam proses pembelajaran dengan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi yang semakin canggih. Sehingga meminimalisir masalah yang terjadi dalam proses pembelajaran di masa pandemi. Abstract

Abstrak: Sektor perikanan dan peternakan memiliki peranan yang penting dalam memenuhi kebutuhan protein masyarakat. Mayoritas kebutuhan protein disuplai oleh kedua sektor tersebut. Setiap tahun kebutuhan akan protein hewani mengalami kenaikan yang signifikan seiring tingkat kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya protein dalam tubuh. Salah satu jenis perikanan budidaya yang banyak diminati oleh masyarakat di Indonesia adalah ikan nila. Penggunaan limbah organik diharapkan tidak hanya dapat memberikan alternatif sumber pakan ikan murah namun juga meminimalisir masalah yang terkait dengan pembuangan limbah organik memasuki lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh limbah kotoran ayam terhadap produktivitas ikan. Untuk mengetahui bagaimana produk hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai sumber belajar biologi pada materi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan pada hewan, berbentuk E modul praktikum. Kata kunci : kotoran ayam, pertumbuhan ikan, produktivitas ikan Abstract: The fisheries and agricultural sectors have an important role in meeting the protein needs of the community. Protein needs are supplied by the two sectors. Every year the need for animal protein will experience a significant increase along with public awareness of the importance of protein in the body. One type of aquaculture that is in great demand by people in Indonesia is tilapia. The use of organic waste is expected not only to provide an alternative source of cheap fish feed but also to minimize problems associated with the disposal of environmental organic waste. This study aims to examine the effect of chicken waste on fish productivity. To find out how the product of this research can be used as a source of learning biology on the material of animal growth and development, in the form of an E practicum module. Abstract

Kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat untuk menggunakan pupuk organik dalam mengelola tanah atau peremajaan tanah. Sehingga masyarakat ketergantungan dengan adanya pupuk kimia, tapi tanpa mereka sadari perbuatannya telah merusak unsur hara tanah sehingga tanahnya kurang subur. Oleh karena itu dengan adanya pupuk kompos maka akan mempermudah masyarakat agar senantiasa menggunakan pupuk organik. Karena jika ditinjau dari segi kesehatan hasil produk pupuk organik lebih baik bagi tubuh dibandingkan hasil pupuk kimia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variasi penambahan limbah organik pada pengomposan kulit dan batang nanas menggunakan PUMAKKAL terhadap kualitas pupuk kompos. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan mengudakan metode kajian artikel dari penelitian yang sudah pernah dilakukan sebelumnya. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh positif dari kualitas kompos dengan fermentor pumakkal. Keyword : Kompos organik, batang nanas, pumakkal Abstrack: Lack of public awareness to use organic fertilizers in managing the soil or rejuvenating the soil. So that people depend on chemical fertilizers, but without them realizing their actions have damaged soil nutrients so that the soil is less fertile. Therefore, the presence of compost will make it easier for people to always use organic fertilizers. Because in terms of health, the results of organic fertilizer products are better for the body than the results of chemical fertilizers. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of variations in the addition of organic waste in composting pineapple peels and stems using PUMAKKAL on the quality of compost fertilizer. This research is a qualitative descriptive study by using the method of reviewing articles from previous research. Abstract

media is a tool used to convey messages or information. Learning media are developed because of the difficulties often experienced by students in the learning process. Difficulties that are often experienced by students do not understand the material presented so that students' activities are low, students are less active and less motivated to learn, so the learning outcomes of students do not reach the specified KKM value. The purpose of this study is to produce a ladder snake learning media that uses HOTS type questions that are valid and appropriate to be used to overcome problems experienced by students. This type of research uses a 4-D model that has 4 stages, namely, defining the design, development and dissemination. Research carried out until the development stage.

Abstract

Abstrak Keterampilan berpikir kritis dapat dikembangkan melalui proses pembelajaran yang ideal. Alternatif model pembelajaran yang diduga potensial untuk mengembangkan keterampilan berikir kritis peserta didik adalah model pembelajaran Discovery Learning dengan Team Assisted Individualization (D-TAI). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan model Discovery Learning dengan Team Assisted Individualization (D-TAI) terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik kelas X materi perubahan lingkungan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasy experiment menggunakan desain pretest posttest control group design. Penelitian dilakukan di SMAN 2 Metro. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik di SMAN 2 Metro kelas X semester genap yang berjumlah 192. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas X IPA 1 dan kelas X IPA 6 yang berjumlah 62 peserta didik. Sampel diambil menggunakan tehnik clustered random sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data adalah tes berupa soal uraian berjumlah 10 item soal. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji independent sampel t-test dan uji N-Gain.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran D-TAI efektif terhadap peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari nilai sigifikan (p<0,05) yang artinya terdapat perbedaan signifikan. Kata kunci: discovery learning, team assisted individualization (D-TAI), keterampilan berpikir kritis. Abstrak :Critical thinking skills can be developed through an ideal learning process. An alternative learning model that is thought to have the potential to develop students' critical thinking skills is the Discovery Learning learning model with Team Assisted Individualization (D-TAI). This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Discovery Learning model with Team Assisted Individualization (D-TAI) on the critical thinking skills of class X students regarding environmental change. This type of research is a quasi experiment using a pretest posttest control group design. The research was conducted at SMAN 2 Metro. The population in this study were all students in SMAN 2 Metro class X even semesters totaling 192. The samples in this study were all students in class X IPA 1 and class X IPA 6, totaling 62 students. Samples were taken using clustered random sampling technique. The data collection instrument was a test in the form of a description of 10 items. The data analysis technique used was the independent sample t-test and the N-Gain test. The results showed that the application of the D-TAI learning model was effective in improving students' critical thinking skills. This is indicated by the significadnt value (p<0.05), which means that there is a significant difference. Abstract

Proses membangun pengetahuan merupakan dasar dari suksesnya pembelajaran. Pembelajaran di Abad 21 menitikberatkan pada kompetensi yang digunakan untuk mengatasi permasalahan sehari-hari. Keterampilan metakognitif merupakan keterampilan siswa mampu merefleksikan apa yang mereka pelajari. Siswa yang memiliki keterampilan metakognitif diharapkan mampu menguasai konsep-konsep genetika. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pengetahuan genetika dan keterampilan metakognitif siswa dalam praktikum isolasi DNA berdasarkan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII di salah satu SMA di Tuban Jawa Timur. Untuk keterampilan metakognitif, digunakan instrumen Metacognitive Awareness Inventory yang dimodifikasi dari Schraw dan Dennison (1994). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa yang diuji memiliki tingkat keterampilan metakognitif dalam kategori berkembang sangat baik sebesar 50%, berkembang baik 36% dan mulai berkembang 13%. Ditinjau dari indikator metakognitif menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan siswa memiliki keterampilan metakognitif yang berkembang sangat baik dan baik. Namun siswa masih memiliki kelemahan dalam indikator evaluasi yang masih terdapat keterangan keterampilan metakognitif siswa belum berkembang sebesar 1%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi keterampilan metakognitif siswa berdampak terhadap hasil tes pengetahuan genetika. Hasil tes pengetahuan genetika menunjukkan pengetahuan siswa dalam kategori tinggi sampai sedang. Keterampilan metakognitif berperan dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan genetika yang didukung dengan praktikum isolasi genetika yang berdasarkan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Abstrack: The process of building knowledge is the basis of successful learning. Learning in the 21st Century focuses on competencies that are used to solve everyday problems. Metacognitive skills are skills students are able to reflect on what they learn. Students who have metacognitive skills are expected to be able to master genetic concepts. The purpose of this study was to describe the genetic knowledge and metacognitive skills of students in DNA isolation practicum based on a project-based learning model. The subjects of this study were students of class XII in one of the senior high schools in Tuban, East Java. For metacognitive skills, a modified Metacognitive Awareness Inventory instrument was used from Schraw and Dennison (1994). The results showed that most of the students tested had a metacognitive skill level in the category of very well developed by 50%, well developed 36% and starting to develop 13%. In terms of metacognitive indicators, it shows that overall students have metacognitive skills that are very well developed and well developed. However, students still have weaknesses in the evaluation indicators and there is still a description of students' metacognitive skills that have not developed by 1%. This shows that the higher students' metacognitive skills have an impact on the results of the genetic knowledge test. The results of the genetic knowledge test showed students' knowledge in the high to medium category. Metacognitive skills play a role in increasing genetic knowledge, supported by genetic isolation practicum based on a project-based learning model.

Abstract

Abstrak: Udang vaname (Litopenaeus vannamei) termasuk salah satu komoditas perikanan ekonomis penting yang banyak dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat di Indonesia. Seiring dengan semakin bertambahnya pembudidaya udang, muncul berbagai penyakit yang menyerang udang termasuk udang vaname. Salah satu penyakit yang menyerang udang vaname yaitu berak putih. Hal tersebut membuat para petani udang mencari cara untuk menangani masalah tersebut. Petani udang membuat langkah pencegahan supaya udang terhindar dari berbagai penyakit. Petani udang memanfaatkan kombinasi rempah dan probiotik dalam menangani permasalahan tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pakan tambahan kombinasi rempah dan probiotik terhadap ketahanan tubuh udang vaname melalui telaah kajian hasil penelitian. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan mengkaji beberapa artikel yang berhubungan dengan pakan tambahan, rempah, probiotik, dan ketahanan tubuh udang vaname. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara yang dilakukan dengan para petani udang di Kecamatan Pasir Sakti Kabupaten Lampung Timur, probiotik yang digunakan antara lain EM4, molase, ragi tape, dan yakult. Rempah yang digunakan antara lain mengkudu, bawang putih, jahe, dan kunyit. Berdasarkan hasil telaah kajian penelitian, pakan tambahan berupa rempah dan probiotik dapat mempengaruhi ketahanan tubuh udang vaname. Kombinasi rempah dan probiotik dapat meningkatkan nafsu makan udang dan meningkatkan imunitas udang. Sehingga udang tahan terhadap penyakit dan pertumbuhannya meningkat. Abstract : Vannamei shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) is one of the most important economic fishery commodities consumed by many people in Indonesia. Along with the increasing number of shrimp cultivators, various diseases have emerged that attack shrimp, including vaname shrimp. One of the diseases that attack vaname shrimp is white defecation. This makes shrimp farmers look for ways to deal with the problem. Shrimp farmers make preventive measures so that shrimp avoid various diseases. Shrimp farmers use a combination of spices and probiotics in dealing with these problems. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of supplementary feed with a combination of spices and probiotics on the body resistance of vaname shrimp through a study of research results. The method used is a literature study by reviewing several articles related to additional feed, spices, probiotics, and the body resistance of vaname shrimp. Based on the results of interviews conducted with shrimp farmers in Pasir Sakti District, East Lampung Regency, the probiotics used included EM4, molasses, tape yeast, and yakult. Spices used include noni, garlic, ginger, and turmeric. Based on the results of research studies, additional feed in the form of spices and probiotics can affect the body's resistance of vaname shrimp. The combination of spices and probiotics can increase shrimp appetite and increase shrimp immunity. So that shrimp are resistant to disease and their growth increases.

Abstract

Abstrak: Indonesia memiliki potensi lahan perkebunan karet yang paling luas di dunia, yaitu 3,6 juta hektare area (ha). Banyaknya permintaan karet secara tidak langsung akan meningkatkan jumlah produksi limbah yang berpotensi mencemari lingkungan apabila tidak ditangani dengan benar. Salah satu upaya untuk mengatasi hal tersebut adalah dengan memanfaatkan limbah cair industri karet menjadi pupuk kompos cair. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Mengetahui kualitas dosis pumakkal terbaik terhadap kadar N, P, K pada limbah cair karet. Metode yang digunakan peneliti metode eksperimen dengan melakukan pengamatan terhadap kualitas dosis limbah cair nanas yang dikombinasikan dengan limbah cair karet yang digunakan sebagai pupuk cair. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mengurangi jumlah limbah karet yang dijadikan sebagai pupuk organik cair dengan standar pupuk mutu kadar tiap kandungan N, P, K. Kata kunci: Limbah Karet, Pumakkal, Pupuk Cair Organik Abstrack: Indonesia has the largest potential for rubber plantations in the world, which is 3.6 million hectares of area (ha). The large demand for rubber will indirectly increase the amount of waste production that has the potential to pollute the environment if it is not handled properly. One of the efforts to overcome this is by utilizing liquid waste from the rubber industry into liquid compost. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of the best pumakcal dose on the levels of N, P, K in rubber liquid waste. The method used by researchers is an experimental method by observing the quality of the dosage of pineapple liquid waste combined with rubber liquid waste which is used as liquid fertilizer. The results of this study are expected to reduce the amount of rubber waste that is used as liquid organic fertilizer with quality fertilizer standards for each content of N, P, K. Abstract

Abstrak: Pencemaran lingkungan perairan berdampak pada tingkat akumulasi logam berat pada organ tubuh biota perairan seperti keong mas (Pomacea canaliculata). Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menurunkan kadar timbal pada daging keong mas dari DAM Raman, Metro Lampung, sehingga dapat menjadi alternative bahan pangan hewani. Kadar logam timbal (Pb) diukur dengan metode Vogel’s Spectrophometer UV-Vis atau metode destruksi Spektrofotometri Serapan Atom (SSA). Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa logam Pb di air sebesar 1,225 µg/l, dan di sedimen sebesar 456,165 µg/kg, sedangkan di dalam organ keong mas (P. canaliculata) sebesar 59,924 µg/kg. Penanganan bahan pangan berupa pencucian 3 kali @5 detik dan perebusan mampu menurunkan kadar timbal yang terdapat pada organ keong mas sebesar 49,96%. Batas maksimum konsumsi daging keong dari DAM Raman adalah 50,17 gr/minggu. Abstrack: Pollution of the aquatic environment can affects of the level accumulation of heavy metals in the body organs of aquatic biota such as golden snail (Pomacea canaliculata). This reseach aims to reduce lead (Pb) levels in the golden snail organs from DAM Raman river, Metro City so that it can be an alternative food ingredients. Lead content was measured by the Vogel's Spectrophometer UV-Vis method, at the Analytical Chemistry Laboratory of UM Malang. The results showed that Pb found in water amounted to 1,225 µg/l, and in the sediment amounted to 456,165 µg/kg, while Pb contained in P. canaliculata organs were 59,924 µg/kg. Food processing by washing for 3 times @ 5 seconds and boiling can reduce Pb levels in P. canaliculata meat by 49.96%. The maximum consumption limit weekly of snail meat from DAM Raman is 50.17 grams.
