Abstract

Having published three articles in the Journal La Multiapp: “Doppler Effect and Acoustic Trails of Neutrinos”, “Neutrinos above the Earth's surface” and “Algorithm for detecting acoustic traces of neutrino decay”, I already wanted to stop research in this direction, if only because that I do not have enough competencies in astrophysics, and that published data is enough for specialized specialists to evaluate the technical and scientific novelty and understand the capabilities of the new method. But, when on the morning of February 3, 2024 at 07:40:19 I turned on the monitoring system, bipolar acoustic pulses with a visible period of 40 μs (frequency 25 kHz) began to be observed on the screen with an interval of about 0.3 seconds, the shape of which is very similar to acoustic traces, associated with neutrino decay. The apparent frequency of these pulses was underestimated by a factor of two, probably due to the insufficiently high Nyquist frequency (50 kHz). A similar picture was observed during the next registration at 07:40:38, and at 07:40:57, only five pulses were recorded with a repetition interval of 1 second. On the fourth and fifth of February there were practically no impulses. There was a suspicion that the observed process was timed to coincide with a geomagnetic storm; more precisely, it was the observed processes that caused geomagnetic storms.

Abstract

This research is a response to challenges in school library management, including manual data management and the need for effective human resource management. The research method used is the Research and Development (R&D) method, which consists of several stages such as preliminary studies, development, and product determination. The purpose of this study was to produce an effective training design to improve the quality of web-based library management in Labuhanbatu Regency. The training was aimed at library heads, library staff, and prospective library heads in secondary schools in Labuhanbatu. The needs analysis stage involved interviews and questionnaires to training participants, which indicated the need for increased knowledge in the management of web-based library information systems. The development process included designing a training model, creating training modules, training materials, and web-based training media. The training combined practical and theoretical models, with simulations of the use of web-based library information systems. Evaluation was conducted through performance tests and validation by experts. The evaluation results showed that the training design was rated as excellent by the experts, with an average score of 86.70% for the material and 89.30% for the media. The final product is considered internally valid and can be implemented. The scores from the questionnaire test of the trainees showed the success of the training with a percentage of 76.11%. Statistical tests showed that participants' knowledge increased significantly after the training. The N-Gain Score value of 62.68% indicates that the training model is quite effective.

Abstract

Indonesia's economic growth occurs in all business fields, one of which is the construction sector, this shows that, the construction sector contributes significantly to the country's economic growth. . The purpose of this study will analyze the application of DCL to government regulatory policies, this research method takes case studies on 3 (three) infrastructure projects with vendor selection using 2 (two) alternatives. Alternative 1 uses the selected vendor with the highest DCL value and alternative 2 uses the selected vendor based on the highest rating from the Final Evaluation Results (FER). From the results of the analysis, it was obtained that the implementation of DCL based on the regulation of the Minister of Industry No. 16 of 2011 still met the minimum of 40%, while the amount of DCL based on the regulation of the Ministry of PUPR No. 602/KPTS/M/2023 did not meet the minimum value of 70%. Meanwhile, from the analysis, it was also found that, by maximizing the DCL value, it will have an impact on high price bids, so that the price submitted during tendering will be less competitive and tend to experience price defeat during tendering.

Abstract

CV. XYZ found barriers that could hinder the implementation of a sustainable supply chain in the company. However, the company does not have a resolution method for determining the priority barriers that most influence the implementation. The aim of this research is to determine the barriers that influence the implementation of a sustainable supply chain. Settlement is carried out using the DEMATEL-ISM method. The research results show that the most influential barriers are lack of regulation and guidance from the government (A9) and high initial investment (A1). Because in the DEMATEL-ISM integration, these two factors were found to be located at the lowest level, which is the level with the most influential barriers, which are the main drivers. As a result, companies need to prioritize lack of regulation and guidance from the government and high initial investment as a basis for evaluation and improvement in implementing sustainable supply chains.

Abstract

Realizing quality education starts from good governance and management. The e-RKAM application is one of the breakthroughs that can help the Ministry of Religion to plan the needs of madrasas more efficiently. Through this application, madrasas can be assisted in terms of managing administration starting from the planning, budgeting, and reporting processes. With e-RKAM, good governance can be realized by integrating various things, namely in terms of supervision, control, and institutional accountability. The e-RKAM system is also a reflection of one of the digital transformations in madrasas. With the policy implementation approach from Edward III, policy recommendations can be taken by stakeholders, especially the Central Ministry of Religious Affairs, in terms of improving institutional governance that is transparent, effective and efficient and can have a direct impact on the quality of learning. So that in the future the BOS budget allocation is no longer based on the number of students, but on the performance of each madrasah and how well the activity program is designed. UTAUT's approach to see the application of technology, in this case the e-RKAM application, is related to its ease of use and usefulness for madrasas.

Abstract

One of the programs the Jakarta Capital City Government runs is to lower the traffic in the city by offering spacious and comfortable pedestrian areas. The entire street idea, which divides road space to accommodate different user kinds and abilities, including those with disabilities, is used in its implementation. However, Stakeholder participation has certain drawbacks, including poor institutional coordination and subpar program execution integration with pertinent regional apparatus. This issue is believed to arise when multiple stakeholders' interests are involved, leading to disparities in sectoral perspectives and egos. These issues also make it more challenging to carry out the program's provision of pedestrian amenities. This research identifies internal and external stakeholders who influence the construction of pedestrian facilities in Jakarta and identifies indicators that affect their collaboration.

Abstract

The Faculty of Engineering, University of Singaperbangsa Karawang (Unsika) was established in 1995, one of which is the S1 Industrial Engineering (IT) Study Program, officially registered in 1996. Currently, the faculty is trying to achieve Superior Accreditation or A. The number of applicants for the Industrial Engineering Study Program will increase in 2023, reaching 891 prospective students through the SNBT route, but the capacity can only accommodate 56 people. However, it is in demand as the 4th out of 29 study programs at Unsika. The increase in the number of students is not in line with the on-time graduation rate. This study aims to identify the results of grouping students of the Industrial Engineering Study Program (S1) using the 5C-4C (Knowledge Conversion) process and then implement the relationship with learning activities for the 2017, 2018 and 2019 batches. Next, the data is transformed into information by using the 5C knowledge conversion method: contextualization, categorization, calculation, correction, and condensing. In order to build a program that increases the percentage of students who graduate on time, this information is transformed into knowledge utilizing the 4C knowledge conversion method: comparison, consequence, connections, and conversation. In this study, the population focus is on students of the Industrial Engineering Study Program from three batches, namely 2014, 2015, and 2016. The results of grouping Industrial Engineering students using the 5C process provide a deep understanding of the characteristics and factors that affect learning achievement. This provides a solid foundation for designing appropriate programs to increase the on-time graduation rate.

Abstract

At the moment industrial development, there is open competition on a national and international scale, the manufacturing and service industry sectors are developing very quickly. To create good, quality products and efficiency, the company must have a good track balance. As is the case in nail production. CV. XYZ is a company engaged in manufacturing. This company is located in the city of Sidoarjo, East Java. The aim of this research is to improve the balance of the work station trajectory of the nail production process at CV. XYZ. The method used in this research is the Region Approach and ranked positional weight. The best method chosen for this problem is the Region Approach method, because this method has the greatest line efficiency (68.17%), the smallest balance delay (31.83%), and the smallest smoothes index (100.63), so this method was chosen as the best method and can improve line balancing conditions in the company. The increase in line efficiency from 54.68% using the company method to 68.17% using the Region Approach method can occur due to a reduction in the number of work stations from 5 work stations as well as a decrease in the number of smoothing indexes from 168.20 to 100.63. which indicates that there is an increase in balance between work stations.
