Abstract

ABSTRAK  Kegiatan pengabdian bertujuan untuk melatih kemampuan berwirausaha melalui digital marketing. Kegiatan pengabdian diikuti oleh  remaja panti  asuhan Tuma’ninah Yasin kota Metro yang  menjadi mitra dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini. Metode yang digunakan teknik demonstrasi, tanya jawab, diskusi dan praktik. Hasil pelatihan yang didapat adalah sejumlah 91,71. % peserta memiliki keterampilan memanfaatkan digital marketing untuk berwirausaha dengan menjual produk kerajinan kain flanel. Kata kunci : berwirausaha, digital marketingABSTRACT The purpose of of this dedication is to train entrepreneurial skills through digital marketing. The community service activity was followed by the teenagers of the Metro city Tuma'ninah Yasin orphanage who became partners in this service activity. The methods used were demonstration techniques, question and answer, discussion and practice. The results of the training obtained were 91.71. % of participants have the skills to take advantage of digital marketing for entrepreneurship by selling flannel craft products.  Keywords: entrepreneurship, digital marketing

Abstract

AbstrakPengembangan kewirausahaan pesantren menjadi sesuatu yang perlu untuk dikembangkan dengan tujuan untuk menumbuhkan semangat kemandirian pada para pengelola pondok pesantren. Hanya saja, sejauh ini masih banyak faktor kendala mengenai minimnya pengetahuan dan wawasan dari pihak pengelola pesantren mengenai pengelolaan wirausaha yang tepat, khususnya dalam hal pembudidayaan lele. Budidaya lele ini dipilih, mengingat peluang pasarnya sebenarnya cukup besar, dan pembudidayaannya cenderung relatif mudah dan praktis. Hanya saja sangat disayangkan, pola pembudidayaan lele yang pernah dicoba sejauh ini masih menggunakan sistem yang cenderung konvensional, sehingga selalu mengalami kegagalan. Padahal jika mau dikelola dengan sistem yang baik dan benar, peluang usaha dari budidaya lele ini bagitu sangat menjanjikan.Beranjak dari persoalan itulah, kegiatan pengabdian ini mencoba menawarkan pola pembudidayaan ikan lele dengan sistem bioflok. Berbeda dengan pola pengelolaan konvensional, sistem ini memungkinkan pembudidayaan ikan dengan lahan yang tidak perlu luas, namun dapat dilakukan dengan sistem tebar bibit ikan yang tinggi, hemat pakan ikan dan sekaligus ramah dari polusi lingkungan. Program ini mengambil tempat di Pondok pesantren Imadul Bilad Putri ‘Aisyiyah Imadul Bilad Kota Metro. Model pendekatan yang dipilih dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan pendekatan Partisipatoris. Pendekatan ini digunakan sebagai sebuah elemen dasar proses pemberdayaan masyarakat berupa partispasi dan mobilisasi sosial (social mobilisation). Target luaran dari kegiatan ini diantaranya, Pertama, Pembuatan kolam lele dengan sistem bioflok, kedua, Pembentukan kelompok/tim pengelola budidaya lele., ketiga, Penerbitan artikel pada jurnal ilmiah ber-ISSN. Kata kunci: Kemandirian Pesantren, pola pembudidayaan lele melalui sistem bioflok AbstractEntrepreneurship development of pesantren is something that needs to be developed with the aim to foster a spirit of independence in the boarding school managers. It's just that, so far there are still many obstacles to the lack of knowledge and insights from the pesantren management regarding proper entrepreneurial management, especially in terms of catfish cultivation. This catfish cultivation was chosen, considering the market opportunity is actually quite large, and cultivation tends to be relatively easy and practical. It's just a pity, the pattern of catfish farming that has been tried so far still uses a system that tends to be conventional, so it always fails. Whereas if it is managed with a good and right system, the business opportunity of catfish cultivation is very promising. Up from that problem, this service activity tries to offer a pattern of catfish farming with a biofloc system. In contrast to conventional management patterns, this system allows fish cultivation with land that does not need to be extensive, but can be done with a high fish seed stocking system, saving fish feed and at the same time friendly from environmental pollution. This program is located at Imadul Bilad Putri Islamic Boarding School 'Aisyiyah Imadul Bilad Metro City. The approach model chosen in the implementation of community service uses a participatory approach. This approach is used as a basic element of the community empowerment process in the form of participation and social mobilization. The output targets of this activity include, first, the making of catfish ponds with biofloc systems, second, the formation of catfish culture management groups / teams. Abstract

ABSTRAKSalah satu aspek yang terdampak wabah virus Corona adalah kegiatan perekonomian, terutama yang amat terasa adalah pada empat sektor yang paling tertekan akibat wabah Covid-19 yaitu rumah tangga, UMKM, korporasi, dan sektor keuangan. Pertumbuhan ekonomi pun diprediksi akan mengalami kontraksi. Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) yang berlaku mengharuskan aktivitas warga dilakukan dari rumah atau secara daring, hal ini tentunya membuat tingkat daya beli masyarakat menurun drastis karena mayoritas kegiatan pemenuhan kebutuhan hidup dilakukan secara konvensional terutama bagi keluarga miskin dan rentan yang bekerja di sektor informal. Masyarakat khususnya Kelompok Wanita Rumah Tangga (KWRT) di PAK TEJO, harus lebih dewasa untuk menyikapI hal Covid-19  harus mampu melihat masalah ini semua solusi untuk menghadapi hal tersebut adalah mengingkatkan kreativitas inovasi dan bangkit untuk berwirausaha.Hasil inovasi produk dan potensi wisata agar cepat di kenal oleh masyarakat luas baik Lokal, Regianal, Nasional, tetapi harus memahami sosial media terutama IG (Instagram) dan FB (Facebook) serta perlu adanya website sebagai alat dan media promosi yang tepat untuk memperkenalkan potensi yang ada. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat di PAK TEJO, sangat menarik dan bermanfaat untuk menambah ilmu pengetahuan dan dilaksanakan secara gratis, salah satu diantaranya pelatihan tentang membuat corak warna pada kaos atau kemeja baru atau bekas menjadi protensi usaha baru, pengolahan buat pisang, mulai dari kulit dibuat “brownis” sedangkan daging pisang olahan menjadi “bola-bola pisang” yang dapat dijajakan PAK TEJO.Kata Kunci : PAK TEJO, Sosial Media “IG,FB” dan KWRT.ABSTRACTOne of the aspects affected by the Corona virus outbreak is economic activity, especially in the four sectors most depressed due to the Covid-19 outbreak, namely households, MSMEs, corporations, and the financial sector. Economic growth is also predicted to experience a contraction. The applicable Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) require that residents' activities be carried out from home or online, this of course causes the level of people's purchasing power to drop drastically because the majority of activities to fulfill their daily needs are carried out conventionally, especially for poor families and vulnerable who work in the informal sector. The community, especially the Household Women Group (KWRT) in PAK TEJO, must be more mature to respond to the Covid-19 case, must be able to see this problem. All solutions to deal with this are to increase innovative creativity and rise to entrepreneurship.The results of product innovation and tourism potential are quickly recognized by the wider community, both local, regional and national, but must understand social media, especially IG (Instagram) and FB (Facebook) and there is a need for a website as the right promotional tool and media to introduce potential there is. The community service program at PAK TEJO is very interesting and useful to increase knowledge and is carried out free of charge, one of which is training on making color patterns on new or used shirts or shirts to become new business protection, processing for bananas, starting from the skin made " brownies ”while the processed banana meat becomes“ banana balls ”which PAK TEJO can sell.Keywords: PAK TEJO, Social Media "IG, FB" and KWRT

Abstract

ABSTRAK  Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan alternatif produk alami sebagai cairan pembersih, desinfektan, dan pupuk organik di masa pandemi covid-19 serta mengurangi dampak pencemaran lingkungan. Metode pelaksanaan diawali dengan pengumpulan data dan informasi, koordinasi tim dan mitra, tahap persiapan serta kegiatan pelatihan kepada mitra. Inovasi dan kreativitas dalam pembuatan eco-enzyme, hadir sebagai solusi terbaik bagi ibu rumah tangga dalam mengolah sampah organik menjadi sesuatu yang lebih bermanfaat. Para ibu rumah tangga memiliki aktivitas baru, bisa lebih menghemat pengeluaran dan secara tidak langsung membantu para petugas kebersihan dalam memilah sampah rumah tangga menjadi sampah organik dan anorganik. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan para ibu rumah tangga bisa semakin kreatif dan inovatif dalam mengolah sampah rumah tangga kedepannya. Kata kunci: eco-enzyme, covid-19, sampah, ibu rumah tangga, desinfektanABSTRACT This community service activity aims to obtain alternative natural products as cleaning fluids, disinfectants, and organic fertilizers during the Covid-19 pandemic and reduce the impact of environmental pollution. The implementation method begins with data and information collection, team and partner coordination, preparation stages and training activities for partners. Innovation and creativity in making eco-enzyme are present as the best solution for housewives in processing organic garbage into something more useful. Housewives have new activities, can save more money and indirectly help cleaners in sorting household garbage into organic and inorganic garbage. Through this activity, it is hoped that housewives can be more creative and innovative in treating household garbage in the future.Keywords: eco-enzyme, covid-19, garbage, housewives, disinfectant
