Abstract

This research found that tarbiyah students who are prospective Islamic religious education teachers at PTIQ University Jakarta have been equipped with five competencies, namely personality competence, pedagogical competence, social competence, professional competence and spiritual competence. This research concludes that the tarbiyah students who are prospective teachers of Islamic religious education at PTIQ University Jakarta have been equipped with the competencies that the author has mentioned above and with the encouragement of professional educators in the tarbiyah faculty at PTIQ University Jakarta, these prospective teachers have the competencies. who is qualified to become a professional Islamic religious education teacher

Abstract

This study discusses the influence of rationalism as a branch of philosophy on the methods and approaches to al-Manar's interpretation. Rationalism, which places reason as the main tool in understanding reality, is an important element in building a rational and contextual approach to interpretation. In their interpretation of al-Manar, Muhammad Abduh and Rasyid Ridha try to harmonize revelation and reason to answer the challenges of modernism, such as social reform, education and the revival of Muslims. This research shows that the influence of rationalism is reflected in the efforts of al-Manar's interpretation to provide explanations that are logical, applicable and relevant to the socio-political conditions of his time. This approach not only emphasizes textual aspects, but also considers moral and social aspects, making this tafsir one of the progressive works in Islamic studies. In conclusion, rationalism enriches interpretive methodology by opening space for dialogue between revelation and contemporary reality, resulting in a more relevant and inclusive understanding. These findings emphasize the role of philosophy, especially rationalism, in supporting the development of Islamic studies that are adaptive to changing times

Abstract

This can be seen through authentic hadiths relating to the leadership journey of the Prophet Muhammad. Hadith is the second source of law after the Qur'an in the sources of Islamic law. This research aims to describe the theory of human resource organization in Islamic education. The method used in this research is library research. Data was obtained through searching primary sources and articles that have been published in scientific journals. Through in-depth analysis of relevant verses of the Qur'an and Hadith regarding human resource organization theory. This research reveals that educator performance basically describes the abilities of a profession related to the role and duties of an educator. Including the profession of Islamic education teacher to continuously make efforts to increase competence and develop students in piety and good morals which are described in competency development for six aspects of faith, five aspects of Islam and multi-aspects of faith

Abstract

This research aims to explore how the Al-Qur'an can provide a balance between artificial intelligence (AI) and spiritual intelligence (SI). Through in-depth analysis of relevant Al-Qur'an verses regarding AI and SI, this research reveals that Al-Qur'an Learning is an important aspect in the lives of Muslims, and along with technological developments, the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in The process of learning the Al-Qur’an is increasingly becoming a concern. The implementation of AI in education, including in the study of the Al-Qur’an, offers the potential to increase effectiveness, engagement and accessibility. This research also identifies the potential for synergy between AI and SI in improving the understanding and implementation of Al-Qur'an teachings in modern life. In this case, with technological advances, especially in artificial intelligence (AI), there is great potential to increase the effectiveness and accessibility of learning the Al-Qur’an

Abstract

The main problem in data management is how to store, manage and access data efficiently, consistently, structured and securely in various usage environments. This becomes increasingly important as the volume and complexity of data that must be processed in a short time increases. The purpose of this paper is to examine the basic concepts of databases and the role of database management systems in supporting data storage, processing and utilization needs in various fields, both organizations and industry. The research was carried out through a literature study approach to various sources that discuss the structure, function and characteristics of modern data management systems. The study results show that the database management system provides a systematic mechanism for data management, enabling control of integrity, security, data recovery, as well as ease of access for users with various needs. In conclusion, implementing a database management system correctly can increase operational efficiency, minimize errors, and support information-based decision making that is accurate, relevant, and reliable

Abstract

This article discusses the strategic role of Management Information Systems (MIS) in supporting decision-making processes in higher education management. In the digital era, higher education institutions face complex governance processes that require integrated and responsive information systems. Using a literature review approach with descriptive qualitative methods, this article examines how MIS is used in managing academic, financial, and human resource data to support evidence-based decision-making. The study results indicate that MIS can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of institutional management, but its implementation still faces challenges such as limited human resources, organizational cultural resistance, and a lack of system integration. This article recommends strengthening a data-driven work culture, training human resources, and supporting institutional policies as strategic steps to optimize the use of MIS in higher education

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas Paradigma baru pengelolaan pendidikan tinggi yang muncul seiring dengan lahirnya PP 61, Tahun 1999 tentang otonomi PT, telah melahirkan berbagai pergeseran sistem manajemen internal PT. PP 61, Tahun 1999 lahir dari keinginan untuk meningkatkan pelaksanaan sistem desentralisasi PT, khususnya bagi PTN. Pengambilan berbagai kebijakan pendidikan tinggi pada saat ini relatif terpusat di Ditjen Dikti, berikutnya secara bertahap akan diberikan kepada masing-masing PT. Hal ini memberikan keleluasaan yang lebih tinggi bagi pimpinan PT untuk mengatur pemanfaatan sumber daya yang dimiliki sesuai dengan visi dan misi PT yang bersangkutan. Konsekuensi ini melahirkan perlunya sistem yang mampu untuk men-sinergikan segala sumber daya yang ada, sehingga akan meningkatkan derajat penyatuan sumber daya atau semacam sentralisasi pada tingkat internal PT untuk meng-optimalisasi pemanfaatan sumber daya. Tujuan studi deskriftif ini adalah untuk mengetahui berbagai permasalahan dan hambatan, mekanisme pendataan, serta pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) dalam mendukung sistem informasi manajemen perguruan tinggi. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa sebagian PT telah melaksanakan pengumpulan dan pengolahan data secara rutin setiap tahun. Pendataan didominasi oleh pengumpulan data melalui instrumen kuesioner, baik oleh Ditjen Dikti maupun oleh PSP Balitbang Depdiknas. Dua penyebab utama terhambatnya pendataan dari Ditjen Dikti dan PSP Balitbang Depdiknas dan dari institusi PT itu sendiri. SDM merupakan hambatan yang dominan dalam pengelolaan SIM PT dan belum semua PT yang menjadi sampel studi memiliki SIM PT, dan hampir separuh responden menunjukkan bahwa belum semua aplikasi SIM PT beroperasi dengan baik

Abstract

The development of information and communications technology (ICT) has become a major driver in the transformation of education systems throughout the world. This abstract explores the important role of ICT in the context of education policy, exploring how its use can be increased to support the development of education that is adaptive and responsive to global change. The main focus includes aspects of learning quality, educational accessibility, and curriculum relevance. In this analysis, it was found that ICT is not only a supporting tool, but a fundamental foundation for creating a dynamic learning environment. Strong integration between progressive policies and holistic ICT use strategies is needed to achieve inclusive education goals

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine he planning of ta'zir in improving discipline and the implementation of ta'zir in improving the discipline of students at the An Najah Cisauk Rumpin Bogor Modern Islamic Boarding School. This type of research is a type of evaluative research with a qualitative approach. This research is field research, the methods used are observation, interviews and documentation. The data source for this research is the management of the An Najah Cisauk Rumpin Bogor Modern Islamic Boarding School. Data analysis used in this research uses data reduction methods which are then presented in descriptive form and verified by drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that planning is good, implementation is effective and the results of the ta'zir program can improve the discipline of students at the An Najah Cisauk Rumpin Bogor Modern Islamic Boarding School

Abstract

This paper examines the verses of the Qur'an based on an expert understanding of the purpose of education. This article uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of the study showed that education is organized to educate each individual in his role as a servant of God, personal, part of the profession, part of society, citizen and citizen of the world. In the Qur'an, education aims to educate individuals to develop their potential. The Qur'an teaches that people are educated to have sufficient knowledge, good manners, qualified skills, and based on faith. The purpose of such education, is described by Islamic education experts who understand the verses of the Qur'an from various sides
