Abstract

Agama tampaknya memang tidak dapat dipisahkan dari kehidupan manusia. Pengingkaran manusia terhadap agama mungkin karena faktor-faktor tertentu baik yang disebabkan oleh kepribadian maupun lingkungan masing-masing. Kesehatan mental adalah terhindarnya seseorang dari keluhan dan gangguan mental baik berupa neurosis maupun psikosis (penyesuaian diri terhadap lingkungan sosial) Orang yang sehat mental akan senantiasa merasa aman dan bahagia dalam kondisi apapun, ia juga akan melakukan intropeksi atas segala hal yang dilakukannya sehingga ia akan mampu mengontrol dan mengendalikan dirinya sendiri

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the implementation of technology in learning and its impact on student learning outcomes. The method used is a literature study by collecting data from journals and articles related to the implementation of technology in learning. The results show that the use of technology in learning can provide advantages such as increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of learning, facilitating learning skills, and enriching learning content. However, the use of technology also has disadvantages or negative effects such as dependence on technology and potential disruption of concentration. Therefore, the use of technology in learning needs to be managed properly and balanced, as well as developing balanced learning and digital skills for students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the participation of school committees in implementing the management of educational facilities and infrastructure at SDIT Cahaya Sunnah Cileungsi Bogor. This research is a field research (field research) with a qualitative descriptive research type. The subjects of this study were the Head of Madrasah, Deputy Head of Madrasah in the field of educational facilities and infrastructure. The object of this research is the implementation of the management of educational facilities and infrastructure which includes planning, procurement, use, maintenance, inventory and elimination of educational facilities and infrastructure. Methods of data collection obtained from the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study on school committee participation in the management of educational facilities and infrastructure at SDIT Cahaya Sunnah Cileungsi Bogor, namely: (a) Planning for facilities and infrastructure which is carried out every new school year. (b) Procurement of educational facilities and infrastructure is carried out by adjusting the needs that have been planned. (c) the use of facilities and infrastructure is carried out properly according to their functions. (d) maintenance of facilities and infrastructure is carried out routinely and periodically. (e) an inventory of educational facilities and infrastructure is carried out regularly according to the implementation procedure. (f) the deletion of educational facilities and infrastructure is carried out by collecting data and considering the items to be abolished.

Abstract

This study aims to see how the implementation of academic supervision of headmaster during the Covid 19 pandemic. This research was conducted using qualitative methods with the type of phenomenological research. The research was conducted at MTs Al-Wathoniyah 1A Duren Sawit, Academic Year 2020-2021. Data collection was carried out by interview, observation and documentation. The subjects of this study were the headmster, the deputy head of the madrasah in the field of curriculum, and teachers in the field of study. The implementation of the academic supervision of headmaster is carried out in three cycles, namely cycle 1 in the form of a contract, cycle 2 in the form of implementation, and cycle 3 in the form of strengthening. The results showed that the implementation of academic supervision of headmaster during the Covid 19 pandemic was going well. Although the learning uses a weekly class shift system, it does not reduce the enthusiasm of the headmaster to continue to improve the quality of the teaching and learning process at MTs Al-Wathoniyah 1A Duren Sawit. Teaching and learning activities at MTs Al-Wathoniyah 1A Duren Sawit are conducted face-to-face with a system of alternating classes every week. MTs Al-Wathoniyah 1A Duren Sawit is in the green zone so that it was allowed by the Covid 19 task force team in North Labuhanbatu Regency to carry out face to-face teaching and learning activities

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that differentiate teachers' competencies. This research used a quantitative method with a survey approach. The population of this study was 99 teachers from Nurul Iman Integrated Islamic Elementary School and Al-Azhar Jaka Permai Islamic Elementary School. The statistical analysis used was multiple regression analysis and residual test for moderating variables. The results showed that there are 4 variables that significantly (p = 0.05) can demonstrate differences in teachers' professional competencies, namely: interactivity and mastery of student development are the most dominant variables that can identify differences in teacher competencies, as seen in the canonical correlation coefficient of 0.609, which when squared becomes (0.609)² = 0.370, meaning that 37% of the variation in teacher professional competency variables is explained by discriminant variables, namely interactive and understanding student development variables that can identify differences in teacher competencies through the test (Wilk’s Lambda = 0.629; Chi-square = 11.360 and p = 0.000); Discriminant function equation: Z = -.002 + 0.379 X3.2 - 0.240 X4.2.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to improve the speaking skills of children aged 5 - 6 years using hand puppets at Handayani Caringin Bogor Early Childhood Education. The research was conducted as classroom action research with two cycles on 19 children. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative by comparing data obtained from initial conditions, cycle I and cycle II with four stages, namely planning action, implementing action, carrying out observation, and reflection. Based on the results of the known data analysis, after the process of using hand puppet media, the child's speaking skills before using hand puppet media received a score of 52.63% with poor criteria and in the first cycle of action, they scored 63.16% with good criteria. In cycle II, the average child's speaking skills after using hand puppets increased by 84.21%.

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan di MTs Al-Wathoniyah 2 Duren Sawit Jakarta Timur, dan merupakan penelitian penelitian kualitatif deskriptif teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah dengan observasi partisipasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Subyek penelitian ini yaitu Kepala Marasah, para guru dan tenaga kependidikan yang berkompeten. Hasil penelitian data ini adalah: (1) unsur-unsur yang disupervisi oleh Kepala MTs Al-Wathoniyah 2 Duren Sawit adalah perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan evaluasi pembelajaran; (2) strategi digunakan dalam meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru-guru, diantaranya: kunjungan kelas; observasi; rapat; diklat; dan pertemuan pribadi dengan guru. (3) umpan balik dan tindak lanjut supervisi Kepala Madrasah diantaranya: (a) memperbaiki kemampuan merencanakan, melaksanakan dan evaluasi pembelajaran dengan cara observasi kepada guru; (b) guru-guru memperbaiki kemampuan merencanakan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi pembelajaran dengan cara mempelajari buku-buku tentang pembelajaran; (c) guru-guru berusaha memperbaiki kemampuan merencanakan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi pembelajaran melalui Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP)

Abstract

The aim of the study was to describe the application of disciplinary character education in Karya Merdeka Kindergarten Samboja Kutai Kartanegara. This study used descriptive qualitative research, with the research subjects being teachers and students in class group B2. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The results of the study showed: instilling the character of discipline through activities: (1) a program to habituate smiles, greetings, greetings, being polite and polite to children from an early age. (2) come to school on time by doing line activities together in front of the yard regularly before entering class. (3) get used to lining up neatly when entering class. (4) tidying children's clothes regularly with the aim that children are used to living neatly and cleanly. (5) teach children to store shoes independently on the shoe rack. (6) teach children to tidy up toys that have been used independently. (7) teach children to wash their hands before drinking and eating. (8) teach children to dispose of the canoe in the space provided.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of HOTS-based inquiry training model on critical thinking skills in PAI learning meta-analysis. Research data were obtained from 26 studies that met the inclusion criteria. Research data was obtained through the databases of ERIC, ScienceDirect, Wiley, Taylor of Francis, Mendeley and IEEE. Data analysis calculates the effect size value with the help of the JASP application. The results of the study concluded that the mean effect size value after analysis was found to be d =1.150 ; p < 0.001; z = 9.273.. These findings explain that the HOTS-based inquiry training model has a positive effect on children  critical thinking skills in PAI learning. This research provides important information in the application of this model to encourage children's critical thinking skills in learning Islam.
