Abstract

Recommender system or recommendation system is becoming an increasingly important technology on e-commerce websites to help users find products that suit their preferences. However, the growing number of users and products makes finding the right product difficult. Therefore, this study aims to develop a recommender system on e-commerce websites using collaborative filtering and deep learning techniques. Collaborative filtering is used to find similarities between users based on their preferences, while deep learning is used to improve the performance of the recommender system in generating more accurate recommendations. The test method is carried out by comparing the performance of the recommender system developed with the recommender system that already exists on the e-commerce website. The results of the test show that the recommender system developed is able to provide recommendations that are more accurate and more in line with user preferences compared to the existing recommender system.

Abstract

The topic of health-care financing is becoming increasingly important, particularly in light of the Covid-19 pandemic. In this study, we examine the pattern of funding for the national health system from the standpoint of economic thought, as well as the role of government in the context of macroeconomic analysis of social welfare. Conceptual Analysis is the method employed. The data used is based on related theory. This study discovered that health issues are social welfare issues as one of the macroeconomic goals. The macroeconomic debate employs an interdisciplinary framework in which the determinants include external shocks and policy levers, while the pure or theoretical ones are descriptive and applied, resulting in outputs such as prices, growth, output, and international balances. In theory, government involvement in the economy can be divided into two extremes: the classical view and the Keynesian view. The problem of wage and price flexibility, self-adjustment, and government intervention is the result of these two views, though there is a middle view; Schumpeter. The health system can be funded in three ways: entirely by the government, partially by the government, and entirely by the private sector or the public. Furthermore, the cost of health insurance is influenced by the economy, competition, rules, company goals, market structure, government intervention, and a variety of other factors. In the future, studies must be conducted using big data

This study uses quantitative data with survey research. The results show that Time Budget Pressure has an effect on Audit Quality with Auditor Ethics as a moderating variable, while Audit Risk has no effect on audit quality with Auditor Ethics as a moderating variable.

Abstract

This study aims to identify policies and practices for developing human resource competencies in TNI (Indonesian National Armed Forces) organizations and Ministries/Non-Ministerial Government Agencies. This study uses a qualitative approach with a multiple case study design. The research subjects were two organizations, namely the TNI and Ministries/Non-Ministerial Government Agencies. Data collection was carried out through literature studies. The collected data were then analyzed using thematic analysis techniques. The results of the analysis show that the TNI organization and the Ministries/Non-Ministry Government Agencies show ideas about the concept of career planning that can solve the problem of stagnation of positions in order to make the TNI Transformation successful in the future. Therefore, TNI organizations and Ministries/Non-ministerial Government Agencies need to continue to develop appropriate policies and practices in developing human resource competencies, as well as considering the constraints that occur. In the context of globalization and increasingly fierce competition, developing human resource competencies in government organizations is very important to support the achievement of organizational goals and improve the quality of public services.
