Abstract

ABSTRACT The problem in this study is that there are consumers who are not satisfied with the lifestyle, taste, and brand image provided by Kopi Sabin. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of lifestyle, taste and brand image on repurchase decisions among Kopi Sabin Banjarnegara consumers. This type of research is quantitative research. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire, data obtained from a sample of the research population, namely 87 consumers. The sampling technique in this research used a purposive sampling method. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. Quantitative analysis in research uses validity and reliability tests with Cronbach's Alpha. The classical assumption test includes normality test, heteroscedacity test and multicollinearity test. The results showed that partially lifestyle affects repurchase decisions, taste affects repurchase decisions while brand image has no significant effect on repurchase decisions. Simultaneously, lifestyle, taste and brand image have a significant influence on repurchase decisions, as evidenced by the coefficient of determination of 57.8%, the remaining 42.2% is influenced by other variables not included in this research. Suggestions for future researchers are that researchers should be able to develop research with other variables.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The Covid-19 pandemic that occurred has had a huge impact on customers in the MSME sector. The implementation of large-scale social restrictions forced people to stay at home, this greatly affected the business activities carried out by MSME players, where there was a decrease in turnover which also affected MSME credit. The aim of this research is to determine the process of implementing credit restructuring and business continuity during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted at Bank BTPN Syariah Purworejo Klampok branch using qualitative research methods. The data source is primary data. The primary data source in this research was obtained directly through interviews. The informants for this research are Btpn Syariah Customers and Employees. Data collection used observation and interview methods. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data display, and data verification. The results of this research show that credit restructuring as credit anticipation due to Covid-19 according to Indonesian laws and regulations has been implemented effectively. Credit restructuring can save creditors from bad credit, debtors have the opportunity to organize their business and finances and then have the ability to repay their deb.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze whether there is an influence of Training, self-confidence, skills. Communication on Public Speaking Ability This study uses multiple regression analysis tools by first converting the ordinal scale to an interval scale through the method of successive intervals. The classical assumption used in this study is the normality test aims to test whether in the regression model the dependent variable and the independent variable both have a normal distribution or not. A good regression model is one that has a normal or near-normal data distribution. The assumption of multicollinearity is a situation where there is a correlation between independent variables between one and another. Heteroscedasticity is cross-section data containing a heteroscedastic situation because the data collects data that represents various sizes. This study uses primary data Primary data is obtained directly by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Respondents in this study were 100 students. The results of the study include: Training has a significant effect on the Public Speaking Ability of STIE Tamansiswa Banjarnegara students. The results of the study include: Self-confidence has a significant effect on the Public Speaking Ability of STIE Tamansiswa Banjarnegara students., Communication skills have a significant effect on the Public Speaking Ability of STIE Tamansiswa Banjarnegara students. Abstract

ABSTRAC The stock price is the price that occurs on the stock market whose information is needed by investors in making decisions when investing in a company. Stock prices can be influenced by several factors, one of which was during the Covid-19 pandemic the combined stock price index fell to 4,905 or weakened 16.75% (Wicaksono, 2020). This study aims to determine the effect of profitability ratios proxied using earnings per share, liquidity proxied using the current ratio, and solvency proxied using the debt to equity ratio on stock prices in food and beverage manufacturing companies in 2018 – 2021. This research This study uses secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018 – 2021. The total sample used in this study was 47 samples, using a purposive sampling technique. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially the earnings per share, current ratio, and debt to equity ratio variables have no effect on stock prices. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously all variables of earnings per share, current ratio and debt to equity ratio have no effect on stock price variables.

Abstract

Study This aim For evaluate performance finance based on ratio liquidity , ratio solvency , ratio profitability in Cooperatives archipelago from 2022-2023 . Data used in study This is secondary data form report finance officially obtained​ from Archipelago Cooperative . Analysis used​ is analysis descriptive quantitative . Guided by the Regulations Deputy Field Supervision Ministry Cooperatives and SMEs Number 06/Per/Dep. 6./ IV/2016 concerning guidelines evaluation performance cooperative . Based on research, analysis of liquidity, solvency and profitability performance in highlighting important aspects of the cooperative's financial sustainability. Research results showing ratio liquidity deep average four know final with mark percentage 15.12% then can categorized as Good . Average value of the ratio solvency in four year cooperative archipelago from in 2020-2023 amounting to 74.94% with category good , average value​ ratio profitability amounting to 10.81% with category said Enough Good . This analysis provides a comprehensive picture of the cooperative's financial health, highlighting the importance of financial ratios in evaluating the cooperative's financial performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Celebrity and Electronic Word Of Mouth on purchasing decisions for The Originote products, partially and simultaneously. The research method used in this research is research using a quantitative approach to The Originote skincare. The population in this study were consumers of The Originote skincare products and the respondents in this study were 50. The data collection method used a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques in this research include Validity Test, Reliability, Normality, Multiple Linear Regression, and Hypothesis Testing. The research results show that Celebrity Endorsers have an influence on Purchasing Decisions. This is proven by the results of testing the Celebrity Endorser hypothesis Tcount > Ttable (8.676 > 2.01174) with a significance level of 0.000. Electronic Word Of Mouth shows Tcount > Ttable (4.991 > 2.01174) with a significance level of 0.000. And simultaneously Celebrity Endorser and Electronic Word Of Mouth influence the decision to purchase The Originote product with a value of Fcount > Ftable (93.076 > 3.20).

Abstract

Blockchain technology has been widely adopted in various sectors in this modern era. However, its application in accounting information systems in the government sector, especially in Indonesia, is still relatively limited. This research aims to explore the potential that can be generated through the implementation of blockchain in accounting information systems in government. Using a qualitative method based on a literature review, this research found that the implementation of blockchain can provide three main benefits: increasing the government's credibility in the eyes of the public, reducing the risk of manipulation and fraud, and increasing overall operational efficiency. The limitation of this research is the use of a limited approach to literature reviews. It is hoped that further research can explore this topic in more depth through quantitative and qualitative methods, including in-depth interviews to gain more holistic insights.

Abstract

ABSTRACT In the era of globalization and digitalization in the workforce, the high rate of open unemployment indicates low job readiness, particularly among final-year students entering the workforce. Non-degree learning programs organized by organizations or industries provide knowledge and skills with high relevance to the workforce and business sectors. These are offered through short courses, boot camps, massive open online courses (MOOCs), and other formats, followed by collaborative activities with fellow participants or partner organization personnel in projects or case studies. However, due to the limited prior research discussing this topic, this study aims to examine the influence of student competencies, internship programs, and career adaptability on the job readiness of final-year students in the digital era. A total of 210 students participated using quota sampling to fill out questionnaires based on primary data sources. A purposive sampling method was applied with the criterion that participants had prior internship experience. Regression analysis results show that, partially, student competencies, internship programs, and career adaptability have a significant effect on job readiness. The participative level of these research variables contributes 70.5% to the job readiness of students. This indicates that graduate competencies (students), internship programs, and career adaptability are essential factors that students must possess to enhance job readiness. Students with career adaptability are concerned about their future careers, making them more prepared to face changes in the workplace in the context of global competition and digitalization.

Abstract

The research activity focuses on the problem of whether the internal control system has an effect on sales effectiveness with internal audit as an intervening variable. The analysis tool used is multiple regression, using a Likert scale and questionnaire. The sample method with random sampling. Data analysis uses a research methodology with a classical assumption test, t test, f test, and determination test. Primary data was obtained from several employees totaling 55 people in the company. Several research results were obtained, including that the internal control system and internal audit both have an effect on sales effectiveness. The internal control system has an indirect effect through internal audit as an intervening variable. The level of measurement that the direct influence is greater than the indirect influence, which indicates that the internal control system has a more significant direct influence on sales effectiveness.

Abstract

The use of Paylater is currently increasing along with the increasing use of the internet as a means of transaction. Low financial literacy and lack of self-control can affect consumptive behavior. This study was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of the use of paylater, financial literacy and self-control on the consumptive behavior of university students in Banjarnegara Regency. This study uses a quantitative method. The population in this study is university students in Banjarnegara Regency who are registered in PPDikti in 2023 through 4 universities in Banjarnegara Regency, namely STIE Tamansiswa Banjarnegara, Banjarnegara Polytechnic, STAI Tanbihul Ghofilin Banjarnegara and STIMIK Tunas Bangsa Banjarnegara with a total of 1960 students, while the sample used was 100 respondents. This study uses a purposive sampling technique. The data used were primary data and data collection techniques using questionnaires. The variables used are independent variables consisting of the use of paylater, financial literacy and self-control, while the bound variables are consumptive behavior. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, partial tests show that the use of paylater has no effect on consumptive behavior, financial literacy has no effect on consumptive behavior, and self-control has an effect on consumptive behavior. The value of the determination coefficient is 0.205. This shows that the ability of independent variables to explain the dependent variable is 20.5%, while the remaining 79.5% is influenced by other variables that are not studied in this study.
