Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine Service Quality at the Arga Jaya Village office, Air Rami District, Muko Muko District. The method used in this research is to use a questionnaire method and the scale used is the Community Satisfaction Survey (SKM) And the results of the service quality questionnaire pembutan Certificate of Disability at the Village Office Arga Jaya District Air Rami Muko-Muko District obtained a score of 82 with the quality of service B with good criteria because it is in the range of SKM Conversion Interval Rates 76.61 - 88.30.

Abstract

Marketing strategy is a organized plan in marketing field to obtain maximal result, the strategy in marketing has wide scope in marketing such as strategy in facing competition, pricing strategy, product strategy, service strategy etc. Boim Broiler business at Manna South of Bengkulu support aggressive strategy. The result shows that total power is 19,00 while the weakness is 9,24 so quadrant of internal factors are 19,00-9,24=9,76. It means that Boim broiler business maximize power and minimize weakness in internal. The chance from the strategy is 17,52 and threat is 10,41. So the quadrant of external factor is 17,52 – 10,41 = 7,11 means high ability from Boim broiler business in taking chance and solve the threat in broiling market.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine a correlation between product completeness and price with purchasing decisions at Toko Harapan Baru in Manna of South Bengkulu. The samples in this study were 120 customers who purchased goods at Toko Harapan Baru Manna of South Bengkulu. Sampling is done by accidental sampling technique. Data collection methods by using questionnaires and analytical methods used are Spearman rank correlation and hypothesis testing. The results showed that product completeness has a very strong correlation with the purchasing decision at Toko Harapan Baru in Manna with a correlation value of 0.888 is located at coefficient interval of 0.80 – 1.000. Then, the value of prices with purchasing decisions of consumer have a strong correlation is 0.787, and lies in the interval coefficient of 0.60 - 0.799. The results of hypothesis testing of correlation between product completeness with purchasing decision shows that the value of t count is greater than t table (20.999 > 1.658), meaning that product completeness has a significant correlation with the purchasing decision at Toko Harapan Baru in Manna of South Bengkulu. The results of hypothesis testing between prices and purchasing decisions indicate that t count is greater than t table (13,850 > 1,658), meaning that the price has a significant correlation with purchasing decisions of consumer at Toko Harapan Baru in Manna of South Bengkulu.

Abstract

The research aim to know the relationship of competence and motivation with performance teacher at SMK Negeri 4 Kaur Regency. Method Analysis the used is correlation spearman rank and hypothesis test. From result of calculation of correlation of rank spearman between competence with performance teacher at SMK Negeri 4 Kaur Regency known by value of rho count equal to 0,812 its meaning the relationship of competence with performance teacher at SMK Negeri 4 Kaur Regency is very strength, because correlation value reside in coefficient interval 0,800 - 1,000. From result of calculation of correlation of rank spearman between motivation with performance teacher at SMK Negeri 4 Kaur Regency known by value of rho count equal to 0,665 its meaning of the relationship motivation with performance teacher at SMK Negeri 4 Kaur Regency is strength, because correlation value reside in coefficient interval 0,600 - 0,799. Assess rho count for the relationship competence with performance teacher at SMK Negeri 4 Kaur Regency equal to 0,812 while rho tables is 0,392 or 0,812 > 0,392 so that Ho refused and Ha accepted, its meaning there are relation which is significant between competence with performance teacher at SMK Negeri 4 Kaur Regency. While Assess rho count for the relationship motivation with performance teacher at SMK Negeri 4 Kaur Regency equal to 0,665 while rho tables is 0,392 or 0,665 > 0,392 so that Ho refused and Ha accepted, its meaning there are relation which is significant between motivation with performance teacher at SMK Negeri 4 Kaur Regency.

Abstract

This study government organizations are demanded for Good Governance in providing services to the community. Some things that can improve employee performance in the form of leadership style, competence and compensation. This study shows that leadership style variables in government organizations have a positive and significant relationship to employee performance, competency variables in government organizations have a positive and significant relationship to employee performance. While compensation variables have a significant effect one mployeeper formance. Based on the results of the leadership style variables it is known that the value of t is greater than t table ¬; (4,71452> 1,66055) means that the leadership style has a significant relationship to the Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Seluma. This explains that there is a fairly close relationship between leadership style and employee performance at the Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Seluma. If the leadership style is improved, employee performance will increase. Based on the results of the Competency variable, it is known that the t value is greater than t table; (7,62073> 1,66055) means that competence has a significant relationship with employee performance at the Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Seluma. This explains that there is a close relationship between competence and employee performance at the Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Seluma If competency is improved, employeeper formance will increase. Based on the compensation results it is known that the calculated t value is greater than t table; (9,70344> 1,66055) means that compensation has a significant relationship to the performance of employees at the Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Seluma. This explains that there is a close relationship between compensation for employee performance at the Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Seluma, if compensation is increased then employee performance will increase.

Abstract

The Purpose of this study to Measure the Effect of Compensation towards the Performance of Civil Servants in the Regional Civil Service Agency and the Human Resources Development of Kaur Regency. Data collection used is the questionnaire method by distributing a list of questions to respondents. The analytical method used is quantitative analysis with simple linear regression analysis with manual calculations. The results of this study are that compensation affects the performance of civil servants in the Regional Civil Service Agency and the Human Resources Development of Kaur Regency. Results H1 was accepted. The percentage value of the effect of compensation on performance in this study was 24.15%. This is because the R square value obtained is 0.2415.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the financial performance in “Koperasi Bima Karya” South of Bengkulu from 2014 to 2016 which can be seen from financial report. Data analysis technique which is used in this research are Time Series and Cross section analysis. Time series is a measurement method of financial report by comparing financial report and observe the koperasi financial ration from certain period. Cross Section method is a benchmark method which is used to decided if the koperasi financial is good or not by comparing the financial ratio on certain period. According to result and analysis, it can be concluded that fund ratio from 2014 to 2016 generally is 12,88% means in 3 years, Koperasi Bima Karya, south of Bengkulu is in good condition because it can pay short term debt from smooth assets. In quality ratio of production active is generally in 2014 to 2016 is in 8,33% means the Koperasi runs well because it can pay short- and long-term debt. For Efficiency ratio, Koperasi Bima Karya south of Bengkulu from 2014 to 2016 can be concluded is in 50,02% means the Koperasi is efficient because in last 3 years, the Koperasi Bima Karya, south of Bengkulu can obtain profit.

Target of this research is to know relation brand equity with customer loyality of product of vermint at CV. Insan Madani Bengkulu and to know relation price with customer loyality of product of vermint at CV. Insan Madani Bengkulu. Method Analysis the used is correlation of spearman rank and hypothesis test. Pursuant to result of research obtained that correlation value of spearman rank between brand equity with customer loyality at CV. Insan Madani Bengkulu obtained by value 0,675 strong criterion because result of its correlation lay in coefficient interval between 0,600 - 0,799. From result of relation hypothesis test between brand equity with customer loyality at CV. Insan Madani Bengkulu obtained by value of t count is 6,340 so that can be concluded that brand equity (X1) have relation of significant with customer loyality at CV. Insan Madani Bengkulu because value of t count bigger than t tables (1,677). Correlation value of spearman rank between price with customer loyality at CV. Madani Bengkulu obtained by value 0,653 strong criterion because result of its correlation lay in coefficient interval between 0,600 - 0,799. From result of relation hypothesis test between price with customer loyality at CV. Insan Madani Bengkulu. obtained by value of t count is 5,972 so that can be concluded that price (X2) have relation of significant with customer loyality at CV. Insan Madani Bengkulu because value t count bigger than t tables (1,677)

Abstract

Method Analysis the used is correlation of spearman rank and hypothesis test. Assess rho count for the relation of service with customer satisfaction at Bank of Bengkulu Branch Bintuhan is its 0,663 meaning of strength, because correlation value reside in coefficient interval 0,600 - 0,799. While value of rho count for the relation of promotion with customer satisfaction at Bank of Bengkulu Branch its Bintuhan 0,643 meaning of strength, because correlation value reside in coefficient interval 0,60 - 0,799. Hypothesis test for the relation of service with customer satisfaction Bank of Bengkulu Branch Bintuhan obtained by value of t count = its 6,135 meaning of t count bigger than t tables of = 1,677 meaning conclusion of Ho refused is Ha accepted, its meaning there is relation of significant between service with satisfaction of client at Bank of Bengkulu Branch Bintuhan. While hypothesis test for the relation of promotion with satisfaction of Bank client of Bengkulu Branch Bintuhan obtained by value of t count = 5,814 its meaning of t count bigger than t tables of = 1,677 meaning conclusion of Ho refused Ha accepted, its meaning there is relation of significant between promotion with customer satisfaction at Bank of Bengkulu Branch Bintuhan.
